"If elected I promise to…Can I scan your vote? Digitize your yes for Tucker? How can I run a campaign for student council president when nobody's listening to me?" Tucker asks as he is standing on a platform in attempt to get people to vote for him.
"What was that? Did you say something?" Danny asks as he looks at tucker causing Tucker to groan in annoyance.
"You're just going about this the wrong way Tucker." Sam says.
"Yeah. Your campaign is all about victory through technology and the triumph of machine over man. It's kinda creepy." Danny says.
"You need to do something that will appeal to more than just the technology kids Tucker. But this is still your campaign and you do it how you see fit." Alexis says
"So we changed your lame official campaign platform." Sam says as she hands him a flyer.
"Grafitti art classes? Rage against the PTA meetings? Mini skirt Fridays? Okay. That's good." Tucker says as he reads the flyer.
"Yeah. That was mine." Danny says happily.
"Guys this is tucker's campaign not ours. But I will admit these are not bad ideas. Good for a start to help get voters for Tucker." Alexis says as Danny looks at her and smiles.
"You think so? You're still mad at me aren't you?" Danny asks as Alexis looks at him.
"What do you think?" Alexis asks bluntly.
"But it's not what I told you to write. I wanna have my voice heard not yours." Tucker says.
"Okay. Okay. Your voice coming up." Danny says as he walks off with Sam.
"Thank you. Hi I'm Tucker. And what's it take to get listened to around here?!" Tucker shouts before he sees dash with some of the other athletes on a platform in front of a crowd.
"Hey everybody. Gather round or the football team will pound ya. The theme of my campaign is who cares what Foley has to say." Dash says before Alexis and Tucker see a ghost and quickly go over to Sam and Danny.
"Danny listen." Tucker says.
"Not now. I'm busy writing in your voice. Would Tucker say it like that?" Danny asks.
"Danny now!" Alexis says before hers and Danny's ghost sense goes off as the group sees the giant iguana ghost as people are running as Danny quickly goes behind a tree.
"I'm going gho-" Danny then gets cut off as the ghost sends Danny and the tree flying causing Danny to not transform before Alexis, Sam, and Tucker go over to Danny behind the tree.
"Wow. I never saw that coming." Sam says.
"I did." Tucker says.
"Well geez. Why didn't you guys say something?" Danny asks as Alexis and Tucker look at him.
"We did say something!" Alexis and Tucker say in union.
*Timeskip*
"Alexis I truly am sorry for what happened with Valerie. I didn't mean what I said." Danny says as he is walking with Alexis after the two wandered away from Sam and Tucker as the students split up in the museum.
"Then why did you say it Danny?" Alexis asks as she looks at Danny.
"I.. I.. I don't know." Danny says as he looks down.
"Well I don't know isn't good enough. If you want me to listen long enough for you to apologize then you better come up with a better reason then I don't know. People don't say things like that without reason. I said what I did because I was hurt and upset. Because I thought my own best friend trusted me. I care about you Danny and I was willing to let the matter drop but I couldn't just not say anything with you considering giving your cover away like that. I was worried and scared for you. What I said was out of anger and hurt. I felt betrayed Danny. I had reason for my reaction. A lot of reason. Some of which you'll never know. Just a simple I don't know and simple I'm sorry won't cut it. Now leave it be." Alexis says.
"Alright.. What was that?" Danny asks as he and Alexis hear Sam and Tucker scream before going to the sound and seeing Sam and Tucker with a mummy ghost.
"I think we got our answer." Alexis says before she and Danny quickly transform.
"Alexis protect Sam and Tucker. I'll deal with the ghost." Danny says as he goes after the ghost before Alexis sees the ghost about to throw its coffin at Sam.
"Got it. Sam watch out!" Alexis shouts as she shifts to wolf form and quickly covers Sam before the two are trapped under the coffin.
"Are you girls okay?" Danny asks from outside the coffin.
"Danny?" Alexis asks.
"We're fine but we're stuck." Sam says.
"What's going on out there?" Alexis asks as she hears commotion before everything goes quiet.
"Guys. I like a good coffin as much as the next goth but the novelty is wearing thin. Nice job Alexis. Where did the boys go?" Sam asks as Alexis gets her and Sam out of the coffin and see Danny and Tucker are gone.
"Did those two seriously leave us?" Alexis asks.
"I think they did." Sam says as Alexis transforms back to human form.
*Timeskip*
"You know when I win for school president I could make things really enjoyable for you here. You'd have geeks to do anything you want and get all the perks of dating the school president on top of the perks of a football player's girlfriend. I mean you're already a popular girl. Things would be much more enjoyable if you say yes." Dash says as he is standing with Alexis at her locker.
"Okay one it's if you win and second no. Now leave me alone Dash. How many times do I have to say no?" Alexis asks annoyedly as she closes her locker.
"I still get why you would rather hang around that loser Fenton. He can't give you what I could." Dash says.
"Because he's my friend and you only want me because I'm popular and for my looks. For the last time today leave me alone." Alexis says.
"And what will you do if I don't?" Dash asks.
"Maybe she won't do anything but I will." A voice says revealing to be an angry looking Danny as he comes over and stands in front of Alexis protectively.
"Danny just let it go. No point it in starting anything." Alexis says as Danny doesn't budge.
"You'll see eventually that I'm a better choice then he is. I'll be waiting when you come to your senses." Dash says as he walks off before Danny turns to look at Alexis.
"Danny you need to leave this with Dash alone. Besides he won't stop. I doubt he'll stop so long as I'm single." Alexis says.
"Because you're my friend. Whether you hate me right now or not I'm going to protect you. You deserve to be treated a lot better." Danny says.
"I don't hate you Danny but I'm not happy with you either. But I don't need protecting. I don't want you protecting me. Lately that's all you've done. Is be protective of me. Especially during fights. You always want me out of the fighting if possible. That's not your place to protect me. I'm not family and I'm not your girlfriend. So why does it matter?" Alexis asks.
"It matters more than you know. Look like it or not I'm going to be protective but one thing is for sure I won't do you the way I did you again. I'll do whatever I have to do to make you see I am sorry." Danny says stubbornly as Alexis sighs in defeat.
"You really are stubborn." Alexis says as she smiles slightly.
"Nice to see you at least smiling again." Danny says as he smiles seeing Alexis smile before her smile quickly disappears.
"But my statement from earlier still stands Danny. Until you can give me an actual reason for what you said I don't think I'll forgive you for that.. not completely." Alexis says.
"I know. I just wanted you to know that I'll be there. No matter what. You've been there for me. Now it's my turn." Danny says.
"Stubborn pain. You really know how to make me smile or laugh when I really don't want to." Alexis says as she smiles slightly in defeat.
"Just part of my job." Danny says proudly before Sam walks over.
"Have you guys seen Tucker?" Sam asks.
"There he is." Alexis says seeing Tucker by his locker as the three go over to him.
"We got your talking points for the debate." Danny says.
"Keep them. I no longer require your meddling advice." Tucker says as he swipes the flyers out of Danny and Sam's hands before the group see he is holding the scepter from the museum.
"Hey that's the scepter from the museum. How'd you get it?" Sam asks.
"Why should I explain to you how I acquired what is rightfully mine?" Tucker asks.
"Rightfully yours?" Alexis asks.
"Tucker I-I don't like this. You have to listen to me." Danny says as Tucker looks at him and Sam.
"As you listened to me? Or you? The only one who at least would listen to me was Alexis." Tucker says.
"Tucker." Danny says.
"Did you hear me? The scepter is mine. Now stand aside or face my wrath." Tucker says before he walks off.
*Timeskip*
"First up with opening statements is Tucker Foley." Mr. Lancer says as everyone is gathered in the auditorium while Tucker goes on stage and gives his speech before getting angry as people aren't listening to him.
"Oh that's not good." Alexis says as Tucker destroys the podium with the scepter before the mummy ghost Hotep Ra appears beside Tucker.
"Um I think that's your cue." Sam says as Danny ducks under the chairs before transforming and going over to Tucker to get the scepter away from him.
"I'm going to help him." Alexis says as she sees Danny struggling to get the scepter away from Tucker.
"No Alexis. People are already scared and panicking. If you go then it'll cause more panic. Let Danny handle this." Sam says as Alexis looks at her before everyone sees Danny disappear in a flash of light.
"No!" Alexis shouts in alarm.
"And let that serve as a warning. To all of you." Tucker says before he turns the people and surroundings into an Egyptian like area.
*Timeskip*
"All hail pharaoh." The crowd of people say as they bow to Tucker.
"From now on this is my world. And my word is law. I guess you'll listen to me now." Tucker says as Alexis and Sam look at him.
"Tucker please this is wrong. But the clothes are pretty rad." Sam says as she and Alexis see they and other people are in Egyptian clothing along with tucker.
"She's right Tucker. This has to stop. Please." Alexis says as Tucker looks at her.
"Stand down Samantha. Alexis my dear you will be my queen and rule by my side. You're the only one who ever listened to me when I asked and so you will rule beside me as a reward." Tucker says as Alexis looks at him.
"Queen?" Alexis asks.
"Play along for now." Sam whispers as Alexis looks at her before and Tucker.
"So what's it gonna be Alexis? Rule beside me or work with the others." Tucker asks.
"Rule beside you! I mean your word is law." Alexis says quickly before nervously going to stand beside Tucker.
"I knew you'd see it my way." Tucker says as he smiles.
"Guards. Put these drones to work on the Sphinx. Once finished, it will herald the dawning of your new dynasty." Hotep Ra says before people and dragged off and put to work.
"This pleases me." Tucker says.
"Ah. Then you'll love what else we have for you. Even as we speak, two warriors battle for the honor of being presented before you." Hotep Ra says as Alexis looks at him curiously.
*Timeskip*
"More grapes my queen." Kwan asks as Alexis looks at him nervously while he is holding a plate filled with grapes and fruit.
"Um no thanks. You're excused for now." Alexis says as Kwan bows and walks off.
"Are you not satisfied with the grapes? I can get them to bring you something more desirable." Tucker says as he comes over.
"No no! I'm just not very hungry." Alexis says.
"It's almost finished my Pharaoh. A true monument to your glory. And behold. This masked champion has returned from the field of honor. Having vanquished the ghost boy in battle." Hotep Ra says as Sam and Alexis look at him while a armored warrior walks over towards tucker.
"Wait? Ghost boy? Tucker what has he done? Where is he!?" Alexis asks in alarm.
"Where is he? What did you do to him? Let me go! Tucker! Tell them to let me go!" Sam shouts as some guards grab her.
"Tell them to let her go Tucker! Hey! Let go of me!" Alexis shouts before some guards grab her.
"Woman. You. Will. Be. Silent! As for you my queen you best remember who you are loyal to and learn to silence your tongue when told!" Tucker says before going over to the armored warrior.
"Let go of us!" Alexis shouts as she tries to get loose.
"Congratulations warrior on defeating your ghostly opponent. How did you accomplish that?" Tucker asks.
"I just had the advantage of surprise. Like I do now." The ghost says before revealing to be Danny as he grabs the scepter from tucker successfully snapping Tucker out of his trance and back to normal.
"Where am I? What have I done? And why is everyone wearing a red beret except you?" Tucker asks confusedly as he looks around.
"Long story and it's not over yet." Danny says.
"He has the scepter. Seize him!" Hotep Ra shouts as Danny tries to keep the scepter away from him but fails as Hotep Ra gets the scepter and turns the Spinx statue to life before sending it after Danny and Tucker.
"Don't let them get away!" Hotep Ra shouts as he tries to go after tucker before Alexis, Sam, and Paulina grab his bandages and momentarily slow him down before he continues after Tucker.
"Ghost boy. Do something ghost boy." Paulina says as she sees Danny.
"I can't. Too powerful." Danny says.
"Okay. Now were doomed." Sam says.
"And I can't exactly just transform where everyone can see me to help." Alexis thinks to herself.
"You can do it ghost boy!" Alexis shouts as Danny smiles at her before he gets Tucker to help defeat the Spinx as the two boys get the Spinx to go after Hotep Ra and get the scepter from him in doing so.
"Nice work Tucker." Sam says as she goes over to Tucker while Danny goes over to Alexis.
"And thanks for the vote of confidence." Danny says as Alexis smiles kindly.
"As always." Alexis says kindly.
"I gotta admit it was pretty cool the way you got that Sphinx to listen to you without the scepter." Danny says as Tucker and Sam go over to him and Alexis.
"Yeah but I'm much more commanding with the scepter." Tucker says.
"Tucker no!" Danny says.
"Which is why I say we all go back to the school debate. And nobody remembers this except me, Danny, Alexis, and Sam." Tucker says as he uses the scepter to put things back how they were.
"Nice one. I'll take this one." Danny says as he takes the scepter from tucker.
"Mr. Fenton, Ms. Hathaway, and Ms. Manson. Back to your seats. This is not a group debate." Mr. Lancer says as he comes over.
"Give it to em Tuck. I gotta get this scepter back to the museum." Danny says as he looks at Tucker before the group take their seats as tucker stays on stage.
"Relax it won't be long. Friends classmates and miscellaneous band geeks who I never associate with. I'm conceding the election to Dash. Somehow being in charge just doesn't appeal to me much anymore." Tucker says.
"Well I guess that's it then. Mr. Baxter you win by default. Huzzah!" Mr. Lancer says as Dash quickly gets on stage.
"Yes! As my first law I would like to propose nerd wailing Fridays." Dash says excitedly.
"Couldn't he have said mini skirt instead? How hard is that?" Tucker says as he comes over to the others.
"Tucker thanks for bailing us out. The Sphinx was a way better listener than Sam and I have been lately." Danny says.
"We'll do a better job from now on." Sam says.
"You know you really should. Like Danny said I'm a guy worth listening to. I'm handsome, I'm smart, and I have a kickin' hat. And my ideas for using technology as a campaign theme was top notch. I mean look at this stuff. It was handmade in Japan." Tucker says as Alexis, Sam, and Danny walk off.
*Timeskip*
"Glad the scepter is taken care of. Thanks for coming with me Alexis." Danny says as he is walking in ghost form beside Alexis down the side walk.
"Not a problem." Alexis says.
"Now that the scepter is done I got something else to take care of." Danny says before he picks Alexis up.
"Danny! What the heck! Put me down!" Alexis says as Danny begins flying with her.
"Nope. You're gonna listen whether you want to or not." Danny says stubbornly as he flies with Alexis to his house before phasing the two into his room.
"Why did you bring me to your house?" Alexis asks as Danny puts her down.
"We gotta be quiet but I got something for you." Danny says as he hands Alexis a small box.
"For me? That's the necklace I was looking at in the store. You got it for me Danny?" Alexis asks as she opens the box and sees a silver tear drop necklace in the box as Danny sheepishly rubs the back of his neck.
"It's my way of saying I'm sorry. I can't make up for what I said and how I acted but I can start by making it right. I know why I said what I did but I can't quite explain it. I really want to explain but I'm just not sure how and I don't want to further make you mad at me then what you already are. All know is you're really special to me and I don't want to lose you. I was an idiot and I know that. I just want you back in my life. The way things were." Danny says.
"You really do genuinely know why you did what you did? You just can't quite explain it?" Alexis asks as Danny nods.
"Yeah. I mean i'm pretty sure I know but I will do my best to explain once I have all my thoughts sorted out.. And can think of a way to explain it so you don't hate me after." Danny says before Alexis hugs him as he hesitantly hugs back.
"Danny I could never hate you. Yeah you're a royal pain when you wanna be but I could never hate you. I really want to know what you were feeling or thinking that made you say what you did but I won't ask you to tell me before you think you're ready. You've at least proven that you mean what you say about being sorry. I don't quite forgive you yet but you won't lose me because I'm not going anywhere. I've missed things the way they were too." Alexis says as she pulls away from Danny.
"So does that mean you'll be my friend again?" Danny asks.
"Of course Danny. But don't ever. Do that. To me. Again. Got it?" Alexis asks as Danny smiles nervously.
"Got it. But I'm curious though. Tucker said something about you being jealous more than a friend would be when I was with Valerie. Why were you so jealous?" Danny asks as Alexis blushes.
"Why were you so jealous and protective of me when Dash hits on me?" Alexis asks as Danny blushes.
"Point taken." Danny says.
"Look Danny I'll make a deal with you.. When you tell me why you said what you did then.. I'll tell you why I reacted like I did. Deal?" Alexis asks as Danny nods.
"Deal. So you wanna hang out for a bit?" Danny asks.
"I'd love to." Alexis says as she smiles.
