Song; Someday We'll Be Together by Diana Ross and the Supremes cover Sarah Collins

Enjoy!

This brings back memories for Mia when she was nine and she lost her mama but now she lives with Jenna. The black sea of clothing, the people, the sad music... This can be confusing, let's start at the beginning.

'Today is a sorrowful day. Today we lost a beautiful, kind, wise, unique and spiritual soul. Her name is Mama Odie, also Sheila Bennett. The day started off pretty normal, Peaches going to the Salvatore house, Java and Pretty Girl are at the Grill doing homework and hanging out. She-Wolf and Duke are working as well while talking to Puppy. Oh and Yours Truly found the Gilbert Journal at school, I guess Mr. Soona dropped it by accident. And Soona is Mr. S, I change his nickname. He-he! Stripper decided to mess with Mama Odie but she got him to go away. Mom and I were visiting Mama Odie for a few reasons, mom needed to talk to her privately and I wanted to ask her a question. Judgy and Joker are hanging out and going on their second date which surprise, surprise the karaoke bar…again. Pretty Girl told me Stripper was bugging her about something. Mom had to leave because Sheriff founded one of my pranks, sorry Queenie. Pretty Girl came by and had a pleasant conversation with Mama Odie, then she and Java left, Java was waiting outside btw. Judgy was sad for some reason when she called She-Wolf, I guess Mama Odie told her the truth. Before the party She-Wolf and Duke were talking about sports and partners at the Grill. Yours Truly didn't go to the party and decided to get mom and Soona to watch movies and play board games. Java and Pretty Girl stayed for one game before heading out. Queenie later told me, Duke has a somewhat girlfriend who I believe is Diva. Peaches, Newbie and Stripper have been doing their own thing, I'm not really sure what it is…But I'm positive I can find it. Anyhow according to She-Wolf, she found them at the party but they didn't stay long something about wrong time or whatever. Duke has told me Puppy has been getting out of control and he's doesn't want to deal with him anymore but…Who knows how that will turn out. I can't I didn't write this first! But Diva is here! I mean I saw we're getting new students but I didn't know it was Joker and Diva and they're twins! How cool is that?!'

Now its getting to the hard part. During the night mom told me She-Wolf, Java, Pretty Girl, Judgy, Mama Odie, Joker and a two new people came to our house... Mom help Mama Odie and the others but I was asleep and Soona left some time ago and we may or may not have placed a few bets and he may or may not lost...all of them. Before I get to the hard part, Peaches and the brothers are trying to figure things out with Stripper's dilemma.'

Now the hard part... Mama Odie had to be rushed to the hospital, the doctors said she should have died but for some reason she's healing well but not good enough. Any who! She-Wolf and I are on our way to the hospital to see Mama Odie and give her gifts, hopes she likes...no LOVES them!'

Christmas has passed but Mama Odie's strength is leaving her. She had to go back to the hospital, Judgy has been with her every day, and the doctors said they can't do much more than make sure she's comfortable. But as the days went on she fell asleep and didn't wake up.

The sky is gray with snow, a black sea makes it way towards the church. The church is filled with gladioli, chrysanthemums, and lavender but there are a few moonflowers outside for when it gets dark. Bonnie and her family are up in front, with close friends right behind them and everyone who loves Sheila Bennett came as well. The ceremony is beautiful, the priest giving an up living speech but then came Bonnie's turn to speak.

"Thank you everyone for coming. Right about now Grams would have told everyone to stop feeling sad for her departure but to celebrate the life she had..." Everyone gave a soft chuckled because they knew that's true. "I'm happy I got to know her, to have the opportunity to have her in my life. To learn Gram's story... Gram's... I'm sorry." Bonnie sobbed into the microphone and shaking from head to toe. There is a black blur and it raced towards Bonnie.

Sin saw Bonnie wasn't going to make to it and quickly got up on stage and hug her and whispered, "Here. Let me."

"Thank you..." Bonnie handed her the letter she made.

Sin started where Bonnie left off and held her hand as Bonnie cried into her shoulder, "Grams have taught me many life lessons before she passed, I will always treasure the time I had with her, getting pass the crazy and weirdness, and knowing who she truly was. She always told me that I'm destine for greater things, that one day I will become the best out of all of us. I still to this day don't understand what that means but I do know when that day comes, I'll look up to the sky and whisper in the air, 'You were right Grams, sorry it took me this long to figure it out.' With her I learned more about myself and how much I had in common with the woman. To find out we have the same favorite flowers or a movie we both love and hate. I grew up because of her, to know what's in the world and I have to be ready. There is a time and a place to be yourself but sometimes you have to push it to the side and take charge. I will always love you Grams and I'm full of sorrow that you had to go. But I hope you find peace and always know I will make you proud... and now for my good..." Sin stopped and really read the last sentences, "Wait what? Bonnie, what is this?"

Bonnie wiped the last of her tears off her face and happy to find no makeup but she didn't care if it did ran under her eye and laughed just a little, "Right. Grams wanted you to sing."

"Really?" Sin raised an eyebrow at her friend.

Bonnie nodded and wobbly into the mic, "Yep. And now for my good friend Asena Silvio." Bonnie made her way off the stage and sat next to her father.

Sin shook her and let out a breathless laugh, "I swear, my voice is not that good but... Ok... I didn't prepare for this but there is a song that comes to mind. Whenever I visited Sheila with Bonnie, she loved singing this one song and just swaying to the beat. I hope you all like it. This is for you Sheila." Sin closed her eyes as if she's getting the beat and soft she hum.

But by the sound system is Mia playing around with the wires and started the music for Sin.

Someday we'll be together

Say it, say it again

Someday we'll be together

You're far away from me my love, and just as sure my

My baby as there are stars above,

I wanna say, I wanna say, I wanna say someday we'll be together

Yes we will, yes we will say someday we'll be together

Someday day, some sweet day we will be together

I know, I know, I know, I know~

The song was prefect for the Bennett family because Sheila always did say she'll see them again even after death.

After the funeral, family and friends came to Bonnie's dad's house for the wake, food and final goodbyes. Bonnie went outside for fresh air and to get away from everyone then she heard a charming voice behind her.

"Hello Little Witch."

Bonnie closed her eyes and smile broke through as she turned to the handsome vampire. "Hi Kol."

He got close and without warning she jumped into his arms they held each other for a minutes when he realized something is wrong, "What's wrong? You're shaking."

"Its nothing."

"No, its more…please tell me."

"You're going to hate me."

Kol pulled away just enough to look into her beautiful, teary, green eyes, "Never."

"I…I need time away from here, so I'm going to stay with my aunt for a while. And…" Bonnie struggled to get the words out.

"You want a break from us." He sighed.

"Yes, no… I don't know. It just my grams had these belief and I want to do right by her."

"And you do. Everyday."

"I just need some space…"

"Can we make a deal?"

"It better not be anything likes Mia's or Sin's."

Kol chuckled, "Nothing of the sort… Only this, we'll try the whole friends thing but just know I won't stop fighting for you. I've been around for a long time Little Witch and you made me feel emotions I haven't felt in a long time. So, my deal is for the next dance if you don't have a date, I'm going to woo you away and never let you go unless you say so. But if you do I'll leave you be for a short awhile. Deal?"

"You have one hell of a bargain Mr. Smith." They smirked at the little joke, "But you got yourself a deal." Bonnie held out her hand to shake on it but Kol has a different idea in mind.

"You're adorable." Kol grabbed her to pull her close and kiss her passionately. A kiss she'll never forget, but its the one that completely ruins her.

Once the wake was over and all the guests left, Bonnie is packing up any last minute things she needs for her aunt's house.

"Knock, knock." Bonnie turned and saw the blonde beauty wearing a black, stunning, traditions, gothic dress with glorious lace ruffle train that Bonnie gave her as a joke. Sin is also wearing her trademark black and red leather jacket and hairpiece. On her feet are black heels making her 5'6" into 5'9" and it doesn't help Sin is still growing. Sometimes Bonnie hates being the shortest, at 5'2", in the group, Mia doesn't count because she still growing, but Sin and Caroline loves putting Bonnie in heels to give her height.

"Hey Sin."

"Hey girl."

"Thank you for singing for Grams, and just being here." Bonnie hugged Sin tightly.

"It's no problem, I'm going to miss her too."

"…I did something stupid." Bonnie confessed.

Sin let go on Bonnie to look at her and raised an eyebrow, "Well you didn't run the church in your panties, or steal a dog… So, did you curse someone?"

They both giggled at the memory, Sin is still chuckling while Bonnie calm down, "Not like that. I... sort of… broke up with Kol."

Sin blinked in confusion, "What? Why? I thought things were getting good."

Bonnie gave a shy smile as she put her fingers to her lips and blushed, "You have no idea…" but sighed and went back to packing. "But I just need time to sort myself out."

Sin didn't like many things and she defiantly hated being confuse but it's a good thing she's ingenious and snapped her fingers, "You're running away! Oh man, that is so classic."

"No! I can see myself...maybe…I don't know how to put it in words. Look. Grams never wanted to get into vampire business and Elena with the Salvatore Brothers aren't going to make it easy. And with Kol... I don't know but I want to be ready for whatever comes."

"Ok from what I just saw, I think your heart knows how you feel about Kol, maybe a little time apart will help. With Elena, let Mia and I deal with that. After all I'm pretty close of making the Creep's afterlife a living hell. And Grams. She had her opinions but ultimately I knew she wanted you to make your own decisions. Plus she gave me something that will help you."

"What?"

Sin left the room to grab her bag and pull out a letter that has Bonnie's name from her Grams hand writing. "Here. She wrote everything down in this letter, it like a second will. It mostly says she left her house and everything in it, like books, clothes and grimoires to you and there is also a video with multiple chapters. She knew she wouldn't have enough time to teach you everything, so she made the video. With a little help, of course. Think of it as a beginner course of witches and magic until you feel ready to do things on your own."

The witch held onto the letter tightly as if it was the key to the universe and cried, "Thank you…

"No problem Bon…Just don't forget to call. And remember Grams didn't died in vain." Sin reminded her.

"I know and I'm happy for Anna but Damon…he's been after the tomb ever since he got here... How come his girl wasn't in there?"

"I have a hunch but I don't want to be right."

"Usual you are."

"Exactly." Sin sighed and helped Bonnie with the bathroom supplies.

"Bye, bye Judgy. Don't forget to answer your cell!" Mia hugged the older girl tightly.

"I won't Blue! Be good." Bonnie gave her a pointed look.

"…No promises." The little girl shrugged and smirk with mischief and skipped to the phone line.

Bonnie rolled her eyes and freak out when someone jumped her, "Later girl."

"See you soon Sin." Bonnie laughed and hugged the girl back.

"Hell yeah!"

Bonnie pull away from the hug and got into the car with her aunt. They drove off she put her hand out to wave and from a distance she could see Kol from her window waving a sign that says, 'Don't forget!', that made her laugh as she blew him a kiss which he try to catch.

But in the backseat is Sheila, in her ghost form, smiling at her granddaughter's smile all because of that one vampire.

'I love you baby.'
