Chapter 8

By the time Yasha got to Kaiba Corp it was nearly an hour later than they agreed on. The only reason Seto didn't start in on Yasha was because he had a few things that needed his attention and he wouldn't be able to leave the office til at least 7pm, nonetheless Seto made it a point to remind his cousin they were supposed to meet earlier

" What the hell Yasha? I thought I said 5:30 it's almost 6:30."

"Glad to know you can still tell time", Yasha remarked nonchalantly.

"What the hell took you so long anyway?" Seto asked, slightly irritated with his eldest cousin. "You don't want me to answer that," Yasha said with a smirk. Seto thought about it for a second and for once he agreed with his older cousin as he saw the hickeys on Yasha's neck and a few on his chest thanks to the v neck t shirt he was wearing. "Anyway let's get this over with, some of us don't have all night."

While Yasha was at Kaiba Corp, Yūgi took a nap and a shower after their make out session on the hammock led to a 2 rounds of lovemaking, which would have been more than that if Yasha didn't have a business meeting with Seto. Yugi changed into a plain white t-shirt and black jogging capris. Then there was a knock on the door. Yūgi looked to see who it was and it was a woman and Yūgi knew her very well. She stood about 5'9" long purple hair pinned up in a bun, a short sleeve light blue blouse and a pair of black skinny jeans with blue flat shoes to match her shirt, it was Yasha's twin sister Durga.

"Hi Durga," Yūgi greeted her boyfriend's twin sister.

"Hi Yūgi, how are you?" Durga greeted her brother's girlfriend with a hug.

Since Yūgi started dating Yasha, she had gotten to know his family and the other generals in Yasha's unit. Durga and Yūgi became friends very quickly. Durga was unsure about Yūgi dating her brother due to Yūgi being born into an assassin clan but, when her brother told her about her role in the clan as well as working in conjunction with CPS to help abused children who can't be placed in foster care. Durga was more willing to give her a chance and get to know her, and when she met the young woman, she soon realized what Yasha saw in her and why he feels the way he does about her. Yūgi made her brother happy, something he hasn't been in years even when dating that backstabbing skank Li Mei. She knows Yūgi and Yasha love each other and will fight and die for each other. So when her brother told her he planned to propose to Yūgi when he takes her on a surprise getaway to Thailand, she has no doubt Yūgi would soon be family. Durga's husband of 15 years Asura was a little more apprehensive about Yūgi dating his brother in law/best friend (even if Yasha and Asura won't call each other friends in public).

In due time Asura got used to the idea of them dating and is even on friendly terms with Yūgi (Asura actually admitted Yasha chosen wisely but won't tell him that either). Then there was Asura and Durga's 13 year old daughter (and Yasha's niece) Mithra. For Mithra to be so young she's a pretty good judge of character and she took a liking to Yugi almost right away, despite the fact she knows about Yugi's life and background of being born to a clan of assassins and thieves, she's also knows about her other work helping kids. Mithra saw past the negative aspects of Yugi and saw a woman of good character who's the right for her uncle and she was happy for them both.

"How have you been? I heard you've been promoted to headmistress of the education department and counselor," Durga said.

" Yeah it's a lot of work and more people I'm responsible for, luckily for me the school year is out and I won't have to do a whole lot until school starts back in September. I do have to attend clan meetings twice a week and all disciplinary hearings, when school resumes in september then Ill have to be there 5 days a week from 7am to 5:30pm."

" So Yugi, do you have any plans for your birthday this year?" Durga asked.

I'm not sure i didn't plan anything yet with all the drama that went on lately, me and Yasha will probably go out or something," Yugi said thoughtfully .

Durga already knows about the surprise trip and proposal, she knows Yugi will be surprised and happy with her birthday present. Durga then noticed that Yugi had a number of bruises on her, arms and her face. "Yugi how did you get all those bruises my brother didn't-"

" Oh no Durga your brother would never put his hands on me, he'd rather die before he ever hurts me."

Then Yugi told Durga what happened over the weekend with her father, Sektor and all the drama that followed.

"Oh my that's terrible, why would any father do that to their own daughter just because she chooses to be happy, and he betrayed your mother too? I don't blame you for beating the hell out of that woman he was sleeping with."

As Yasha was walking through the door of the condo he now shares with Yūgi, he wasn't surprised to see his sister there talking to Yūgi. He was very relieved that Yūgi and his sister had become friends, Durga was always easy to get along with and he appreciated that his sister had an open mind.

"Hi brother so you're finally back from Kaiba corp after you ditched your girlfriend ?" Durga said jokingly, always finding an opportunity to tease her twin brother.

"So this is how you greet your older brother, Yasha responds with mock glare".

"You mean older as in 5 whole minutes", Durga responded with a laugh.

Yugi was giggling at the two siblings' exchange." Hey baby girl, I thought you were on my side, "Yasha said in mock offense with a pout he failed miserably at which caused Yugi to giggle even more. Then she kissed Yasha on the lips and went to start dinner before her boyfriend "offers" to cook again.

It was finally Saturday and it was a pretty peaceful week, except for Wednesday when there was a punishment hearing concerning Frost or as Yūgi called her "whore biscuit". Even when she was brought up on disrupting and insubordination for mouthing off to Falcon she's still defiant until Falcon had a unique and cruel twist on her punishment . . .

Flashback

It was Wednesday morning and Frost was in front of the panel and Grandmaster Oniro on charges of disrupting a hearing and insubordination and she didn't do herself any favors by being defiant.

"WHY THE HELL AM I BEING HELD THIS LITTLE BITCH-"

"SILENCE YOURSELF KRYSTIN !" Master Hydro roared out, losing his patience along with everyone else in the room. Master Falcon was quiet with an unreadable expression. Tundra knew his niece and when Yūgi is this quiet it means she is thinking of a way to do something sadistic to whomever is pissing her off and Frost didn't know it yet but she's gonna be screwed. The panel finds you guilty of disrupting the hearing and blatant insubordination. "YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME THAT LITTLE BITCH AINT NOBODY-"

"If I have the council and the Grandmaster permission I would like to do a 60 second courting ?" Master Falcon asked.

It's true that her father and uncle are cryomancers but Yūgi didn't inherit that ability. However Yūgi inherited Egyptian dark magic from her mother, which can only be obtained by birth and is extremely dangerous and takes years to control and master. Egyptian dark magic consists of shadow, soul, necromancy and blood magic with high levels of ki manipulation. Yūgi has to meditate regularly on a daily basis to keep her magic in control. When she was an instructor that was one of the subjects she taught to her students to meditation, ki manipulation and control. Yūgi was taught from a very early age that it's crucial to control her magic and Yūgi was going to incorporate her dark sorcery in her courting because a beating won't deter Frost but, a blast equivalent to being zapped by 6 cattle prods might help change her attitude.

Grandmaster Oniro thought about and since he knew Falcon was an experienced sorceress and very dangerous one at that, he gave permission telling Master Falcon to be cautious.

Yūgi then walked towards Frost and said "Cyrax, Smoke, unbind her hands"

Frost quickly realized this was gonna be worse than a regular courting and the smile on Yūgi's face confirmed her fears. "WHAT THE HELL-"before she could finish her rant the eye of Horus appeared on Falcon's forehead and she raised her hand and a blast of purple and black waves hit Frost causing her to scream in agony.

"Now what happened to that name calling and tough shit you were saying Krystin," Falcon said with an eerie sweet voice before hitting her with a negative ki blast barley at full charge.

"STOP IT GRANDMASTER PLEASE, MAKE HER STOP!"

Oniro only said, "You brought this on yourself Krystin it was Master Falcon you were disrespecting repeatedly and she is your superior. I will allow it,"

Falcon sent another negative ki blast towards Frost pinning her to the wall. Then Frost felt more intense torturous pain as the eye of Horus grew brighter on Master Falcon's forehead this time utilizing her blood magic with the shadow magic for the most painful and agonizing 60 seconds of Frost's life.

Then Yūgi walked up to Frost and grabbed her face hard enough to draw blood and said in a sinister tone"Next time bitch learn to stay in your fucking place before I ki blast your brain out of your fucking skull and don't disrespect my mother again or you will really know what torture is."

Frost answered her with a weak head nod and was thrown on the ground with the painful lingering effects of the powerful ki blast and blood bending what will last for hours and Yūgi went to sit while Frost was still in pain as she was dragged to the confinement until where she will remain for 30 days.

End of flashback

On this particular Saturday Yūgi, Yami and Yasha are going to the Khan estates in north suburban Skokie, Illinois but the hard part was getting out of bed especially for Yūgi. She was currently in Yasha's arms in bed. She was starting to wake up but a certain boyfriend wouldn't budge.

" Um Yasha it's time to get up"

"No" was the older man's response when Yūgi tried to get him up.

" Not yet," was his response while tightening his hold around his girlfriend. This wasn't the first time they were supposed to get up and Yasha refused to budge, it was nearly every morning. Except for when they had to be at work. That and the fact they were having sex like rabbits didn't help.

"Yasha my mom is going to knock on the door and wake us up so we better. . ."

" What time is it?" Yasha asked, still sleepy.

"Um it's 9:00 am ?" Yūgi said surprised it was still early. Then out of nowhere Yasha flipped Yūgi on her back and said,"We don't have to leave until 3 this afternoon and since you woke me up at 9am…"

That sentence was followed by another 2 rounds of sex (as if 3 rounds from the previous night weren't enough).

Only a few hours later Yami came

knocking on the door and threatened both occupants with a shadow ki blast if they weren't ready within an hour . At that point they hurried in the shower and got dressed because Yasha has seen both Yūgi and Yami's shadow magic at work and neither Yasha or Yūgi didn't want to experience a shadow blast from a woman with WAY more experience with shadow magic than Yūgi and she's very experienced herself her mom is more experienced than she is.

15 minutes after they were ready they headed to the Khan Estates. It was a 2 acre property with a mansion, a pool house and an additional guest home on the property. The three of them traveled in Yasha's 2018 black Range Rover since it was the three of them and the corvette or the charger would be a little cramped for three people. It took them awhile to find a place to park since there were a number of vehicles parked through the entrance of the estate.

The vehicles that were there were; an 2018 Tesla model X white with the license plate Khan 2 that belonged to Sindel, a 2018 Aston Martin dB 11 vintage pink with the plates Khan 3 belonging to Mileena or Yūgi likes to call her "mad woman". A 2018 Rolls Royce Dawn black with plates Khan 1 belonging to the head of the family Shao Khan. 2017 Porsche Cayenne white with the plates Kang belonging to Kitana and her husband Liu Kang. Finally a 2018 Cadillac xt5 blue with plates Kotal 1 that belongs to Shao's nephew Kotal and his wife Jade.

Everyone got out of the vehicle and walked towards the back of the mansion where everyone was sitting outside, enjoying the weather and hanging out. The first to greet the trio was Kitana, she was wearing a blue sundress with matching blue flat sandals.

"Yami, Yūgi it's been way too long since I've seen you both" and she embraced Yami and then Yūgi and both women returned the embrace.

" Kitana, it has been way too long," Yami said with a smile." I really miss you guys Yūgi said with a smile of her own. "

"So you're gonna speak to Kitana but not me right." Another woman said in a playful tone. She was a tan woman with a green halter top with matching green capris and wedge sandals on, it was Kitana's best friend and wife of cousin Kotal, Jade.

" Oh girl here you go," Yami chided playfully to her old friend and Yūgi said, "so you forgot about me Jade," she said jokingly.

"Girl don't play with me come here" and she hugged the little lady, as Jade would call her. Yūgi released her and said," Ladies this is my boyfriend Yasha, Yasha this my cousin Kitana and my cousin Jade." Both ladies took a look at the handsome man.

Jade glanced at Yūgi and said. . . "Damn girl how are you able to well you know…"

"Jade ! Not in front of my mom," Yūgi said with a deep blush while Kitana shook her head, Yami laughed and Yasha started blushing, then the voice Yūgi was dreading.

"YAMI ! AND BABY COUSIN !" A woman came out wearing a pink sundress with a slit on the side with pink and white stripes with matching pink sandals and her face had old scars on each jaw from a healed acid attack. When Mileena had strode out, Yūgi had tried to run away from her crazy cousin but it was no use, Mileena was 5'6" and had long legs so she caught up to the poor girl quickly with a huge crushing hug. HELP ! Yūgi yelled, but everyone just laughed except for Yasha, his eyes grew as wide as saucers. She wasn't kidding, the man though as he was deciding whether to help his girlfriend out or not.

"Come on now daughter don't suffocate your poor cousin. "An older man said to Mileena, he appeared to be in his late 60's stood 6'8" he was athletic build with a red linen shirt on with khaki shorts on with flip flops on, the head of the family Shao Khan.

"Sorry father," Mileena responded sheepishly. Then besides Shao a woman who appeared to be in her early 60's had long black and silver hair stands 5'5" wearing what appears to be a long cream colored sundress with a matching shawl and black high heels, she was the family matriarch Sindel.

"Yamira, Yi Xing it's good to see you both" Sindel said happily as both she and her husband embraced their niece and great-niece.

" It's good to see you both again, "Shao said and then the married couple focused their attention to the young man who appeared with Yugi and Yami. "So you must the young general my great-niece is involved with" the elder Khan said to Yasha.

"Yes I am sir, Yasha Indra, Mr. Khan. Thank you for inviting me to your home sir" Yasha replied respectfully. Shao Khan shook Yasha's hand and said," No need to be so formal, just call me Shao and anyone who stands up to Bi-Han has my respect, and this is my wife of over 40 years, Sindel."

" It's finally good to meet you young man," Sindel said.

" Thank you ma'am" Yasha replied politely to the lady of the house.

Then Sindel continued," I can definitely see why Yugi chose you, polite, strong and not bad looking either she chose wisely."

" Come on back with me and let's leave the women to gossip, let me introduce you to my son-in-law nephew and my other guests," Shao Khan said as he and Yasha walked to the back of the large mansion.

By the time the trio made it back to Chicago's North Lakeshore condos it's about close to midnight and everyone had a great time at the Khan estates and Yasha learned two important things about the Khan family; One they're actually pretty decent people and aren't as bad as a lot of people like to believe (as long as you don't piss them off) and secondly, DO NOT EVER have a drinking contest with Shao Khan or his nephew Kotal EVER AGAIN.

Yugi had to drive the Range Rover back home because Yasha was completely shitfaced drunk and Yami muttered

", I told his hard headed ass not to enter a drinking contest with uncle and Kotal. "

" I know mom, "Yugi replied with an exasperated sigh and a face palm. Yasha is very competitive and when Yugi realized her boyfriend accepted a challenge of drinking shots of tequila with the biggest drinkers in the family she knew Yasha wasn't winning that one, and now she has a drunken (and extremely horny) boyfriend. They had only had one round of sex until . . . Yasha started throwing up and for a good portion of the night the poor man spent time with the toilet.

The next morning was thankfully Sunday and Yasha had one hell of a hangover. He spent most of the morning in bed as Yugi was nursing him through it. It didn't help that her mother made it a point to tell him i told you so. "I told you not to drink with those 2 overgrown drunks" Yami, chided.

"Um mom, I think he knows that now," Yugi commented, shaking her head.

" Yes I know that now Yami, "Yasha said from the other room sounding slightly annoyed and feeling like complete shit.

Later on that day when Yasha felt a little better he decided to put his plan in motion. Currently they were watching a movie and Yasha said, "Remember when you said you wanted to do some traveling."

" Yeah I did, are we actually…"

" I talked to Seto about letting us borrow a jet and one of his pilots and we're going to Phuket, Thailand for your birthday. "

Yugi's eyes lit up and a huge smile was plastered as she hugged her boyfriend in joy.

"Thank you so much love. I haven't been to Thailand since i was a kid." She's only been to the island country twice as a kid for family vacations and always wanted to go on vacation there as an adult. Little did she know the rest of the surprise would happen as soon as they get there next week and it would only get better.

Notes: For those familiar with Mortal Kombat sub zero (old and new) have ice powers (cryomancers). But since Yugi and Yami are from Yugioh i made it so that Yugi would have her mothers traits, which would be shadow magic and other dark magic which is soul magic, necromancy (similar to the abilities of Osirus god of the underworld) and blood magic (blood bending mostly). Ryou would also have dark magic as well in this story along with Bakura. Yugi and Yami are sorcerers who can kick ass (similar to the levels of another MK character Shang Tsung who is a sorcerer with the specialty or soul magic.
