This story was inspired by artwork and the short story "Silent Shadow" owned by tuna fish princesses. I do not own the My Hero Academia franchise as it along with all of their characters belong to their creator Kohei Horikoshi. This will be a BakuDeku fluff featuring some boyxboy love, kissing, and hugging. If you don't like those kind of things then don't read this. Warnings that Bakugo may be a little OOC (out of character) so please don't hate. I will also be altering some of the students in class 1A for various reasons. It will also feature manga and series spoilers. Please be sure to leave me your comments and reviews telling me what you think.

It took Izuku several days to adjust to living a normal life after being reunited with his mom. Occasionally Izuku awoke sometimes at night screaming due to the nightmares of what had happened to him. Since school was out for a week, Katsuki would come over to help Izuku by refreshing his memory and helping Izuku in general with everything. Both Bakugo's parents were surprised that Izuku was alive and was transformed by the league. But they still treated Izuku like he was completely normal. After the week was over, Izuku was ready to begin going to school and adjust to becoming a hero. When they got close to the train station, Izuku could tell that Izuku felt uncomfortable as he pulled his friend into an alley.
"Breathe Izuku it's alright." Bakugo stated as he helped Izuku calm down.
*Can I hide in your shadow until we get to UA?* Izuku asked.
"Of course. But sooner or later you will adjust to them staring. Just don't let it get to you." replied Katsuki. Izuku nodded as he Shadow Merge with Bakugo. For a brief moment Katsuki could feel a cold chill when this happened. He also became aware of Izuku's presence when he was latched onto his shadow. The two continued their way to UA without any further problems.
Once they arrived at UA, Bakugo could feel Izuku undo the Shadow Merge as the same cold chill ran through his body.
*Are you all right Kacchan?* Izuku asked when he saw Katsuki shiver.
"I'm fine. I guess when you Shadow Merge with a person they feel a brief cold chill." Katsuki replied. Truthfully Izuku never attempted to Shadow Merge with a person before as Katsukiwas the first. Izuku made a mental note to put what Katsuki had told him into his notebook that contained information about all of his quirks and abilities. He had begun his training with All Might learning from the hero all about his newfound ability One for All. Using the power for the first time caused Izuku to break some of his bones. It was then that he also discovered that he had a Regeneration and Healing type of quirk. Izuku made sure to note all of the strengths weaknesses, use of the quirks that he had, their limits, and abilities. So far he had at least four main quirks but eight different abilities. Izuku wondered how many more abilties and/or quirks would pop up. Once within UA, Izuku had to meet up with Nezu while Katsuki reported to his homeroom. Principal Nezu showed Izuku around before he had brought him to class 1A. Nezu knocked on the door as Aizawa opened the door.
"Have you informed the class?" Nezu asked.
"Yeah come on in problem child and meet the rest of your classmates." replied Aizawa as Izuku nodded his head. Aizawa stepped into the class followed by Izuku. Many of the students gasped when they saw Izuku as they recognized him from the U.S.J. incident. Soft whispers spread among the class. Aizawa glared at the class causing them to shut up. "I know that you all somewhat recognized this person from last weeks incident at the U.S.J. This person isn't our enemy or a villain even though he may look like one. He was transformed into this form by the league and used for their experimentation. Because he had helped us out during the U.S.J. incident he was given a special invitation to join the U.A.'s hero course. Please treat him with respect and welcome to the class Izuku Midoriya." Aizawa stated. "Midoryia wont you sit behind Bakugo." Izuku nodded his head as he went to the empty desk behind Katsuki.
As the lunch bell rang many of the students in class 1A swarmed around Izuku. They began to ask him a bunch of questions all at once. Bakugo let out an explosion causing everyone to back away.
"He will have plenty of time to answer all of your questions so back off." snarled Katsuki. Most of the students backed off as Kirishima took Izuku's hands shaking them wildly.
"What you did at eh U.S.J. was so manly!" exclaimed the red head.
*Thanks... You are Kirishima... right?* Izuku asked. A bright smile caressed his face when Izuku remembered his name.
"That's right. I'm glad that you remembered me and that you are all right. Bakubro was worried when you passed out at the U.S.J." This statements caused Bakugo to blush lightly.
"Shut the fuck up Shitty Hair!" growled Katsuki trying to hide his blush so that Izuku wouldn't notice. Throughout lunch Izuku tried his best to answered as many questions that he could until the bell rang. Most of the questions had to do with his quirk, why he spoke differently, and why he looked like the warp gate villain. Some of the students accepted his true intentions. Izuku knew that he would have to prove himself to others but he took the words that Bakugo said earlier to heart as he didn't let other's opinion of him bother him.
