A few weeks later was Spring Break, and everyone had gone to the meeting which was being held at town hall.
"As you can see, we monsters mean humanity no harm," said Counselor Draner into a camera.
"There are even some who have made friends with humans who know their secret," said Counselor Abanoub as he waved the girls on stage.
"Hi, my name is Vampirina, and these two are my friends, Poppy and Bridget," said Vee as she stood between the two girls.
"Vampirina is our friend who we call Vee, she moved here from Transylviana several years ago and is a vampire," said Bridget.
"We quickly found out her secret, but by that point we had already become good friends, and we still are even after finding out the truth," said Poppy.
"I even joined the Woodsies, a local girl scouts group and formed a band with the two of them, having fun and hanging out together, they have even met some other monsters and have become friends with them too," said Vampirina.
"And the two of us have learnt so much about monsters thanks to being friends with Vee, it's changed our world in a good way to have met her," said Poppy.
"I also recently gave up my immortality so I can stay with them," said Vee, causing the two to stare at her out of shock.
"Since Vampires live longer than humans I was going to look younger than them as we grew up, so I used a spell that made my body age at the same rate as a human and in return I lost my immortality after constant use of it," said Vee.
"You never told us that there was a cost for that spell," said Bridget with concern in her voice and tears in her eyes.
"Because you two would have stopped me, and I never wanted to lose you two, you're the best human friends a vampire could ever ask for," said Vee with a smile through her own tears.
"Oh, Vee," said the girls as they hugged her while they all cried.
"So, as you see, humans and monsters can get along, and we wish to see that this can happen world wide," said Counselor Draner.
