Day 6 (Friday)

After school today, I hung out with Adrien, Marinette, Alya and Nino. They asked me where I wanted to go, and since I hadn't given it much thought, I said we should go and see the Eiffel Tower. Obvious choice, I know, but I thought it could be interesting. When we got there, Marinette took a box out of her bag.

"I brought macaroons for us all to share," she revealed.

"Wow, they look great." I said. There were five of each flavour she had, so we could easily divide them so that everyone got one of each flavour.

"Wow Marinette they're amazing!" Adrien said, after eating his first one. "Of course, I wouldn't expect anything less from the Dupain-Cheng bakery. You have a real talent for baking."

"R-really? You really think that Adrien?" Marinette was blushing like crazy.

"Yeah, they're the best, I love them!" Adrien mumbled between bites.

"I'm so glad you love me… THEM! I'm glad you love them. The macaroons." Nice save, genius. I tried my best to avoid laughing at her mixed up words, knowing it would only embarrass her more.

Suddenly, our attention was taken by a loud rumbling sound in the distance. "Um, was that thunder?" Marinette asked.

"No way, dude, the weather said it woudn't even rain today." Nino said. We heard the noise again.

"Then how do you explain that?" Alya asked. We all stood up and looked in the direction of the noise. As the large figure got closer, my friends all began to recognise it.

"Is that…" Adrien began.

"Gigantitan!" Adrien and Marinette both said.

"What?" I asked.

"Amkumatised giant baby!" Marinette said.

"What?!" I asked, even more shocked.

"That means run!" Alya said. The five of us ran back towards Adrien's car, but before we could get to it, the baby stepped on it, squashing it flat. (No, the gorilla was not still inside it.) "Where can we go that he won't step on? He's bigger than all of the buildings!" Alya asked. I looked around, and then it hit me. So obvious! We're right here!

"The Eiffel Tower! He's not that tall, it's high enough that he can't step on it!" I said.

"Of course!" Marinette said. We ran back towards the Eiffel Tower (with the gorilla now following us to protect Adrien). We went into the elevator and went up to the highest part of the Eiffel Tower. We stared out the window, watching as the giant baby wandered around the streets.

"Well, I knew we would come here, but I thought we would finish our snacks before going up the Eiffel Tower." I joked.

"Imagine riding on his shoulders. Now that would be a great way to see Paris." Adrien added.

"Uh, no thanks, I'm scared of heights." I laughed, as if forgetting for a moment that Paris was actually being rampaged by a giant baby. "So, um, we just wait here then?"

"Don't worry, Ladybug and Cat Noir will de-akumatise him." Alya said. "Until then, we should be safe here."

"That's right, we're safe! Which means there's no reason why I can't… go to the bathroom!" Marinette said.

"Well, yeah, that's obvious. He can't get us up here." I said.

"Be right back!" Marinette ran off.

"I've got to go too," Adrien said, before also running towards the bathrooms.

I sat there with Alya and Nino, watching the baby wander around not really hurting anyone on purpose. I watched as I then saw none other than Ladybug and Cat Noir, leaping across rooftops towards him.

"Kitty!" the baby exclaimed, as Cat Noir's bell got his attention. He chased Cat Noir for a bit, and as Cat Noir kept him distracted, Ladybug managed to get up onto his arm and break his bracelet, which released an akuma. Ladybug caught the akuma in her yoyo, and released it, having turned the formerly black butterfly white. After they celebrated with a fist bump, she then shouted out "miraculous ladybug!" and her yo-yo released a swarm of magical ladybugs that fixed anything Gigantitan had destroyed, including the car he squished, and turned him back into an ordinary baby. Cat Noir caught him, and carried him away (I assume to return him to his parents). Ladybug ran off too, in the direction of the Eiffel Tower actually, but once she was underneath the tower, I lost sight of her.

"Wow," I couldn't help saying.

"And I got it all recorded." I looked to the side to see that Alya had been holding out her phone, recording Ladybug and Cat Noir.

After all that excitement, we decided to call it a day and made plans to do more sightseeing tomorrow. On the way back to Adrien's, we dropped off Alya, Nino and Marinette. We went to Marinette's first, because Marinette insisted we all take home some more macaroons, since we didn't get to finish the ones we had earlier. So when we got to her house, she quickly ran inside and got some for us.

Back at Adrien's house, we decided to watch a movie after dinner, and while looking for a movie to pick, I saw it. A movie about Ladybug and Cat Noir. I had to watch it.
