Chapter 7 - Invisibility
September first, the Alfheim students and teacher could be seen scattered about on the Hogwarts Express. They were openly wearing their armor and weapons.
A bit before the train arrived at the station in Hogsmeade, Sinon heard a strange noise coming from one of the compartments. It sounded like a body hitting the ground. Worried, Sinon made her way to where she heard the noise. As she approached, she saw Draco Malfoy exit the compartment she heard the noise come from.
Sinon remembered how he had acted the previous school year, increasing her worry. Once the teen was out of sight, Sinon hurried to the compartment he had come out of. Warily, she slowly opened the compartment door. She saw nothing unusual in the room. She was about to exit the compartment when her enhanced senses picked up the faint sound of breathing.
Sinon was conflicted. She knew someone was in the compartment, but she couldn't pinpoint the person's location. She needed someone who could. She closed the door carefully. Looking both ways, she made sure she was alone in the hallway. As soon as she established her aloneness, Sinon sent a quick message to one of her teammates.
Soon after, Aya appeared and calmly walked toward Sinon. Once she had reached the older girl, Aya leaned back against the closed door, and closed her eyes. After a few moments, Aya spoke. "Someone's in there. Seems to be lying down. Yet they are high up?... probably on the luggage rack. They are on the left side when facing the window. That answer everything?" Aya opened her eyes to look at Sinon.
Sinon nodded in response. "Shall we take a look?" Sinon asked Aya. Instead of responding verbally, Aya took a step away from the door and turned to face it. Sinon opened the door again. This time, she stepped into the compartment. Aya stayed by the door.
Sinon reached up to the seemingly empty luggage rack. Feeling around a bit, Sinon's hand came into contact with a smooth cloth. She grabbed ahold of a handful and tugged. The cloth gave way and was revealed to be a cloak. Under the invisibility cloak was an unconscious Harry Potter.
"Well, this could be a problem."
