Coach Brunt led her team of junior criminals past an iron gate, "Okay, this is it people. The sledding grounds. We rarely leave the VILE premises, but since it's winter, I guess we could cut some slack on the policy. There's no one around here, and the Cleaners can bring in a helicopter if there are any issues. Everyone got it?"

"Yes Coach Brunt." The students chimed in unison.

"Good. Have fun kiddos. The faculty and I will be at the benches plotting a caper if you don't mind."

The day was slightly windy, sending a chill down Black Sheep's spine. Her nose was a bit red, though she didn't seem to mind. She wore a standard VILE coat and a small red hat over her head, plus red mittens. Gray was wearing more or less what she wore, except he didn't have a hat, and he wore blue mittens. They both had snow boots. The strong scent of pine filled the air, so much that it was like Black Sheep could smell it. White blankets of snow covered the hill tops.

Black Sheep smiled giddily, "Wouldn't it be so cool if we could plan a caper too? It would be awesome!" She squeaked.

Gray elbowed her, "Don't get too ahead of yourself, Black Sheep." He chuckled, "Hey, red's really your color."

Black Sheep pouted playfully, running across the snow-covered hill, "Last one to the top is a rotten egg!"

"Meaning YOU! Prepare to get beaten!" Gray yelled as he trailed behind, but soon caught up to her.

"You sure about that?" Black Sheep raced ahead of him, cheering when she reached the top.

"Haha! Told you!" She said triumphantly, pointing a finger at the older boy. She made a silly face at him.

"I...call rematch." Gray grumbled, panting.

Black Sheep boasted, "Yeah right. I won fair and square." Gray messed up her hair, "Ya sure did." He looked at where the rest of the group was headed, "Come on, let's go get our sleds." They walked to the shack where the sleds were held.

Black Sheep lifted over one of the sleds, "Hey, where's mine?!"

Tigress looked up at her innocently, "Wait, this was yours? I thought it was a scratching post." She smirked, dropping a destroyed sled on the ground. Black Sheep seethed, "That's so low!"

"Who cares." Tigress curled her lip, the nasty grin still plastered onto her face.

As she walked outside, Gray smirked, "Cool. Oh, and by the way, you're standing in poison ivy right now." Tigress's eyes widened and she yelped in surprise.

"I AM?!"

"No." Gray's smirk widened, "But maybe you are."

"But that's impossible..." Tigress sputtered.

"You'd know if it was possible or not if you just read the student handbook. It's what people who actually have a brain do." Black Sheep giggled as Tigress frantically ran in place, not knowing what to do, "SECURITYYYYYYYY! SOMEONEEEE HEEEEELPPPPP!"

"Nah just kidding." Gray admitted just as a few senior members came rushing over, "But maybe next time...watch where you're going." He pointed at the ant pile below her feet. Tigress screeched and fell over, snow spraying everywhere as she stumbled back.

Gray motioned for Black Sheep to follow, "Okay, should we take turns sledding, or...?"

"How about we go separately? I'll go first." Black Sheep grabbed the sled, sledding down the hill. "WHOOOO!" She tossed the sled up to her partner, "Now you try."

Gray stared off the edge of the hill, "Here goes nothing." Staring down at Black Sheep, he had to admit, felt strange. His vision got a bit foggy but then cleared up like some magical windshield wiper had just wiped it off. For a split second it looked like there were two of her.

"Are you coming?" Black Sheep yelled, making Gray flinch slightly.

"Um...yeah...okay..." He said, sitting down on his sled. Upon reaching the bottom of that hill, he groaned, "Let's never do that again."

"Why..." Black Sheep smirked naughtily, "Are you scared of heights?"

"Me?! What?! NoOoOo..."

"..."

"..."

Black Sheep suddenly blurted out, "YOU MUST CONQUER YOUR FEAR!" She dragged him towards a taller mountain, "There, this one's perfect."

"Babies." Tigress, who had somehow gotten out of the whole ant predicament, laughed, "Me and the others are going up the big one." She pointed at an enormous mountain, "We're going to have a sledding race. Whoever can come down with their sled and themselves intact first, wins." She sneered, "Guess you two won't be joining us. Imagine: The Baby and her Babysitter." Le Chevre, El Topo, Mime Bomb, and everyone else snickered.

"That's not true! We'll join you, in fact, we'll WIN! We'll beat you!" Black Sheep put a hand on her hip proudly as the students started to murmur amongst themselves in curiosity. Tigress sniffed, "Fine. May the best student-"

"Or students." Black Sheep interrupted, shoving Gray forward.

"Black Sheep, what are you doing?!" Gray froze.

"Relax Crackle, we've got this in the bag."

"No we don't!" Gray protested.

"-fine, or students, win." Tigress said.

"Challenge accepted." Black Sheep agreed. Then she put a hand on her chin.

Oh boy. She had another idea. That can't be good.

"In fact, how about we up the game? Losers have to clean the gym." Black Sheep said.

"Deal." Concurred Tigress, walking away with her nose in the air and her head held high.

Gray pulled Black Sheep closer, "Look, this is great and all, But for your information, there is no way I'm cleaning the gym. You have no idea the things you'd find in there. Horrors hide in there. They're LURKING in there! It's disgusting. It's, like, where the breeding grounds of mold and bacteria are." Gray wrinkled his nose.

"Psssshh, not like we're going to lose anyways. Not with the world's best friend by my side anyways."

Gray blushed, "Well, I suppose it can't be too bad."

—-—- Time Skip—

"AAAAAAHHHHH I TAKE IT BACK I TAKE IT BACK!" Gray screamed, staring down from the top of the hill. The tallest, and probably most dangerous, hill.

"Don't worry." Black Sheep joked, "We'll get back in one piece...or two...don't worry, I'll buy a hot glue gun if any of us needs to get their limbs reattached."

"So funny." Gray retorted. He was sitting behind Black Sheep on the sled.

"Just...think of something cute and harmless...like...a mouse!" She pointed at a small, plump cream-colored mouse sitting on the ground cleaning its whiskers.

"Awww." They both said in unison.

A hawk swooped down from the nearest tree, grabbed the mouse with its talons, and flew away.

Gray's jaw dropped and his pupils contracted.

"...n-never mind..." Black Sheep laughed nervously.

Tigress approached them, handing her a broom.

"What's this?" Black Sheep asked.

"A broom. You know, for when you'll lose."

Black Sheep growled, snapping the wooden broom into two pieces.

"Wonder what the faculty will say when they find out that you've been breaking the equipment."

"Wonder what the faculty will say when they find out you've been picking fights with innocent kids." Gray retorted.

"We go to a crime school. It's not like they can do anything about it." She smirked.

"Oh heck yeah, sure, why don't you say it a bit louder so literally everyone in the city can hear. OR, maybe just spray-paint 'STUDENTS OF THE TOP SECRET VILE ACADEMY WUZ HERE' on the walls to get the message across. It will make it MUCH easier for the cops to arrest us." Gray quipped.

Tigress snarled, "Get ready, dweebs." They situated themselves on the starting line, which El Topo had drawn with a stick.

"Get ready. Get set. On your mark. GO!" El Topo shouted.

Gray screamed, "NONONONONONONO!" Their sled sped down the steep inclined surface.

"I'M GONNA DIE I'M GONNA DIE!" He screamed, clinging onto Black Sheep.

"Come on, let's go faster. Tigress is beating us!" Black Sheep said, her hair blowing in the wind.

"NONONONONONONO-" Gray whimpered, "We are sosososososososososososososososososososososososo, add a bunch more 'so's', dead." The sled started to stray of course.

"Gray, hold onto the sides of the sled, not me! I can't steer! We're going to crash!" Black Sheep screamed.

Gray, who was quite alarmed now, whimpered quietly, "But what if I let go and I fall?!"

"It's either that, or we go hurling into that huge pine tree!" Black Sheep hissed.

"AAAAAAAHHHH OKAY OKAY." He whimpered, holding onto the sides of the sled. His heart pounded inside his chest as Black Sheep steered away from the tree, but into a hollow log tunnel. They went through the tunnel in full speed, screaming as they hugged each other.

"Black Sheep, if we don't make it, I lo-"

Black Sheep grunted, pulling the sled up to avoid crashing into another hill.

"OH CRAP..." They went flying down the wide mounds of snow. Gray closed his eyes, shaking.

"Gray, this is so cool! Open your eyes. It's fun!" Black Sheep laughed. Gray slowly opened his eyes, his heartbeat getting faster and faster in terror.

"Stop thinking of it like you're going to hurt yourself. If you think that, you'll probably hurt yourself out of cluelessness. Be confident."

Gray blinked, watching as they sled past another mound of snow, flying over twigs are branches.

He smiled, "Okay, I guess it is kind of fun."

CRASH! The sled crashed against a large rock.

"It was fun...while it lasted." Gray corrected. Black Sheep shrugged:

"Eh, just a minor hiccup. This always happens."

"It does?! I think I'm having second thoughts about sledding..."

"Not in that way." Black Sheep said.

"So...how exactly are we supposed to get out of here?" Gray asked.

"Why don't we create a signal fire?"

"Yes, totally, because that'd just be so easy. Black Sheep, all the wood around the area is wet from when it rained before. It would be nearly impossible."

"Yeah, but not impossible!" Black Sheep rubbed two sticks together, "Stupid...sticks...won't...cooperate...!"

"I don't think that's going to work."

"I'm so close! Just...just a few more..."

Gray raised an eyebrow, "Hours? Years? Decades?"

"Seconds." She grunted.

Gray looked around the place, "I had my Crackle Rod on me when we crashed. If I could find it, we could make a signal fire much easier." He dug through the snow, his fingers freezing as he touched it, even though his hands were covered. The wind picked up.

"Gray..." Black Sheep gulped, "We should hurry..."

"Help me look for it." They dug through the snow, desperately trying to find it.

"Got it!" He said, noticing the handle peeking through a sheet or snow. He brushed off tiny bits of ice and held it up against a stick. He tried a few times, but eventually it lit on fire.

"We should go to the highest point around so that they can see us better." Black Sheep told her friend. Gray agreed. They reached a high point and Gray waved the stick around, catching the attention of the VILE helicopter. They hopped on.

"I guess I'll give you some credit. It was fun...kinda." Gray said, sitting next to her. The helicopter landed where the finish line was.

Black Sheep got out, pumping a fist in the air enthusiastically, "SEE WE GOT LOST BUT WE STILL WON!"

"Lambkins..." Gray turned her face to the right where Tigress was standing smugly.

"Oh..."

"HA! You lost. Have fun picking up stinky shoes and scrubbing the floors." Tigress told them.

Black Sheep slumped her shoulders, "How late were we..."

"You lost. By an hour." Tigress smirked. Just as she was about to continue, more students started to surround Black Sheep and Gray.

"How did you get here?"

"How did you keep from crashing into the tree?"

"How did you-"

"UGGHHHH!" Tigress stamped her foot on the ground, "YOU DON'T DESERVE ALL THE ATTENTION! FORGET ABOUT THE GYM!" She stormed away.

"I guess you're not scared of heights anymore." Black Sheep said. Gray told her, "Probably..."

Something hit Gray on the back of his head.

"Hope you aren't scared of snowballs too!" She sniggered.

Gray chucked a handful of snow at her. They laughed, chasing each other around. That was when Black Sheep tripped, and the snowball in her hand hit Tigress. They remained silent as she slowly turned around.

"OH. YOU. WILL. SO. PAY FOR THAT!" Tigress started flinging snowballs at them. Gray and Black Sheep squealed, fending her off. By the time they got back inside the cabin they were cold, tired, but happy.
