Chapter 8
Discover the Truth
Currently, they're in Head Spikey's office watching the footage of the battle. Unfortunately, I was put in a cell for interfering.
"So he finally started attacking, huh?" thought Head Spikey aloud.
"So you knew about Dark Lightning, Head Spikey?" asked Jeremiah.
"Yes. We have been monitoring him for a while. He seems to have the dark version of Nic's powers. All other information is unknown," explained Head Spikey.
"I see. But what about that mysterious voice I heard when the narrator was arguing with Nic?" inquired Jeremiah.
"I believe that might have been one of the Gods of Awesome," answered Head Spikey.
"The Gods of Awesome?"
"They control the multiverse. They made other gods to look after the individual planets. For example, the Greek Gods are one of the sets of gods they made. They were the original gods. If I had to guess which one it was, I would guess Zora, god of electricity."
"I see."
"Well, anyway, mission complete."
"All right."
"Also, Dialga and Palkia joined us, so here is the screen."
The screen appeared and showed the Pokémon habitat with the two new Pokémon now inside it. The screen disappeared.
"You better go down to dinner, then."
"Ok. Bye."
"Bye."
Jeremiah went to the Dinner Diner. Meanwhile, Darkness is performing a prison break, sort of.
"Who are you?" asked Dark Lightning.
"Your new master. Bow before me, Dark Lightning," ordered Darkness.
He sensed his power and bowed.
(A/N: Hello everyone, Pokemiah here. I would like to thank you all for reading the season 1 finale of Agency of the 5th World. As I mentioned in a previous book in the series, I will be posting all subsequent entries on Wattpad to give myself more creative freedom and less headache on where to post this at. Since this series is a mixture of original content and various characters from other IPs, I was always unsure of which website would be better suited for it: FictionPress or FanFiction. I went with FanFiction because better safe than sorry and according to my series plan (or progress reports as I call them) it looks like the second half will probably lean more heavily into original content than use characters and worlds from other IPs with a good possibility of several books in the series being ill-fit for FanFiction. That is the reason for moving the series over to Wattpad. I will finish up the 2.0 Versions (later to be updated to Version 2.5) of Season 1 as well and post those here once they're finished, but Season 2 and beyond will be on Wattpad exclusively for the time being. Fun Fact: the 2.0 continuity is getting an exclusive Agency of the 5th World story nowhere in the Original Version that will take place between book 5 (Operation: Spy & Seek) and book 6 (Space Adventure), which will also be posted on FanFiction since that does count as Season 1.
