This the list of teachers and their subjects. The formatting is awkward because of Fanfiction dot net's limitations.
Most of the subjects should be fairly straightforward.
As for Prof. Vector teaching metagame. there is a story behind that. I have played all the pokémon games so far. My "strategy" would always be get a fire type starter, get the strongest pokémon around, dragons preferably, teach them the most powerful attacking moves, steamroll the elite four.
A couple of years ago I decided to try competitive battling and I was mind boggled at how many aspects and game mechanics were there. Wall breakers, sweepers, stalls, setups, baton passers rain dance teams, solar power teams, entry hazards, rapid spinners, using protect or light screen. Its safe to say I did not get into competitive battling but at times i wished there was someone who could teach me all of this. Hence, Vector who taught Arithmancy in cannon, considered to be a difficult subject, Teaches metagaming in my fanfic. Wish Fulfilment FTW!
