Today was a usual summer afternoon at Amy's House as She and Kendall were baking cookies at the Kitchen.
"I can't believe the boys were heading to the convenience store to get drink,while we're baking cookies" said Kendall in her usual blank tone as she was slowly mixing the cookie batter "Don't say that Kendall" said Amy "And besides,It's not like the boys had gone sexist or something".
"Yeah...I bet" said Kendall as both girls heard screams and moaning of a girl "What was that?" asked Kendall "It's sounds like it came from upstairs!" Amy replied.
Both Amy and Kendall climbed on the second floor of the house as the girls listens carefully where the noise is coming from "I think it came from there" said Kendall as she points her finger at Her Little Brother's room as Amy was a bit angry "I hope he not doing something he shouldn't do" said Amy in a Angered tone as she kicks the door wide open revealing her little brother Kevin Rodney watching an Ecchi Anime as his mouth was drooling and he had a nose bleed.
"KEVIN!" shouted Amy at her little brother which made him startled as he turns off the TV "Ah...Sis" said Kevin in a nervous and panicked tone "It's not what it looks like-" "Oh quit the excuses you pervert!" Amy interupted and she was very upset "What she said" Kendall added.
"I turned my back then caught you watching Ecchi Anime!" said Amy as she grabs Kevin by the ear "Ow! ow! ow! ow! ow!" yelp Kevin in pain until he talks back "says the girl who like Gay Couple Manga!" "We already know that" Kendall corrected as Kevin ran off.
"Aren't you going to go after him?" Kendall asked "Nope" Amy replied "He'll cool down once he's tired" the two girls went down stairs and checked the cookies are done.
"We just let them cool for a bit" said Amy as she places the tray of cookies onthe table as she takes off her apron and oven mitts "Come on Kendall,We got enough time to roam around the Shopping District"
Later at Cherry-Habara,Shopping District.
The Two Girls arrived as they're looking at the beautiful clothes through the window until they stumble upon Kevin as he was kicked out of the DVD-Rental by the employee of the shop "If you wanna remain here,then don't entire the adults section when you're not old enough!" said the Employees as he left while Kevin was rubbing his aching butt after that landing as he saw Amy and Kendall "Oh...hey sis" Kevin greeted with a bored tone "How's it going?".
"It's was normal as usual" Amy replies as she reaches her hand to get her little brother up then suddenly they heard people were screaming as they're running away from a group of people that are Scrony,skinny and fat nerds with they're stereotypical glasses and braces.
"Coward in fear,Filthy ones!" said the Nerd Leader "We are the Super Virgin Freaks and we're wreaking havoc by destroying all of the pornographic material!" then he ends it with a spiffy.
"Good!,That way there won't be more perverts in the future" said Amy "Same Here" Kendall added.
"You can't be serious!" Kevin exclaimed "Of course we're serious!" answered Amy "And this of this as a Intervention" "But...Think of the Livelihood of the workers!" said Kevin as he tries to reason his sister "Do you want to see them being homeless in the streets?".
Kevin made a point as Amy thought of it "Alright" Amy admits defeat "Let's go Kendall!" Amy and Kendall pulls out they Drivers and places they're Manga Disc on they're respected Drivers.

"Wait Amy I-" Kevin was ignored as Amy and Kendall readied themselves to transform as J-Pop music is played then slams the button on they're Driver and shouted "HENSHIN!"

Amy and Kendall transform into Kamen Rider Kawaii and Kamen Rider Derez "You dare to defy us!" shouted the Virgin Freak Leader "Fellow Virgins,Attack!" then his Virgin henchman charges towards both Amy and Kendall as the two performs a spin kick knocking them back to them as more of them showed up while Kevin was watching the fight.
Amy was using her Manga Magnum to shoot down the closest attacker while Kendall dodges they're attacks and counters,Suddenly one of the Virgin Freaks grabs Amy by they're Braced Teeth as they tosses her to Kendall knockong her to the ground as they reverted back to they're civilian form.
"Sis! Kendall!" shouted Kevin nervously as the Virgin Freaks walks towards the Riders until one of the Ecchi Manga falls off the Table and one of the Virgin Freaks saw it as they freaked out as they're turned into ash "They've turned into ash after they saw the Ecchi Manga" said Kevin and realizes as he found the conclusion "They're like Vampires!"
"You two found out our weakness!" said the Virgin Freak leader "We cannot let you use it against us,Finish Them Off!" the Virgin Freaks began to walk towards until Kevin ran towards them,block they're path.
"Your not laying a finger on my sister!...And her friend too" shouted Kevin at the Virgin "How does a Dirty-Minded Brat like you able to defeat us?!" insulted the Virgin Freak leader as his goons laughed.
"In that case" muttered Kevin as he pulls out a White/Blue Manga Driver and a Manga Disc with an Image of Man wearing nothing but his underwear and Wearing Panties on head as the title 'Hentai Kamen' on the buttom while the other shows an image of short chubby teen boy and behind him is a tall,slim silver humanoid with the title 'Accel World' on the buttom.
"I didn't see that coming" said Kendall as she gotten Amy up as they saw it "Looks like we found the last Rider" said Amy.
Kevin places the Driver on his left wrist of his arm.
MANGA DRIVER! IT'S TIME TO DREAM IT ON!
Then Kevin pops open the Driver's Lid as places the Manga Disc on the Driver and closes the lid.
HENTAI KAMEN!/ACCEL WORLD!
Then Kevin readies himself to transform as a Silver Aura emits arounds while J-pop music is played then he slams the button and shouted "HENSHIN!" and a small tornado spins around him.
TIME TO CHANGE!
Even the Dirty-Minded have a bright future that is straight ahead! HENTAI ACCEL!
As the tornado dies out,Kevin's attire is replaces with a Silver Rider suit that resembles Kamen Rider Ghost,wearing a White/Blue park,and the helmet also resembles Kamen Rider Ghost minus the horn blade with Anime Rage Eyes and the pattern looks like he's wearing Blue-Striped Panties on his Head.
"What in Virginities is this person,and why is the pattern on his helmet resembles Panties?!" said the Virgin Leader as he and his goons were freaking out.
"You wanna know who i am?" said Kevin as he strikes a pose "I'm the Rider who's heart is pure,Despite me being Dirty-Minded...I'm Kamen Rider Hentai!"
Background Music:Endless Play by Astronauts featuring SHIINA
"Seize Him!" shouted the Virgin Freak leader as his goons,but Kevin smirks behind his helmet as he summons Anime Girl wearing Bikinis while Amy and Kendall is confused of what is Kevin planning.
"Boob Storm Flash!" shouted Kevin as his pulls off the Anime Girls' Bikini Bras revealing they're breasts,causing the Virgin Freaks from hissing to Freaking out as they're into firery ash.
Kevin jumps in the air and perform a jump kick that knocks some of them to a Anime Girl that pops out of nowhere and landed on to the Anime Girl's breast that turns the Virgin Freaks into Ash.
Kevin punches the closest Virgin Freak as another Anime Girl bounces him off with her Buttom as the Virgin Freak landed on the indoor fountain that is filled with Anime Girls swimming along with the others and turns the last Virgin Freaks to ash,leaving only the leader left.
"Time to Retreat!" shouted the Virgin Freak leader as he tries to run away "You're getting away this time" said Kevin as he slams the Anime Girl's right breast,causing the Anime Girl to scream 'Kyaa!' in which she likes it "Oops,wrong button" said Kevin as he slams the Button on his Driver three times.
TIME TO FINISH!
Then an Army of Anime Girls in Bikinis were chasing as after the Virgin Freak Leader which they caught him,Then another Anime Girl stands behind Kevin as he jumps on to the Anime Girl's breast and bounces into the air as he dives in and performs his finishing kick then landed on the Virgin Freak's chest knocking him to the ground.

HENTAI ACCEL! DAGEKI!
"Defeat by a Perverted Kid with a heart of Justice...Oh the Irony!" Virgin Freak Leader said his dying words as electricity emits all over his body then explodes into a firery smoke.
Background Music Ended.
Kevin reverts back to his civilian form as he turns around to Amy and Kendall "Well,Looks like you guys had the same situation as i do,huh sis?" said Kevin as he opens his eyes to see Amy was really ticked as she grits her teeth while Kendall remained her blanked expression "Uhh...Sis,Is something wrong?" asked Kevin as Amy aims at her little brother with her Manga Magnum.
Meanwhile the boys were carrying the drinks they bought from the convenience store "I wonder where the lasses went?" asked Alex as he was very tired "Me arms are about to fall off including me Prosthetic Hand!" "They're around here somewhere" said Freddrick as he was looking around then they heard the sound of a gun being fired multiple times "What was that?" said Brian "It's coming from over there!" said Lance run towards the location where the noise is coming from.
And as the Boys arrived,They saw Amy chasing and shooting at her little brother while Kevin was running as fast as he can while avoiding getting shot "I'm Sorry Okay,It won't Happen Again" shouted Kevin in terror as Amy was still shooting at him "You better Be!" shouted Amy at her little brother "Or I'll shoot that perverted Brain of yours to a crisp!"
"We just found our last Rider" said Kendall as she was standing while watching the siblings' chase.
"Now the Rider Team is Finally Complete" said Freddrick as the boys nodded while waiting for both Amy and Kevin to tire out.
