Here we go with the next chapter! So BEGIN!

Jaune was beginning to wake up as he. moved about on the hard ground. He sat up and rubbed his eyes and then opened them. It was now morning time and he was in the exact cave from last night

"*Sigh* So it wasn't a dream."

He then began to stretch feeling some cracks from his back.

"God damn. I wished I had a sleeping bag at least"

After stretching a bit more Jaune grabbed Caliburn and put him in his scabbard, He then went outside to continue the trip to the lady of the Lake.

The gold ornament ornamentation moved downward as Caliburns face is revealed again.

"Good Morning." Caliburn said to Jaune

"Good morning, Caliburn."

"I see your continuing our journey to The Lady Of The Lake."

"Yup, just flowing the map and I'm not sure where the lady of the Lake specifically is."

"Let me see the map."

Jaune brought Caliburn out of the scabbard and let him see the map.

"Ah, we are going the right way but we must make a direction change soon since the pathway we are in right now leads to the Titanic Plains."

"Oh really? Interesting. How do I know when to make the sharp turn?"

"When we reach the woods."

"Gotcha"

So with that Jaune kept walking the pathway. It has been about ten minutes now and Jaune noticed something huge from far.

"Hey I can see a gigantic tree from there."

"Yes. That tree is an important symbol."

"Really?"

"Yes it protects that very forest up ahead."

"Well it looks like I'm gonna see it fully in person since the map tells us to go to that forest."

So with that Jaune continued his walk to the forest and after a couple of minutes he and Caliburn are now in the forest.

"It is time to take a different direction, We must go left."

"So we have to go right directly into the forest?"

"Yes, The Lake is said to lie in the remote part of the forest."

"Alright then"

So with that Jaune put away the map and let Caliburn tell him where to go. Jaune has now been walking for ten minutes so he looked back and saw that the path was now gone, only thing here is grass and trees.

"Whelp we definitely are deep into the forest now."

Jaune found an open area and saw something big. Jaune looked up and saw that it is the big tree he saw from before. Seeing right now he underestimated how huge the tree really is, heck it's probably then any gigantic Grimm that he has encountered.

"So do I have to go through the tree?"

"Yes." Caliburn said.

Jaune nodded as he continued his walk. He noticed that the forest is being a bit more open and saw some flowers.

'La La La La, La La La La La'"

"Hm?" Jaune stopped in his tracks

"What wrong?" Caliburn said confused on why Jaune stopped.

"I think I heard someone...Singing?"

Jaune then began to walk to the direction of the singing.

"You fool! You're going wrong way!" Caliburn said to Jaune but he was not paying attention.

Jaune kept walking as the singing was getting a lot clearer and he realized that the person singing is female. He got so close he can hear the lyrics perfectly.

"The gentle breeze it stirs the leaves, stirs my soul, my heart deep inside me, Sense my world as one wither, a greater whole all connected as one. La La La La, La La La La La'"

Jaune hid behind a tree and the looked and saw that it was the Velvet Look Alike. She is wearing a white dress covering her entire body except her head. Jaune kept listening to the Velvet look alike singing to her soft and Beautiful voice.

"So Bloom, Bloom, and share your sweet perfume. Flowers Bloom, Bloom so many things to to see. The sweet serenity soothes my mind, soothes my soul. "

The Velvet look alike plucked. out a white dandelion from the ground and looked at it.

"The gentle breeze it stirs the leaves, stirs my soul, my heart deep inside me, Sense my world as one wither, a greater whole all connected as one."

The Velvet look alike finished her singing and clutched the flower close to her heart and stood there in silence. Jaune just smiled at her and then he noticed that it was starting to be creepy so he decide to step back and leave her alone.

*CRACK*

'SHIT!'

The Velvet look alike opened here eyes and turned around hearing the twig snap.

"W-whos there?!"

"You Fool! You should have not been distracted!" Caliburn scolded Jaune.

"Who is it?" The Velvet look alike said.

Knowing that there is no way to get away from this Jaune showed himself to the Velvet Look alike.

"Oh it's you." The Velvet look alike said relieved to know that it was the guy she saw yesterday.

"Yeah."

"W-what are you doing here?"

"I...I was going to a lake and I got side tracked since I heard you sing."

"Oh...You heard me?" The Velvet look alike said now blushing.

"Yeah. Honestly I didn't expect to see you so soon. So has the currency helped you and your siblings?"

"Oh! Yes it has! Once I brought the currency to my village me and my brothers used it for something to eat. I gave some to the other villagers as well. You definitely helped out."

"No Problem Miss...Ummmmm"

"Oh. I think it is time for introductions. My Name is Scarlet Velv."

"Jaune Arc, Pleasure to meet you Scarlet."

Scarlet suddenly realized the comment that Jaune said earlier.

"You said you were heading to a lake?"

"Yes I am. Have you been there?"

"One time actually. But if your looking for it then you came to the right person."

"Really?"

"Yes, my village is close to the lake."

"Wait really so you can go to the lake at anytime."

Scarlet nodded.

"Oh that's awesome! So what are we waiting for? We can talk on the way to your village."

"Very well then"

So with that Jaune and Scarlet began walking together to Scarlets village. Jaune took a closer look at Scarlet and, yup she definitely looks like if Velvet got cloned. He looked at her features more and he found her, beautiful Very, Very, Beautiful. This also made him realized that he found Velvet from his world beautiful, and granted that is true, he does have a soft spot for the Faunus.

"We're here." Scarlet spoke out.

Jaune shook his head and looked in front of him and saw a huge wooden gate that was open.

"Shall we?"

Jaune nodded as he and Scarlet entered the village. Once they were in Jaune noticed that there were a lot of tents, indicating that was the villagers Homes. Jaune also notices the villagers and noticed that a lot of the villagers had animal ears.

"Um Scarlet, I don't know if this is personal but I noticed that the villagers here all have animal ears. um why is that?"

"The people like myself and the others with animal ears are a race known as The Kemonomimi. We were all once townspeople of Camelot Castle, but it wasn't until two years ago where King Arthur has ordered The Kemonomimi to flee the castle practically banishing us. And if we disobey or protested then the ones who didn't obey gets locked up in a dungeon and await execution. My Mother and Father are part of those that are locked up. My Father wanted me and my two siblings to flee so nothing bad happens to us. So we obeyed them and left and soon enough the Kemonomimi created this little village."

'Arthur, that bastard'

Why would someone like king Arthur so such a thing? The Kemonomimi did nothing wrong but they get banished? If he was king he would have the Kemonomimi come back to the Castle and be townspeople again, no matter the race.

"I'm sorry." Jaune did to scarlet.

"It's fine. I...I just come to the term that my parents are gone."

And Jaunes heart is beginning to hurt.

"Don't say that. They are probably alive." Jaune spoke

"Don't say that. That only gives me hope that soon enough will be shattered."

Scarlet looked like she was about to burst into tears at any second and he doesn't like seeing a girls cry so he dropped the current conversation. Soon enough they arrived at the other side of the village.

"Through this gate will be the path of the Lake." Scarlet said to Jaune.

"Thank You. Oh hey can I ask you something?"

"Sure what is it?"

"You See I don't have a place to sleep and I don't have a sleeping bag of any source so-"

"Oh are you asking to stay here?"

"Just for like a day."

"Oh. Of course you can. The gates are opened in night but for only a short time."

"That's perfect. Thank you once again Scarlet, I guess I'll see you later."

Scarlet nodded as Jaune waved at her before leaving the village. So Jaune was walking to the path of the lady of the Lake once again.

"I feel so bad for her."

"I to as well." Caliburn said.

"You know what Scarlet said is almost similar to a situation in my world

"Oh, Really?"

"Yeah, they also had animal traits as well, their called the faunus. They get mistreated for being a different race."

"I see."

"Yeah, my friend Blake is trying to make peace with the humans and faunus."

"Blake?"

"Oh Blake is a friend of mines. She female, very gorgeous, she has ember eyes, long black hair and cat ears."

Caliburn heard and that description Jaune gave of this Blake, you did very familiar.

"huh?"

Caliburn broke out of his thoughts due to Jaunes huh.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm not sure if I'm seeing things but there seems to be someone there."

"Is it a villager?"

"No it is not. This person is armored."

"An underworld knight?"

"Nope this Knight is all alone and he is not spewing smoke."
