Chapter 9
Tempest told Misty later about the incident with Chet. He wasn't happy about it, however, he knew that he has to deal with this man before going any farther. If not, interruptions like this will happen more often than not. "What do I do though? He is going to try and use my own words against my family!" he protested.
Misty was just finishing cleaning up the place from feeding the sumos. That was when both heard someone clearing their voice rather aggressively. Sato came out of hiding but was smiling. "I do believe you need someone to speak on your behalf. And I wouldn't use Miss Genus here to do it either."
Tempest paused as he looked to Sato with a smile. "Oh? Do I hear a plan in that tone?" he asked with a smile of his own.
"He gave you his number? Leave the rest to me, but you will need to accompany me!"
He agreed. Tempest left it all in Sato's hands as he made the call to speak with Ubet personally. They would meet at a small exclusive restaurant… which happened to be where Misty learned to cook! There was no service today so the place will be nice and empty.

The meeting occurred.
A few hours later, Tempest stood in wait as Sato peered out from behind the kitchen doors. Ubet was there, smiling the biggest grin he has ever seen, he was also adjusting his suit oddly, which only confirmed that he was indeed planning on recording everything spoken. Sato turned and said. "If you wish to tell him anything, whisper it to me, and I will speak on your behalf."
"Okay… I owe you for this…"
Sato blew off the comment. "Please, you got rid of my boss's annoying pig of a son, this is nothing!" he said and smiled. "Now, let's get him off your back once and for all…"
They entered the dining room. Ubet stood and smiled. "The Blue Dragon himself! It's an honor to meet you! Sorry about my little barge in on your interview there, but this is of great importance…" he said as his hand extended out.
But it was refused. "I will be speaking on behalf of the Blue Dragon, my name is Sato, pleased to meet you Mr. Ubet."
Suddenly, Ubet's smile vanished. His attitude changed. "No… I didn't come here to speak with a piss on like you. I came to speak with a man of power! I want to speak exclusively with the Blue Dragon!"
Tempest leaned in and whispered. "I am glad we're recording this"
Sato nodded. "Tempest does not wish to speak with you, he didn't want to attend this meeting, however felt it was the best way to explain his reasoning why he does not wish to be associated with the likes of you…" Sato said.
They sat down, but Ubet was now fuming. "You don't wish to speak with me because I took away your spotlight in an interview? You got some nerve boy!"
Tempest leaned over and whispered. "What a blow hard."
Sato however knew what to say despite the observation commentary Tempest gave him. "You need to understand, as Yokozuna, his time is quite precious to say the least. This TV station who was to interview him had waited weeks to get their audience, and you have dashed it for a mere political stunt. It's not well received by Yokozuna Tempest. Furthermore, there is nothing to discuss. Yokozuna Tempest does not agree, like, endorse or approve of your… standings as it were in this world. He wants no association with you or your party. As well…" Sato reached into his jacket and took out a paper. "This is a restraining order on you and your people. You will no longer approach Yokozuna Tempest unless given proper permission from the sumo chairman and myself who speaks as his representative."
Ubet slammed the table. "How dare you! You punkass boy! You don't realize that when I become the next president of the supercontinent, I will be able to do whatever I want, and I can grant you favors beyond your imagination. That… or I can easily make sumo wrestling illegal!" he threatened.
Sato nodded in understanding. "Our stance does not change." He decreed. "You are welcome to threaten him all you like with this, besides, for Yokozuna Tempest, this is but a hobby for him." Sato said with a wide grin on his lips. "I do believe we are done here…"
They stood up to leave. "You… You fool! You are willing to live in a world where monsters can become heroes? You know the more they reproduce the bigger the problem will become! If we don't stop this now, we will be overrun with these freaks! It will be on your head, you had a chance to help me stop them!" he protested.
Tempest smirked he approached Ubet and leaned in, whispering in his ear. "Why would I help you kill my own family?"
Ubet turned a whole different shade of white. He trembled as Tempest was now smiling from ear to ear.
"You… I will PERSONALLY throw you out of the sumo industry! Mark my words!"
Sato decided to step in at that point. "Oh, yes wonderful idea. Do you know that the only reason why you leave here… unscathed mind you, is because of the rules a Yokozuna must follow?" he asked curiously. "By all means, take him out of the industry, unleash him into the world, no longer bounded by the rules of honor and dignity that must be carried by a Yokozuna!" he decreed.
Ubet turned a whiter shade.
"I don't know what would be worst to contend with in your current situation. A yokozuna bounded by the rules set out for him, or one who has had everything taken away…"
They felt without another word coming out of Ubet. Tempest was smiling proudly that his point has been made clear. But, now he worries for his family. Ubet is determined to eliminate them, how far will he go to do so?
