Episode 10: Big problems, in the Big Apple Part 1

"Last time on Total Drama: Cruise for 1 million dollars, after the birth of Liam between Gwen and Trent, I was absent so… I'm going to let Brittany take this segment over," Chris says.
"Thank you Chris. After the birth, scandalous alliances were formed between Scott and Justin, and Leshawna and Heather. The campers had to search the haul for 4 statues marked with their color. Ultimately, The Champions were the big losers of the night. Unfortunately, Dawn payed the price. Meanwhile, Beth was brought into the game. What will happen next? Who will be eliminated next? And will Beth fit in with her team? Find out on Total Drama: Cruise For 1 Million Dollars!"

The episode starts in the dining area, all of the contestants are lounging together the camera zooms in on Scott and Justin. They are eating with the Maggot's alliance. (Courtney and Ezekiel)
"So, I found out what we're doing today," Scott tells Justin.
"Tell me more," Justin responds.
Scott sighs, "We're traveling to New York to do some stupid commercial,"
"Wait so, like the thing we did in World Tour?" Courtney asked.
"Uh, yeah I guess so," Scott replied.
"So, Scott when we get out I have a test for you," Justin says as he points his spoon towards him.
"What?" Scott asks.
"I think it's best that we talk later," Justin says as he side eyed Courtney.
The Camera goes to the Beasts table
Heather is eating while Leshawna, Beth, and Zoey are talking
"Oh my goodness, Beth where have you been?" Leshawna asks.
"Well… ever since the show ended I moved out of my farm town, and now I live with Brady in the city. Did I mention, I work at a pet shop now!" Beth explains.
Leshawna and Zoey both look into arrested as Beth turns to Heather, Beth begins to feel worse.
"What do think about it, Heather?" Beth asks politely.
Heather looks at Beth and smiles.
"I don't care," Heather says kindly.
Beth begins to frown more.
The camera transitions to the Champion's table.
"Come on we need to improve. We lost Bridgette, now Eva and Dawn. We need to make sure nobody else goes. Hear me?" Cody asks.
Sierra and Harold nod.
"Ok, so what we're going to do is stick together, no matter what we're doing!" Cody continued.
Sierra agreed, "Yeah, rumor has it we're going to New York City. Won't it be romantic Cody?" Sierra asked.
"Yeah, wait this doesn't look like New York," Cody says as he points out the window.
"What the?" Harold says as he presses his face into the window.
"Where are we?" Harold asks confused.
Chris appears on the stage.
"Well… Harold we're currently near London," Chris says excitedly.
Courtney looks confused, "Wait a minute, why are going to London if the point is to go and do something in New York?"
"Because this is a special, we have to extend it to a 2 part episode so we get some wild ratings results," Chris responds as he raises his finger.
"Well you gotta respect the man for telling the truth," Ezekiel says as he looks at Chef who gives him a thumbs up.
Ezekiel smiles back.
"Ok, we're nearing the port, so Chris will explain the instructions for the first part of the change," Brittany explains as she walks into the dining area.
"Ok so for this challenge you must, go to the London International Airport on a trolley, that will be assigned by specific color. Next, I am handing out tickets for your flight, be there on time or be square. Once you reach New York you will receive your next set of rules. Any questions?" Chris asks.
Lindsay raises her hand.
"So this is just a Ridonculous Race episode rebranded as a Total Drama episode?" Lindsay asks.
Chris ignores her question.
"Oh yeah also, since I've become a generous and humble person IU will be giving every team $4,000," Chris says as he hands the tickets and money out to the teams.
"This is all the money, I'm giving so don't waste it!" Chris announces.
Everyone watches in silence as all of the money is handed out.
"Are we there yet Chef?" Brittany asks before the ship suddenly stops, it knocks over a few contestants and interns.
"Yep!" Chef responds as he rubs his hands.
"You heard the man! Run!" Heather commanded as her, Beth, Zoey, and Leshawna ran out of the yacht and onto a brick road.
"Vamanos!" Sierra calls out.
Cody, Sierra, and Harold rush out the ship.
"How are we last? Let's go!" Justin calls out as the Maggots leave the ship.
The Maggots followed him.
The camera transitions to the Beasts who are arriving to their trolley station.
"Do you see a blue one?" Leshawna asks Zoey.
Zoey shakes her head.
"Wait I think I see it!" Beth says as she points to a little blue trolley.
"Ok let's get on it!" Heather says.
The four casually walk up to the trolley.
"Are you Heather, Zoey, Leshawna, and… Beth?" The conductor asks.
"Yes we are now let us in!" Heather says.
The conductor scoffs.
"I miss when you were nicer," The conductor mutters.
"No girl don't!" Leshawna says as she holds back Heather from attacking the conductor.
"Let me GO!" Heather shouts.
The trolley begins to move.
The camera transitions to the Champions.
"Look they're already on their trolley. Where on earth is ours?" Cody asks.
Sierra points to a moist yellow trolley.
"Is that it?" Sierra asks.
"Yeah, come on! The Maggots are catching up," Cody says.
The run to their trolley.
A friendly old man greets them.
"Are you Cody, Sierra, and Harold?" The old man asks.
"Why yes we are," Sierra says.
"Well, I'm your conductor, the name is Barns, Jonathan Barns," The conductor says.
"Well that's nice but, we're in a bit of rush," Cody explains.
"Ok sit down please," The conductor says.
Cody, Sierra, and Harold sit down next to a tall man with dyed pink hair.
"Stop the train!" Justin yells.
"I don't believe that you are Cody, Sierra, and Harold," The conductor says wisely.
"I don't care let us in or we might smash the windows, right guys?" Justin asks.
Scott and Courtney nod while Lindsay, Ezekiel and DJ stand awkwardly.
The punk stands.
"Start the train," he whispers to the conductor.
The punk stands and blocks the door.
"Let us in!" Justin says as he grabs the handrail.
The punk stands back before swinging and kicking Justin in the stomach, as he lays there the trolley starts.
"Look there's our trolley!" DJ says as he points to a bright red trolley.
He runs towards it and jumps on the back of it.
"Stop the trolley!" Courtney yells.
"No can do miss," The conductor says back.
Ezekiel begins to run to the trolley and jumps on the back of the trolley.
Lindsay follows.
The scene ends as we get a shot of Courtney and Scott standing over Justin who is holding his stomach and gasping for air on the street.
The camera transitions to the Beasts.
Heather, Leshawna, Beth, and Zoey are eagerly waiting as the trolley nears the front of the airport.
"We're here girls," The conductor says as the 4 girls run out the trolley.
Beth walks back in and gives the conductor $100.
"There's the tip, thank for the ride, Mr." Beth says to the conductor as he begins to grin.
The camera cuts to rest of the Beasts in the airport.
Heather has walked to the check in section with Leshawna, and Zoey.
"Hello, thank you for flying Atlantic, is there anything I can do for you?" The receptionist asks in a british accent.
Heather smiles sarcastically.
"Hello, Msss. I'm going to need you to check in these tickets. And make it quick! We don't have time for foolishness," Heather says before she glares behind at Zoey who is grinning while holding her backpack upside down.
"Have you already bought tickets?" The attendant asks.
"Ye swe do, here you go!" Leshawna says as she hands her the tickets.
"Also do you have like… croissants or fancy british stuff in here?" Leshawna ask, as Hether looks at her.
"Uh, we do not however we have donuts in the food court. Also it says that these tickets are invalid. They were in use of January 16th, 2018?" The receptionist says.
Heather's eyes widen with shock.
"He did this," Heather whispers to herself.
"Screw you Chris!" She yells out.
The camera transitions to Chris, Chef, and Brittany who are all sitting and laughing in the suite of the ship.
"Ok, so just one more time, you gave the contestants USED ticket?" Brittany laughs.
"Yep, it made my vacations even more enjoyable!" Chris responds back before sipping champagne.
"It was actuall Chef's idea," Blurts out Chris.
"Don't put it all on me," Chef says as he holds up his hands.
All three of them laugh before the camera transitions back to the Beasts.
"How are we going to get to New York?" Heather asks nervously.
The receptionist looks up.
"We have a flight to New York in 25 minutes. However we only have 1st class seats. Would that be ok with you miss?" The receptionist asks.
Heather begins to nod.
"Wait how much does this cost?" Leshawna asks.
"Umm each seat costs around $200," The receptionist says.
Heather gasps.
"It's that cheap?" Heather asks.
"Yep, everything besides clothes are cheaper in London," The receptionist smiles.
"Ok then, we'll take it!" Zoey declares.
"Umm… I'll have to see the $800 first," The receptionist says.
"Who has the money?" Zoey whispers.
"BETH!" Heather shouts.
We hear a faint coming from the other side of the airport.
We then see a bird's eye view shot of the airport.
Beth runs over to Heather with the money in her hand.
"Oh my goodness Beth, how could you? You put the money in your hand not in like a bag not even in your stupid vest?" Heather asks angrily.
"It's a satchel," Beth says disappointingly.
"Well whatever it is, you should've put it in there," Heather scolds.
Leshawna takes a stack of hundreds from Beth's hands.
"Would this pay for it?" Leshawna asks.
The receptionist nods and hands Leshawna 4 tickets.
"Have a great flight," The receptionist says kindly.
"You too," Zoey says happily before she realizes what she said.
The 4 begin to but their purses and bookbags inside 3 gray baskets.
Zoey looks up at Heather who is holding the book of secrets.
"Do you want to put that in my bin?" Zoey asks.
Heather turns around to Zoey.
"What about no?" Heather says sarcastically as she turns and goes through security.
"Security!" The security guard yells.
Heather still holding her book in her arms asks.
"Wait what?" Heather says confused.
"Ma'am we're going to need you to come to the side," Another guard tells Heather.
"What did I do?" Heather asks as she's pulled away.
"Mmmmmm, well you tried to tell her girl," Leshawna tells Zoey as she shakes her head.
'"Yeah…" Zoey says as she grabs her brown bookbag and puts on some large white headphones.
"Hey!" Heather shouts as the Champions pass the four girls.
"Sorry Heather but our plane leaves in minutes," Harold yells out.
Leshawna blushes.
"Well see ya, baby!" Leshawna announces as the camera follows The Champions.
The three run through the terminal.
They knock people out of their path including a cameo of the fashionistas form Ridonculous Race.
"Hey, watch it!" Tom says as he holds his empty cup of coffee. He has a brown stain on his blue shirt.
Sierra turns back.
"Sor-," Sierra says apologetically.
Cody continuing to run yells back to Sierra, "We have no time for apologizes let's go,"
"Ok… Cody," Sierra says somberly before she continues running.
"Flight 349 to New York is finally boarding," A female voice says over the loudspeaker.
Harold points to a sectional.
"There it is, come on people," He says as he runs with two suitcases in his hands.
The three continue their run before they make it to the section.
"Hello, is this the New York flight? M'Lady?" Harold asks.
The woman looks concerned.
So does Cody and Sierra who awkwardly look at him before the the flight attendant nods and assists them in.
The attendant begins to close the door as Heather, Beth, Leshawna, and Zoey enter.
"Wait for us!" Beth shout as she carries her suitcase.
They come to a screeching halt to the flight attendant.
"I'm sorry but we need to get on the plane. NOW!" Heather says in authority.
"I'm sorry, I'll get you on that plane. I will just need to check your tickets," The flight attendent.
Leshawna takes the tickets and bring them to the attendant, "Here ya go suga,"
The flight attendant smiles politely as she punches holes in the ticket.
"Here, you go. Have a nice flight!" The attendant says.
The 4 enter the plane, Heather carries her book as the others drag behind her suitcase.
The camera goes to the Justin, Courtney, and Scott of the Maggots. Courtney and Scott carries Justin as he limps in hopelessly.
"Ok where are the three losers who abandoned me?" Justin asks angrily.
Scott and Courtney walk off in different directions leaving Justin all alone. Justin slightly falls before he catches himself and limps towards a blue chair.
Courtney finds the three with six tickets, sitting over by a juice stand.
"There you three are. Why the heck did you abandon us?" Courtney says angrily.
Lindsay looks up at the furious CIT, "Because I came here to win, not to be your slave,"
Courtney gasps before she shakes her head.
"Relax Courtney, it's fine we got all of our tickets. They even gave one to DJ's panda," Ezekiel says as he sips his pink liquid.
Dj smiles and says, "They're so considerate,"
Courtney snatches the tickets from Ezekiel's hand, "Ok thanks I guess for getting the tickets. Come on let's get back to everyone else,"
Scott walks up to them.
"Oh there you are," Scott snarls.
Ezekiel rolls his eyes. "Your girlfriend already told us that,"
"Oh did she?" Scott asks as he pulls Ezekiel up and out of his wooden white chair.
*Sigh* "Whatever," Ezekiel says as he's lowered to the ground.
"Ok come on let's get Justin then we need to go," Scott says.
The team agrees as the walk over to Justin who's listening to Staci as a cameo.
"Ok we got em', they have our tickets let's bounce," Courtney says.
Justin groans before DJ picks him up and carries him on his shoulder.
Justin screams as he's bit by Justin's panda.
We get a montage of the 6 running through the airport to the plane.
They finally get on the plane, as they take off we see Chris on the runway.
"Wow what a interesting start to our special. How will the teams react to the big apple. Will Courtney's sassy attitude change? Will Beth stand up for herself? Will Justin get tested for rabies. Don't ask me. But, you'll see next time on Total Drama Cruise For 1 Million Dollars!" Chris announces as he steps into a private white jet it flies away as the camera turns to static.
