[Royal Woods: Loud Family residence]
Currently as Lincoln and Hop were making their way into the Slumbering Weald the Loud family on the other side of the world was doing something else entirely.
The Loud family was currently giving statements to the police on their son/brother running away from home as the police confirm that there were no signs of a break-in.
Meanwhile upstairs police technicians were trying to recover the security footage from Lisa's video cameras but we're not having any luck as whatever footage was on the terminal seem to have been completely destroyed.
"This doesn't make sense! You would have to be literally made out of electricity or something like electricity and had to go into the terminal to destroy the footage and the backup drive to leave absolutely no trace!"exclaimed one of the technicians as he was getting frustrated by the fact that Lincoln seemed to cover his tracks really well.
Back downstairs the detective in charge was taking down the Loud parents statements when he got a call on his cell phone.
"Huh it's the station excuse me for a second while I take this call."said the detective who noticed that the call was coming from his chief.
"Hello Chief... aha aha and you sure he can confirm this? Aha aha aha I see...well I guess that's good news I'll tell the parents right now."said the police detective as he hung up the phone
"Well I got good news people we found your son/brother"said the detective causing the Loud parents and sisters to run up to him.
"You found Lincoln?!"Asked the Loud family in unison.
"Yes and no."said the detective vaguely causing everyone to look at him.
"Rita you said your name was."said the police detective confirming Rita was indeed her name."Well your father called the station and told us that Lincoln went to stay with a friend of his for a while. Something about needing some space from you guys for a while and that is friend just called him to confirm that he's doing fine. Since no one was hurt and I doubt you want to press charges against your own father I say our job is done."said the police detective as he motioned for everyone to pack up.
The other officers and technicians did as they were told and began packing up all the forensic equipment they brought with them.
"Wait dad knows where Lincoln is?"Asked Rita.
"Yeah he called the station about twenty minutes ago telling them that Lincoln called him and asked if him if he could stay with one of his friends for a while. We see stuff like this all the time some argument with the family and meeting space between one another... your son / brother really should have called you guys to tell you he was all right though... you folks have a good afternoon."said the police detective as he and the other police officers left the Loud house.
As soon as they were gone Rita immediately pulled out her phone and began to dial her father as the rest of her family looked on.
"Come on dad pick up."said Rita when a voice came from the other end.
"I number you dialed does not have a voicemail message. Leave your message at the beep and have a nice day."said the robotic voice all cell phones have better activated when either the person is either not available right now or purposely did not pick up the phone.
"Okay that's weird dad always picks up my calls."said Rita when a message appeared on her cell phone.
It was from Albert.
"We need to TALK! Come to the retirement home tomorrow as I need to talk to all of you. I would normally say right now but me and the other seniors are currently not there as we're at an all you can eat buffet and we'll be back exactly tommorow. Don't worry about Lincoln though he is staying with my good friend on mine and I trust her a hundred percent with Lincoln's care."said Rita as she read the message her father sent her out loud.
"I don't get it. If Lincoln is with a friend of Pop-pop's why didn't Pop-pop call us right away?"Asked Lori as none of this made sense.
"Dad has a lot of explaining to do but why did he put talk in all caps? He only does this when it's something serious!"said Rita as she had a feeling the conversations between the family will be very interesting.
"Well at least we know Lincoln so we can take a breather."said Lynn Sr who let out a sigh of relief knowing that Lincoln was not on the streets but with one of his father-in-law's friends.
"Yeah but who exactly is Lincoln with right now?"Asked Leni as she wondered which one of her grandfather's friends Lincoln was currently with.
"Im trying to call dad but he's blocking all of my calls! exclaimed Rita as she tried again and again to call her father-only each time she did the call was automatically rejected which meant her father blocked her.
"Dude's why isn't Pop-pop taking our calls?!"Asked Luna as it was unusual for their grandfather to act this way.
"Something tells me he won't discuss this over the phone we have to do this in person."said Lynn Sr who's gut was telling them that Albert would not pick up no matter how many times his daughter called him.
"Hah! Fine dad will come tomorrow... at least we know Lincoln is not on the street somewhere or in some Forest completely lost."said Rita as she turned the face everyone.
"Okay I know all of us have had a long day but let us try to get some sleep as in the morning the first thing we're doing is getting to the retirement home for some answers."ordered Rita as she pointed to the stairs.
Her daughters did not like this as it was still early but they were honestly physically and mentally exhausted after the day they had so they didn't argue with her and headed up the stairs.
As soon as they got to the second floor each one of them went to their respective bedrooms with Lori going to the bedroom before heading back to Fairway University tomorrow afternoon.
As for Rita and Lynn Sr they went to their room as well as they have had an... interesting day. First Lincoln today missing, then they end up in a net courtesy of Zach's family. Then they had to be rescued by the fire department only to be yelled at it's called like children by said fire department after they were rescued. Only to find out that Lincoln was with a friend of Albert the whole time.
Now Albert wants to talk to them tomorrow. Whatever was going to happen Rita was sure it was not good as she could tell her father's text that he was not in a good mood.
All they could do is wait...

[Slumbering Weald]
Meanwhile on the other side of the planet Lincoln and Hop were making there way through the Slumbering Weald. As Lincoln looked around he began to get the picture as to why it was forbidden to come in to the Slumbering Weald.
It was basically a densely thick forest with an erie fog that made it difficult to see.
"This is mad...I can barely see a thing I guess I figured out why this place is off limits!"exclaimed Hop as he and Lincoln carefully maneuvered through the tall grass.
"I don't understand as to how anything can live here as I bet even the Pokemon have a hard time living here!"said Lincoln as the sound of a bowl could be heard.
'What was that?!'
"Come on Lincoln Wooloo needs us!"exclaimed Hop as he went on ahead.
"Hop wait for me!"Yelled Lincoln as he chased after his friend.
After a short while Lincoln managed to catch up when Hop stopped at a dense fog.
"Mad I can't even see my hands that is directly in front of my face!"exclaimed Hop as he an Lincoln began to look around for any sign of the Wooloo as they both had a feeling that something was not right.
As Lincoln and Hop looked around they failed to notice a very large creature approach them. As Lincoln and Hop once more looked around they spotted the creature just as it was getting close causing Hop to back away little as he was honestly surprised.
To Lincoln this Pokemon or whatever it was large blue wolf with noticeable scars on over its body.
Lincoln didn't know much about this Pokemon that was in front of him as he only got to the world of Pokemon but it didn't take a genius to realize one thing...
The Pokemon in front of him was very strong!
"What are we going to do Lincoln my Wooloo and Grookey are still knocked out from the battle we had!"exclaimed Hop who hated feeling so useless.
"Yeah... but my Pokemon can still battle! Scorbunny I choose you!"Yelled Lincoln as he pulled out the rabbit Pokemon's Pokeball and tossed it allowing Scorbunny to appear in front of the mysterious Pokemon.
"Scor!"said the rabbit Pokemon who had a bad feeling about the Pokemon in front of them but his pride would not let him run away.
"Scorbunny ember!"Yelled Lincoln causing the rabbit Pokemon to fire a blast of fire from its mouth but as soon as it struck the mysterious Pokémon it phased right through it.
"What is going on?! Your attack didn't even through a thing!"Yelled Hop.
"I know that Scorbunny use ember once more!"Yelled Lincoln causing the rabbit Pokemon to once again fire a blast of fire from its mouth.
But just like last time as soon as the attack connected with the mysterious Pokemon's body it phased through it like the Pokemon was a ghost or something.
"Come on!"Yelled Lincoln has the mysterious Pokemon let out a mighty how causing the fog to start overtaking the field.
"Lincoln I can't see anything are you okay?!"
"I'm fine Hop... can hardly see a thing but I can still make out that Pokemon's outline Scorbunny focus on your energy and use tackle attack on whatever that Pokemon is called!"Yelled Lincoln as he could still see where the Pokemon was standing as it did not move.
Scorbunny did as he was commanded and jumped into the air trying to deliver a powerful tackle attack to the mysterious Pokémon but it was all in vain as once again he faced through it like it was never there in the first place.
"No good! Scorbunny return!"yelled Lincoln as he returned his Pokemon back to its Pokeball.
The mysterious Pokemon meanwhile looked at Lincoln with interest before letting out another mighty howl causing the fog to roll in even faster and thicker than before.
"This is mad I can't even see my hand in front of my face! I can't see anything!"exclaimed Hop as he and Lincoln suddenly felt very sleepy and passed out on the floor.

A short while later the fog dissipated along with the mysterious Pokemon. Soon Lincoln and Hop started to get up as when the fog dissipated they started to regain their senses.
"Hop! Lincoln!"exclaimed a male voice that was coming towards them.
The two young trainers look to see the source of the voice and they saw it was Leon with Charizard.
"What? Lee? How on Earth did you got here your pants with directions?!"
"Oh and that is exactly what I want to hear from the little brother that had me worried sick! You two never showed at the Pokémon lab so of course I came looking for you!"
"Sorry about that."said Lincoln.
"Yeah I'm sorry too but Lee we came in here to rescue a Wooloo."said Hop in an attempt to justify his actions.
Leon merely smile before pointing at Charizard revealing that the Wooloo they were looking for was it right next to the flame Pokémon.
"The little chap is just fine. You two should know that this places forbidden but I understand why you did it. The two of you did good."said Leon as he honestly couldn't say he would have done anything different if he was in their situation.
"Yeah even if we did get that lecture from Lee it was all worth it in the end even though that weird fog rolled in along with that weird Pokemon."said Hop who couldn't wait to have this page to his legend.
"Weird Pokémon? What are you talking about Hop?"
"Lee it all started with this weird fog and then this even strange Pokemon appeared out of nowhere and it was crazy strong. None on Lincoln's attacks could work as it just looked like they phased through it."explained Hop in further detail.
"Phased through it?Hmm... perhaps the legends of the mysterious Pokemon of the Slumbering Weald have some truth. Either wait let's all get out of here and don't worry with me around you guys will be safe."said Leon as Hop and Lincoln followed him out of the Slumbering Weald.
...With Charizard taking the lead so Leon would not get lost...
As they were leaving the Slumbering Weald Lincoln turned around once more as he had a feeling that he would meet that mysterious Pokemon again he just didn't know how.

Hey guys PrimusPilus here to give his two cents. Took a little longer to write this chapter than I thought but that's okay as I really put a lot of thought into it and I think I got my point across. Next chapter Lincoln will add more Pokemon to his team.
And there's going to be a very special Pokemon to his team that you will not expect.
Who is this Pokemon? I'm afraid you're going to have to wait till the next chapter to find out.
