Chapter 7 - 4 Years Later Part 1
At Mount Silver:
While a very heavy snow storm was a blowing, a hooded figure stood at the very top of the summit of Mount Silver the vast mountain that stands between Kanto and Johto. Looking down into the distance below him, while accompanied by a little yellow mouse and canine-like figure that stands on two legs.
"It's been four years since that day." Ash said to himself.
"You mean the day you were betrayed by some of your friends and rivals?" Lucario equipped through aura communication. Ash's Lucario was the same Riolu that he Dawn, and Brock had helped save from Pokémon Poachers and the evil Hunter J back in Sinnoh.
"Yes that's correct Lucario." Said Ash. "But there's just one thing I'm worried about though."
"What's that?" Asked Lucario curious that his Trainer was worried about.
"I'm feeling upset, because I got Professor Oak, Gary, Tracey, Charles Goodshow, and Scott to fabricate a story to the whole world saying that I'm dead, which in turn means that I lied to my still Loyal Friends and Rivals, into believing that I'm no longer alive." Said Ash.
"Well what exactly are you going to do? We can't just stay up here forever. Right?" Said Lucario.
"No." Said Ash. "We will not leave not until all my Pokémon have trained to their full potential."
With that said they walked back to the small cottage that Ash and his Pokémon had built when they first came to Mount Silver, they had built it right by a cave where his Pokémon stayed to eat, sleep and train. As they entered all his Pokémon (except for Lucario and Pikachu) were in sparing partners, training, and helping themselves to get stronger.
"Well I hope your friends will take it well when they find out that you've been hiding from them for about four years in a row." Lucario stated.
"I know." Ash replied. "When the time has come, I'll have to face them again."
(All of Ash's Pokémon refused to evolve because they wanted to prove to the Traitors that they can be stronger without needing to evolve. A/N: I know alot of you were hoping for Ash's Pokémon to evolve, but the thing is that there's just too many Betrayed Ash stories where that happens. So I thought to just keep them unevolved, to spice things up a bit and have them not evolve.)
(Here are all the moves Ash's Pokémon have learnt and some items too. A/N: Some moves I made up, Greninja is still helping Squishy, and Zygarde to find all the negative roots in Kalos and the Tyranitar is Larvitar's mother. And Ash's pretend name is Raven.)
Pikachu: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Agility, Iron Tail, Quick Attack, Brick Break, Electro Tail, Volt Tackle, and Electro Ball.
Butterfree: String Shot, Tackle, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Whirlwind, Bug Breath, and Pysbeam.

Just then through the snow storm, a Pidgey flew in with 5 letters tied to it's talons, flew down to Ash, and his Pokémon. Ash untied the note and have Pikachu guide the Pidgey to his cabin, so it could rest up before returning to it's Trainer. Ash examined the letter and then he opened it and started reading it.
Dear Raven Ketchum,
You've been invited to participate in the Global Pokémon Battle Tournament, which is going to be held on Melemele Island, in the Aloha Region and will be 2 years from now. The winner of the tournament will receive $1,000,000 PokéDollars in prize money. All the Champions and Elite 4 Members will be there to help conduct and supervise the event as well as participating in some battles. The reason why it's being held 2 years from now, is because as a global event, the tournament well require a lot of organisation. Please arrive 2 months before the tournament starts so you can register. We're looking forward to seeing you there.
We've heard from Professor Oak, Gary, and Tracey about the betrayel that occurred and you have our up most sympathy. As well as inviting you, we're also inviting your remaining loyal friends and rivals, as well as the traitors to take part in the competition. This will be the perfect opportunity for you to get even with the traitors to prove them they were wrong. Well temporarily keep your identity secret for only during the first few rounds of the tournament, as we think you should reveal your identity to the world afterwards.
As for accommodation, you don't need to worry about a single thing. There's a hotel that's specifically only for competitors of the tournament. All of the expenses such as the buffet for all meals, hotel room fees, etc, have been covered for you. Your mother and Professor Oak if she plans to attend or watch the tournament and your remaining loyal friends and rivals. P.S Looker informed us about Calum and Serena forcing some of your friends to turn on you, so all there expenses shall also be paid.
As for the true traitors, they'll have to cover the expenses with their own money as punishment for what they did to you.

After reading the letter Ash smirked at the section that the true traitors were being forced to cover their own expenses, but he was also confused by some of his friends not really betraying him. "Well phase one in for revenge is completed." He thought to himself.
Seconds later, Ash finally made his decision. He turned to his Pokémon and made an announcement. "Alright my faithful Pokémon, partners and friends. We've been invited to participate in an annual global battle tournament that will take place on Melemele Island in the Aloha Region, 2 years from now. However we'll head off to the Aloha Region now so we can find out more about the Pokémon that live there, as well as capture new friends along the way. It will be beneficial to us when we compete in the tournament. Is everyone ready to go to Aloha?" Asked Ash, and all his Pokémon gave a huge roar of agreement.
"Very well. Let's head to Aloha now." Said Ash.
So after recalling all his Pokémon except for Pikachu who just hopped on his shoulder. But before he left Ash collected a cloak just in case it was needed. (Basically it's like the cloak outfit Red wears in the Pokémon games.) As well as a mask to cover his face.
A few hours later, he arrived at the Celadon City Airport and boarded a plane to Aloha ready to start another journey and adventure with his Pokémon by his side...
