8.

The group of five watched as 9 heavily-armored Bandits began to charge through the doors that separated the inside to the outside. Faendal Shot an arrow at one of the bandits only to have her grab it out of the air and throw it to the ground, just in time to save a bandit Thug from having his eyes skewered. With that Faendal ran to the basement where he refused to come out until the fight was over.

"now that's just impressive," Oliver Said, attempting (and failing) to hold back laughter, "she just grabbed the arrow out of midair."

Almost in unison, the rest said Something along the lines of: "that's not something you should be laughing about"

The Dragonborn ordered everyone back but was specifically directed towards the three who are ready to fight as soon as they saw them.

The Dragonborn shouted "krii lun aus". Suddenly everyone became weaker, that didn't deter them from shouting "where Marked for Death, kill them before we're too weak to even stand."

As if On Cue, the group of nine attacked. the beginning shout made the fight easier than it should have been, more so by the second. unfortunately, 2 people managed to evade the shout and started to charge. An Imperial came first, skinny and slender but by no means week. he made the mistake of charging for Oliver who pulled out an ebony Warhammer. Oliver shouted "night night" before Striking the poor would-be assassin in the face. the Bandit fell over, stiff and out cold.

the second Bandit was an orc: thick, heavy, and charging Straight for Kino whilst shouting, " you'll make a fine rug, cat". Kino, not wanting to be used for clothing, used the orcs speed and weight to throw him to the ground. "Let's see if these Dragon claws actually work," Kino shouted. The claws came out as expected and tour through the orc better-than-expected. Kino looked at the Deadman below him and remarked, "khajiits don't make fine rugs, our fur is not that soft."

The rest of the fight was a blur of Bandits cursing, Oliver laughing, and Arago shouting " so this is what it feels like to punch someone to death, in one punch."

Soon all that was left was a Dragonborn, three tired Adventures, and a paralyzed Bandit.

Arago asked, " he still alive; what are we going to do with them?"

"let's mutilate his corpse," Gleefully said Oliver, "and put his head on a pike, That will show the next Assassin's That comes down here."

Kino remarked, "this is why we don't let you make the decisions."

"I have a better idea," said the Dragonborn " one that will not involve mutilating alive albeit paralyzed Bandits. I'd say we strapped him to a chair and get answers out of them, then we could kill him."

"That sounds like a better idea," Oliver said, jumping with joy.

"if you're lucky, that is."

After several minutes of enacting the plan, the Bandit finally woke up. disoriented, he didn't notice that he was strapped to a chair, he also didn't notice 4 people standing around him. soon, however, he would notice those things and would try to fight his way out. after the struggle, he attempted to summon a mana blade but was instead struck by a "drain Mana spell". After he realized that there was no way out he resorted to kicking and screaming profanities and insults at anybody that will listen, Faendal Came up from the basement and immediately Pulled his bow and arrow and shot the bandits' hands, shutting him up in exchange for a yell and some moaning. Now that the Dragonborn knew that the bandits could not cause any harm ( even after release) she started the interview to see if he could get any answers, and whether or not they can obtain any hints on who told them to come here.

"I should make it absolutely clear that I know what you want to do and why you did it," the Dragonborn told the Bandit " what were you really want to know is who are you working for."

" no point in telling you," said the Bandit, he said it with a straight face and a Gastly stare " they move place to place all the time, and even then its suicide for you to come close to the chief."

The trio was about to argue when the Dragonborn turned around and stared at them, removing all opportunities to argue. the Dragonborn looked back at the Bandit and smiled when he seems to notice and recognize them. "You're the Helgen Breakers," the Bandit said in awe, " I wasn't sure at first but now I'm certain of it, you're the same people that went to Helgen and murdered the Chiefs crew."

Arago cocked his head and asked, " I beg your pardon, what are you talking about when you say 'the Helgen Breakers'?"

The Bandit began to respond but the Dragonborn looked at him with an icy stare and a smirk on her face ( though the Bandit couldn't see it through the mask). The Dragonborn knew that she had got a lucky break and managed to get Leverage on the Bandit, She planned carefully and quickly to see how she could get the most out of the exploitation that she had found.

" so you say that these three people behind me Destroyed the entirety of your crew." said the Dragonborn

" we weren't big or powerful at the time, give or take only 30 people." the Bandit stammered " even then we managed to find a few Enchanted items in the wreck of Helgen, only a few hours after the Expedition and Those 3 came up with almost nothing and wiped us off our feet. Only the chief survived because he ran when he realized he was done for, and after the Shout, he realized that the only way that's he would ever survive the way he'd planned is to truly plan."

Arago looked down and saw just how much blood he had lost, he then realized he was trying to stall the Dragonborn so that he could bleed out, dying with the knowledge they vitally needed. Arago paralyzed the Bandit and began the healing spell, all four ( including faendal) shouted at Arago for knocking out there only chance at getting revenge. he ignored them and waited for them to realize what he was doing.
