Hello and welcome to Chapter 7, I know it was delayed for some time but unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control occurred, the program I usually used to write these Chapters became corrupted by a random laptop update with spellchecker not functioning and the entire dictionary gone, that would mean I'd have to take my time writing each word as I'm used to my fast typing and don't proof read until I check back on it, to put it into perspective, if I wrote a word wrong there would be no red underlines to indicate it needed correcting so it was more slower than usual and I tried looking up how to fix the issue but sadly, nothing worked... However, thankfully, my own mother gave me just the thing, Microsoft Word which wasn't corrupted or anything, you see, I used OpenOffice when I gotten my new laptop so I was in a real pinch but thankfully, this saved me and got me back to working at a normal pace.
Now I'll answer the reviews and than we'll get onto the main topic!

Various Guests - I am not sure if it's all the same person so I decided to more or less merge everything together into a cohesive reply, Haru using Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon as his boss monster, maybe? Haruto will be more useful in Battle Royale Duels furthermore I do warn people when a Canon Chapter, before Yuzu vs Masumi happened, i did state her duel, Gongenzaka's and Sora's are going to be written. Haruto's nickname for Sawatari will remain, as for Sarutari, I haven't read Fifth Factor so I cannot comment on that... Gongenzaka learning Xyz or Gemini Summon and Sawatari on Synchro or ritual to show development, who knows, I don't plan out every little meticulous detail or written everything out in bullet points, Crystal beats & Ancient gear knowledge, we'll se and Hologram Duels? Again never read Fifth Factor here as for Crow... Who knows?

T-wrecks13 - Nice to see the fic inspired you to create your own deck, I wouldn't hesitate putting more into your Extra Deck or any cards tat can help with Dragon-types like Return of the Dragon Lords or Silver's Cry, that kind of thing.

Haruto, Yuya and Yuzu stood within the stands of entrance way to the Stadium's grounds then the camera zoomed in behind them and then rotated around so it faced the three as they each had a smile before the camera zoomed out to show the vast space of the Duel Stadium that was jam-packed with attendees as confetti was falling from the sky.

Haruto's duel disk was on standby and he moved to get ready for a duel but paused as Yuya, Yuzu, Gogenzaka approached him from all sides and Haruto had to sheepishly put his hand behind his head, looking ashamed.

The group turned around to see the various competitors all looking ready to duel.

Haruto drawn a card and placed it on his Duel Disk as a flash of white occurred and surrounding him was Red-Eyes , Red-Eyes Black Dragon, his Gemini Counterpart, Red Eyes Black Flare Dragon, Summoned Skull and it's counterpart, Red Eyes Archfiend of Lightning.

The LSD top ranking students, Sawatari, Shun, Sora, Reira and Reiji from the bottom up to the top, posing before it zoomed in Reiji's glasses, causing a lens to brighten up and reveal a silhouette.

The scene changed to Duel Monsters cards falling as a silhouette figure looked on ominously behind a glass window and the cards seemingly absorbed into a machine.

Haruto was riding Red-Eyes Black Flare Dragon as Yuya was flying upwards on Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and Red-Eyes Black Flare Dragon pulled back it's head to fire upon Odd-Eyes but Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon appeared to block the attack as Yuto briefly appeared. In front of it before jumping out of shot.

Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon came flying at Haruto who immediately placed a car don his active Duel Disk and Red Eyes Archfiend of Lightning emerged from the clouds.

A white silhouetted dragon appeared behind a white Duel Runner riding towards the screen and drifted in full 360 as it slowed down to reveal a young man's face under the green visor of his helmet.

Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning and Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragons clashed with their claws before causing an explosion as Odd-Eyes and Red-Eyes Black Flare Dragon simultaneously let loose a dragon breath which met in mid-collision, causing an even bigger explosion.
Ano kumo wo tsukinukete mabushī yume wo aozora ni egakō
(I'll break through those clouds, and draw my dazzling dream across the blue skies)
It cleared away to reveal Yuya waving the smoke away before hanging on to his Ace Monster as a rocket comes out of nowhere from the clouds and Kurosaki crossing his arms on his Raid Raptor, blasting off into the distance, unfazed by the propulsion of Raid Raptors – Rise Falcon or losing his balance.

The You Show Duel School were cheering on as Yuya and Sawatari were duelling a destroyed old village, enjoying themselves..

Yuya leapt from the sky and landed on the Maiami Duel Championship logo as his past opponents along with Yuzu, Gongenzaka,, Yoko, Shuzo, and Haruto, all looking up at the screen.
Chapter 7
Fluffy Toys and the Raptor
"Next up is today's third match! You Show Duel School's Sora Shiunin vs Leo Duel School's Kurosaki Shun! Everyone, please, your applause for these two Duelists!" Nico announced as Sora was waving his hands with a smile on his face while Kurosaki just stood, looking disinterested in the entire spectacle.
"It's odd that Kurosaki is part of LDS considering he was the culprit behind the serial attacks... Masumi knew that and should have at least fought him once... Yet when I chased her, nobody was there..." Yuzu thought to herself with a concerned look on her face, recalling what Masumi said before. "Kurosaki's always been of a part of LDS!"
"First up, let us select the Action Field!" Nico announced with the huge Action Card begun spinning rapidly before stopping, revealing the location. "The field is City of the Future, Heartland!" Nico called out as Kurosaki turned his head in surprise. "This is the perfect stage for the two who will show us the future of Duelling! Action Field On! City of the Future, Heartland activates!"
The Duelling Field begun to materialize with the Solid Vision as a futuristic metropolis formed with glowing elevated pathways with oddly shaped buildings as the massive centrepiece was a pink and yellow white spotted tower ascending to the skies with a two twisted pink metal sheets encompassing the tower while the top was a somewhat resembled a mechanical budding flower with a big green crystal diamond suspended in the air as Sora and Kurosaki were facing each other over a river with square multicoloured stepping stones to cross over if they so choose.
"It's so pretty!" Ayu said in genuine awe and Tatsuya nodded. "It's like we're in a sci-fi movie!" Tatsuya agreed as Haruto was amazed by the scenery but he paused for a moment, something didn't sit right with him. "What's this I'm feeling? It feels..."Haruto begun to wonder in his head before noting Kurosaki clenching his fist.
"What's wrong? Do you have a stomach-ache? Hey, will you really be able to Duel me?" Sora asked with genuine concern in his voice as Kurosaki glared at him. "You should worry about yourself first! If you really are a true Fusion user... I will show no mercy!" Kurosaki said, activating his Duel Disk.
"Huh... Interesting, aren't you?" Sora muttered as he activated his own. "All right, everyone! My Entertainment Duel is about to begin! Cheer for me like you did for Yuya and with that... Let's get started! Duelists locked in battle!"
Kurosaki remained quiet as Sora looked at him in confusion. "Hey! You're really killing the mood, you know? If I say Marco, you have to say Polo! It's called call-and-response! Got it?" Sora lectured Kurosaki who remained completely quiet. "He's a lost cause... Then everyone, with me! Let's take it from the top!" Sora called out.
"Duelists locked in battle! Kicking against the Earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters! They storm through this Field! Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Duelling Action... DUEL!" Everyone in the stadium cried out a sthe huge Action Card shattered in many smaller ones, scattering the Action Cards upon the field.

"I'll go first! I Summon from my hand a very cute bear monster, Fluffal Bear in ATK Mode!" Sora said, pulling out a card and placed it on his Duel Disk which materialized a rather pink cuddly stuffed bear with a red scarf and angel wings

"I set one card and end my turn! Now then, you're up! Let's both give the audience the greatest show!" Sora said as a facedown card appeared behind the monsters. "Greatest show? Once, Duelling was the greatest show in my homeland as well... That's right... the greatest..." Kurosaki said, closing his eyes in reminisce.
"Whether they were children or adults, everyone enjoyed it without a car" Kurosaki turned his head to look at the dazzling futuristic city as he continued. "it was a town where Duelists were adored by the public… Until that day…" Kurosaki tone darkened. "On that day, our enemy attacked us without warning and turned our town into a battlefield."
"Enemy? Battlefield? What's that? What are you going on about?" Sora asked in genuine confusion over what Kurosaki was saying.
"That man isn't making any sense!" Gongenzaka stated as Yuzu's eyes widened. "That's right! Back then, he… said this was his battlefield!" Yuzu begun to say in realization and Yuya turned to her, confused. "Battlefield!?"
Yuzu nodded slightly as she continued. "He suddenly appeared in front of me of and Masumi saying that…" as Sora sighed. "Jeez… You really are oblivious, aren't you? I even went out of my way to play three cute monsters to liven the match up… Don't go and ruin it!" Sora said in an exasperated tone.
"I said we should both give them the greatest show, didn't I? if I go 'ka-boom' then you got to follow up with a 'Ba-bang' or it won't…!" Sora explained before Kurosaki cut in, drawing a card. "My turn."
"We were thrown into disarray by the sudden assaults… Just mounting a defense took everything we had!" Kurosaki stated and Sora looked at him in disbelief. "Are you even trying?" Sora asked as Kurosaki continued. "I Summon Raid Raptor – Vanishing Lanius from my hand!" Appearing in a flash of light formed a mechanical green and blue eagle with yellow circular joints while on its chest a symbol that appeared to be fashioned after the wingspan of a bird dyed in red.

"Battle! I attack Fluffal Bear with Vanishing Lanius!" Kurosaki declared as Vanishing Lanius let out a mechanical cry as it soared directly at Fluffal Bear before tearing it apart with its talons, causing feathers within its body momentarily appear before disappearing in yellow particles.

"Heh… I'll save it, I activate my Trap Card! Fluffal Crane! This card returns a Fluffal monster that was destroyed by battle to my hand!" Sora called out a giant claw materialized and lowered downwards toward as the ground as a dark purple hole formed, the claw entering inside before pulling Fluffal Bear up. "Furthermore, it lets me draw one card from my Deck! You've got to react like this, got it?" Sora stated to Kurosaki, drawing a card and looking adorable.
"Because a Raid Raptor monster declared an attack this turn, I active the Spell Card, Raid Raptor – Symbol, I can add one Raid Raptor monster from my Deck to my hand, I add Raid Raptor – Vanishing Lanius." Kurosaki said, taking out the ejected card from his Deck.
"And due to the previously Summoned Vanishing Lanius's effect, I can Special Summon one more Vanishing Lanius thus turn! This time in Defense Mode!" Kurosaki stated, placing the card down as another Raid Raptor – Vanishing Lanius appeared beside its counterpart.

"It's nice that you were able to respond so quickly, but there's no point in hiding behind those monsters, you know?" Sora asked as Kurosaki continued. "I set one card and end my turn." Kurosaki finished as a face down card materialized in front of him.
"The one who entertains the most will win, and I'll certainly fill that up! My turn, draw!" Sora drawn his card and continued. "I Summon Edge Imp Sabres from my hand!" as inbetween the two FLuffal Sheep was what appeared to be a row of six interconnected scissors with a dark void where the handles would with purple eyes peering out from under its metal cage.

"When this card is Normal Summoned, I can return one Fluffal Monster on the field to my hand then I can Special Summon a different Fluffal monster from it! Now your applause please as our very cute sheep…" Sora begun to say as Edge imp Sabres started trimmed away at one of the Fluffal Sheep.
"In no time, turns into Fluffal Bear but not only that, when Fluffal Sheep returns to my hand, I get to add a certain card from my Deck to my hand because of Mr. Sheep's effect, I add the Spell Card, Polymerization!" Sora called out.

Kurosaki looked on in surprise or was it suppressed anger as Sora turned around and ran up a flight of stairs leading to a elevated green park as the spotlights shone on. "Ladies and Gentlemen! What you're all about to witness is a real, full-fledged Fusion Summon! I'm going to activate it and fuse Edge Imp Sabres and Fluffal Bear!" Sora stated as the two monsters became bleu and red swirls of energy as they begun to intermix inside the Fusion Vortex
"Claws of the demon and fangs of the beast! Become one and reveal to us your new form! Fusion Summon! Come forth, horrifying beast that shreds all! Frigthfur Bear!
Fluffal bear's arms torn off as they were attached by golden metal extensions of dark pink scissors while it's body was torn cleanly away, held together by a few stitches with an elongated pair of scissors coming out its chest while it's maw too white held together by a few stitches with two dark pink eyes within the darkness.
Frightfur Bear (LV 6/2200/1800)
"Time to battle! I attack Vanishing Lanius with bear!" Sora declared as Frightfur Bear madly spin around like a corkscrew before leaping up into the air, dive-bombing with it's newly exetended limbs to hit Raid Raptor – Vanishing Lanius as it was knocked back and disappeared.

"That's not all though! Frigthfur Bear has the ability to equip monsters it destroys in battle so now Vanishing Lanius's ATK is added to Frigthfur bears!" Sora explained as the previously destoreyd Vanishing Lanius reappeared as Frightfur Bear breathed in deeply, sucking in the mechanical bird as it bathed in a red glow.

"Activate Trap, Raid Raptor – Return! This card returns one Raid Raptor Monster destroyed in battle this turn." Kurosaki said as Frightfur Bear suddenly spat out what it just devoured as Kurosaki added the card back to his hand.
"Huh, to think he had something like that ready…" Haruto said in genuine surprise as he observed the Duel, everyone else appeared to be in the same mindset as Sora was genuinely shocked. "Well, if you didn't do this much, it wouldn't be any fun! I set one card and end my turn!" Sora stated as a face down card materialized before him.
"You said before you'd show no mercy, but you'd better start trying now…. Or could it be you're so focused on defending yourself that you can't fight back?" Sora innocently asked as Kurosaki answered.
"At first that was the case… We could hardly manage to protect ourselves against such an overwhelming foe… But we didn't even have any organized resistance… Pushed to our wit's end, we started losing comrades one by one… In those hopeless battles, we learned… The only way to survive was to win! Only those who bore a steeled will to win would live through that hell! My turn!" Kurosaki drawn and took a glance at the card.
"I Summon Vanishing Lanius from my hand and on the turn this card is successfully Summoned, I can Special Summon another Vanishing Lanius from my hand!" Kurosaki stated as two identical copies of Vanishing Lanius appeared beside the third.

"He has three Vanishing Lanius!?" Sora said in surprised as Yuya recognized the formation. This is… just like that time…!" Yuya said in surprise as Kurosaki continued. "I Overlay the three Level 4 Vanishing Lanius!"
The three Vanishing Laniuses became pools of dark purple energy that shot up into the air before descending downwards into a formed galaxy like swirl before colliding with it, causing an explosion of light.
"Obscured falcon, Raise your claws sharpened by adversity! Spread your wings of rebellion! Xyz Summon! Come forth! Rank 4! Raid Raptor – Rise Falcon!"
Emerging in within a condensed lightning storm that cackled with red lightning was a dark cyan or blue with dark green plating with what appeared to be light blue glowing engine son it's wingspan with its four optical lenses where its eyes should be glowed red while three trailing orbs of light surrounded its body in synchronous orbit
Raid Raptor – Rise Falcon (R4/100/2000/OU: 3)
"An Xyz user!" Gongenzaka said as Yuya recognized the monster. "No doubt about it, that same monster is what took out an entire LDS Top Team back then…" as Yuzu herself asked out loud. "But how did he do it with a monster with only 100 ATK?"
"It's likely what effect it may have, just because it may look weak doesn't necessarily mean it is." Haruto shared as Sora looked up at the circling Rise Falcon. "This is you getting serious? You've got to be kidding me!" Sora said in disappointed tone.
"This monster can attack all Special Summoned monsters on the field" Kurosaki said, and Sora smiled. "Even if you can attack all of my monsters with just 100 ATK…" as Kurosaki pointed upward at his monster.
"I activate Rise Falcon's effect! By using one Overlay Unit, it gains ATK equal to the total ATK of all of my opponent's Special Summoned monsters!" Kurosaki called out as Rise Falcon was draped in flames before its ATK risen to 2700.
"Battle! Raid Raptor – Rise Falcon! Rend and tear all of our enemies! Brave Claw Revolution!" Kurosaki cried out, making a gun finger salute as Rise Falcon done a loop de loop before dive-bombing both mothers, tearing them asunder with tis claws as Sora was blown back.

"I set two cards and end my turn." Kurosaki stated, placed two cards face down before him and continued. "At this time, Rise falcon's effect ends and its ATK returns to normal." As Rise Falcon hovered behind him, it's ATK returning to 100.
Sora forced himself to sit up from the knockback and looked at Kurosaki, wiping his cheek "Now you done something pretty interesting… Well then, I guess I have to… Go all out for a bit against you." Sora muttered under his breath as he walked back to where he stood before, the stairway was partially damaged from the previous attack as Sora smiled.
"My turn, draw!" Sora drawn and revealed the card. "I Summon Edge Imp Saw from my hand!" Sora stated as a similar monster like Edge Imp Sabres except this time, it was possessing a multitude of hacksaws.
Edge Imp Saw (LV 3/500/100)
"When this card is Summoned, I can draw two cards from my Deck by sending on Fluffal Monster from my hand to the Graveyard." Sora stated, revealing Fluffal Sheep and discard it to draw two cards. "Next, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion Conscription from my hand! I can add a Fusion Material Monster from my Deck to my hand." Sora took the ejcted card and looked at it, a smile on his face.
"Now your attention please! Make sure the spotlights are only on me because the fun has just begun! I activate the Continuous Spell Card, Frightfur Factory from my hand! With it, I can banish one 'Polymerization' to Fusion Summon a Frightfur Monster! I'm going to fuse Edge Imp Saw with Fluffal Lion in my hand!"
Appearing on the field was a stuffed cuddly lion with white bandages around it's limbs and angel feather wings before it rose up in the air along with Edge Imp Saw and the two became purple and light energy, intermixing in the Fusion Vortex.
"Steel blades possessed by demons! Become one with the fanged beast and reveal to us your new form! Fusion Summon! Come forth, king of beasts that shreds all! Frightful Leo!"
If the last Frightfur monster wasn't horrifying enough, the new one did outstretch with it it's lion head having a literal big saw blade through ti with smaller ones encircling it like a vague while the front of its face was spilt down the middle with pick blackness, its body didn't fare any better with a gigantic saw cut right through with the white stuffing poking out, the legs were still attached by extending beams connected to the centre of the saw and the arms remained mostly intact save for the bandages and razor sharp red claws.
Frightfur Leo (LV 7/2400/200)
Kurosaki turned his head to note the cries of children in the audience, scared of the new monster and turned around and begun to walk before breaking into a run. "What's this? Are you scared?" Sora asked as Kurosaki jumped up, grabbing Rise Falcon's talon as the monster took to the skies.
"You can't escape… I activate Frightfur Leo's Monster effect! Once per turn, it can destroy an opponent's monster and deal damage equal to its ATK to my opponent!" Sora called out as Frightfur Leo send yellow energy saw-blade projectiles after Rise Falcon who swerved between the buildings and through a tunnel and immediately soaring upwards after dodging a few of them and doing a fly by of a tower Kurosaki spotted something, letting go if Rise Falcon and grabbed an Action Card on a ledge as he was in a free-fall.
"I activate Action Magic: Mirror Barrier! It negates an effect that would destroy a card!" Kurosaki called out as Rise Falcon dived after his master and hovered below him as Kurosaki stood upon its back a spherical mirror barrier forming around the pair, shattering the energy saw blades with Frightfur Lion trapped within four large mirrors, boxing it inside.
"Break it down! Frightfur Leo!" Sora called out as Frightfur Leo's saw head spun and its red eyes glinted red before breaking one of the mirrors and then literally through the nearest building. "Cats just don't like being out of the spotlight!" Sora said as Frigthfur Leo emerged out from the other side, staring at its opponent.
"You did well trying to protect it with Action Cards, but too bad! You can't run away from the king of beasts that shreds all! You'll take some huge damage when your 100 ATK Monsters gets taken out by a 2400 ATK Lion, won't you?" Sora asked and pointed at Rise Falcon.
"Time to battle! Frigthfur Leo, attack Rise Falcon!" Sora called out as Frightfur Leo stomped across the field and leapt up high, its right claw poised to strike downwards as Kurosaki responded. "Trap, activate! Adversity! When a monster I control is attacked by a monster with higher ATK, I take no damage and my monster is not destroyed and it's ATK is increased by 1000!"
Rise Flacon took the hit, staggering back in the air before regaining itself, Kurosaki holding on while its ATK was raised by 1000 as Sora was genuinely surprised. "What!? Damn it! I'll definitely get you next time! I end my turn here!" Sora answered in frustration.
"Sora's usually so laid back…" Yuya noted and Yuzu nodded. "I've never seen him look that annoyed…" Yuzu added and Haruto looked on as Shuzo called out. "Don't sweat it, Sora! Keep your heart burning but your head cool! Have a fire only in your heart!"
"Don't' worry I'm fine! I'm not really letting it bother me! I'm just having fun!" Sora cheerfully answered, waving his arms before turning around to start running as Kurosaki spoke. "My turn!" Kurosaki drawn his card and continued. "I activate Rise Falcon's Monster effect! By using one Overlay Unit, it gains ATK equal to the total ATK of all of my opponent's Special Summoned monsters until the End Phase!"
Rise Falcon's second Overlay unit shattered as Frgthfur Leo was bathed in sinister purple aura that was being absorbed by Rise Falcon a sit's ATK rose to 3500. "Battle! I attack Frigthfur Leo with Rise Falcon!" Kurosaki called out as Rise Flacon let loose a multicoloured rippling cry, headed for Frightfur Leo.
"Not happening!" Sora leapt up and grabbed an Action Card stuck in the branched of an overhanging tree. "I activate Action Magic: Evade!" as Kurosaki had his eyes closed before opening them. "Pointless! I activate the Counter Trap, Raptor's Storm! If I control a Raid Raptor monster, it negates the activation of an opponent's Spell or Trap card!" The attack successfully connected as Frightfur Leo struggled for a few seconds before exploding as Sora was hit by the recoil, skidding across the ground.

"I set two cards and end my turn." Kurosaki called out as on the ground, two more face down cars materialized. "At this time, Rise Falcon's effect ends and its ATK returns to normal." Kurosaki added, returning to 1100.
Sora pushing himself up from the ground, struggling a bit. "You really… are pissing me off, you know that? How many times have you destroyed my monsters now?! No more Mr. Nice Guy! This time, I'm really going all out!" Sora said, unwrapping a new lollipop and putting it in his mouth.
"My turn!" Sora called out, drawing and played his next card. "I activate the Spell Card, Seam Reborn! I Special Summon Fluffal Sheep from my Graveyard!" Sora said as the familiar fluffy sheep reformed on the field.
Fluffal Sheep (LV2/400/800)
"Next, I'll activate the Continuous Spell Card, Fluffal Factory's effect! By banishing one 'Fusion' Card in my Graveyard, I can Special Summon a Frightfur Fusion monster! I'm going to fuse my Fluffal Sheep on the field with the Edge imp Chain in my hand!"
Fluffal Sheep rose up in the air as did a a card that materialized into a similar monster like Edge Imp sabres and Claw before it, entrapped in numerous chains as they glowed dark purple and yellow respectively before merging within the Fusion Vortex as emerging from the newly formed Fusion Vortex was an orange stuffed sheep bound in golden chains that hung from presumably chainsaw wheels while tis maw was replaced by chained teeth

"When this monster attacks, my opponent can't activate Spell or Trap cards! Now that little specialty of yours has been sealed! Battle! Frightfur Sheep attacks Rise Falcon!" Sora called out as Frightfur Sheep let loose it's open maw and shot out a red beam of energy as Rise Falcon turned around and tried its best to evade the sweeping beam before eventually, the attack made contact, causing an explosion as Kurosaki was free-falling, looking clam and composed as he rightened himself and leaned don one fo the buildings before leaping to another one within a small gap,, heading wards with each jump before rolling onto the ground to stop his momentum as he stood up, dusting his coat's collar.

"And with that, your monster's attack is done and with it, that effect has ended as well." Kuroskai calmly stated as Sora looked at him in shock. "What was that!?" as Kurosaki continued. "I activate the Quick-Play Spell, Rank Up Magic – Raptor's Force! I Special Summon the destroyed Rise Falcon and make it Rank up to a Raid Raptor monster that is 1 Rank higher!"
Rise Flacon reappeared for a brief moment from particles of light before converting into dark purple energy that shot up into the sky that had dark ominous clouds with a open dark centre as the dark energy made contact with it, the clouds beginning to cackle with electricity.
"Ferocious falcon, break through this fierce battle and spread your wings! Destroy our gathering foes! Rank Up Xyz Change! Come forth! Rank 5! Raid Raptor – Blaze Falcon!"
A beam of light shot down from the darkened clouds and formed into a red energy shape of a falcon before solidifying into a very similar aesthetic like Rise Falcon but with one notable change, it was now crimson red and black with one Overlay Unit circling it

Sora looked shocked and before closing his eyes and begun to chuckle before laughing out loud. "Nice! Nice! You're quite the entertainer yourself, aren't you?" Sora asked, pointing at Kurosaki. "Let me thank you for making this so exciting! The audience love it! I'm so excited and having so much fun, I can't contain myself! I end my turn here! Now then, why don't you let me enjoy this even more!"
"Enjoy? What you will experience now is the agony of death and defeat! My turn!" Kurosaki drawn his card. "I activate Blaze Falcon's Monster effect! By using one Overlay Unit, it destroys all Special Summoned monsters my opponent controls and deals 500 damage per monster destroyed this way!" Kurosaki called out.
The Overlay Unit shattered as Blaze Falcon cried out before unleashing what appeared to be smaller wing extensions that fired small blue lasers as Sora countered. "Trap Card, activate! Frightfur Backup! It negates the destruction of a Frightfur monster and increases its ATK by 800!" A rainbow sphere encased Frightfur Sheep as the lasers bounced off the shield, hitting the surrounding area instead.
Frightfur Sheep (LV 5/2800/2000)
"Alright! Nice reaction, Sora!" Gongenzaka said approvingly as Ayu spoke. "But the city is…" Ayu said and it was true, the city was being slowly engulfed in flames with debris scattered around. "Blaze Falcon can attack my opponent directly! Go!"
Blaze Flacon soared after Sora who was in the middle of locating an Action and was hit, sending Sora flying into a building, leaving a small crater as he cried out from the attack.

The reverbing effect from being smashed into the building had a rippling effect as the top half fo the building tumbled forward, about to land on Sora a she looked up and clenched his teeth before expertly using the falling debris as footholds as he leapt from one to the other, getting out of the way.
"What's with that movement?" Shuzo asked, clearly surprised Sora performed such a feat as the building smashed into the ground, causing a dust cloud behind Sora who did not seem bothered by it as Kurosaki continued. "When Blaze Falcon deal damage from a direct attack, it can destroy one of my opponent's monsters!" Kurosaki stated.
Blaze Falcon's back opened up to reveal numerous rocket launchers as it released a dozen or so as they headed for Frightfur Sheep as Sora spoke." Like I'll let you!" Sora grabbed an Action Card nearby and played it. "I activate Action magic: Mirror Barrier! It negates an effect that would destroy a card!"
The very same prism barrier that protected Kurosaki now shielded Frightfur Sheep as the rockets connected with it, causing explosions and dust clouds "I activate my Trap! Raptor's Gust! If I control a Raid Raptor Monster, it negates the activation of an opponent's Spell Card and destroys it!"
The prism barrier dropped as the rockets finally connected with Frightfur Sheep as Yuya looked on in surprise. "This looks like… a battlefield, isn't it?" Yuya asked as Kurosaki took a card from his hand. "I set one card face down and end my turn." As another face down card materialized in front of Kurosaki then he closed his eyes. "Where'd that grin of yours go?" Kurosaki asked as Sora gasped as he continued. "Now do you understand a bit of what it feels like to be hunted? You bastards would always laugh while you continued to attack my comrades! But we are no longer submissive prey for you to hunt!" Kurosaki stated in a venomous tone.
"Sora's people attacked him…? What does that mean?" Yuya asked aloud as Sora responded. "Aren't you getting carried away? Don't even joke about it! I can win a Duel like this while licking some candy." Sora answered with a twisted expression on his face he pulled out a large lollipop and bit off half it in his mouth.
"It's just a game! There's no way I need to get so serious! That's the same with my friends as well!" Sora stated as he ate the remaining half as he continued. "We all hunted you just for fun! Because all of you are just prey for our hunting game!" Sora stated.
"Prey? Game? What's he saying?" Yuya asked as Haruto looked, he felt strangely sick and begun to feel like he was sweating as Sora spoke. "My turn!" Sora drawn with his facial expression remaining twisted, almost sadistic even.
"I activate the Spell Card, Frightfur Fusion! I banish Frightfurs Bear, Leo and Sheep in my Graveyard and Fusion Summon a Frightfur Fusion Monster using them as Fusion Materials!" Sora called out as the three Frightfurs appeared in the air bathed in red, green and yellow light before converting into energy and merging into the Fusion Vortex as at first, it was a liquid black mass that begun to take shape.
"Unusual plaything possessed by demons! Destroy and root out the plebians who dare rebel against you! Fusion Summon! Come forth! A chimeric fusion of all playthings! Frightfur Chimera!"
Emerging from the black liquid that shattered away was a singular mechanical jack in the box kind of apparatus with the legs being the two front a bright pink while the hind legs were cold metal grey as the they were intersected with the aforementioned apparatus that had long rectangular tower-like necks fashioned from steel with skewered heads of a bear, a metal bear in bronze and finally, a otter with stuffing leaking out from the seams.
Frigthfur Chimera (LV 8/2800/2000)
"Battle! Chimera, attack Blaze Falcon!" Sora cried out as the pink severed head of the bear opened it's maw to reveal nothing but darkness as it shot out a rocket with blaze Flacon flying in retreat and exploded as Kurosaki leapt forward, rolling with the momentum before stopping.

"I activate Chimera's effect! If it destroys a monster in battle, I can Special Summon that monster to my field and Chimera's ATK increases by 300 for each monster I gain control of this way!" Sora said as Blaze Falcon reappeared on Sora's side in a flash of light.

"Now your monster has become mine! Do you understand now? You can never hunt me! The ones being hunted are always you! Now and forever more!" Sora stated as Yuya was in disbelief. "What has he been talking about this whole time?!" and Yuzu looking worried. "Sora…"
"I'll at least give you the honour of dying by your own monster's hand. With a direct attack from Blaze Falcon's 1000 ATK, you and your last 400 LP will…" Sora was cut off by Kurosaki's answer. "Ridiculous "Kurosaki said as Sora looked confused, asking. "What?"
"We of the Resistance always fight prepared for the worst-case scenario! All while considering the possibility that our comrades might be captured by the enemy… But even if they may be taken away… We will never abandon them! We will always take back our comrades!" Kurosaki stated, glaring so fiercely even Sora took a step back from it.
"I activate the Quick-Play Spell, Rank Up Magic – Revolution Force! I can take control of an Xyz monster on my opponent's field and make it Rank Up to a Raid Raptor Monster that is 1 Rank higher!" Kurosaki stated as Blaze Falcon disappeared from Sora's side and reappeared on his field while Chimera's ATK lowered back to 2800 as fiery flames engulfed Blaze falcon.
"Prideful falcon, spread your wings dyed in the blood of heroes! Advance through the path of revolution! Rank Up Xyz Change! Come forth! Rank 6! Raid Raptor – Revolution Falcon!"
Emerging from the fires emerged a grey and dark blue mechanical falcon following the same aesthetic as its predecessors as it had a singular Overlay unit surrounding tis body.
Raid Raptor – Revolution Falcon (R 6/2000/3000/OU: 1)
"Heh… What? You start talking about revolutions and nonsense, but its just 2000 ATK?! You can't defeat my 2800 ATK Chimera with that!" Sora pointed out gleefully as Kurosaki remained calm. "Oh, is that so?" Kurosaki asked as Sora instinctively looked nervous. "That's just a bluff, isn't it?! Because you don't have any Set cards on your field at all!" Sora glanced around the area as he said that.
"Revolution Falcon's Monster effect activates! When this card is Xyz Summoned by Ranking Up a Raid Raptor monster, I can destroy one Special Summoned monster my opponent controls and deal damage equal to half its ATK to my opponent! Go! Revolution Falcon! Burn and scatter in the flames of revolution!"
Revolution Flacon took the skies and its inner wingspan opened to reveal huge bombs that dropped as the Overlay Unit disappeared, the bombs making contact with the buildings, causing even more explosions.
"Stop it! This isn't Duelling! The Duelling that I believe in is supposed to make everyone happy…" Yuya cried out as Haruto put one hand over half of his face, hearing a tearful girl's voice in his head with his lone eye changed from brown to dark pink. "This is wrong! Duelling is not a tool for conflicts! Duelling is meant to bring smiles to everyone and to these kids futures!"
"Who.…" Haruto thought in his head before seeing a brief glimpse of an entire city in ruins, burning with ash and smoke as the skies were clouded over as citizens were running from something, if he looked in the distance, he saw shadowed gigantic mechanical giant a sit's lone red optic eye let loose a powerful beam, he saw a for a brief moment, a girl with long dark purple hair that extended down her lower back,, even when it was secured by a winged-shaped barrette in a loose bun, she wore feather shaped earrings with shorter lilac side tails while her skin was a sunny pale, her attire consisted of a pale vest secured by similar coloured belt, underneath, she wore a three-spilt periwinkle dress and back pants, both of which were held up by two brown belts, there was a red scarf similar to Kurosaki's hanging from the right side of her belt and brown boots covered in buckles and for a brief moment, she had a bracelet similar to Yuzu except winged framing a yellow diamond shaped jewel.
"What…?" Haruto thought before being brought out his daydream as a loud crashing sound brought him back to reality, the main central pillar of Heartland crashed on top of Sora who was about to play an Action Card, the Solid Vision dematerialized as the results were shown.

"Sora!" Yuya called out as Nico's voice boomed throughout the stadium. "K-Kurosaki's the winner!" but the audience was in deathly quiet as Kurosaki approached Sora and about to press a button on his Duel Disk before hearing a voice from it, distorted.
"That's enough. I forbid you from taking further action in the eyes of the general public. He will be a useful experiment material for us, experiments to understand Academia!" The voice said before Kurosaki lowered his arm and turned to walk away as Sora struggled to push himself up as Kurosaki looked over his shoulder, stopping. "Wait… This match isn't over! There's no way I can lose! To you Xyz scum, I could never…!" Sora struggled to say as Kurosaki continued. "Wait! Don't run away! Again…! Duel me… again!" Sora reached out for the retreating Kurosaki before fainting as Yuya and Yuzu ran down the steps towards the field btu stopped by staff.
"Sora! Sora! Yuya called out as Haruto remained his seat, breathing a bit heavily as he breathed in and out in a steady rhythm to try and calm himself down. "What…. Who… was that just now? Why did she feel… familiar?" Haruto thought to himself in genuine confusion.
And done… Whew! That took a while but finally this canon duel is over with some tweaks in audience participation! Thank you all for waiting so patiently considering how long it takes to write up a duel!
