All right, here we go! The final chapter to my VERY late Halloween story! Let's hope this little pilot episode does well! Anyway, enjoy!
The party lasted until midnight as most of the guests were about ready to return back to their homes, but they had to admit, they had such a great time, they definitely had plans for more reunion parties in the future. Upon hearing that, Heather beamed a little bit, knowing that she would most likely be involved.
Still, as she sat down and watched the others leave (by her count, Owen was the most recent person to go off as she waved good-bye to the lovable large human), she turned to see who was left out of everyone. To her surprise, it was just her, Izzy, Bridgette, Ezekiel, Gwen and Cameron, the latter of which was busy helping Gwen pack up everything as the two shared a kiss.
The raven haired girl couldn't help as she gave a small sigh as she walked over to a smiling Bridgette, who was holding a blushing, yet grinning widely Ezekiel close to her. She looked between the two before giving a smirk. "Seems to me you two had a great time."
"Oh, you have no idea." Bridgette giggled as Ezekiel looked over to Heather as he shook his head.
"Oh, hello, Heather. How long have you been here?" Ezekiel asked.
"Not too long." Heather paused as she looked between the two people. "So... you and Ezekiel actually... well..."
Bridgette frowned a little as she raised an eyebrow. "I'm not sure how you know about it, and frankly, I don't want to know. All that matters is that, yes, Ezekiel and I are officially dating."
"It's true, eh!" Ezekiel said with a grin as he pulled out a small piece of paperwork. "During our little... session, I told her about a nice little farm near the beach. Where surfing is great at anytime."
"He knew me so well." Bridgette giggled as she held Ezekiel close. "Of course, he did tell me he got some help."
At that moment, Ezekiel turned his head towards Izzy, as the crazy girl winked at him. The boy could only give a small grin before turning towards the talking girls as Heather couldn't help but give a small smile. "Well, like I said, you two are really starting to fit together. I had to admit, I didn't know what I was expecting with home school, but... he surprised me. He really did."
Ezekiel couldn't help but blush as he said, "I'm just... trying to show that I'm not the same guy I used to be, you know?"
"Cut him some slack, Heather. You have to admit, he's been very civilized with everybody. Not one person screamed hateful accusations at him for what he did in the past." Bridgette explained.
"Well... I guess you're right." The raven haired woman paused as she looked up at the ceiling. "Still, though, you have to admit, it was a great party you hosted... and you should probably thank me for providing the ballroom for you."
"Oh, no worries." Bridgette smiled. "I'm very grateful for your support, Heather. Who knows? I might make you my party planner for my next party."
Heather paused, before giving a smile towards Bridgette. "Bridgette, you are an angel. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise."
"Hey, maybe you can take Bucky with you next time." Ezekiel offered. "Maybe he'd like to mingle with someone other than those friends you told us about?"
"Er..." Heather paused. "I'll try, but I can't guarantee. He is very strict with hanging with those weird friends of his... Curly and Pudding, I believe their names were?"
"Well, either way, tell him he's welcome to come to our next party!" Bridgette said as Gwen and Cameron approached.
"You know, Heather, she has a point." Gwen grinned. "You and I get along as well as a cat and a dog does, but you certainly know your way around parties."
Heather rolled her eyes a bit, before looking over at Gwen, smiling a little. "You're making me blush, Goth Girl."
"Yeah, yeah, next time we meet, I'll be sure to spill sand on your hair." Gwen said with a smirk. "I personally can't wait to see you shave your hair off again."
"Ha ha." Heather rolled her eyes, before turning to Cameron. "Hey, bubble boy, keep a leash on your goth, will you? I don't want her to bare her teeth."
"Hey!" Gwen frowned as she narrowed her eyes at Heather.
"Girls, girls, please!" Cameron said nervously as he came between his girlfriend and her rival. "Let's not start another squabble, okay? The night's over, it's young, let's go home while we can!"
Gwen took a few deep breaths to calm herself down before nodding, "You're right, you're right. Another day, though, Heather, another day."
"Until next time." Heather nodded in respect before heading towards Izzy before turning back to see the two couples engaging in conversations, with her rolling her eyes. "Look at them, Iz. Acting all lovey-dovey and cutesy with each other."
Heather stuck her tongue out at them and pointed at her open mouth as Izzy quietly hummed to herself. Izzy paused before turning to Heather. "Are you talking to me?"
The raven haired girl turned to Izzy with a frown on her face, before shaking her head. "Eh, don't worry about it. I have to admit, crazy girl, you really helped me out quite a lot."
"Let's just say that once I find the universe where my old pink pony friend used to be, we could be messing things up even more!" Izzy laughed crazily.
Heather just stared at Izzy with a weird look on her face, before pausing. "Whatever you say... you know, it's weird. Here we have this Total Drama reunion, and the old host hasn't even shown up at all."
"Chris?" Izzy asked in surprise. "What makes you bring up Chris?"
"I don't know..." Heather frowned. "But whatever he's doing, I'm sure he's up to something... where do you think he is right now?"
Izzy and Heather paused as if to think about where their old host friend was...
Meanwhile, miles away in a mall that was closed at night, inside one specific store marked 'The Khaki Barn', some strange man in ninja garb silently walked in as he carefully snuck around the cameras before eventually punching in a code that hacked through the doors.
"Just a few more steps and I'll get that hypnotic technology..." Chris said to himself as he walked inside the employee's lounge office of the Khaki Barn, before the door closed behind him. Little did anybody know that Chris had a plan... a plan, no doubt, of world domination...
Orange Ratchet Story
"That's All, Folks!"
An Orange-Ratchet Fanfiction
And that is that for this story! How did you guys like it? Let's get final thoughts done, shall we?
All right, so when Total Drama had the most votes in a poll, I originally envisioned the plot of the story was 'Halloween party'. And that was basically the gist of it. However, I think this felt more like a pilot episode of a reboot of a universe that I long declared as dead. But, going back to the Total Drama-Verse again, I realized that there were a lot of characters that I really wanted to write for again, and the characters I did focus on, they did their jobs great! And yes, I know that the main focus was mostly on Bridgette and Ezekiel, but like I said, this was meant to be more of a pilot episode for future Total Drama stories, if anybody is interested in me seeing a new take on the old characters they loved. At the very least, it would be better than Ridonculous Race and Total Dramarama.
Like I said, I know I put in some relationships that never went anywhere beyond the 'Bridgette/Ezekiel' storyline, but like I said, it's meant to be some ideas that maybe I'll go back to in future Total Drama stories. And that's what I want to ask. Are you interested in seeing me take on a new Total Drama-Verse?
That should be it for now. I'm going to take a break for Thanksgiving, but I'll be back with new stories and new material for other things, so keep your eyes peeled! Anyway, thank you all for reading, and have a very wonderful day!
