(A/N: Here is the next chapter. I just wanted to tell you the meaning of DESPECTATIO QUOD FUTURUS. It is the Latin translation of View the future.
And now, without further ado, I present to you Chapter 7.)
The six amateurs from the past nodded to each other and followed Future Harry, Future Ron, and Future Hermione.
The three future Aurors of the future apparated to the grounds of Malfoy Manor and so did the six visitors.
After apparating, Draco frowned.
Daphne noticed and gave him a questioning look as were the others.
"How did you three apparate into the grounds of the manor? It isn't possible unless one of you is a blood relative. And I am pretty sure none of you are," Draco continued frowning.
"Well, maybe you just gave permission for us to apparate. After all, we are really good friends in the future," Harry replied thoughtfully.
"But mother would never give someone else the permission unless they are blood relatives," Draco insisted.
"Or you would have secretly given them the permission," Daphne interrupted, "I mean, that's possible, right?"
"Well, I can't exactly be secretive about it since the Malfoy matriarch will get notified."
"Stop talking! We got left behind and we might have missed some important information," Ginny hissed and glared at Ron who was about to argue.
Hermione shook her head and went inside the manor using the same way their future selves had done.
"Pansy? I can't believe it. What should we do then? If this is my insane aunt's work then I am going to kill her!" Future Draco shouted agitatedly trying to cover up his sadness.'
But the three saw right through his act.
"Draco, we are as devastated as you because of this news. We have to do everything in order to make sure another war doesn't come up," Hermione said softly.
"Another war? Seriously? Have these death eaters decided to wipe out the wizarding world? We can't afford to have another war, now can we? We lost about 400 lives last time. We can't lose another 400 this time. There won't be any witches and wizards left!" Draco all but shouted.
Ron tried to calm him down only to be pushed away. Harry looked at Hermione and motioned her to come to the other corner of the room.
"Well, that did not go well," Harry muttered.
"You can't blame him, can you? Pansy was one of his best friends. And don't tell me you aren't sad to hear this as well because I know that you are trying to mask it," Hermione retorted.
"How am I going to tell this to Gin and Daph? They will be even more devastated to know. I am not looking forward to going back home today. Gin invited Daph for some movie evening or something."
"Well, we cannot do anything about that. I'll tell you what. You break the news to Gin and I will to Daph."
He nodded miserably and Hermione sighed softly.
What had the world come to? People were still recovering from the last war that another one seems to be looming.
Ron and Harry left while Hermione stayed back to inform this to Narcissa.
"Cissy, I have some bad news," Hermione started her voice shaking slightly.
"Yes dear, go on. What is it?" Narcissa asked kindly, her eyes showing concern.
"Pansy is gone⦠They killed her," Hermione's voice broke, and her resolve to stay strong came down crumbling and she started crying.
Narcissa's eyes welled up in tears and she held Hermione. Merlin knew she had gone through so much and losing her friends was probably one of the worst things she imagined.
The Malfoy matriarch tried to soothe her whispering comforting words. Narcissa wished her insane sister, her husband Rodulphus, and brother in law Rabastan will not do anything rash despite doing so in the past. She hoped that they will at least think of the damage already done and the damage they are creating.
The six visitors stood speechless when future Narcissa comforted future Hermione. Malfoy was the first to recover and started speaking to bring them out of their stupor.
"Looks like mother likes Granger a lot," looking at Hermione.
She shrugged.
"So that means, Bellatrix might have created a Horcrux. She probably would have learned how to make one from the madman aka Voldemort," Ginny snarled.
"Draco, is there anything in your family that is valuable enough to Bellatrix that she could make it a Horcrux?" Daphne asked.
"Well, there is one... She never let it out of sight... I think that is the Horcrux. It always had dark, evil magic radiating off it..."
