Hey readers, Purple Pendragon here! This is the new chapter, but it won't be about whether or not Sophia will save her mother's life, but it definitely is plot-related. ...Well, I suppose you'll see what the chapter is about by looking at the title anyways.

Enjoy reading!

Chapter 7- Felix (did you see this coming?)

I was still undecided on what to do about the China-Miraculous-Oh-My-Gosh-What-Am-I-Gonna-Do thing, but thankfully there were still two months before Mom and Dad's flight to China.

But, today, some special guests were visiting!

[You sure are excited.] Juedui commented drily. Was that a bit of jealousy I heard in there?

Of course I am! Why wouldn't I be? Aunt Amelie(at least, I think that's her name), and Felix (who I learned is 2 years older then me, physically, of course), are on Mom's side of the family, which isn't really that included in the show! Well, Dad's family is even more obscure in the show, but I don't really ask about it.

The point is, I'm going to meet new people who aren't just photographers for the baby photo-shoots (I'm still irritated about them)!

Wow, Adrien and I really are sheltered children, not being taken out of the house once and not meeting anyone other than the people in the house.

I'll have to change that! I'm not going to live the same life that Adrien had lived in the show! And I'm not going to let Adrien live it either!

I heard the door open and Mom's voice. "Hello little Felix, do you want to meet your cousins?"

I saw a 2 year old toddler through the bars of my crib, clinging to a replica of my mother.

Wait... what? Who is who? Is that Aunt Amelie or my Mom? I can't tell.

Felix clutched the replica's dress shyly and mumbled, "...No." He looks like an older Adrien! HE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD ADRIEN!

I would've thought that they were twins like Mom and Aunt Amelie if there wasn't the obvious difference between a baby and a toddler! This makes me finally understand why they dressed up as the same person in the show, I wonder what will happen when we all grow up and Adrien's & Felix's heights are the same.

Wait...

I NEED TO MAKE FELIX NICER!

[Oh, yay, another goal.] Juedui said breezily before going off to do whatever free kwamis do in their free time.

I ignored him and reached out of the double crib that Adrien and I now shared. Hold up... ADRIEN AND I ARE TWINS! WE NEED TO BE THE ONES THAT LOOK ALIKE, NOT ADRIEN AND FELIX! I started sulking inside while l laughed and clapped. "Mama!"

Adrien woke up from his nap. "Uh...?" he rolled over and closed his eyes again. "Adwien, no! Wawe up!"

Felix lifted his head up and toddled up to the crib. I pretended not to notice. He poked me.

"Ow!" I turned toward him and tilted my head. "Who?" Adrien sat up and blinked, still seeming sleepy. "Wha?"

Mom and Aunt Amelie came up to the crib and Aunt Amelie lifted Felix up, their faces above the bars and looking into the crib. Mom giggled. "It looks like Adrien's still asleep, " she said with a smile. "Sophia, this is your cousin, Felix."

I tried to say it. "Fewiw?" Oh come on, that's horrible! I started pouting while trying to get it right. "Fewiw. Fewik. Felik. Felik?"

"No, but close enough," Mom lifted Adrien and I up, then turned to Aunt Amelie, so we both were facing Felix. "Felix, this is Adrien and Sophia. You two, this is Felix, and your Auntie Amelie."

I mentally raised an eyebrow. Auntie? She went from Aunt to Auntie. What? Never mind. Let's try this. "Aunwie?" I asked and tilted my head. "Mama," I pointed at Mom, then at Auntie Amelie, "Aunwie?"

Felix blinked at me. "Sophia?"

I shook my head. "Jus Soph." He stared at me. "Why Soph?"

I tilted my head at him, wondering why he didn't even know that it was fine to call a family member by a nickname. Then I answered. "We cousins, right? So me Soph, you Lix," I pointed at Felix, "And Adwien, Adwi."

"Soph?" Adrien started to look a little more awake. "What?"

Felix tilted his head. "So, Soph? No, Sophia."

"But Soph!" I pouted.

Mom and Aunt Amelie both laughed, making me remember that we weren't alone. "We'll leave you to it," Mom said, eyes sparkling, before they both set all three of us down. And so we started a baby conversation with our moms watching us.

I'm feeling very accomplished today! Not only did all five of us bond (Me, Adrien, Felix, and our moms- I have no idea where our dads are, though they could be the ones that could be heard arguing all day), but I also got to go to the kitchen!

You don't understand, I've literally been nowhere in this house other than our parents' room and Dad's study.

It turns out that Mom really loves to make brownies, and Aunt Amelie loves to eat them. I'd love to eat them too, but I'm still not even one year old, so I'm not allowed to eat brownies yet, even as soft as the ones Mom makes.

I whined in protest when Mom took the tray out of my reach. "Mama, want brownies!"

"No, Sophie," my mom said. Not until you have teeth. She gave two brownies to Felix. "Felix is older thatn you, and he has teeth, so he'll be getting one."

I whined and pouted, still catching the smell of brownies. Grow up fast, me! At least till this body is five years old! Then the pace can be however it needs to be.

[Do you wnat fast growth to be your last gift?] Juedui asked.

No! I don't!

Then I considered...
What do I actually want to be my last gift?

As always, when the chapter ends with a question, I'm free to suggestions! Please review and let me know what you think.
