That night, both Raven and Apple were quiet as they were getting ready for bed.
"So, you were using an illusion spell this entire time," said Apple, finally breaking the silence.
"I couldn't risk my aunt finding me, she knew about my hair and right eye after getting to one of the maids of the castle," said Raven. The two then fell into silence once again, neither looking at the other.
"Um, I'm also sorry about last night, I said way too much when I didn't even know what you were going through," said Apple as she finally looked at Raven.
"And I'm also sorry for what I said in the castleteria this morning, I could never hurt you, Apple, no matter how mad I get," said Raven.
"Well to make up for what I did, you can ask me anything all night," said Apple.
"I don't know, Apple, this could start another fight," said a nervous Raven.
"I'm the one who said you could ask me anything, Raven, so go ahead," said Apple with a smile.
"Alright, do you really care for your destiny as much as you say you do?" asked Raven.
"I want to be the kind of ruler that my mother and the people would be proud in, but there is one thing that I don't like about my destiny," said Apple.
"And what's the thing you don't like about it?" asked a surprised Raven.
"I don't want to marry Daring, I've never had feelings for him," said Apple. This caused the witch's bottom jaw to drop out of shock.
"If… if you don't like him, then why are you always talking about marrying him?" asked Raven.
"Because it's what everyone hexpects of me," said Apple.
"But the truth is that I like someone who is closer to me right now," she said. A slight blush appearing on her face as she said this.
"Who… who is that?" asked Raven as Apple got closer to her.
"A certain purple haired witch who looks even more beautiful without an illusion spell to hide who she really is," said Apple, a flirtatious smile on her face as she looked at Raven.
"And what about you, do you have someone that you like?" asked Apple while looking right into Raven's eyes.
"I like a certain blond princess who is close enough to do this to," said Raven before she kissed Apple. As the two kissed, a radiant light shined out from their connected lips.
