Kiana was cataloguing some Hikari artworks, when the Black Wings came to life and she came face to face with Krad. All she wants is to help him, and he wants to take her power. But can she save him from disappearing forever?

7. Kei

I had been called here to Kei Hiwatari's office. I came without telling Kokuyoku.

He said he would hurt Kokuyoku if I didn't come.

I clenched my fist, magic dancing around my hands.

I would not let him hurt my love.

"Hello there Kiana." Kei said. "You are quite a lovely girl."

He moved from the desk to put a hand on me.

Kei struck a barrier. "Clever girl. You think you can protect that demon?"

"He's not a demon! He's whole again and I won't let you hurt him!"

"You won't let me?" Kei said. "How can you stop me?"

I smirked. "When you struck my barrier I poisoned your reiki. You cannot hurt me or Kokuyoku anymore. You can no longer use magic."

Kei growled and struck the barrier over and over trying to shatter it. "Die wench!"

I laughed. "You are a fool. You can't touch me and my beloved."

I left and found him waiting for me.
