Idea 7.
I'm open to people suggesting things like ships but remember I write Fem!Izuku (Izumi) x other girls and I'm more interested in some pairs than others. Rare pairs are very welcome, you all know me.
Relationships such as potential friends, mentors, or family members (adoption is fine)
Miscellaneous stuff like what school Izumi may attend or if she didn't, whether she's a hero student, criminal, or villain, key parts of her personality, hero and quirk names and story titles, what type of story it is, hell you can all even suggest where OFA goes, etc.
Instead of just putting out ideas, I also did a little writing for each one but that DOESN'T mean this beta writing would be in the story if said idea takes off.
Anyways, feel free to leave suggestions in the reviews and of course which idea they pertain to.
Enjoy, more notes at the end!
*Itsuka POV*
Itsuka stared down into the field in surprise. The green haired girl, Midoriya Izumi, that was getting onto the stage for her match was strangely familiar but Itsuka couldn't quite place her. The greenette hopped from one foot to the other and her opponent, Todoroki, was watching her carefully. Midnight called for the start of the match and the red and white haired boy fired off a fast wave of ice at Midoriya. The girl brough her right foot back and pressed it into the ground with a twist, her foot flaring with a hint of blue. Pushing off the ground, Midoriya leapt into a flying kick while wrapped in a bright blue flame that was in the shape of a dragon's head.
The girl's flaming kick crashed through the ice while flying towards the surprised boy. Spinning in the air, Midoriya brought her other leg down in an axe kick while more blue flames followed along the kick's arc. Todoroki had tried to shield with his ice but the kick shattered the pour defense and Itsuka was surprised by how slowly the crushed ice was melting. Apparently there was much more force behind the flames than heat and Midoriya continued slamming kicks into the boy's attacks, though the flames were now a reddish orange.
Todoroki dove around and used more ice while the girl had just finished a series of kicks but the flames wrapped around the back of her hands and she made her way through with a backfist. Dashing in, she sent him flying with a back thrust kick and Itsuka suddenly remembered the girl. The orange haired girl had once gone to a martial arts tournament and had taken 2nd place when a green haired girl had sent her flying out of the ring with the very same kick. Apparently, that very same girl was now attending U.A with her and was in the other heroics class.
Todoroki used the glacier from his first match and the field became silent, however, before an outcome could be decided a light from deep within the ice could be seen. A small and quiet thud was soon able to be heard and it got louder and more frequent until Midoriya suddenly burst straight out of the top of the ice, the flames soaring around her in the shape of a phoenix.
Itsuka watched with eager eyes.
Notes and Stuff
Quirk: Flame Step ?
Hero Name: ?
What is wrong with me? I cannot stay away from Guilty Gear or Itsuka x Izumi. This idea came from me wanting to do Izumi with a fire quirk. Both the quirk and the fighting is based on Jam from the Guilty Gear series. I love her moves and of course you can find combo videos of her to see her abilities, at the very least check out her specials and supers. Considering that Itsuka's quirk is Big Hands and she mainly uses chops and the like, Izumi would be more focused towards kicks though of course she'd have hand strikes too.
I wanted Izumi to have more force behind her flames rather than heat but I can still do fine tuning on the details. I don't want to feel like I'm copying Tiger's Bite if I do Itsuka x Izumi so perhaps the two would be more overall competitive with each other, I'm not sure and of course I'm not setting that pairing in stone currently. Maybe Izumi would be crushing on her already? Look I'm already falling into the trap of my favorite pair.
Anyways, feel free to leave me suggestions in the reviews!
