Draco and Harriet were still outside in the snow in their wedding dress robes that they wore for their wedding photo shoot with their families.

"Harriet, did you enjoy today?" Draco asked.

"I did, Draco. If by some miracle in the future that these pictures end up with us; it will give us precious memories to treasure and a story to tell our children." Harriet said.

Draco smiled and said, "Yeah, it will be."

"I guess we need to go inside now." Harriet said.

"I guess we should so my in-laws don't worry about us being out here in cold snow." Draco said.

Harriet giggled and said, "Let's go back inside then."

Draco picked Harriet up bridal-style and carried her inside the house. When they entered the house, Draco kissed Harriet again then a flash went off.

Draco put Harriet down letting her feet touch the floor; they saw James standing there with a smile.

"What is it, dad?" Harriet asked.

"Well, I think I've went camera happy, but you two get out of those clothes and get ready for bed." James said.

"Yes, sir." Draco said.

Draco and Harriet headed upstairs.

James watched them go and Lily came out of the kitchen with a cup of tea.

"What's wrong, James?" Lily questioned.

James sighed and said, "Lily, I just come to grips that we won't see our daughter grow up, or the fact that Dumbledore allows your sister and her family treat her like a house elf, or that Remus and Sirius don't get the chance to be with her much in the future."

Lily smiled and said, "I feel the same way, James. At least, Draco loves her and cares for her."

"Yeah, he really does love her and he makes her happy. By the way, did Severus say if he had found a way to send them back to their time?" James said.

Lily looked at James and said, " Severus told me before he left that he would still and if he couldn't; he hoped that his future self did."

"Okay, let's go to bed, Lily. We still will be able to spend Yule Morning with them at least." James said.

Lily and James headed up stairs to go to bed.

Yule Morning...

Both Draco and Harriet snuck down stairs after they got dressed to help the house elves with breakfast as well as to surprise everyone.

James and Lily woke and decided to get dressed then head down stairs. As they came down the stairs; they were surprised to the Malfoys, Remus, Sirius, and Severus waiting for them.

"What's going on?" James questioned.

Severus looked at James and said, "We don't know because we received a letter to come here."

"Yeah and the writing was really elegant too." Sirius said.

Suddenly, a house elf popped up in front of them and said, "Mistress and Master Potter-Malfoy says breakfast is ready. Theys also say that this is a way for thems to say thanks you for a wonderful times with alls of youse."

James, Lily, and the others entered the dinning room. They were stunned by how beautiful as well as delicious looked.

"Harriet and Draco did this?" Narcissa questioned.

The house elves nodded.

"We don't deserve all the credit. The house elves helped us out." A male voice said.

Everyone turned to see Harriet and Draco standing there being elegant.

"Let's eat!" Sirius said.

Draco just shook his head.

Harriet giggled.

Then they all sat down and enjoyed their Yule/Christmas breakfast as well as talked with each other. After that, there were Yule/Christmas presents to open. Everyone enjoyed their presents from Harriet and Draco. The same could be said for Draco and Harriet as they enjoyed their presents from everyone.

Then Narcissa and Lily took Harriet and Draco to the side and into another room.

"What's going on, Mom?" Harriet asked.

"Narcissa and I want to teach both of child care while you're here." Lily said.

"Why?" Draco asked skeptically.

"Because the both of you told us that the unexpected always seems to happen around Harriet. So, we just want to prepare you just in case something causes you two have suddenly or later in life or even a simulated pregnancy becoming a real one but that has never happened." Narcissa said.

So, Draco and Harriet got a crash course in becoming parents from their mothers for four hours.

After the four hour crash course on parenthood; Draco and Harriet entered the dinning room to eat a late lunch with everyone. After, the late lunch, Draco and Harriet sat down on the couch.

Then suddenly, Harriet and Draco began to glow.

"Dray, what's happening?" Harriet asked looking at Draco.

"I don't know, love." Draco said.

"It appears that you're returning to your own time." Severus suggested.

Everyone decided to hug Harriet and Draco before they disappeared.

[Back at Hogwarts in the Hospital Wing]

Severus had started casting a spell as he sprinkled a little time sand. Suddenly, the sand began to glow.

Minerva and several others watched as Severus was casting the spell. They also were hoping that Severus was doing would work on bringing Draco and Harriet back from wherever in time that they were in.

Suddenly, the glowing time sand started glowing brighter as Severus continued the spell.

Everyone covered their eyes until the light died down. When the light started dying down two figures appeared in the circle of time sand. One figure was male and the other figure was a female.

"HARRIET?!"

"DRACO?!"

Hermione, Blaise, Pansy, and Seamus rushed and hugged them immediately.

Severus sighed in relief.

"Let them breathe." Minerva said.

"Back from your trip." Phineas said, "Must I stay with riddles for truth was discovered while visiting family. Hmm?"

Harriet giggled and casted a spell and said, "Thank you, Phineas. I'm sure Sirius is laughing at you driving everyone crazy."

Phineas smiled and said, "I'm beginning to understand why liked being a prankster because it's fun."

Draco chuckled and said, "It's not every day a member of the Black gets to have some fun especially if they were a former Headmaster of Hogwarts and a kind one."

Phineas blinked then left.

"Yes, well now Mrs. Potter-Malfoy must have the simulated pregnancy spell now." Pomfrey said.

"Okay." Harriet said.

Pomfrey casted the spell and explained everything to Harriet and Draco since they had been gone for a while.

Suddenly, the pompous Professor Malkin entered the hospital wing. He saw the two missing students and smiled.

Harriet and Draco heard Professor Snape snarl at the man which surprised them; but they figured that there was a reason.

"Welcome back, you two. You two have a lot to catch up on." Professor Malkin said.

Draco and Harriet were confused.

"Like learning proper child care and what to expect when you expecting as well as so much more." Professor Malkin said.

Suddenly, both Draco and Harriet smiled; which surprised everyone.

"Why are you smiling?" Professor Malkin questioned.

Draco looked at Professor Malkin and said, "Always expect the unexpected when it comes to my wife."

Professor Malkin blinked in confusion.

Severus along with Harriet's and Draco's friends chuckled.

Professor Malkin walked out of the Hospital Wing.

"You two go rest in your dorm that you share, but I need to inform that as an assignment for Marriage 101; you'll have to stay at in-laws for Yule/Christmas holidays." Minerva said.

"Yes, headmistress." Both Draco and Harriet said.

Draco and Harriet left the hospital wing and headed to their dorm.

A few days later...

Harriet and Draco were sitting on their couch reading when Hermione and Blaise knocked.

"Come in."

Blaise and Hermione came in with Severus following them in.

"Hi Blaise and Hermione. Hello, Professor Snape." Harriet said.

"Hello." Blaise, Hermione, and Severus said.

"What are you reading, you two?" Hermione asked.

"Everything, Professor Malkin wanted us to read." Harriet said.

"And perhaps, a little more." Draco said.

"What do you mean, Draco?" Blaise asked.

"Well, I'm reading about how to deliver a baby in case Harriet can't make it to St. Mundgo's when we have children." Draco said.

Severus looked at Draco and said, "That's not a bad idea in case something like that happens."

Draco returned Severus' look and asked, "What is it, Uncle Severus?"

"That pompous Professor Malkin assigned you twins for your wife's simulated pregnancy." Severus answered.

Both Draco and Harriet were stunned to hear that.

Hermione and Blaise were shocked to hear what Professor Snape had said.

After a moment, Harriet said, "Well, I guess twins will either two boys, two girls, or a boy and a girl."

Draco looked at Harriet.

"What?" Harriet said looking at Draco.

"Um...Harriet, girls are very rare in the Malfoy Bloodline." Blaise said suddenly.

"Then I would be happy to give Draco a son and a daughter." Harriet said smiling at Draco.

Draco was happy at what Harriet had just said that he put the book down and pulled Harriet up off the couch.

"Drac..." Harriet was cut off by a passionate kiss.

Both Blaise and Hermione blushed at the passion of the kiss.

Severus just smiled as he recalled Draco's and Harriet's passionate kiss when Yule Eve well Christmas Eve photo shoot that caused everyone flush including her father and Draco's father.

Draco broke the kiss and noticed that Harriet seemed a little dazed from the kiss.

"I take it that you met your in-laws, Draco?" Severus questioned with a grin.

Draco looked at Severus and said, "Yes and I believe that they approve of my relationship with Harriet."

'You have no idea how much James and Lily approved of you, Draco.' Severus thought to himself.

"What do you mean, Draco?" Hermione asked curiously.

"Well for the couple of days or a week; Harriet and I have spent time with family in Godric's Hollow. Of course, we met James and his friends first then met Lily." Draco said.

"How?" Blaise asked.

"Well, Draco and I traveled back into time when my parents were somewhat still newly weds thanks to the potion well potions that hit Draco and me." Harriet said.

So they continued talking about Harriet's and Draco's adventure back in time as well as the upcoming assignment about visiting with the in-laws which meant that Harriet would spend the holiday at Malfoy Manor.

[Back in the Past]

James and Lily were arranging some of the photos that they had taken of Harriet and Draco from their visit.

"James?"

"Yes, Lily?"

"I know we can't change Harriet's future but maybe we can change something that Dumbledore wouldn't expect."

"What's that, Lily?"

"We could make it where Harriet inherits at the age of 14."

James and Lily continued talking about Harriet's situation with the Dursleys and how it could possibly affect the life that Harriet was living.

In the end, they decided to each write Harriet a personal letter.

{Back to the Present}

Harriet and Draco were now in the Great Hall for lunch when an owl flew in and dropped a letter in her lap.

"Harriet, who's it from?" Draco asked.

Harriet looked at the handwriting was surprised that it was her father's handwriting.

"Well?" Draco questioned.

Harriet looked at Draco with a look that he immediately recognized and nodded.

Harriet opened the letter and read to Draco only:

Harriet,

My dearest daughter, I believe that the man that you have chosen is truly worthy of you and your mother agrees.

We do wish you both a happy life together. However, if there was a way to send us pictures of our grandchildren into the past that would a wonderful surprise.

Of course, who knows with you and your boyfriend.

But you did tell us for some reason that the unexpected always seems to happen to you.

Also, I am very proud of you for being you as well as the young lady you will become.

James C. Potter

Harriet noticed that there was another letter and read it to Draco only:

Harriet,

It was wonderful to meet you and your future husband. I have to admit that when you told us or rather Remus told us who you two were was shocking to both of us. The two of you were shocked when Remus figured it out. I have to admit that it was funny seeing James faint for the first time and he'll never live it down.

I wish you and Draco the best.

Lily Potter

Severus leaned in and said quietly to them, "James never did live it down because Lily said he fainted once you were born, Harriet."

Harriet and Draco started laughing at what Severus said as he walked off.

"What's so funny?" Pansy questioned.

"If I took a guess, it has to do with their time traveling adventure." Seamus said.

"Pansy?"

"Yes, Harriet?"

"How long are the simulated pregnancies suppose to last?" Harriet asked.

"Um...well you and Draco disappeared before you went to Marriage 101 on that day; wrote down our wedding date and the date that our baby or babies in some cases were due." Pansy said.

"Okay, so let's that mine and Draco's wedding is December 24th and the birth of our children were on February 14th?" Harriet said.

"Then your 1st wedding anniversary will be on December 24th and the twins will be due on February 14th." Pansy said.

"So in other words, Harriet will be carrying the twins for a month in half?" Draco said.

"Pretty much." Pansy said.

"Well multiple babies are sometimes born early." Hermione said.

"Harriet and I are aware of that considering we've been reading non stop since we've returned, Hermione." Draco said.

"Not only that, but we are also reading about giving birth at home in case we couldn't get to the hospital in time." Harriet said.

Their friends looked at them shocked because they were expecting Draco and Harriet to read something like that.

Draco noticed their friends reaction and said, "It's a way for us to prepared just in case."

"Well, I guess that doesn't hurt. By the way, why was Professor Snape being nice so suddenly?" Seamus questioned.

"He probably knows something that we don't know; but he has let go of his past." Draco stated.

"What do you mean, Draco?" Pansy asked.

Draco was about to answer when Harriet said, "Let's just say that two of his former classmates that have passed on were threatened to apologize to him."

"What are you saying, Harriet?" Ron questioned who joined them along with Lavender.

"Let's just say that Harriet is like her mother in some ways and other times like her father." Draco stated.

"That doesn't exactly tell us anything." Lavender said.

"I guess we should tell you about tell you about our little time travel adventure." Harriet said.

So, Draco and Harriet explained everything about what it was like meeting James and Lily along with younger versions of Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Lucius Malfoy, Narcissa Malfoy, and Professor Severus Snape. As well as their reaction to learning who they were. When they finished their story; their friends were shocked.

"Well, while you two were in the past; we had to deal with riddles from Phineas Black." Ron said.

"It was annoying but also funny at times." Neville said joining them along with Luna.

"Yes, it annoyed the Headmistress most of all." Luna said.

"Well, that was actually my doing because Phineas Black decided to drop by unexpectedly at Grimmauld Place before we started our 8th year at Hogwarts." Harriet stated.

Their friends were stunned to hear that.
