Luckee paced back and forth in the house. The two captors were still unconscious and tied up with every possible rope available. Right now that was the least concern of Luckee's situation. She kept looking over Star as Kira treated him with an herb that treats fever. It's only been only a few hours and he's yet to respond to the medicine. She looked over to the fireplace where Blativir and Tealin laid there unconscious. Blativir was now wearing a flimsy brown shirt and pants that went down to the knees. A few scars were present on his neck and legs.

When she landed, Luckee explained everything she could of what happened. They all decided to tie the two invaders up. To be extra safe, they removed the armor that Blativir was wearing. It took awhile to figure out how to get it off. As for Blativir's injury, it wasn't too severe due to the helmet. That gave Luckee some sense of comfort. She even blushed when Craven complemented her bravery and cleverness. As for the Sky Baelk, it simply looked at her and then went in a different direction. Luckee was okay with that. She knew that she wouldn't see it again.

As she looked at the strangers, she heard crying. Luckee turned her gaze to Issaic who was now getting fussy in Kira's arms. Then, Melo grumbled as he blinked awake. Kai looked up at Jen, confused on what had just happened. As for River, he sucked at his bottle without hesitation. It wasn't long until he had a change of clothes that some of the Podling neighbors were kind enough to provide. Luckee went over to take care of them. With her father's help, she managed to get the other three babies fed.

As the night wore on, Luckee kept looking at Star. Her eyes were beginning to drop. She shook herself. Not wanting to even miss anything. Then, Nadi was by her side. "You go ahead and sleep for a bit. We'll take care of Kai and Melo." Her sister pointed to the baskets that contained both Issaic and River who both fell asleep.

Luckee sighed. "Ok. But if it's alright, I would like Star to be next to me in bed. I just want to be sure he's ok." She immediately crawled into bed and felt Star's basket by her side. Her eyes finally closed. Having nothing but a dreamless sleep.

-(Later that morning)-

Luckee woke up that morning to hear crying. She opened her eyes and looked into the basket. Her green eyes burned with tears as she saw that it was Star who was crying. She picked him up to see that his fever has died down. The sparkle returning to his eyes. Luckee hugged him and got up. Then, took notice that everyone else was asleep. Even Naja didn't return home, curled up next to Craven. Kai and Melo were in their baskets sleeping away. River and Issaic had yet to wake up.

She went outside with her little one to get some Nebrie milk. She thought that Star should at least see the outside world for a little bit just to make him feel better. Luckee was about to open the door when a thought came to her. She was still in a dangerous position. Queen Maroon no doubt knows that they escaped but she might be too busy to go after them herself. More likely to send her Bane knights after her. She looked over her shoulder to see the items they removed from Blativir. Amongst the pile of armor was a sheathed sword. Luckee knew she was terrible with weapons, but it might be the only thing that prevents her from getting killed. She took the sword and fastened the strap on her shoulder. Then, making sure she doesn't drop her bucket and Star, she went outside.

As she went further down the path that would normally lead her to the Nebrie, Luckee heard a screech. She turned and was surprised to see Mother Aughra herding the Sky Baelk toward them. Shouting curses and reprimands. "Mother Aughra!"

Mother Aughra looked at her. "Young Luckee! Good to see you! I was just taking care of this crazy thing. Practically ate half of the flowers at my home and some of the smaller creatures."

Luckee made a face. "Sorry. I guess it's my fault. I ran into some trouble while you were searching for the Mystics." She looked down to see Star whimpering. "Oh! Um...can we discuss this while I'm getting some Nebrie milk. Star hasn't eaten anything since yesterday morning."

"Ah!" Mother Aughra said. "Finally named the child I see?" She smiled. "Well, you can explain everything to me while you help me with this creature. Seems to take a shine to you."

"Um...ok." Luckee looked at the Sky Baelk. The creature was still black, but now it showed sky blue webbing between the bat wings. "This way." She gestured to the path and continued walking. When they arrived, Luckee handed Star to Mother Aughra and tried to herd the closest Nebrie that she was able to find. "Come on now. Time to be milked." She gently pushed the Nebrie, but it didn't budge. She tried again using the words her mother taught her. It seemed to work for a little bit then it stopped completely. She huffed. "I know you must be tired but I need your milk as much as you need food. So can you please move."

"Come on you lazy beast!" Mother Aughra yelled to the Nebrie. She patted Star's head when he got spooked. "This young Gelfling asked you nicely. You best do what she says or I'll give you a good thumping." It was followed by a low growl of the Sky Baelk.

The Nebrie groaned and moved to a spot where Luckee could milk it. As she did so, Luckee began to explain all the things that happened while Mother Aughra was away. From naming all the Skeksis to the supposed walk. The kidnapping and her encounter with the vicious Queen Maroon. Finally to her desperate escape from her prison by riding a Sky Baelk. Luckee couldn't help but laugh at that. "Which was pretty ironic since I could barely be on a Landstrider from no more than five seconds. Let alone fly without getting tossed around."

"That's still an impressive feat for someone as young as you." Mother Aughra said. Then she laughed. "Just as impressive as when you threw that rod at a skilled enemy. I think being a mother to these children seems to help you become braver." She looked at Star, who was now mouthing his own hand. "Star's doing well considering what he's been through."

Luckee pulled out the bottle that she previously stashed in the bucket and filled it with milk. Then fed Star when Mother Aughra handed him to her. She tried hard not to laugh when he sucked it greedily. She stroked him as he enjoyed his meal. It's good to see him eating again, Luckee thought. Luckee turned her green gaze to Mother Aughra. "However, I don't know what to do next. Did you find the Mystics?"

Aughra shook her head. "No, I'm afraid. Whatever magic you said was used seemed to keep them out of existence."

"So...They're their own being?"

Aughra nodded. "Yes. However, they still need to be protected."

"What do I do now though?" Luckee asked. "All I can do so far is carry a sword around." She picked it up. She was only able to lift it only a foot high. "As you can see it's a little bit of a struggle. But I need to use it if they come back." Her concern was interrupted by a small burp from Star.

Mother Aughra thought for a moment. "I'll go back to the crystal and search for some answers. From what you told me, that Queen Maroon sounds more like a brat that just got lucky." She got up from her spot. "Find out what you can from Blativir and Tealin and I'll meet you when I can." She was about to walk away when she turned to face Luckee. "Be brave Luckee. You're greater than you know. Also give this creature a name since he's yours now."

"He?!" Luckee looked at the Sky Baelk that just merely yawned. "How did you know it was a he?!"

"He told me." Mother Aughra laughed. Then, continued on walking.

Luckee sighed. "Looks like I'm stuck with another naming task." She looked to the Sky Baelk. "Well...I guess I can keep you around just in case something goes wrong." She picked up Star, readjusted the strap of the sheathed sword and the bucket. She was about to walk back when she felt being picked up and set on the Sky Baelk's back. "Oh. Thank you." Luckee thought for a moment. Then, she remembered the one time she got stuck in a storm where it was calm one moment then violent rain the next. "You know...you're like a storm. You do have a tendency to cause disaster but you can be calm and things turn beautiful. I guess that's what I can call you from now on. Let's go home...Storm."

That's it for this chapter. The title just means what would be the next course of action since Luckee escaped by pure luck alone. A small chapter to calm things.
