SVU's Lieutenant Olivia Benson has been missing since last month, she was believed to be abducted by a man named John Bronson. If anyone sees her, do not hesitate to call the numbers on your screen.
"Yeah, I saw it... I hope that scares him and brings her back...yeah...god...Sofia's sleeping right now, she's been asking about her mom since yesterday...no, no Kathy I haven't told her...it...would crush her...SHE'S NOT DEAD OK? SHE'S NOT!...god, I'm sorry."
"Daddy?" A little voice makes him turn around. And there was her daughter standing with her little hands clutching her favorite teddy bear given by her mom.
"I'll call you later, Ok? Tell the kids I love them." Elliot said as he approached his daughter, "Why are you awake sweetheart? Huh? You hungry?"
"Are you mad, daddy? I heard you scweming." Sofia said, her blue eyes staring back at him.
"No, no. Daddy's not mad..It's just...I miss your mom." He said.
"When will she be coming home, Daddy? I miss her too." She said, He swallowed a lump in his throat. It's been one month. He's been lying to his daughter for one month about his wife's whereabouts when the truth is, He doesn't know.
He doesn't know if she's still alive or dead.
"Uh...mommy's doing a really important job ok? And if you sleep again, She will be back and you will be able to make silly waffles with her ok?"
"Silly waffles!" Sofia said and it makes his heart shatter in a million pieces.
How will he be able to tell his daughter?
"That's right! Silly waffles! Now, go back to your room and sleep ok?"
"Ok, daddy..I love you."
But just as Sofia was about to go upstairs, Elliot's phone rings. It was Cragen.
"Don."
"They found her, Elliot."
