Vasilia
Vasilia and her army walked towards the graveyard where there was a large mortitioners building. Vasilia sat Akane down on the floor and wrapped her up in the skeleton of some poor individual from long ago. It tightened around her like chains after Vasilia snapped her fingers. Akane just looked up to Vasilia with a blank expression.
"So… did you take me because you wanted to hang out? You could've just asked!" Akane smiled up at her. Vasilia furrowed her brow looking down at the smaller girl.
"You aren't taking any of this seriously." Vasilia said in annoyance. Akane just laughed a little.
"Well, yea. You're taking this way too seriously. So I'll forgive you!"
Vasilia scowled as Akane just smiled like there was no problem at all, squirming in her boney chains all the while.
"Why don't you take heroics seriously Himura? Don't you realize this is supposed to train us for when we go out there and there are lives on the line?" Vasilia just couldn't believe how little Akane took this seriously.
Akane just shrugged as she pulled out a Tailman card from her pocket. Vasilia had gotten distracted from her behavior and squirming that she could pretty simply pull it out.
"I just became a hero to have fun." She said simply, as Tailman appeared and hit Vasilia atop her head with his tail. Vasilia just growled in annoyance.
"At least you're trying to take this seriously." She grabbed Ojiro by the tail and flung him into a table. Swinging around to smash Akane with him.
"But a good hero would know to wait until the perfect opening to strike! Not just when they feel like it!" Vasilia smiled slightly as she continued to hit Akane with Ojiro before he popped. Akane had several bruises on her face.
"We have so many more hero lessons to get through before I go and find Ito…" she cracked her knuckles with the smallest smile. "I think next we should go into how to deal with a crazy villain with no boundaries."
Akane gulped slightly seeing Vasilia walking towards her. "I don't know how heroic it is to beat someone up when they're incapacitated."
"See, this is a practical. And practicals are all about teaching people, right?" She asked Akane, who just slowly nodded.
"Well, what better way to teach someone with a personal lesson? If it helps, we can just pretend I'm playing a villain today."
"That really doesn't make me feel any better," Akane mumbled lowly.
Ito
Ito was smiling contently behind the other two. He was going to be safe with these two in his midst. Kyoru was basically the strongest kid in their class… ignoring possibly the monster known as Aiya. and then Juryoku… well, she was probably stronger than him. That's got to account for something.
"So, Ito, what's your quirk?" Kyoru asked casually as they both trailed behind Jury.
"I don't think we've ever seen yours, is it something that's not very flashy?" He smiled as Ito felt himself shrink where he was standing.
"Oh, uh, yea. It's pretty boring. Honestly no point even bringing it up." Ito said as casually as he could. But Kyoru kept pushing on it as he leaned towards Ito.
"Sooo, what is it? I bet it's something cool if you're holding out on us!" Kyoru just kept leaning towards him. Ito sweats slightly as he gets closer.
Come on Ito, times for your degeneracy to kick in!
"Oh, my quirk just makes me immune to poison is all!" Ito said casually.
No way that would ever bite me in the butt!
"Oh, that could be useful… in some very specific scenarios. Do you think Aiya's snake tail might be venomous?" Ito immediately tensed up hearing Kyoru ponder that out loud.
Oh god is he going to make me hold that thing still now!?
Ito cleared his throat and shook his head "Oh, I'm sure we won't have a problem with that! I bet it's just a totally normal snake tail."
"If you say so." Kyoru just shrugged as Ito sighed in relief.
Jury stopped and held her hands out to stop them from walking any closer. She shushed them as she pointed towards a tall building. Near the top of a small hill.
"I can sense three people in that direction."
Kyoru smiled excitedly. "I haven't gotten to take anyone down yet, so I'm itching for this!" Jury just poked him in his gut with an annoyed frown. Kyoru awkwardly chuckled and backed up slightly.
Ito just stared, confused on what that was all about. But he didn't have much time to consider it, as he felt his shoes start to heat up. He looked down to see the cement turning red and bubbling.
Kyoru picked Ito up under his arm and quickly jumped out of the way alongside Juryoku as the magma erupted from under the ground. Ito sighed in relief only for Kyrou to keep jumping around as the magma came flying down from the sky. Easily melting through any of the buildings it touched. Eventually, the lava stopped raining down on them. They turned back to see Nelly and her crew practically running towards them. Ito gulped as Kyoru let him down.
"We should… definitely go the other way…" Ito tried to reason as Kyoru and Jury only got into defensive stances.
"Told you he wouldn't be helpful." Juryoku stated flatly which only made Kyoru shrug.
"Oh come on! I'm just being practical, I literally saw Kaseki headbutt Susumu until she was practically unconscious on the floor!" Ito was getting more worried the closer they got. Kyoru only laughed.
"Kaseki? Really? You're scared of her specifically?"
"Oh come on, she was an animal I swear!" Ito pleaded but neither of them were in the mood to change course. Nelly jumped forward and produced a large amount of magma, raining it over them.
Kyoru turned into an Ankylosaurus as Jury hid behind it. The magma clearly hurt Kyoru, a pained growl coming from him, but he was able to shake it off, his armor taking the brunt of the damage. Ito on the other hand got hit head on with the magma as he ran into an alleyway yelling in pain.
Kaseki was about to run after Ito when her aggressive ally held her hand up in front of her "No need, Scales. We can beat up Ito once we're done beating these two!" She smiled excitedly as Kaito snapped his finger, doubling their luck as Nelly jumped in, trying to melt through Kyrou's hard hide with an ever-increasing tide of magma.
Juryoku jumped out from behind the dinosaur, producing a large purple ring at the feet of her two opponents. As Kaito kept his distance in the back.
Nelly growled and tried to shoot magma at them, but it would only get so far before pitifully flopping onto the ground. Kaseki wasn't doing much better, stout alligator limbs splayed to hold herself up against the surge in gravitational force.
Nelly smirked as she placed her hands on the ground "I knew going right for you two was a good idea. You're not half bad. Well, compared to Scales and Tomcat anyways!"
She produced even more magma from her hands, shooting them into the ground as it shot towards Juryoku. She jumped back on top of Kyoru's back, as the lava bubbled under them again. Kyoru turned into a Gallimimus. Jury held onto his neck tightly while still sitting on his back as he started running and jumping away, lava erupting behind him with every step.
As Nelly laughed maniacally at the prospect of burning Kyoru and Juryoku, Ito was still patting his skin tight costume top.
Hot, hot! That's too hot!
He groaned in annoyance as he looked back out expecting someone to come for him, as no one did. He sighed in relief as he slowly slinked into the alley. Thinking of his best course of action.
Nelly and Kaseki are very strong and versatile fighters… and both could definitely beat me up if they tried hard enough…
He snapped his finger and slapped his head. "I'll just fuck with Kaito!" he chuckled at how obvious that is as he started climbing up an exscape ladder and climbed inside a building. He looked down to see Kaito a ways behind Nelly and Kaseki, he then noticed Kyoru running towards him only to be held back by a gator punch from Kaseki or a magma explosion from Nelly.
Ito smirked to himself. "Oh, this will be too easy!" He climbed out of the window and tried to jump from windowsill to windowsill as he hummed a 'cool' theme song and stumbled with each jump. He was near where Kaito was when he dove down into an alleyway and fell down with a loud thud.
Kaito looked over with a raised eyebrow "Kaseki, Nelly, think someone else is over here!" he nodded his head towards the alley. But his two allies were still focused on taking down, or messing with them on Nelly's part, their two opponents.
Kaito rolled his eyes at Nelly's crazy behavior as he started walking towards the alley "Come out now, before I have to get Nelly to beat you up" Kaito said simply as he stood at the entrance of the alley.
Ito was sweating bullets as he hid under a pile of trash. Praying he would blend in with it as much as people say he does.
Kaito shrugged when he just saw some piles before quickly sneaking back out of the alley and towards his group. Keeping up his edge as Ito slowly emerged from the trash and looked over to the trio. Trying to think of a good course of action. He sat down on a bag of trash as he started thinking.
Come on… Kyoru and Juryoku will kill me if Nelly doesn't kill them first…
He closed his eyes as the scene of all five people appeared in his head. He calculated the hill and the slope they were currently on along with where everyone is on said hill.
Ito Satoshi- Quirk: Thinker! His quirk allows him to understand a situation lightning fast, while also increasing his intelligence to genius levels! Bet you didn't expect the class's second biggest idiot to be a genius!
Ito quietly snapped his fingers with a smirk as he grabbed a handful of trash bags and cans. As much as he can carry as he ran through the labyrinths of alleys and side streets.
Nelly scowled as her arm started stinging as she raised her hand from the ground and shook them slightly. Kyoru raised his leg and kicked Nelly with his clawed foot. Kyoru was about to pounce on her when Kaseki jumped back in and grabbed his clawed foot with her own clawed hand.
Juryoku jumped from Kyoru's back and raised her bamboo staff and hit Nelly square on the head. Nelly raised her magma-coated hand, only for Juryoku to pull her staff away from her and kicked her in the chest.
Kaito panicked on the sideline as he started sweating. He snapped his finger again to give the opponents worse luck. Kaseki whimpered as Kyoru just pressed her down onto the ground, pushing down from his greater height. Kaseki turned her mouth into that of an Alligator Snapping turtle as she bit down on his legs. Kyoru squawked indignantly, but continued to push down, the bite too small to stop him completely.
Ito stood at the top of the hill now, holding a few trash cans before pushing them down the hill with a lazy kick.
Kaito's cat ears twitched as he heard the loud objects barreling down towards the group of fighters. Kaito turned around only to get hit with three different trash cans at once, sending him flying backwards. Two other trash cans flew past him. Juryoku could see it in her radar and pushed it aside with her bamboo sword. Giving Nelly enough time to pounce at her with her bloodlust quickly returning.
Kyoru on the other hand pretty easily swatted the trash can with his tail. Yet again, distracting him long enough for Kaseki to change her mouth again, biting into his leg. Kyoru didn't feel as much pain as last time but still felt weird from the bite. He looked down to see she had turned her mouth into that of a komodo dragon.
Kaito groaned lowly as he slowly got up from the ground to see Ito taunting him from the top of the hill. "Hey Kaito! I, uh, did that I guess. Gonna… do something about it?"
Kaito internally cringed as he snapped his fingers, giving himself luck as he ran up the hill after him "I'll be back to help deal with them in a bit!" He called back to his allies as the tide continued to turn in their favor.
Kaito was much faster than Ito, or at least much faster than Ito's light jog. Ito ran ahead into another alleyway as he picked up the pace towards the end of the route. Grabbing a rope as Kaito sprinted in after him. Ito pulled the rope as he reached a corner, with Kaito not far behind. Kaito raised an eyebrow at the rope before looking up to see a mountain of trash being held up by it. He tried to jump out of the way but was still crushed under the pile.
Ito stared at the pile expectantly. Crossing his fingers that he wouldn't have to actually fight. He stood there, standing in silence before Kaito raised his hand from under the pile. Slowly raising out from under the rubble and glaring at Ito. a banana peel on the top of his head.
Shit
"Funny trick Ito, but now it's my turn." He squirmed out of the trash while continually glaring at Ito. The lazy student gulped before throwing a can at Kaito's face. Only making him more annoyed as he started walking towards Ito.
Come on, come on. Kaito's not one of the strongest kids but I don't know if I'd actually be able to beat him!
He closed his eyes and held his head as the situation around him played slowly. Thinking thoughtfully before smiling confidently. He got into a defensive stance… before retreating to a safer location. It's not cowardice if it's all a part of his plan!
Kaito groaned at having to actually chase after him as he snapped his fingers to cover him in red aura. Ito ran as fast as his body would allow, stumbling on trash or almost tripping on his own shoelaces as he tried to keep running. He eventually fell face first into the ground as Kaito quickly caught up with him. Kaito smirked as he grabbed a trash can.
"I'm not one for actually getting into a fight, but if I beat someone I might get some brownie points with Nelly and Kaseki." He smiled widely with a faint blush as he fantasized about how Nelly and Kaseki would want to repay him for all his assistance.
Kaito raised the trashcan up and started hitting him as hard as he could onto his back. Ito groaned in pain as he tried to use his quirk, but every hit only distracted him from his planning.
Ito rolled over and sweeped Kaito's legs. Kaito fell onto his back with a loud thud before Ito got up and started kicking him while he was down. Hitting as hard as he could so Kaito wouldn't try and get back up again. Kaito got up and started trying to push Ito away as they both started hitting each other.
For anyone else watching this would've been embarrassing to even be around. It slowly just devolved into them both slapping each other repeatedly like little kids who didn't know how to actually fight. "Give up and surrender already!" Ito demanded as his cheek got slapped.
Ito slapped Kaito's face back as they continued their sad display of a fight. Everyone in the observers room could feel Endeavor's intense disappointment watching this display.
Only for the building they were hiding behind got torn apart as a large tail plowed through it. Ito's reaction time was fast enough for him to duck when it came soaring towards them. Kaito wasn't as lucky, as it swung full force into him, sending him flying back into the wall of a building.
Kaito just laid unconscious in the rubble of that building as all of his auras disappeared. Ito sighed in relief before smiling confidently "I did it, I did it!"
"Kaito Nakamura is eliminated!"
Before Ito, he could see Kyoru had turned into an Apatosaurus excelsus, or in a way that isn't him humbly bragging about his intelligence, a Brontosaurus. Kaseki noticed the announcement and Kyoru's big form as she quickly picked up Nelly from behind, who was busy keeping Juryoku at bay by keeping up her magma around herself. Kaseki started sprinting away with her spiny tailed iguana legs. Nelly flailed angrily at being dragged away as she continued to produce magma to try and hit them still.
Ito ran over to the two as Kyoru morphed back to his original form with a wince. Holding the leg Kaseki bit with her komodo dragon mouth, blood trickling lazily from a half-circle of cuts near his ankle. Ito and Juryoku looked at each other and then at him with worried expressions.
"Are you alright? I didn't see what happened but she must've bit you hard if it got through your scales." Juryoku looked him over with her radar as she noticed his slightly wounded leg.
Ito examined it closely. Not sure what could be wrong with their strongest teammate when Kyoru pulled his leg away.
"I'm fine. That snapping turtle bite just hurt a little more than I expected. Nothing I can't handle!" Kyoru smiled reassuringly before he started walking away, ignoring the other two being worried as he tried to hide his limp. The other two could only follow after him and believe what he said.
Kikai
Kikai had turned her lower half into a motorcycle as her two remaining allies rode on her back to an abandoned part of the town. Or, well, it looked more abandoned than everywhere else. Most of the houses looked gelopidated and some just didn't even have windows anymore. Kikai just wondered if this was Vasilia's doing or if this was supposed to simulate a 'bad part of town'.
She rode to a stop as they hid behind a house to see no zombies in sight. Kikai turned back to normal as she looked at her two allies "Akane and Vasilia must be around here. She went in this direction and we can't leave the city boundaries. So check as many places as you can"
Momiji weakly raised her hand as she didn't look Kikai in the eyes and just stared down at her pants. Kikai nodded towards her. "Go ahead Momiji. You can speak up."
"U-u-um… h-how s-s-should we m-meet back u-up?" Momiji whispered as she looked down at her feet, knees knocking together from her anxiety.
Kikai nodded with a small smile. "That is an excellent question Momiji." She pat Momiji on the head, if only because her fur looked that soft. "Meet here in ten minutes then. If you don't return we'll go in the direction you went. Good enough for all of us?"
Momiji and Kotori nodded without needing to say another word. Momiji sprinting westwards as Kotori used her chains to swing atop the buildings to look around.
Kikai chose to go her own route as she started walking away from where her allies went, and towards the only place Vasilia could reasonably find bodies, specifically enough bodies to use efficiently. A graveyard.
She turned her legs into roller skates and her arms into large mechanical fists as she climbed around the area. Graveyards were usually on the outskirts or simply outside of cities, so there's little doubt for the brainiac that this city would be the same.
She smiled widely as she saw in the distance the same hoard of zombies walking around one building. She smiled even more as her arms slowly morphed into those of rocket launchers. She was more than willing to blow that whole place to smithereens. Before shaking her head and breathing slowly. This whole thing was likely being recorded for the teachers and pros alike. Even if civilians won't see this she can't just blow things up willy nilly. She had to make her first impression the best it could be.
She slowly skated away from the scene and towards their meeting spot. After a while, Momiji arrived, and then Kotori not long after.
"Did either of you find something?" Kotori asked quietly. "I didn't find anything besides a couple rats fighting over a slice of pizza."
Kikai nodded quickly, opting to ignore Kotori's somewhat interesting story for the moment. "I found an old grave site. It's almost a guarantee she'll be in there with Akane doing god knows what."
Momiji swiftly nodded at Kikai. More than ready to save her artistic friend as Kikai started skating back towards the cemetery. She hid them behind a bush near the site as she looked over her two partners.
"Ok… Momiji, your speed won't be of much help against the zombies so you and I shall run ahead to rescue Akane while you, Kotori, will fight off the zombies as we run in. After that, you just need to keep them from coming in after us to help Vasilia. Understood?" Kikai pushed up her glasses as she finished. Mostly just to add more genius flair. Momiji and Kotori nodded quickly to the plan.
Kikai had a small confident smile as she held Momiji under her arm with a mechanical arm as she produced her skates again. She turned her other arm into a rocket launcher, aiming it at the largest collection of zombies before firing. Blowing up a large swath of them before skating forward as fast as she could.
Kotori followed behind the group, her chains producing large metallic balls at the end as she quickly swatted away every zombie that got near them. The large ball at the end easily cracking the skull of any zombie that dared getting close to her allies.
Kikai and Momiji ran into the first room. A simple, but large room with a fireplace in the middle of it with several couches around it.
Outside, Kotori destroyed more and more zombies without much needed effort. Behind her she could hear the sound of soft flapping coming closer and closer.
Kikai let Momiji down as she made a soft shushing sound "Where do you suppose Vasilia might hide Akane?"
"M-maybe i-in the c-cremation room?" the cheetah student whispered quietly.
Kikai nodded slowly. That would be the wisest place to place someone who's been kidnapped. Kikai and Momiji started slowly creeping through the place. Momiji's ears were on alert to any outside threat as they continued walking before they started twitching. She grabbed Kikai's black tank top to slow her down.
"K-K-Kikai… I h-heard h-her." she motioned back to another door. Kikai smiled and nodded as she started sneaking back over there. Turning her hands into mechanical fists as her legs did the same. Becoming slightly larger and much stronger looking.
Momiji placed her ears to the door to hear what was happening inside.
Akane was sitting on the floor, she looked absolutely exhausted "Please, no more! This is so painful!"
Vasilia was sitting on a desk as she looked through a book with reading glasses. "And another thing Akane-san. I think your diet could improve. Looking at your appearance I feel like you should try some new dietary options. I could probably help with that. Maybe some more red meat. Oh, oh, you should also consider how much more versatile your quirk could be" Vasilia went on and on about how Akane could improve.
"Oh god this is the worst experience of my life!" Akane groaned as she tried desperately to squirm out.
Momiji stared blankly before turning to Kikai.
"Well, is Akane ok?" the taller girl asked, genuinely worried for her classmate. Or at least, her classmate's usefulness to her.
Momiji just nodded slowly "it… s-s-sounds l-like V-Vasilia is… g-giving Akane a-advice."
Kikai just stared, confused at that statement before shrugging, using her mechanical fists to smash down the door with ease as she rushed towards Vasilia and pinned her against a wall.
"I request a rematch!" the mechanical girl smiled smugly as she started punching Vasilia with a rapid fire of punches, half of which were caught and blocked by the much larger girl.
Momiji slowly snuck into the room and grabbed Akane, sharp claws making short work of the dusty old bones restraining her friend. Akane sighed in relief as she hugged Momiji tightly.
"Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!" Akane squeezed Momiji even tighter as the cheetah student froze in place from all the affection.
Kikai turned around slightly as she continued to try and break Vasilia's defenses. She glanced at Momiji standing in place and rolled her eyes.
"Momiji! This is a rescue mission! You and Akane can kiss and catch up after you're out of here!" Kikai yelled in annoyance. Which quickly snapped Momiji back into reality. She blushed in embarrassment as she started sprinting away from the fight.
Vasilia smirked at the distraction, grabbing hold Kikai's arm and squeezing it in her arms, actually breaking some of its wiring. Vasila brought her forward and headbutt Kikai as hard as she could before swinging her aside.
"I respect your intelligence and leadership for your round Kikai-san, but I feel like you just want to go into straight up fisticuffs too much for such a versatile quirk!" Vasila stated condescendingly, which only angered Kikai more.
"I ranked number one on our written test. I have no problem using intelligence to my advantage!" Kikai growled as she turned her arm into a taser and moved swiftly to shock her side. Electrifying her and poofing up the Russian's gray hair.
Vasilia growled in annoyance as zombies started crawling in through the window "You may have gotten through the front but don't think those are all the allies I have."
Kiaki just smirked as her arms turned into buzzsaws and easily cut through the bodies, making sure to lightly cut at Vasilia who joined her zombie frontal.
Vasilia's morals of not letting others exclusively fight for her is honorable. But just too easy to exploit.
Kikai brought both of her hands together to form a large fan, turning it up to its fastest speed. Sending Vasilia and the bodies flying into a wall. With Vasilia getting piled on at the bottom.
Kikai turned her left leg into a BB gun. Firing directly towards Vasilia's joins to try and disable her before she can get back up. Vasilia groaned in pain before grabbing at all the zombie bodies, molding them together before they formed one giant zombie hybrid. It stood before Vasilia, barely affected by the wind as it stomped towards her. Vasilia cracked her knuckles from behind the mega zombie before it smashed its fists down on her fan. Kikai groaned in pain as she backed up. Feeling her right arm. Noticing that parts of her arm were definitely broken.
Vasilia ran from behind the zombie and started punching Kikai's stomach and pressure points over and over again. Kikai yelped in pain from the punches. Turning her right arm into a metallic fist before Vasilia simply pushed it away. Grabbing her right metallic arm before trying to bend it on her knee.
"You put up a good fight Kikai-san." She grabbed that arm with both of her hands before flinging her over her shoulder. "But you disappoint for someone up in the top three."
Kikai groaned in pain as her back slammed into the ground. She turned her legs into rockets, flying into Vasilia's stomach head first. Vasilia quickly let go after being winded as a pissed Kikai turned her legs back to normal.
"I was prepared to use my quirk to go easy on you… I was trying to not have to use some of my big guns on you!" she raised her head in annoyance as she turned her left arm into a flamethrower.
The giant zombie mess started moving forward, raising both fists into the air to slam down on her when Vasilia raised her right arm, turning it into a buzzsaw to cut the fists off. Vasilia was about to run in to help the zombie when Kikai unleashed her flamethrower on it, quickly burning it into a crisp as the hands she cut off started scratching at her legs. She just scowled down at the hands before cutting them into mush.
Kikai turned to Vasilia with pure rage as she turned both of her hands into metallic claws. She started rushing Vasilia before jumping into the air and kicking her into the side of her hip with a large engine. Sending Vasilia stumbling to the side.
"So now we get real. Got it." Vasilia jumped from where she was standing towards Kikai as she started quickly trading hard blows with Kikai. Both punching each other as fast as they could. Seeing who would drop first.
Vasilia brought her fist back and punched Kikai's arm repeatedly. Trying to hit the parts she knew she had broken earlier. Kikai groaned as the pain in her arm became more and more excruciating. Kikai moved her right leg, turning it into a long metallic rod with a wheel at the bottom. She kicked the legs out from under Vasilia before turning both feet into wheels and driving in place over Vasilia's stomach.
Vasilia groaned in pain before grabbing Kikai's legs and holding her in the air. Vasilia had a cold, vacant glare as she flung Kikai against a wall. Kikai slowly got up as Vasilia rushed her again. Kikai turned her right arm into a taser the moment she got near before zapping her with enough volts to burn a turkey. Kikai let up, breathing heavily on the floor as Vasilia fell backwards, hair completely poofed up as she laid unconscious on the floor.
"Vasilia Konstantinov is eliminated!"
Kikai relaxed on her spot. Just relieved she took out the third strongest kid in class. She slowly raised herself up as she tried to go after Momiji and Akane.
Kotori
Kotori was standing idly at the outside of the building. All of the zombies had fallen to the ground so she was just waiting for the other three to get out of there. She heard Vasilia's announcement a few seconds after the zombies had stopped moving entirely.
She heard something land behind her. Turning her arms into chains and slowly turning around. Standing there was Aiya carrying Takuto and Reemi.
Takuto looked pretty tired from what she could see. Looking even more tired than he usually looked, while Reemi just looked anxious to be there.
"Oh, hey Kotori! You see Kikai around here? I'm out for revenge!" She cheered as she let Takuto and Reemi down. Sounding way too cheery for what she just said.
Kotori just waved her chains slowly, half stalling for time, and half preparing for a fight. "She's not here, can I help you three with something else?' She threatened.
Aiya just stared at her, keeping up her cheery attitude. "Oh, well, if you say so! Let's go look somewhere else Spidey!" Aiya grabbed Reemi and grabbed an annoyed Takuto.
"AIya! She's obviously working with the enemy! Even if she's not with Kikai she's still ranked in the top five." Takuto groaned in annoyance. Practically trying to slap her tentacles away.
Aiya stared at him for a few seconds. Before just smiling more.
"Oh, you want to take her out? I thought we were after smarty pants first?" Aiya let Reemi down as she just turned to Kotori nonchalantly.
"Well, Aiya, Takuto naturally sees Kotori as a threat as well. She beat Kyoru back in our first battle trials and he totally beat us earlier. He probably just wants to be careful." Reemi was sweating slightly as Takuto slowly nodded approvingly at her.
Kotori didn't need to hear anything more. Considering they were just plotting to eliminate her there and then. So she just swung her chains at the three. Specifically aiming towards Takuto. Aiya pretty effortlessly caught those chains with her tentacles.
"Cool quirk, but my quirk's cooler!" Aiya cheered before pulling hard on her chains, sending her flying towards them. Aiya raised her clawed bird foot to catch her only for Kotori to spawn three more sets of chains. Quickly wrapping them around the three opponents and squeezing.
Kotori just stared at them as she dragged them all together. "Taking out three people on my own… maybe that'll redeem myself." She mumbled quietly as she looked over the three.
They were all ranked in the top ten of the class, with Takuto taking down two people all by himself. She smiled a bit, finally showing an emotion besides bummed like she had for the past few days since the villain attack.
Kotori produced another chain with a ball at the end as she raised it up. Quickly striking Takuto in the head, trying to make it hard enough to make him pass out without doing too much damage.
Takuto's head flung back from the hit before lowering his head. Kotori's ear perked expectantly to hear the announcement. When she didn't hear anything she lightly poked him with the ball, raising his head to see his eyes closed.
"Is there a delay with the announcement?" Kotori questioned before feeling a sudden sharp pain. She looked to the side to see Aiya had broken the chains keeping her in place. She growled down at Kotori.
"That's not very nice, Chain Gang." was all Aiya said before running over and raising all four tentacles in the air before slamming them all down at once on Kotori's head. She gasped in surprise before stumbling back.
Reemi unraveled thanks to Aiya's distraction and escaped the chains before moving over to Takuto and trying to help loosen the chains.
Kotori growled in pain as she sprouted three chains from her neck, with large balls at the end. Aiya grabbed them with her tentacles and started crushing them slowly. Kotori howled in pain before noticing Reemi escaped from her chains. She loosened the ones around Takuto, knowing he wouldn't have much longer left either way. She moved both of their chains back and wrapped them tightly around her body again. She pulled back her crushed chains and winced as she returned them to her body.
Kotori Akimori- Her Quirk: Andromeda's Chains! She has the ability to produce metallic chains from any part of her body and can manipulate what's at the end of them! However, they're only able to move because of their connection to her nerves. So if they break, that'll sting!
Aiya squirmed in the chains, trying to break them with her tentacles and claws but to no avail as Kotori only squeezed those chains tighter around her body, like some giant, metallic python.
Takuto slowly raised his head to look at Reemi beside him. Who was softly feeling where he got hit to see if it was anything severe.
Takuto weakly swat her hand away and looked over at Aiya. Kotori was using her chain arms to punch Aiya over and over again. Breaking part of her helmet to reveal some of her disgusting visage. Kotori didn't focus on the view as she kept striking at her.
Takuto looked back to Reemi. "You and Aiya...had better win." he said, still slightly threatening despite only being half-conscious.
"H-hey, she hasn't beaten you yet." Reemi lightly patted his head again, but Takuto ignored her. He placed his hands on the ground, turning the near area reflective. Reemi looked surprised at the area before catching her limp teammate in her arms.
"T-takuto?" she blushed as she held him up, worried about him before she saw his reflection appear below them.
Kotori was too distracted from hitting Aiya as Aiya was too distracted getting hit. The reflection flew towards Kotori before ripping the chains off of her body. Freeing Aiya from the chains before rushing at Kotori herself. Breaking the rest of her chains before punching her with all of his spider legs at once.
Kotori screamed in pain from the chains being ripped off before being thrown down to the ground. Passing out from all the pain.
"Kagami Takuto and Kotori Akimori have been eliminated!" It announced robotically.
Aiya was cheering their victory before she realized what the announcement said as she slowly turned around to see Reemi holding the unconscious Takuto in her arms. Reemi slowly let Takuto's head down for him to rest. She slowly got up to Aiya and awkwardly scratched the back of her neck.
"W-what happened?" Aiya frowned.
"He, well, told us to win before he made the ground reflective…" Reemi backed away slightly to see Aiya's reaction. Before noticing part of Aiya's face under the helmet and quickly lowering her head to not feel even sicker. Aiya noticed Reemi quickly looking away but didn't say anything about it.
Reemi awkwardly grabbed one of her tentacles "Let's j-just go and find Kikai, aye?"
Aiya was still standing there blankly, before quickly getting back her energy and picking Reemi up "Right! We'll go avenge spidey!" she smiled again under her helmet before flying into the sky.
Momiji
Back at the building, Momiji was sneakily looking through a partially opened door as Aiya and Reemi flew away. All the color had left her face after hearing their target. She started breathing heavily as she tried closing the door but Akane kept it up to keep watching with an amused smile. Momiji was this close to just having a heart attack.
"A-A-A-A-Aiya is g-g-going to k-kill us all" she whimpered quietly.
Akane just smiled as Aiya flew away "I didn't expect her to take this so seriously. I'd be worried if I was Kikai." she mused.
"And why's that?" Kikai stumbled towards them, glaring daggers at the two. Momiji quickly hid behind Akane who just chuckled weakly.
"Uh, well, you know how Aiya is always so chipper and energetic?" Akane asked nonchalantly as Kikai nodded, still annoyed.
"Well, now she's that but also on a crusade to beat you up." Akane smiled.
Kikai growled more in annoyance as she lightly grabbed Akane's shoulder before squeezing it slightly.
"Akane. Now's your time to help us a little bit. You have a card for healing people… right?" Kikai was smiling painfully hard.
Akane sweat a little before nodding "I have Backtrack. But that might take a lot of my stamina…"
Kikai just squeezed her shoulder tighter. Akane just nodded as she raised the card before throwing it on the ground.
"Oh one who heals all that wounds us, come forth Backtrack!" The pro Backtrack appeared with a long horn as she smiled and turned back to the three.
Akane pointed towards Kikai. The pro nodded as she placed a hand on her face and reversed her back to before the fight. Healing Kikai entirely as she smiled. Getting back to a much better mood.
"We lost our trump card with Kotori, but Takuto is out now. We should be able to take on Aiya and Kyoru considering they don't seem to be working together." Kikai stated calmly as she opened the door to the manor and started walking out.
Momiji was about to follow behind her when Akane grabbed the back of her sleeveless top. Momiji slowly turned around to Akane who was smiling ear to ear.
"That really drained me there Momiji-san. Mind helping me out so I don't waste too much stamina?"
Momiji sighed and was about to say no when Akane gave her puppy dog eyes. Backtrack popped behind them as Akane put the card back in her pocket. Still looking up to Momiji pleadingly.
Momiji sighed quietly as she held Akane in the bridal carry and started chasing after Kikai.
Endeavor
Endeavor smiled as he looked over the remaining contestants. At the very least, ignoring Ito, they've all done well to earn how far they've gotten. He grabbed the intercom and pressed a button at the bottom. The speakers around the city turned on, crackling to life.
In the middle of the city Kyoru was forced to sit down by Jury and Ito as they examined his leg in the lobby of a large building. The three turned to the intercom as Endeavor cleared his throat.
"Students. You've all done exceptionally well to get this far! I want you all to know that I appreciate the effort you put into bettering yourselves as pros!"
Miles away in the city Nelly was just melting through walls, trying to find her next target as Kaseki quietly followed behind her.
"You all have made it to the final ten, meaning you'll be getting the cream of the crop for recommendations! Just last year those in the top ten for this Battle Royale interned under the likes of Gale Force, Lemillion, Nejire-chan, and Shoto! But don't think you're done just yet! You're only halfway there, and I want to see nothing but the best from you lot!"
Endeavor smirked to himself as he saw Kikai's face become even more determined as she quickened her pace in the direction Aiya went.
Meanwhile, Reemi and Aiya didn't change their resolve to win. They already promised Takuto they would win, and they were going to keep that promise.

Eliminated Students: Hina, Ayato, Ren, Hiroshi, Senso, Susumu, Kaito, Vasilia, Takuto, and Kotori.
AN: yep, we're in the final half of this arc. Just two more chapters left in this Battle Royale, so I'd like to hear guesses for the top five. Also, I will be open to hear any suggestion for who you want your OC to intern under. I know I didn't have any rankings for you to base it on, but if your character didn't do too well don't expect them to get with anyone like Deku or any other obvious big time pro.
