Chapter 15: Touya's Hallucination

"Is he dead?"

"Don't worry, I didn't use all his energy."

"Hmmm his death date did shorten…."

"WHAT?!"

"How short? How many days does he have?!"

"Quiet Spirit, you're starting to annoy me."

"He's already annoying me…"

Touya slowly opened his tired eyes. His vision seemed blurry, but he noticed three blurry people staring down at him. Touya slowly sat up from his bed as he can feel his body aching. Touya looked up again and noticed the people he saw earlier disappeared. Touya rubbed his head, painfully.

"What happened?" wondered Touya as he realized he was in his room. The last thing Touya remember was meeting Syaoran and Eriol outside of his house. Touya got up and walked downstairs, where he noticed his dad making breakfast.

"Good morning Touya," greeted Fujitaka.

"Morning?" retorted Touya, confused.

"According to Sakura, you collapse in front of the house and slept all night," said Fujitaka.

"I collapsed?"

"You have a fever so Sakura went to get some medicine," said Fujitaka.

"No wonder I feel so weak…" mumbled out Touya.

"Don't overwork yourself Touya. You need to learn how to balance your work life so you won't get sick," said Fujitaka.

GROWL!

Touya eyes widen as he felt sudden pain coming from his stomach.

GROWL!

Touya crunched down as he held his stomach tightly.

"Looks like he feeling what you ate last night."

Touya heard a familiar voice.

"Hmmm… all I ate was sweets…"

"Dad, do you hear that?" asked Touya.

"Hear what?" wondered Fujitaka.

GROWL!

"You mean your stomach?" wondered Fujitaka.

Touya didn't waste any more time and he rushed toward the bathroom.

"I'm glad he is getting better," said Syaoran, feeling a little relief.

"Better? He seems worse than before. Maybe I shouldn't have ate those chocolates…" said Taki, regretfully.

Eriol glared at Taki. "If I catch you possessing someone again, I'll make sure I'll send you right to Hell," warned Eriol.

"Don't worry," said Taki as he wandered his eyes to the corner.

"I'm back!" said Sakura as she entered the house.

"Sakura!" yelled out Syaoran as he floated toward Sakura, excitedly.

"Is Touya awake?" asked Sakura as she ignored Syaoran's presence.

"He just rushed toward the bathroom," said Fujitaka.

"Sakura!" called out Syaoran as he appeared in front of Sakura. Sakura quickly avoided eye contact with Syaoran.

"I better give this medicine to him," said Sakura as she quickly ran upstairs.

"Is it me, or is Sakura avoiding me?" questioned Syaoran.

"She is avoiding you," answered Taki.

Syaoran could feel his heart ache. "Did I do something wrong?"

"I'm wasting my time here. We should be looking for the Dark Flower."

"Maybe if we investigate on the ghost from last night, we will find a clue," said Taki.

Syaoran sighed out, helplessly. "You guys go on without me. I'm not in a mood to work right now," said Syaoran, sadly.

"Look like you're love sick," teased Taki as he enjoyed seeing Syaoran suffer.

"Suit yourself," said Eriol as he disappeared.

"Wait for me!" yelled out Taki as he vanished within seconds.

Syaoran floated upstairs. "I wonder if I did something wrong to upset Sakura? Is it because Touya was possessed? Maybe I should check on Touya if he's alright," said Syaoran as he floated through the wall and into Touya's room. Touya was lying on his bed as Sakura handed him the medicine.

"The pharmacist said if you get some rest, you will be okay," said Sakura. Touya grabbed the medicine and took it in one gulp.

"Thanks Sakura," said Touya as he lay flat on the bed and closed his eyes shut.

"Don't worry Sakura, he will be alright," said Syaoran as he floated beside Sakura. Syaoran pouted as Sakura ignored him again.

Ring. Ring. Ring.

Sakura took out her phone from her pocket and press the answer button.

"Hello?" answered Sakura.

"Hi Sakura, this is Yue, the detective you hired," said Yue on the other line.

"Yes! Detective Yue!" greeted Sakura, hoping to hear good news from him.

"I think I got a lead. Do you have time to meet up now?" asked Yue.

"Of course! I'll head over there right now," said Sakura as she hung up the phone. Sakura glanced at Syaoran with a hopeful look.

"Syaoran, we got lead!" said Sakura, excitedly.

"Really? Does that means I can really be your boyfriend!" said Syaoran, excitedly. Sakura blinked a couple of times as she was surprised by Syaoran's statement. Sakura quickly looked away from Syaoran, feeling her cheeks burn.

"We should go and see what he found," said Sakura as she quickly rushed out of Touya's room.

"Wait for me, Sakura!" yelled out Syaoran as he quickly followed Sakura. Touya slowly opened his eyes after hearing the entire conversation.

"Do they have to be so loud? Who is Detective Yue? And boyfriend?" Feeling uneasy, Touya force himself to get up from his bed.

"Over my dead body, like I'll approve that."

Touya quickly grabbed his black hoodie and walked out of his room. As he watched Sakura and Syaoran rushed out of the house, he quickly followed them behind. Touya made sure he was at the safe distance when following them. He watched Sakura and Syaoran enter a strange looking building. The building was dark enough so he couldn't peak through. Touya slowly opened the door to the building. As soon as he walked in, he noticed dozens of candles lite everywhere.

"What is this place?" wondered Touya as he walked through the dark hallway.

"Sakura?" called out Touya, hoping his sister will answer him.

"Are you lost?" said an unfamiliar voice. Touya looked ahead and saw a bright light. He saw a tall person walking toward him. Touya observed his round circular glasses, which hide his brown eyes. Touya couldn't help but to blush at his stunning look.

"I'm looking for my sister," said Touya as he couldn't stop staring at his brown eyes.

"I wonder if it's the cute girl that just pass by," he said with a warm smile. Touya could feel his temperature raise. He wasn't sure if its because of this strange man presence or because he was sick.

"Do you know which way she went?" asked Touya.

"Actually, she just left the building."

"Great…" mumbled out Touya, disappointed.

"What's your name?" he asked.

"Touya," answered Touya.

"Nice to meet you Touya. My name is Yukito. I hope we meet again," said Yukito with a smile.

"Thanks for your help," said Touya as he walked back outside of the building.

"Strange, where did they go?" wondered Touya. As he started to feel dizzy and drowsy from the medication he took earlier, Touya decided to head back home. Touya slowly walked upstairs to his bedroom and crawl into his bed.

"I'll talk to that monster tomorrow," said Touya.

"Yukito, huh?" Touya couldn't forget Yukito's presence. As he thought about his encounter with Yukito, he quickly fell asleep.
