They were ready. Everyone was standing out side of the camp, away from everyone else. Karlito was about to follow, but had one more thing to do. He clumped together some dirt and used ice to inscribe some words. He explained to Eri the situation. She was an early riser and would definitely read it. The letter told her to act dumb when asked about Karlito's whereabouts. The letter would also evaporate when anyone sle tried to read it.
Karlito kissed Eri on the head and walked to the group. They headed off.
Five minutes after Karlito left, Eri shot open her eyes. She was fake sleeping. She read the letter and immediately put on her windbreaker and shoes. She had slept in a t-shirt and shorts, so she was ready to go. Eri quickly at a biscuit and put some food in her small knapsack. She had to be prepared. Eri slowly crept out of the tent and walked carefully around the sleeping bodies. Kirishima's eyes opened slowly. "Eri? What are you doing?" Eri had to make up something quick. "Karlito...he wanted me to collect fish with him. I slept in and I'm late. Excuse me." Kirishima watched as she went to the lake. He saw a tall figure and took it for Karlito. Kirishima shut his eyes. He only had minutes to spare before he and Ashido were to complete their secret mission.
Eri herself whispered to the two children that had stacked themselves on top of each other. "Coast is clear." The girl jumped off of the boy. She was as tall as Eri, and the same age. She had blue eyes and blonde hair. She looked Chinese, but was a Japanese. She sighed to Eri. "Our quirks are not suited for this." The boy that she sat on brushed his shoulders and laughed. "Nope. And Lilly, your way heavier than last time we had to do that, about a month ago. Too many Oreos?" The girl snarled and pummeled the boy. "Lee! You idiot!" Lilly was, in fact, very skinny, but Nagisa Lee liked to make fun of her. He had a secret crush on both of the girls, but he didn't want to get beat up.
Lee scattered. "Don't make too much noise. I can't follow them if your the loudest bitch on this planet! Eri just looked on, used to their antics. Lilly just mumbled. "Find them. I'll beat your ass later." Lee put his hand to the ground and concentrated on Momo's energy. It's faint, but they are still in this forest. We can catch them using your quirk, Lilly." "Of course my quirk comes in handy. Your loser quirk isn't shit compared to mine." Eri spoke up silently while they walked to Karlito's location. "Remind me of your Quirk, Nagisa." "Um...it's called Tracker. I can pick up scents from at most a year ago. It useful in a fight, because I can detect any strategy and make a counterattack. I also have another quirk, but it is only useful for head to head combat."
"Liar!" was the reply from Lilly. Lee argued. "Everyone has two quirks in my family. You get your second when you are nine. I am four days away from that point! You just see, I will be strong, just like Eri! She is my idol." Lilly snickered. "Simp." Eri just watched carefully. Lee led them to a point and motioned for them to duck behind a rock. Eri saw them up ahead.
Her mind wandered to Lee. He was a nice boy, and sure, she liked him, but she wasn't looking for a boyfriend. She just wanted to save her big brothers. If they came back alive...maybe...
Lee motioned to Lilly. "Get ready, Invisible Girl!" Lilly huffed and tapped the three of them. Soon, they were all invisible. They walked up behind Karlito's group and followed them to the field. A girl with red hair said nothing, just shoved the group into a 'demensional gap.' Before it closed, the group of two third graders and one middle school nine year old jumped into the gap. Soon, their word turned black.
Ashido woke up Kirishima. "It's time." Kirishima woke up wordlessly and and changed. Soon, they were ready. "Let's go." They trekked for an hour before reaching Anarchy Hill. "Glad we took the quick way." Kirishima agreed. "Yeah. Let's just get this over with." Kirishima walked up to the group of five. A man with stitches on his face laughed and grew blue flames out of his hand. "So, Shigiraki, they've come. You were right." "I am the leader and Heir to Darkness. I will never lead you astray." "Ok!" Himiko yelled.
"Lets get this party started!" Kirishima sighed and put his head down. Ashido grabbed his shoulder nervously. "It's too late to turn back. We have to do this. Karlito is a threat. We know this. He's going to kill everyone. That's why...we have to have this trap." Shigiraki smiled. "That's what I'm talking about. Do this for the good of your class." Shigiraki smiled on the inside. Karlito would never kill his classmates, much less let them get killed. But, he wouldn't run this show. Anarchy Hill was rigged with explosives. They wouldn't survive. Ashido and Kirishima turned around and headed back.
Kyoka had heard everything. Ashido and Kirishima had betrayed the school. Kyoka knew that everyone had gone to America, but Rachel Elizabeth Dare had left her with a demensional gap transportation unit, or DGTU. Jiro had to use it, but in a way that wouldn't alert Kirishima and Ashido. No one needs to die.
She just hoped her demigod secret wasn't exposed.
Karlito felt a black sensation, then nothing. He spilled out the Gap and fell down. He was ninety feet in air, headed towards a lovely strawberry field. Karlito thought that he heard a familiar scream, but dismissed it as the strawberry plants shot upward. He landed softly in a cocoon of strawberries. They slowly lowered him to the ground. Karlito tumbled out of it and fell onto the ground. "What was that?
A man about a inch taller than Karlito came through the field. The plants parted and made way for him. Karlito as about to ask of his quirk, but realized that he was back in America. From the position of the waves and flowers, they wore on Long Island. But where? His friends started to land beside him. The man looked at Karlito. He waited until everyone was there, the. rudely introduced himself.
"Brats, I am Dionysus, so bow, now before you blasted to smithereens." No one bowed, but Kacchan made a smart snippet. "Your hair is idiotic." It indeed was. He had white hair that slicked back, crude features, and a Hawaiian outfit. Karlito immediately disliked him. "Don't kill them...there novices." Karlito heard the clomping of horses behind him. He turned around to see..a horse with a human torso. A centaur.
"I'm Chiron. You don't have to bow. Anyway, this is the Greek camp, Camp Half Blood. Welcome."
They were immediately grabbed and sent to explore the camp. Many kids were there. They even had a school. The kids had weird powers, and there were some bullies, but it seemed like an amazing place. Why would Shigiraki try to destroy such a place? They met up with Rachel, who grabbed Karlito and waved to the rest of the group. "I have to explain something to you, now that your here." "What is it." "The reason why you..didn't have parents growing up is because you are a demigod."
"I figured." "How? My quirk came easier than others. I can do many things that others can't." "Ok. Let me introduce you to someone special. You and one more person will be doing missions with her. Annabeth! Come here!" A pretty girl with soft features and red hair walked over to Karlito. He gauged her age to be 17. Her eyes held a hard sense of intelligence and grit, despite her California Girl look. "Hey." Was Karlito's greeting. The girl looked at him for six straight seconds, then pinched his nose. "Ow! Bitch! I only said hey, didn't grab your ass!" Karlito wasn't usually this angry, but that really hurt.
The girl smiled. "You're all right with me kiddo." "Not your kiddo. I'm Karlito, and I'm 16. I bet I'm not even a year younger than you." "Doesn't matter. Your my junior." "Nope." "Let's prove it in a fight, how about it?" Karlito thought and smiled. "Yeah. I'll get a lay of this camp. Met me right here, by the volleyball pit, at 5 pm. The girl smiled. "This'll be a breeze." Rachel smacked his arm. "Why did you challenge Annabeth? She's a daughter of Athena! She has never lost a battle against another demigod!" Karlito smiled. "Good. If she's as good as the Percy you speak of, then I'll have fun. "You don't understand. Even though she isn't as powerful, she's stronger." "That's because she's the smartest demigod in this camp."
"How did you figure that out?"
"Her eyes. They pierced my soul." Karlito might stick around for a while, but first he needed to hit up Randy's Pizza Palace. He hadn't are America in a minute. But first, he had to train.
Karlito traveled to the swordsman area and took off his shirt. He did 300 pushups, 300 situps, 400 crunches, and more. Then, Karlito practiced his powers. He wondered who his demigod parent was. He showered in the communal, then walked to the entrance. He passed Tsuyu, Kacchan, and Deku, who were doing intense training. He could've sworn he saw white hair, but it wasn't there when he looked back. He was hallucinating Eri. Karlito caught the van out with some other demigods as they headed for a place to get food. "How about Randy's?" "Yeah, great. Newbie, you definitely have good taste."
Karlito just zoned out, thinking about the girl that just said that beating him would be a breeze.
Eri snuck out from behind the shrubs. Lee and Lilly followed as they made their way to the 'Big House.' They opened the doors and walked behind Chiron. He was busy planning defensive traps against the League. Eri had to stop the war and save Karlito. The prophecy she heard from Rachel depicted Karlito's death. She had to stop it.
No one could die. So, that meant, no one could find out that she had snuck here and had overheard Rachel talking. First, though, she needed to talk with Rachel first.
Eri climbed up the stairs and opened the door. She had asked for directions to the Oracle, and they led here. She entered alone. Rachel turned and was surprised to find a little third grader mean mugging her. "How can I help you?" "I know why you brought my brother, Karlito, here. You want to trade his life for that Percy dude."
There was Eri. Short, and sweet. But rude. Rachel swirled around and flipped out of her chair.
"How..?" "I overheard. This Percy... he's not going on the mission because he is 'sick'. Karlito is going in his place, to die." "Lies...I wouldn't do such a thing." "Truth. You filled his head of revenge, then lured him here. I'm going to warn him. Eri got up to leave, but Rachel stood in front of her. "You will not leave this room." Erin stood still and let the blue lightning envelope her. This would be easy.
Mina slowly walked back to the camp. She was regr
