"who the hell are you guys?" Thor said. everyone including me stared at him with a blank expression on our faces. "Father, it's me Lana. and the Guardians. remember?" I said. Thor looked at us for a second. then he spoke up, "oh, Lana. I didn't see you there" Thor said.
"Are you okay father?" I said. "not really...I got attacked by Thanos. he tortured me and your Uncle Loki. and I'm sorry to say this Lana but Uncle Loki...just died. he was killed by Thanos" Thor said. my eyes widened with shock. I thought that,
Loki could resurrect and come back to life. "but... surely he was able to resurrect right?" I said. Thor shook his head. "Thanos made sure that Loki wouldn't be able to come back to life this time" Thor said. when I heard this tears started to form in my eyes.
I was very close to Uncle Loki after he redeemed himself. I remember the times where we would have fun and scheme some pranks on father too see him,
freak out and get back at us, and we would laugh about it. Gamora walked over to me and gave me a hug to comfort me. Gamora walked me to my room.
Gamora then laid me down on my bean bag. she got a blanket and put the blanket over me. "are you gonna be okay Lana?" Gamora said. I sighed.
"I think so. I just need some alone time right now" I said. "okay well, just let me know if you need anything. I will be in the main area with everyone else.
I will send in your family later on to check on you" Gamora said. "okay. and can you make sure that Scar doesn't come in please?" I said. Gamora nodded.
"of course. just get some rest and try not to worry" Gamora said. Gamora smiled at me and left my room. she closed the door behind her. when she did,
I started to cry. after a solid 10 minutes of crying I decided to turn on the tv and watched one of my favorite action movies fast and furious 6. after I,
finished watching fast and furious my mom Uru, my dad Ahadi, and Nala came in my room. "hey mom, hey dad" I said. "hey Nala" I said. "hey sweetie.
we came to check on you to see if your feeling any better" Uru said. "we're really sorry to hear about your Uncle. you and Loki were really close" Ahadi said.
"Thanks, dad. I remember when I and Uncle Loki would play pranks on father and father would get back at us" I said. "yeah, it was entertaining watching,
you guys, not gonna lie" Ahadi said. I giggled a bit. "are you gonna be okay Lana?" Nala said. "yeah Nala. I think I will be okay. thank you Nala" I said. "so umm what have you guys been doing while I was hanging out in here?" I said. "we have been,
discussing ways to defeat Thanos" Nala said. "that's good. I am gonna make Thanos pay for what he did to my Uncle" I said in a dark tone. "just don't get carried away with yourself Lana" Ahadi said. "I won't dad" I said. "mom, dad I have a question" I said.
"yes sweetie, what is it?" Uru said. "you know how Gamora and I have been sisters for a while now?" I said. "yeah" Ahadi said. "if she is my sister, then does that make her your daughter too?" I said. Ahadi got a bit angry when I said that. "don't even go there Lana.
I told Uru no more kids after we adopted you and that's that okay!" Ahadi snapped. I jumped in fright and went over to Uru and Nala in case he lashed out,
at me. I know Ahadi isn't abusive to me anymore but I have still been scared that he might lash out at me. Ahadi calmed down when he noticed,
the way I reacted. "I'm sorry Lana, I'm just stressed out right now with this whole Thanos thing that's going on" Ahadi said. "we all are Ahadi" Nala said.
"it's okay dad" I said. "wanna go join the others now Lana?" Uru said. "sure mom" I said. we then went out to the main part of the ship to join the others.
I saw everyone there except for Rocket, Thor, and my little brother Groot. "where did everyone else go?" I said. "they went on a mission to go,
look for the Thanos killing weapon" Drax said. "oh, well where are we going?" I said. "we are going to a place called knowhere to stop Thanos" Uncle Quill said.
"knowhere? what's that?" I said confused. "I will show you when we get there" Uncle Quill said. "oh okay" I said. I then sat down in my seat and buckled up.
after a while of traveling in space, we finally arrived at knowhere. I got out of my seat and me, my family, and the rest of the guardians walked out of the ship. "welcome to knowhere Lana" Uncle Quill said. I looked around. this place looks depressing.
"Are you sure this is where Thanos is?" I said. "yep" Gamora said. when we got deeper into knowhere we saw Thanos who was holding someone captive. this guy was known as the collector who was holding the reality stone and Thanos was forcing him to give up the stone.
we ducked behind some crates. I trancfurranced into my warframe. we were about to keep walking when Uncle Quill held up his hand for us to stop walking. I glared at Thanos. "today, he will pay for the deaths of my wife and daughter" Drax said.
Drax got into his attack mode. "Drax wait" Uncle Quill whispered. as Drax was about to attack Mantis put him to sleep. "sleep" Mantis said. Drax landed on the floor,
with a loud bang. this grabbed Thanos's attention. he threw the collector back into a glass box. he looked to where the noise was coming from. "okay.
Gamora, Lana, Mantis. you go right" Uncle Quill said. we did as he said and went right. Uncle Quill sighed. "my other right" Uncle Quill said. I rolled my eyes.
'should have been more specific' I thought. Gamora went into beast mode and attacked Thanos. she gave a battle cry and stabbed him in the neck,
and stomach. I quickly ran over to Gamora to help her. Thanos dropped to the ground. Gamora dropped her weapons and cried. "why, daughter?" Thanos said.
Gamora was still crying until she heard Thanos's voice. "is that sadness I sense in you daughter? in my heart I knew you still cared" Thanos said.
I saw Thanos's body disappear. everything else was turning red and orange. "but the reality isn't what it always seemed" Thanos said. Thanos then reappeared. "at least it was" Thanos said. he held up his Gauntlet and I gasped with my eyes widened.
Thanos now had the Reality Stone.
