Author's Note: Hi, before we start this answer, I'll just vanswer some of your questions, For those who don't know who Kurogiri is, he is actually the guy who looks like ba dark cloud in mha and will Shigaraki betray Garou is yes he will but not for now since Garou is im important to All for one plus Shigaraki just found out how valuable Garou is to other Organizations so he won't betray him for now, back to the chapter where Shigaraki tried to decay Garou,his decay was blocked by the bandages and by the time it reaches Garou's Skin, due to to Garou's insane speed and reaction he managed to detach himself from Shigaraki's hand and at this point in the series, Shigaraki's decay isn't as powerful unless he touches you in a vital point in the body only then will it be fatal and well without further ado lets begin this chapter!

Chapter15

Sonic, Garou and Toga has finally made it out through one of the exits of the Paranormal Liberation Fronts Mansion, they then rushed to the forest first to hide from a few drones of gyoro gyoro flying around.

The appearance of the drones looks like an eyeball with wings, the three then watched as these drones flew over them and suddenly multiple black liquids emerged out of thin air and out of it came Twice, and Dabi.

Shigaraki has sent them to protect Garou and to also keep him from escaping cause the city is being watched by Gyoro Gyoro's drones.

Shigaraki and Skeptic watches the drones of Gyoro Gyoro hover around the city through the computer, took out a marble and said, "Toga here's your equipment since will be leading Garou to one of our bases, the boss will meet us there."

Shigaraki was about to teleport Garou and the others to one of their base so it will be fast but it seems that one of the Monster Association members called Nyan has just visited the doctor, luckily the doctor manage to tell Shigaraki through his phone, "Shigaraki, I cannot let little Johnny teleport your friends right now since it seems that there's something coming here."

Sounds of Noumus being slaughtered are heard and suddenly Nyan one of the cadre's of Monster Association has came and he said to the Doctor, "Thanks for providing those toys for me."

The Doctor then said, "What are you doing here?"

"Nothing just looking for Garou, you know a guy with a V shaped hairstyle,wears a black skintight sweater and black pants. Have you seen him hiding here ?"

The Doctor felt fear as if he was being interogated and the Doctor answered, "No, I haven't."

Nyan then asked again, "Do you know any type of black liquid that can make you dissappear? Cause Gyoro Gyoro saw a black liquid made Garou dissappear into nothing."

"No, I haven't heard any type of liquid like that." The doctor answered.

He then begins to think to himself, "At least I have managed to clean up the black liquid from myself and from Little Johnny."

Nyan then said, "Okay I'm leaving already but next time you see me, you should prepare more chew toys for me."

The Doctor then was left with fear and exhaustion after talking to Nyan.

After what the doctor said, Shigaraki then began to scratch his neck and he then says to himself, "The Monster Association is starting to suspect us already, I guess I have to plan more carefully starting from now."

In a Takoyaki restaurant in Garou's homeworld :

A scientist now owner of a restaurant after the destruction of his lifes works by the hero Saitama, was drinking a cup of coffee and suddenly a black mist appeared in front of him, he was shocked by this and he called his Gorilla Cyborg to come help him and then someone emerge from the black portal.

The appearance of the man seems like he was wearing a formal attire similar to that of a gentleman except he doesn't have a bow tie,hat and a cane but he does wear a black mask.

He suddenly spoke to the Doctor, " You and servant are coming with me for you are needed."

All for One thought to himself, "This man is a bit similar to the doctor, If it wasn't for Kurogiri, I wouldn't have known about him and I wouldn't also be here by now. At least there are some parts of Kurogiri that is still loyal to me."

All for One did an evil smile as he was now having an evil plan inside his mind.

Hours later Back in the Underground lair of the Paranormal Liberation Front:

Gyoro Gyoro said to himself as he looked at the remains of the machine that exploded in the mansion awhile ago, "I have never knew that the Organization would betray us like that, for I thought we have an agreement, they must have known about my plan and maybe their the ones who have took the Hero Hunter from us."

Gyoro Gyoro then gave the order to the cadres that stood in front of him, "Go and find the location of the Organization, since they must be in this world already."

Nyan showed up and said to Gyoro Gyoro, "I have seen some black goo in the floor in the Doctors base, So I shrank myself and took some of it using a tissue paper which I found on the hospital."

Nyan then showed Gyoro Gyoro the black liquid he found and Gyoro Gyoro then said "Well done, now we know who took him, but there is still one problem. Where are they hiding him ? Cause were not the only ones who's looking for them."

Phoenix man then said, "So we aren't the only ones looking for Garou, there are others after him besides the Organization ?"

Gyoro Gyoro answered, Yes and we must act fast or Garou won't be under our control anymore."

Skeptic hearing this, warned Shigaraki to escape from this base, Shigaraki ordered the doctor to teleport him and the remaining Paranormal liberation front leutenants out of here.

After teleporting Shigaraki and his leutenants, the Doctor was finally about to teleport himself but suddenly Phoenix Man came crashing down from above, the Doctor then said, "Now little Johnny."

As little Johnny was about use his teleportation quirk, Phoenix Man killed little Johnny by stepping on his head real hard.

The Doctor shouted, "Noooooo..."

Phoenix Man looked at the Doctor and he said, "So this is what you used to steal Garou from us, you used its teleportation powers on Garou and I guess that the black liquid is probably vommit from its mouth.

Phoenix man guessed it judging by the stains of it on the doctors clothes and the wipe his holding.

Phoenix man said, "Since I destroyed the only one who can teleport you out of here, now what will you do?"

As Phoenix man was walking straight to the Doctor, the Doctor suddenly vommited Black liquid.

Phoenix Man said, "How are you doing that ?, I destroyed your only way out of here."

The Doctor thought to himself, "If its not little johnny since his dead then it must be him."

All for One suddenly appeared with a few new unknown faces again and All for One said, "Go and leave now Doctor for I can deal with this, even you both must leave with my Doctor too."

As suddenly and his Gorrila Cyborg vommitted black liquid and vanished.

Doctor Genus thought to himself, "I rather prefer the teleportation I used awhile ago for I don't have to vommit."

Shigaraki and his leutenants were brought to an abandoned place, While Doctor Ujeko, Doctor Genus and the Gorilla Cyborg where brought to the warehouse where they kept the Noumus in Kamino City.

A few minutes later, All for One came and he then decided that they must go to their hidden bar for its much comfortable their, All for One recommend it to his guest.

Shigaraki, then called the league accompanying Garou to meet them at the location where there destined to go since he and the rest of the Paranormal liberation front have arrived here, due to the Monster Association finding out about what they did.

Gyoro Gyoro's drones entered the hospital where the underground base lies and its All for One and Phoenix man fought.

Gyoro Gyoro asked Phoenix Man through one of his drones, "What happened here?"

As Gyoro Gyoro watched the countless bodies and remains of High-end and Near high-end Noumus scattered on the floor.

Phoenix Man answered, "I fought with their boss, all what he did was just awaken all this things to distract me, just so he could take something, I don't know what it is but I managed to get the thing that they used to steal Garou, he pointed at the dead body of little Johnny.

Phoenix man then began to use his ressurection ability to ressurect all the dead things in here and suddenly all the Noumus that where dead began to rise including little johhny.

Phoenix man then said, "Not only do they have the one who can use teleportation abilities but they have more Monsters at their service."

Gyoro Gyoro said, "Thank you Phoenix man for you have done well today, for not only do we have more members , we even have taken control of both their territories. The Mansion and this underground base in the hospital is now ours."

But the Monster Association didn't know that their are heroes that are now approaching Deca City due to the incident that they've caused recently which is harming some civilians just to get Garou and thanks to their fight with Garou, the cctv cameras managed to capture it and reveal their existence to this world.

Will the Monster Association manage to survive this coming war?
