A.N. I'm posting this small side story as something to keep me productive because right now I'm facing writer's block not because I can't decide what to happen next but because I can't decide how to word it and so I sit there being a useless unproductive potato on my bed.

I've come to the conclusion that this shall be part of the story but not important just overlaps with a scene

this is a thanksgiving special because I spent all day writing this

also, side note because todoroki and bakugo don't hang out with most of 1A they refer to every by their last name and visa versa. bakusquad(mina, sero, Denki, bakugo, Kirishima) is on a first-name basis with bakugo. NOTE: because I didn't know this Sero's first name is hanta

it was a few days after toga's capture and Ochaco was in a good mood so she wanted to go out to eat with some of her friends or possibly introduce midoriya to them, they should get to meet well maybe a few of them could maybe Eijiro, Tooru or Mina, possibly even momo, but who knows. ochaco decides to just send a message to their group chat

class 1A group chat:

Me: does anyone want to go out and eat

Froppy: I promised to spend the day with my siblings maybe another time

mother momo: I might be able to, depends on the time

manly man: I'm free today

pinky: me too :)

Can't see me: same here

headphones: can't I already have plans to go out with Denki

tape dude: I'm free so is katsuki and he can come if he's willing

boom boom boy: no fucking way I'd rather spend the day with dunce face

me: for anyone who wants to come I'll be making a reservation at olive garden

can't see me: oooh I'm definitely gonna come now

pinky: same

now ochaco got that figured out, she sent a text to midoriya

Me: hey I'm going to olive garden with some of my friends and I wanted to see if you wanted to come too

midoriya: sure I'll come I have nothing better to do

me: I'll see you there

midoriya: see ya

ochaco places the reservation and gets ready. she cheerfully walks to olive garden and sees tooru was already there, surprised she walks to tooru

"hey" ochaco waves "you're here early"

"Of course," tooru what looks like waves back "there's Olive Garden and I'm gonna get some,"

"it's not like I'm only taking the first five or something," ochaco laughs, tooru is always early for food

"still I wanna get my food," tooru responds

"whatever," ochaco looks over her shoulder to see Eijiro and Hanta walking over "Hey!"

"Hey," Eijiro waves "how are you guys

"good," tooru leans over to see Eijiro "did you anyone else coming because I want to get the food"

"mina was headed this way and that was all who I saw," sero calls out

"I invited another friend and he's coming too," ochaco tells them "he should be here soon,"

"He?" tooru says hinting at the fact it might be my 'boyfriend'

"not like that tooru," ochaco say defensively and start to blush a little "we're just friends nothing more,"

"sure~," tooru says before seeing mina and wave at her "hey mina!"

"hey tooru!" mina semi yells "hey, Eijiro, Hanta, and ochaco,"

"hey," eijiro walks over to mina and give her a high five "now we just need to wait for Ochaco's friend,"

"midoriya?" mina asks

"who?" Hanta asks

"yeah, I invited him because I thought he might like to get to meet some pro heroes, he's a big fan," ochaco tell her "plus he's really nice,"

"oh okay," mina shrugs it off and turns around and sees him coming "hey, speaking of midoriya here he comes"

"hey midoriya!" ochaco waves over at midoriya

"hey uraraka," he waves back sheepishly before his eyes light up when he notices her friends "oh my gosh are those the pro heroes red riot, invisible girl, and cellophane,"

"yeah, red riot is Eijiro Kirishima, invisible girl is Tooru Hagakure, and cellophane is Hanta Sero and you already know mina," ochaco tell him "they're from my class at UA,"

"like kacchan," midoriya mumbles barely loud enough to hear

"who?" ochaco, mina, and Hagakure say in almost perfect unison

"no one, "midoriya deflects the question "are we waiting for anyone else, or was I the last one coming,"

"as far I know yeah," ochaco responds "anyone from my class might come but I know bakugo, Tsu, Kyoka, Denki, and todoroki won't come,"

"if this is it for now let's get our table," mina grabs Ochaco's hand and walks toward the waiter "hey we have a reservation under...,"

"uraraka," ochaco supplies

"how many," the waiter asks

"for now just...," ochaco turns around and counts everyone "six but we might have one or two more come later,"

"Okay," the waiter grabs some menus"come right this way,"

after they all sit down and order some food they start talking

"soooo midoriya," Eijiro fiddles with his manly bright pink bracelet "may I ask how you met ochaco,"

"oh, i.. uh," midoriya tries to say something

"We met at a coffee shop," ochaco cuts in noticing his struggling "we both spun around a corner and bumped into each other,"

"Okay," Eijiro looks midoriya right in the eye before returning to his bright cheerful smile and offers midoriya a high five "well welcome to our friend group"

"uh yeah," midoriya squirms around in his seat and returns the high five

"don't worry," Hanta tells him when he notices how uncomfortable midoriya looks "no matter how scary Eijiro looks he's just a big teddy bear wanting a hug,"

"yeah," mina reaches over to grab a straw "but it's a miracle he's pretty much dating Katsuki, they're like polar opposites"

"mina, I told you we're just best bros," eijiro responds.

"Yeah, sure," mina rolls her eyes "just friends,"

"you know bakugo is the number two pro heroes right midoriya," ochaco asks

"Yeah, he's ground zero," midoriya looks away at the mention of bakugo, leaving ochaco wondering if midoriya has something against bakugo

the waiter comes over with the food, after they finishing eating they decide who's gonna pay

"I'll do it," ochaco offers, digging around in her bag for her wallet "it was my idea to eat out,"

"no I'll do it," Eijiro offers, grabbing his wallet

"I got it," ochaco pulls out her wallet and places the money down

"no, I insist," Eijiro hands ochaco her money back and places his money instead

"nope," mina picks up the money eijiro placed down and hands it back to him, then places down her money "I know how this end so I'll pay,"

"Okay,"

"Okay,"

After they pay, they walk outside and head over to a nearby park

"Thanks, uraraka for bringing me along," midoriya thanks ochaco as they walk along "it was nice to meet all of your friends,"

"no problem," ochaco responds "your my friend after all why would I exclude you,"

"oh i...uh," midoriya blushes "thanks, I never really had a friend,"

"why not," ochaco asks "you're sweet, kind and have many other amazing things about you,"

"oh beca-," midoriya starts before getting cut off

"hey love birds we've gotta go there's an incident that happened and we're needed," mina grabs Ochaco's hand and runs off "sorry midoriya but it's important"

"what happened," ochaco asks as mina drag her along wondering what could have happened that needed to be dealt with this instant

"endeavor's dead," mina says hastily "we gotta go,"

"wait, what, how?" ochaco was confused endeavor literally got the shit beat out of him by a nomu and lived but he's dead now when all that is gone

"todoroki, found him lying in the street and called us," mina turns the corner following the GPS on her phone, "he thinks it has something to do with the league of villains,"

"why?" ochaco had so many questions but barely any answers

"he looked burnt, and Dabi can do that" mina twists through the crowd surrounding the body "so todoroki called for back up,"

ochaco bumps through the crowd but stops her and mina stops dead in their tracks when they see the body, the number one hero who has helped keep the peace for years was dead, ochaco stood there for a minute until mina continued to drag along

"hey," Hitoshi calls out to the crowd (A.N. yes Shinso is in class 1A, and guess what he can do...) no one seemed to look at him but he continued on "I need all civilians to return to there homes so the pro heroes can do what they need to do,"

almost everyone but a few pro heroes head back to their house without question, after Hitoshi got that taken care of he turned back to the body

"This was sure inconvenient, and out of place," Hitoshi rubs his head "I couldn't grab my hero costume with my headache reliever,"

"hey Hitoshi," ochaco calls out "I've got some deep blue(A.N. yes deep blue does help with headaches)in my bag to help with headaches, you can use it if you want,"

"ah sure," Hitoshi replies "thanks,"

"guy let's get this body taken care of," todoroki calls out "it ain't gone take care of its self,"

A.N. yes Shinso is in class 1A because he is midoriya's replacement because he is 2nd best boi. and you won't believe how hard it is to make sure everyone in class 1A is on a first-name basis I'm too used to calling kirishima kirishima etc..

also this came out to be more important of a chapter than i planned
