"Why are we here" Jackson moaned.

"I don't know I'm here because I'm mentoring the new transfer student" Allison said rolling her eyes. Frankly Lydia, her friend was a good person, and she did NOT see what she saw in the giant…drip that Jackson was.

He was moody, irritable and frankly he didn't treat Lydia very well. She hid who she was from him, and everyone else mostly all the time. Allison didn't believe you should have to do that, not if they cared for you, the real you, anything else was a farce and a picture to be hung on a wall. Though she herself, didn't really show her true face.

She couldn't imagine herself changing at her base for a man, if she were to do so, it would need to be something small, and not hiding vital intelligence that left most in the dust, and acting like a ditz to make your jock boyfriend feel better about his Neanderthal ways.

Of course her growing relationship with Scott was nothing like that. In fact, she could really fall for…

"Oh…My…Goddddddd" Lydia said in a near groan, "PLEASE tell me that's him."

"What, who, what" Jackson said not liking the near purr his girlfriend had used in relation to whatever guy she had just spotted. Then he looked in the same direction as she and Allison and felt fission of pure fear run through him.

Jackson was the best looking guy in school, was being the operative word. He almost felt himself being knocked down a peg, and suddenly Lydia's attention was not where it was supposed to be.

In fact she and Allison had gone rather non verbal at the sight of the man walking out of the principal's office. The fact Allison was doing the same, that was good, he didn't like Scott, and felt he was cheating. But the fact Lydia was right there with her, this was not so good.

"Hey – right here" he said, grumpily as he did most things.

"Whatever" Lydia said, setting her sights, firmly on the new guy. She elbowed her new friend in the ribs, "You with us Allison."

"Hmmmm, hmmm" Allison said licking her lips.

"Scott's coming"

"Who"

Lydia laughed, "Your boyfriend."

"My what?"

"I think I just saw a Werewolf" Lydia said innocently.

Scott heard her and froze, looking at her in shock. Then he realized Lydia was pulling Allison's leg, and then further realized that Allison wasn't even there with them currently. In fact, she didn't appear to notice he was walking up to them. He turned, facing the same direction and let out a sigh.

"Oh crap" he said looking at the rather tall, well built and stupidly good looking guy about their age standing at the principles door.

He took a breath, attraction was fine, some women turned his head, and this was no different. It was just the first time it had happened. The fact that Jackson looked like he swallowed a bug this just made it all worthwhile for the moment. "Allison, Earth to Allison" he said gamely.

"Oh," she said brightening; "Hi…" she trailed off looking lost.

"Scott"

"Scott, I was so going to say that"

"I know you were" he said with one of the smiles that had gotten her interest in the first place.

He was a very strange guy, but a good one, and she adored him for it, but…oh dear god, there he was. "Oh Crap!"

Scott smiled looking at her curiously, so she added, "That's my mentorship" she said, "He's just standing there, oh crap oh crap!"

"I'll do it" Lydia offered.

"You will not" Jackson shot in to his girlfriend's words.

"Try and stop me" Lydia shot back, finally showing a backbone in a way that took Jackson for surprise and knocked him for six.

"I'll do it" Allison said with a smile, "No need to put yourself out, Lydia" she said a fixed smile on her face.

Scott looked at Jackson, then his girlfriend, and then his own girlfriend, "Well…this is surreal."

The guy at the door checked his watch, "Oh crap" Allison said again, then looked at Scott, "Come with me!"

"Sure" Scott said immediately, thus affirming his girl's adoration again for the moment.

"So will I" Lydia said falling into step with them.

"Of course you will, but I think Jackson is pissed." Allison noted.

"Who"

Scott laughed, "I think she means your soon to be ex-boyfriend." He said with a knowing look, getting Lydia a little better after…that moment they had shared he would never speak of near Allison again for fear of finding an arrow in his hide.

Boy that had been awkward to admit. But he was glad he had, no secret was good, as far as that could go, all things considered.

"Hi" Allison said, sticking out her hand, "I think I'm your Mentor."

"Oh, I hope you're right, but mine was supposed to be here about five minutes ago, but whoever it was…I'd rather have you" the man said.

"Oh- you're English."

"Seems to be a trend around here, given your headmaster and all, dodgy accent though I think he's faking."

"So you are…" Lydia asked.

"Intrigued" he said, "I was told I would have one mentor and yet I find two belles and a beau here to welcome me. Is this common practice, or am I just that special."

"Oh I think you're special alright" Scott said dryly. The new guy had a caustic whit, but he was used to that from his best friend Stiles.

He cracked a smile that made the two women with Scott swoon, "So you are…"

"I think we asked first" Scott shot back, well used to dealing with this sort of humour. Don't give an inch, they'll find it anyway, but respect you more if you don't just roll over.

True to his prediction the guy smiled again. Frankly Scott wished he'd stop that, Allison seemed to be literally starting to swoon. He was good looking, but seriously!

That wasn't all it was though, to his enhanced senses he was screaming power, of a type that made him want to whine, bend his knee and show his tummy all at the same time.

Perhaps, and this was an insane guess he wasn't as new to town as they thought. "So – what is it, or shall we just go with Green eyes."

"Oh those aren't green" Allison suddenly piped up.

"Uh uh, I've got green eyes," Lydia added, "THOSE are Emerald."

"I may have heard that before…they are just eyes, no more special than yours, in fact I do like your eyes. Hint of wicked, very intelligent, lively in a way that tells me you've got a sense of humour, while the intelligence is somewhat masked, it's clear as day to me."

Lydia went into full retreat at this rather apt and accurate character assignment.

"And yours…I have always thought brown as a dull colour until I saw your eyes. I mean they ARE dark, but so very pretty it quite makes me change my mind." He said to Allison who went bright red.

"And yours…are yellow" he said turning to Scott.

Scott growled slightly, and then backed down fast. "My mistake, trick of the light" Harry said a knowing smile on his face.

"And yours…are red I think, and not green."

"No, never been red, that's never a good sign my friend, if you see a man with red eyes – you come and find me – okay." Harry said with a grin, "Now, we've all fallen for each other's eyes, let's move on. Your name is Allison, the principle told me that, and gave me a brief description, really the man is a true idiot if he left it at pretty with brown eyes. I think you are her boyfriend, for whom I already admire and yet hate you for and the strawberry blonde…I don't know her name, or maybe I do, but I'd sure like to hear it"

"So you know mine then" Scott inserted before Lydia was able to open her mouth.

"Oh he was full of you, new star in the …field hockey I think he said."

"Lacrosse"

"Okay I'm sure that's an important difference in France, but right now I know you have to be Scott McCall, he's rather proud of you. Which, unless I miss my guess would make you, the redhead…Lydia Martin, given the intelligence in those gorgeous green eyes. I'm thinking you're the star pupil who's name must not be mentioned, but I must mooch off her home work if I get stuck."

"You're really cagy about your name"

"I'm just playing with you Scott" Harry said with a grin, "Your girlfriend already knows my name, at least this is what I was told."

"Harry – Harry Noir"

He gave a flourishing bow, "Count Noir, at your service" he said and then cracked a massive smile, "But to you three I think Harry is just fine."

"What was all that about then?"

"Testing the waters, I see that you do not roll over for anyone, and you know how to play with words. Lydia seemed to be waiting for something, and Allison's eyes are very pretty when they sparkle when she's amused."

"That IS my girlfriend."

"Such a transient term…girlfriend, but I respect that position." Harry said flashing his eyes and smiling widely. He wasn't arrogant about it, but he knew what he had and how to use it for deadly effect. Tempe had insisted he know how to actually score with her, and went about making sure he would in any normal circumstance.

These techniques worked on just about any woman he'd met, usually to varying degrees of success from the actually much, MUCH more interesting flash than he'd admitted to Tony that he'd gotten from Pepper to scoring this year's Maxim Model.

Lydia smiled, "I have a feeling life is going to get interesting, Count"

"Please, that was for fun, while I do own that title, it is...one of many such stuffy old British titles I have in my family. I really do prefer my given name; it's the only thing I've got left from my parents."

Lydia nodded, "Noted."

Harry smiled, "Now – are we done playing, can we get to the part where we make friends, because I have ONE for sure, perhaps two, tentative friends in this state, in this entire country. I wouldn't mind some more."

"I dunno," Scott said half smiling, "I already have one smart ass in my life, do I really want another."

"Oh – now see that's not fair, dangling that out there in front of me. I must meet this contender for my throne!"

"Oh god, he IS worse" Allison said, smiling fondly at Scott.

Harry smiled, relaxing slightly. It had been a risky ploy that, but this was an alpha grouping. He hadn't lied about the principle telling him of these three by name, he really had.

Of course he'd used a bit of magic to be sure of which was who and so on, but Allison wasn't hard to guess, and it had been a truly rotten description. She was a real beauty. Lydia was too, more hot than beautiful, but Allison actually made his heart skip.

That hadn't happened since Tempe, and thus he would likely avoid any and all close interaction with Scott's girlfriend, so he had no fear from him there. Scott was tricky. Vastly more intelligent than he had been painted, and powerful, earthy feel to it, young though, and given the yellow flash of his eyes…canine, Lycan more than likely.

That said, he had to be new to slip that way. His new honorary godfather was a Were, he'd spent a couple of nights running with him just before leaving, in his dip-year. He knew them well, had been at the local pack meeting, not in form, that would've been a disaster. Remus might be able to get over an age old fear of a big cat, but no one else would've.

Finding he had an Animagus form had been pathetically simple in the end, and something he'd done while in seclusion, hiding from the British Wizarding public. It had allowed him a modicum of freedom running with Remus in the forbidden forest.

It would be interesting to see if Scott could get over what he must already sense about Harry. He wasn't just a cat person; he was a cat if he wanted to be. A sort of cat that made all canines fear them.

This came out in all walks of life, including making his walk even more graceful than his insanely fast mind had managed. His reactions, wouldn't, and couldn't be beaten now to that point he'd had to quit Quidditch. It just wasn't fair to be on the pitch he had found, losing yet another thing he loved, but gaining a brand new one.

Scott was a canine, at his very primal Core; in fact, there had probably always had been something rather canine about him. And yet, he stood there, looking weirded out, and yet, not running for the hills. This REALLY impressed Harry.

What he could turn into in the wild, it took a pack of dogs to even annoy, let alone kill. His actual form, no canine will look at taking on even in a pack. He couldn't just be a lion Animagus – that wasn't in the cards for him, he was in fact some form of long forgotten, lost to the annuals magical species, King of lions. He was HUGE, pitch black, and yet still had Emerald green eyes.

"I am so not sure that's a good idea" Scott said, "I'm not sure we could take the ensuing snark fest."

Harry smiled, "I rarely snark unless my foe is worthy. Now my friend Tony – he keeps up and sometimes overtakes me by yards. If your friend can do that, he'll have a friend for life!"

"In that case…he could do with more friends" Scott said with a wide smile. "But I have a scary thought that you two are going to hit it off. Let's go find out, it's lunch which is an odd time to start school."

"I only just arrived in town…I got held up in L.A., funny thing to do with a pole. I was meant to be here a few days ago, but I…urh…got involved with that pole thing."

"That's not at all odd" Allison said strangely.

"Not in the least, if you saw the pole!" Harry said innocently, "Now – I'm starving lead on MacDuff."

BHHS, Lunch Hall

12:00 - 17th January 2013

"I thought you said we were going to get food" Harry said poking his plate. As predicted he and Stiles HAD hit it off. Harry liked a smart ass, and that was Stiles to a tee. The love in his heart for Lydia though, dare not speak its name. That much was obvious from the positive glee on his face when she was seen to be with Harry, Scott and Allison.

In fact the near redhead wasn't moving from her spot beside Harry, something Stiles had noted, but he still had his five year plan and was willing to wait. At least this one wasn't an asshole. If indeed Lydia did trade up, and she looked to want to. But then, didn't most of the girls in the entire school already. Heads had actually turned as Harry had walked into the cafeteria, making Allison feel a little better about her own reaction.

It was obviously a wide ranging thing, since the serving staff had done the same damn thing.

"It is food…almost" Scott said, bringing out his packed lunch.

"I'll give you a thousand dollars for that," Harry said quite seriously. It was a meat ball sandwich and smelled delicious.

Thinking he was joking Scott said, "Not even for two."

"Three?"

"Maybe," Scott said then took a big bite.

"I hate you" Harry hissed, "I'm going to marry your mother if she made that sandwich."

Scott shuddered, "Bad mental place, I'm so not calling you 'Dad'."

"Pop's will do" Harry said, he looked at Stiles, "is she hot?

Stiles found himself nodding slightly.

Scott looked at him like he'd never seen him before, "Oh My God, you did not just nod!"

Stiles winced, "Sorry man" he said, "But she kinda is."

"Oh god, this just went from weird to scary" Scott said, "Oh god, I'm right off this now" he said putting his sandwich down, then handing it off to a hopeful looking Harry.

"Ha-ha, my evil plan worked!" Harry crowed, biting into the sandwich with glee.

They all just looked at him.

"You are a very strange guy" Allison said, "But I think I like it"

Scott shot a look at her, "What you have to admit he's fun to be around, precious little of that around here lately." Allison said unapologetic.

Scott sighed, "Yah – maybe."

"Why the sour puss," Harry asked.

"Dunno, weird attacks, it's got the town on edge" Lydia said, "The whole town, seems to be animal, but almost premeditated somehow."

Harry looked at Scott.

"It wasn't me" Scott said by reflex.

"Uh huh, better not be"

Scott then realized he knew, he didn't know HOW he knew, but he knew alright. "Urh…" it couldn't be him though, but then – he could be lying about just getting into town, and a pole…what sort of excuse was that anyway?

"Well that was another odd thing Harry just did" Stiles said, "Starting with manipulating me into speaking of something I should not have spoken of."

Harry smiled, "I'm a fan of genes, of late," he said. "Scott is a good looking guy. I figure that came from somewhere, ergo I went for the mother, and what do you know…I was right"

"Scary mind" Lydia suddenly said like it was the last part of a thought. She saw them all looking at each other and then her.

She didn't fool these people and she knew it. Even Stiles, and she was well aware of his crush, knew her better than her so called boyfriend, enough that they seemed to want to know what she was thinking.

"I thought he was just kidding, then I just realized he really did set that up. That takes a scary mind, and one that just plain doesn't think like anyone else."

"Why thank you Luv!" Harry said, a killer smile on his face, he held a hand to his mouth to cover a burp, "Damn that was a good sandwich."

Scott just looked at him a moment, "Suddenly, I'm not so sure I want to EVER take you to my home."

"Awww shucks mate! I promise only over the clothes touching until our first date."

"Scary-scary mind!" Lydia added looking at him with grudging admiration.

Harry looked at her, the playfulness dying in his eyes, seriousness entering them, "Shh you," he said, "I'm trying to make friends here."

"You're doing it a weird way" Lydia noted.

"I'm a weird bloke, or is that guy here" He said shooting a smile that near melted her underwear clear off her body.

"If I were you Scott," Lydia said slowly, "If your mother is as attractive as Stiles says. I wouldn't let Harry ANY where near your mother."

Harry shot her another serious look, "And you my dear see more than you should be able to if you were the person you pretended to be."

"Likewise, Luv" she said taking off his word and accent perfectly.

Harry smiled slightly, "At least you're interesting I suppose." He said, "Now, here" he said tossing a money clip at Scott, "That's for the mean trick, and I'm off. I need to get the lay of the land," he said walking off before Scott could say boo.

Stiles looked at the clip, "That's at least three K" he said eyeing it with a pretty good estimation.

"Maybe four"

"Did he really just pay me three thousand dollars for a meatball sandwich!"

"I think he did, and good luck trying to give it back. He played a trick, and then he paid you for being his patsy." Lydia said, "That shows, oddly enough that he's got a real need to make friends here. He knew it was mean, and he knew he needed to make it better, even though he couldn't help but do it. I think, in fact, that he's VERY interesting to be around and he's got a sense of morals alright, but they are NOT what we'd call morals."

"I can't take this - can I?" Scott said.

"No," "Yes" Allison and Lydia said respectively. "He won't take it, in fact he'll be insulted if you try. Bet you a bill of that money." Lydia went on to say.

Allison sat back, folding her arms under perfectly formed but modest breasts, "I don't like it, it's like he's trying to buy Scott."

"I don't think he is. He's rich though, in a way that makes me look poor. The money clip holding that money is actually worth more than the bills it's holding. I suggest you give that back." Lydia said, "It's probably one of a kind, and I recognize that logo."

"Designer brand?" Stiles asked.

Lydia shook her head, "That's the Stark Industries Logo, in fact it's the special one used by only one man in the entire company….Tony Stark himself."

"He did mention a Tony…" Allison said paling, "No way."

"Oh yes, I think we've got ourselves a VERY interesting new student my friends."

Stiles preened as he'd been included in that comment. In fact Lydia had used his name, he didn't' even know she knew his name before that point.

"But what about the money?" Scott asked.

"Get a new phone?" Lydia suggested, "I notice yours is kinda old."

Scott flushed. Stiles smiled slightly, Scott couldn't afford the latest and greatest, even though he did get at least last year's model. But to a woman like Lydia, that was old news and totally out of date.

"I still don't like it – or I think…him!" Allison said.

Lydia smirked at her, "Uh huh!" she said with little to no belief in her tones, then looked at Scott and back with a smirk growing.

Allison glared, and it was a good one, but might as well have been water off a ducks back for all the effect it had on Lydia.

After School

Harry had managed to totally avoid his mentor and her entourage for the rest of the day. Scant regard had been shown to going to lessons, and quite frankly they weren't going to teach him a damn thing he wanted to know here, and what they did teach he was interested in Tony had already covered in a way that meant he was WAY ahead of the curve.

He didn't really care for this idea, and was aware that his strange outlook, mostly his fault for being weirded out, had not endeared him to the group that he now rather wished he'd not nearly alienated in a single lunch time.

He'd just been playing, forgetting totally that the way a high school student played was NOT the way he and Tony played to and with each other. Nor was it the fun, teasing and nearly successful flirtation with Pepper, Tony's Girl-Friday, and a hell of a gorgeous woman, but an adult one.

He had to seriously DROP his game here. He was used to dealing with people that didn't live in this world, didn't touch base with this sort of world and if he wasn't careful, he wouldn't make another friend until AFTER college because frankly. He was well ahead of his age group there as well.

Tony had got him used to snark on a whole other level to what he'd teased them with that day, and yet he knew he'd actually weirded them out. He and Tony had done that to people clubbing for shits and giggles, and not bat an eyelid. But of course...that was wrong, and Harry only now realized it.

He would be all he could be, Tempe's words resonated with him even now, and very loudly, but that was not to say he could dial it down a hundred notches to at least put himself in their ball park.

He had a feeling he'd actually managed to piss of the one woman that he would actually want to know better and yet feared to do so, Allison. He got a weird vibe off her, one that screamed of familiarity, of a leader in sheeples clothing. Designer gear and honestly beautiful legs not withstanding that girl was a warrior and a leader even if she did not yet know that herself.

For that reason alone he wanted to know more, about her, about her friends, and specifically WHY she was so damn familiar to him.

And yet he also was well aware she was a sort of special that would compete with Tempe, and he wasn't sure he trusted himself anywhere near her because of that.

Never mind the fact she was Scott's girlfriend, honestly thanks to his early lessons with Tempe, he gave that little to no regard. Girlfriend was not married, and frankly he wouldn't much care even if they were.

But she scared the piss out of him all the same, and he was very unsure how to even approach her, and now was realizing he probably had lost his chance to do so in any sort of friendly way.

Suddenly his senses went on high alert; his relatively new Animagus form came with some really sharp senses. And right then they were yelling at him to get a move on. He moved with all the grace and speed afforded to him by his quick mind and his form.

This was to say he was on sight in about two seconds. Catching a blonde girl as she began to shudder and shake. She went down into his arms, an odd comfort going over her as the attack hit.

They were the most horrible experience you would care to mention, epilepsy, the loss of control the pure terror of an oncoming attack, it all created a cocktail that wasn't to be admired. And yet, suddenly she felt oddly at peace in these strange, but amazingly strong arms, which picked her off the ground, and held her fitting form like it was nothing.

"I've got you" an English voice said, and then another, different added.

"Do you indeed, what's happening here."

"That much is obvious I would think" the younger voice said, and the girl, Erica, wondered how it was she was cognizant enough to even hear them. She could feel the attack happening, but it was like it was happening to someone else, while she watched for a change, safe- content, in powerful arms that held a fully grown woman having an epileptic attack with … ease.

"Oh, Count, I didn't realize it was you…can I assume you know what you're doing?" the principle said.

"You can" the new voice said.

"Take her to the nurse…actually no – she'll not be there at this time…what are you doing here."

"Honestly, learning the lay of the land for myself, the exits, the entrances, the rooms and all that, then I urh…saw this blonde here."

"Erica, Erica Reyes," the principle said, "She's our only epileptic, and I think off her Meds. again, I'll call an ambulance."

"No need, I have a car" the new 'count' said.

"Very well, I am entrusting her to your care Count, be worthy of that trust. If I hear you are not…it won't go well for you, despite your … connections."

"If I were the sort of person that would do that, I'd hold myself down for you."

"As I surmised in truth, go now."

She felt the strong guy nod, he hefted her slight, but not jarring her in the least, "Come on beautiful, can I say I LOVE your hair." He said conversationally, like he knew she could hear him, which wasn't the norm to say the least.

The feeling of comfort, of in fact contentment and detachment increased until she was positively relaxed, fading fast though as the physical trauma of the attack hit her hard. "Sleep now sweetheart, I'll be here when you awaken." He promised. She really hoped he was as he was the only one in recent years to react like this and not just film her with their phone.

She wanted to thank him for that.

Later

Erica awoke slowly, wincing as the light hit her eyes, but all told, she felt pretty good considering. She knew why as well, she just didn't know HOW it was the case. It was terrible illness epilepsy, and really took it out of you, and yet she felt nearly fresh like she'd just been sleeping.

"Erica" a familiar female voice said.

"Nurse McCall" Erica said with a soft smile. She adored this nurse, she was often there for her after an attack, and was fun, warm and everything a nurse should be. She was vaguely aware that her son went to school with her, and was Stiles best friend, who she had once been very aware of.

"Just Melissa to you"

"Wait" a familiar English voice said, "You wouldn't be Scott's mum would you?"

"I am yes; this is the young man that brought you in."

"Well what do you know, Stiles was right - you are hot"

"Excuse me?" Melissa said turning a glare onto the now wincing young man.

"I am So sorry, I'm having serious foot in mouth problems today, and please GOD forgive me, especially as you are the maker of honestly god like meatball sandwiches."

"Right, you HAVE to be Harry. I was actually warned about you today" Melissa said laughing, "Now I see why. Erica, meet Harry, I think one of Scott's new friends."

"Hey there gorgeous" Harry said getting up from the uncomfortable hospital chair and walking into sight.

"Oh, wow" Erica said her eyes going to his, "oh wow"

"He is a bit" Melissa admitted, "But not in my age bracket," she added in a warning tone.

"I WAS just teasing him, now I've seen you I'm not so sure anymore"

Melissa laughed luckily, "And if I were twenty years younger, you might have a shot, I think you should focus elsewhere."

"Maybe, but not so much fun" Harry said, "Plus tweaking Scott was a barrel of laughs, but I may have gotten off on the wrong foot with them because of all that."

"Indeed" Mel said carefully.

"Oh dear" Harry said with a sigh, "Now what of you Miss" he said turning his attention to Erica. "I'm told you're off your Meds.."

"Please don't tell the doctors."

"I wouldn't, but there is an army of lawyers out back with baseball bats who would break my legs if I didn't. Ignoring to obvious differences I may be old, but I'm still rocking the legs, ya know."

"I'll say…damn it mouth – stop it" Harry said then shot Mel a winning smile. Despite the age gap, it didn't fail him once more.

She instead rolled her eyes, "So I'll talk to the doc, try to get him to lay off you a bit, that's my best offer."

"Thank you" Erica said gratefully.

"Besides, I think someone you own age may get through to you" Mel said looking meaningfully at Harry.

Harry smiled and nodded slightly, understanding his part in this. He shuffled the chair closer as Melissa left and started to stroke Erica's hair, "oh crap, sorry. I think I'm part cat, I see golden hair like yours and I have to play with it, but I just now realized it was probably making you uncomfortable." He said jerking his hand back.

"No…felt nice, my mom used to do that, before she left."

"Oh I know all about leaving parents Luv" he said taking on from where he'd left off. He wasn't trying to be soothing or even oddly sensual, but he was doing both anyway. It was true, the cat in him saw blonde hair, especially like this blonde with golden shots through it, and HAD to play with it. The same way he always batted something swinging, it was ingrained in him now and Hermione found it HILARIOUS.

To say the least, he was never going to live down last Christmas at the Order. "Now – let's talk medication and why you should always take it."

"Makes me fat" she mumbled, soothed beyond belief.

"Okay, you think you're fat – seriously? Darling, you if I may be so bold, have a great body." She opened her eyes looking at him, reading him, and seeing nothing but truth.

"Spotty"

"Product"

"Water retention"

"Can't help you there, tried a pin?"

She laughed, "They make me feel so listless."

"And how do you feel after an attack Luv?"

She had to give him that one, "No one will ever look at me twice taking them."

"Oh to be a teenager for real" he breathed out, "I think I just admitted I had, did I not?"

Erica looked at him, "You're just being nice."

"How about I prove it Luv, I'd like a date. Nothing too serious, you me, somewhere nice, not for a while, I need to actually move into my house, but soon enough."

She sat up, posing herself artlessly in a way that made Harry honestly salivating, "Don't be cruel."

"I'm not, I'm dead serious."

"Pity date," she accused.

"I don't do pity, it's a horrible emotion entirely based in your own inflated self worth. You don't want to go – fine, but I'm making you an offer, not because I pity you because I don't. If anything I think you a fool for not taking your Meds. for the vainest of reasons, but then you're a teenage girl, you're allowed to be vain." He shot back, looking pissed. "I don't generally date at all Luv, so either say yes or no, but stop trying to find excuses to run scared from it."

Erica blinked, looking at him for a long moment, "Wow, okay then yes by god yes."

"Better" Harry said, smiling again, "My interest in you is purely sexual, I hope you know that." He said then smiled.

Erica burst into delighted chuckles her laugh every bit as dirty sounding as Tempe's had been and suddenly Harry wondered just what he'd got himself into this time.
