Fred pulled off the mask of the ghost revealing none other than...
Willow Schnee was the one under the ghost's mask
"Willow Schnee!?" Mystery Inc. said in unison
"Wait, this doesn't seem right." Weiss said
Weiss reached over and pulled off her head as it was another mask revealing Winter Schnee.
"Winter?" Weiss said confused
"That is impossible. Winter is still back at the manor." Daphne said
Daphne pulled off that mask revealing Whitley Schnee.
"Wait...this isn't the real culprit either." Velma said pulling off that face since it was also a mask
"One of the guards that was outside The Schnee Family Manor when we got there?" Shaggy said
"I think I get it now. This guy posed as an Ironwood guard and was put n front of our family manor." Weiss said
"Exactly. He knew how valuable the Dust you had was but he knew he couldn't get it all in one go so he had to try to get it within multiple attempts and possibly scare your family off in the process." Velma said
"But how did he manage to fly?" they heard a male voice asked
They turned to see it was Ironwood who spoke.
"Like, it's simple, sir. He used a jet-pack for the flying and a fog machine to cover it up." Shaggy said as him and Scooby tire the costume open revealing a wearable fog machine and a jet-pack
"Exactly. And when he feared we would come close to catching him, that's when he decided to kidnap Daphne in an attempt to scare us away." Fred added
"You blasted kids, why didn't you mind your own business?!" The crook said as a couple of officers handcuffed him
"Catching Dust thieves can be done by anyone if done right. Besides, my father was gonna use some in the future anyways." Fred said
After the crook was taken away, Shaggy was trying to enjoy a sandwich. That's when the ghost's head popped up and moaned loudly.
"Zoinks! That creep's back!" Shaggy yelled as behind behind The Mystery Machine
Scooby's paw rose up and caught the sandwich and his tail removed the mask.
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" Scooby said as he winked at the audience and ate the sandwich in one bite
