Back in the Kingdom of the Trolls, Gnorga was in bed, reading the papers. "Gnorga and Llort- laughingstock? No authority? Bad trolls turning good at record pace?" She growled. "Have you seen this?"

Llort was admiring his reflection in the crystal mirror. "Seen what, Sugar Shins?"

"These blasted editorials!" said Gnorga. "They say our power's slipping. We have no hold on our people." She tossed the paper aside in a huff. Then, she sighed, and picked up a mirror to look at her reflection. "Oh, don't they know bad press clears up my exquisite warts?"

Next to her, a little gray dog was drinking from his water bowl.

Gnorga scowled, grabbing her dog by the neck. "Maybe it's time we told them we drowned that pitiful little freak!" She paused, as she stuffed the dog headfirst into his water bowl, making him squirm. That is, once you make sure we really did drown him."

But Llort was barely listening, as he kissed his reflection. He turned to his wife with a smile. "Good night. See you first thing in the morning."

Gnorga eventually put her dog down in his water bowl, who poked his head up, and spit some water out. "I told you to make sure he's GONE!" she hissed.

With the zap of her finger, she forced the crystal mirror to show them a vision of Stanley and the children.

Llort flinched down.

All the mirror showed, was a clear blue light.

Llort looked at the mirror, and shook his head. "I don't see him, Llama Legs."

While he was distracted, the crystal mirror began to glitch visions of Stanley.

"I mean, look," Llort looked back at the mirror, missing the glitches. "Not a hint. Not a trace, not a clue." Each time he turned his head, the glitches continued.

The mirror finally stopped at a clear vision of Stanley sleeping peacefully. A bunny was sleeping on top of the little troll, as well.

Pointing at the mirror, Llort looked again, and gasped at the vision of Stanley.

"What is it?" Gnorga demanded to know.

Llort was afraid to answer. "Uh, nothing," he lied. "Nothing to worry your pleasingly plump head."

But Gnorga didn't believe him. "I need you to tell me, Llort. Did I or didn't I put that wretched little creature out of my misery?"

Llort stammered. "Well, not- not strictly speaking, Bunny Bum."

"WHHAAATTT?!" exclaimed Gnorga.

"I said-"

"I heard what you said. What I want to know is WHHHYYYYY?!" Gnorga angrily threw a bone at Llort, making him duck. "Why didn't we do things my way to begin with?!" She picked up a sphere-shaped rock, and threw it.

Her dog barked.

"Be careful with that!" cried Llort.

"Do you know what they're saying about us? Finished! Washed up!" She threw her dog's water bowl. "They're calling for us to resign! They're afraid any troll anywhere can start being good without warning!" She picked up her dog. "Think of it! I can't think of it! It's too dreadful. Too mortifying. It can't happen."

She thought to herself, roughly petting her dog.

Then, Gnorga smiled as she got an idea. "I'll go there myself, and finish that happy little mutant, tonight!"

With the wave of her black thumb, a thunderclap came out of nowhere, and a tornado began to fill in the room, lifting up nearly every material.

"No!" Llort fearfully disagreed. "No, my dear! No! That place is too dangerous! Besides, it's green!"

Gnorga ignored her husband, as she began to chant another spell. "Wind, wind, howl in the dark, and trash the place called Central Park!"

The tornado lifted her up.

"Wait!" Llort rushed over towards the tornado. "Wait for me! Wait!" In no time, the tornado sucked him up, as well.

As Gnorga laughed evilly, the tornado transferred her and Llort all the way to Central Park.

The strong wind began to cause harmful destruction to the park.

Stanley and the children, along with the animals, have slept peacefully in the cave for a while.

Gus eventually began to blink himself awake. He shook his head with a yawn, and looked out to see that they were still in Stanley's cave in Central Park. Gus then realized it was getting late, and their parents would be coming home anytime. He crawled over to his sisters to wake them up.

"Rosie. Lily," he whispered. He shook Lily a little. "Lily?"

Lily moaned as she began to stir. She half-opened her eyes a little, and smiled at Gus once she saw him. "Oh, hello, Gus," she warmly greeted.

"Shouldn't we be going home now, Lily?" asked Gus.

Hearing her brother's words made Lily fully wake up. She looked around to see that they were, indeed, still in Stanley's Garden Cave in Central Park.

"Oh my gosh, what time is it?" She wondered. "You're right, Gus. I guess it's time for us to go home, now." She groggily forced herself to stand up.

Gus helped Lily up on her feet, before crawling over to Rosie, who was sleep-drinking from her milk bottle. "Rosie, wake up," he shook the little toddler girl. "We have to go. Come on, it's late. We've gotta go home."

"Go," Rosie blinked her eyes open. She slowly sat up, rubbing her hand on her face, and then looked over at Stanley. "Troll..."

"He'll be okay," Gus assured her. "Come on. Shh," he put a finger to his lips. "Before he wakes up."

One of the squirrel stirred awake, to see the children were getting ready to go.

Ignoring what her brother just said, Lily leaned over to Stanley. "We have to go home now, Stanley," she softly tried to tell him.

But Stanley didn't seem to be listening to her, as he kept on sleeping.

Lily decided not to disturb the little troll's peaceful sleep, and smiled. "Thank you, for everything," she quietly told him. "And I promise, we'll come back, tomorrow." Finally, she slid herself off the patch of flowers onto the grassy path.

Gus helped Rosie down from the flower patch. Then, he picked up his sailboat, which was now repaired, and began to follow Lily down the path.

But Rosie leaned back over the patch to Stanley. "Troll, troll," she quietly repeated. "Troll, tr-troll," she kissed the troll, once more, on the cheek. "Troll, troll, troll."

"Let's go, you two," Lily called out to her siblings. But not too loud.

"We have to get home before Mom and Dad," Gus gently took Rosie's hand, and led her down the grassy path, and followed Lily up the slide they came down from.

Stanley continued to sleep peacefully, snoring.

The children all crawled out from the small opening under the bridge. Then, they all walked uphill, which made Rosie trip.

Lily picked her sister up, and carried her to make it easier for the toddler girl.

"Come on," whispered Gus.

He took the lead, past the bridge, with Lily and Rosie following from behind.

A few of the animals; the squirrel, a rabbit, and two bluebirds peered out from the opening to Stanley's cave, confused to see the children leaving.

The three reached their wagon, which had somehow fallen over. As an owl hooted, Gus looked around the park, looking quite worried. "Wow. What happened?"

Lily looked around to see for herself, and gaped her mouth in shock. "Oh my gosh..."

Nearly everywhere in Central Park had been destructed; trees had fallen over, and the stone path was merely cracked. Even the sound of crow caws came in the distance.

"I don't like this, Lily," said Gus.

Rosie grumbled, scared by the sight.

"Shh," Lily gently patted Rosie's cheek to console her.

"It's okay, Rosie. It's okay," Gus told Rosie.

"There must have been a storm or something while we were gone," suggested Lily.

Gus nodded. "Maybe. Come on. We better go home, now." He moved the wagon back up on its wheels.

Lily placed Rosie in the wagon, next to Gus' sailboat.

Gus took the handle, as he and Lily finally began to head home for the day.

Elsewhere, Gnorga came limping out, finally arriving in Central Park.

Llort came from behind his wife, with her dog biting on his leg.

"Yes," grumbled Gnorga. She stopped at at giant tree stump. "You said it was big. Yes. You told me it was wide. But you didn't say it was bigger than Troll World, and Gremlinland, and Goblinville, put together! Oh, in the name of "Shartarb" are we ever going to find him?" She glared at Llort.

Llort simply shrugged. "Oh, I don't know, Cow Ears. It was your idea to come here, if you don't mind me saying so."

"Well, I do mind your saying so!" hissed Gnorga. "My feet hurt! My warts are getting blisters! And my corns are getting bunions!" Suddenly, she heard the sound of moving wheels. "But wait! Shh!" She peeked over from the ledge of a fallen tree, and grinned nastily at what she found. "What's this? The troll boy with the nasty temper?"

Llort took a look for himself.

Beneath the trolls, was Lily and Gus heading down the path, with Rosie riding in the wagon.

"And look," Llort pointed. "The lovely lady, and that sweet, adorable little baby."

Gnorga growled at her husband, for how he described the girls.

Realizing his mistake, Llort quickly put on a frown and blurted, "Horrible creatures, aren't they?"

From behind, Gnorga's dog bit him on the leg, again, making him cry out in pain.

From the end of the fallen tree, the squirrel, rabbit, and bluebirds peered out, having witnessed the two evil trolls. Realizing the danger the children were in, the animals rushed away, heading back to the opening under the bridge to warn Stanley.

Once they arrived, they chanted to the troll, trying to tell him what was going on.

But Stanley simply rolled over in his sleep.

Lily, Gus, and Rosie continued on up the path.

Just then, a crow cawed from behind.

Lily took a glance back. She didn't see anything. Usually, a crow's caw would mean that danger is approaching.

"What is it, Lily?" Gus asked, noticing his sister's worried expression.

He and Rosie looked back to see where Lily was looking.

Lily didn't know what to say. Then, she shook her head, believing she was just seeing things. "Nothing. Let's just go." She motioned for Gus to go ahead of her.

Gus walked past Lily, pulling the wagon, with Rosie still riding in it.

Lily stared back for a few seconds. Finally, she decided to shrug it off, and followed her brother and sister.

Right when Lily looked away, Gnorga peeked out from behind a large rock, with a sinister grin. Snickering evilly, she came peddling out on a tricycle, gently ringing its bell, wielding a sword.

Llort followed his wife, riding on another tricycle, wielding a shield.

The children stopped and looked back again.

Still, they didn't see anything.

Gus gritted his teeth anxiously, putting a finger to his mouth. "Lily?"

"Keep moving," Lily calmly informed.

Gus grunted as he struggled to pull the wagon up.

Lily helped her brother pull the wagon.

Gnorga glanced at Llort, slashed her sword, and commanded, "After them!" Then, as quick as lightning, the two raced down the path on their tricycles after the children.

Just then, a strong gush of wind knocked Gus and Lily over. They, and Rosie, looked back for a third time.

This time, they finally saw Gnorga approaching them, wielding her sword and laughing maniacally.

"Oh no!" cried Lily.

Gus grabbed the wagon's handle, and pulled on it as hard and fast as he could. "Hang on, Rosie!" He cried. "Hang on!"

As soon as the was going fast enough, Lily jumped in next to Rosie.

"Jump in! Now!" She demanded Gus to do the same.

Gus quickly obeyed and jumped in to join his sisters, taking control of the wagon.

Lily held on to her brother and sister, as the wagon rolled down a twisted pathway like a slide. As they raced past the scary-looking trees, Lily pointed out. "Gus! Look out!"

Sure enough, Gnorga popped out right in front of the children, cutting them off from their path.

Gus gasped and screamed. He grabbed the wagon handle, and pulled it to stop the wagon. "Whoa!"

The wagon skidded, before they crashed right into Gnorga, knocking her down.

The wagon continued down the pathway.

Gnorga furiously snatched her sword back up.

Just then, Llort came out of nowhere, also crashing into his wife.

The collision sent Gnorga flying down the path. She screamed as she passed the three children, until she crashed right into a pillar.

Lily then noticed a large, open gap, and gasped in horror.

The wagon flew over the edge.

"WHHOOOOAAAAA!" screamed Gus.

The wagon landed safely on the other side, and they kept doing down the steep pathway. But just as the children went under a crumbled arch, they all felt a sudden strong breeze.

"Gus! Rosie!" Lily yelled, as they were literally being blown away in their wagon.

Gnorga was using her breath to concoct the strong, powerful wind. Her power caused another arch to collapse, using it as a ramp for the wagon.

Lily screamed, before she bumped her head into the arch, and fell to the ground unconscious.

Gus and Rosie, however, rode along the ramp in their wagon, just as Gnorga began to suck all the wind back into her mouth.

Gus gasped when he saw the evil troll queen cackling at him and Rosie.

"Wait for me, Tootsy-Toes!" Llort called to his wife, as he struggled to ride up a hill.

"What do we do now, Lily?" Gus cried, before looking back to see that Lily was no longer with him and Rosie. "Lily? Where are you?!" The little boy shouted in terror.

Just then, Gnorga and the two younger children collided into each other.

Gnorga grabbed Rosie, and cackled. "Gotcha! And now, for the horrible pretty girl!"

She looked out at Lily, who moved her head slightly, as she was slowly regaining consciousness. The troll queen snapped her fingers, causing Lily to float off the ground, and come to her.

"Wh-what's happening?" Lily asked in shock, before realizing what was going on.

At that moment, Llort had come riding down the hill, and crashed into Gnorga, Gus, and Rosie.

Gnorga and Rosie were shoved a few feet from where Llort collided into them.

Lily was freed from Gnorga's control, and fell to the ground on her rear with a slight thud, right next to Gnorga, who grinned nastily at the two girls.

Gus, on the other hand, screamed as he kept going in the wagon. Until he went into a building, and finally, crashed into a carousel, under one of the horses.

He panted as he looked out the entryway. "I think we lost them, Rosie and Lily," he said. He turned back to face his sisters, only to discover they were gone. He searched around for them. "Rosie? Lily?"

Just then, Rosie's scream came from the distance.

Gus looked back out. "Rosie! Lily! What am I gonna do? Um, uh..." Thinking quickly, the little boy decided to go back to Stanley for help. "I'll get Stanley! He'll know what to do! Stanley!"

He lay down, and pushed himself and the wagon out from under the horse to free himself. Grabbing onto the wagon handle, Gus began to head back to the cave.

Back in the cave, the animal continued desperately to wake up Stanley and warn him of the danger.

Stanley yawned, finally stirring and stretching. "What? Wait, what time is it?" He asked. "Oh, it's nighttime."

The little troll noticed one rabbit shaping its ears out, and growl to imitate Gnorga. The rabbit grabbed onto a squirrel by the neck, to reveal the kidnapping.

But Stanley failed to understand the message. "All right, tell you what? Come back tomorrow when the sun comes up, and I'll... discuss it with you. Goodnight." Yawning, he laid back down, going back to sleep.

Now irritated, the bunny got down on its rear, and used its big feet to push Stanley forward, waking him up in progress.

As Stanley landed flat on the patch of green meadow, Gnorga's laughter came from overhead. He looked up to see Gnorga, with Rosie and Lily in her grasp.

"Oh, Staaaaaannlllleeeeeeyyy!" Gnorga greeted him in a sing-song tone. "Wakey, waaaaakkkeeeeyyyy! I've got the little baaaabbyyy, and the horrible pretty giiirrrllll!"

She tauntingly rocked Rosie in one arm, while her other arm gripped Lily tightly, who muffled with the troll queen's hand over her mouth.

"I've got the baaabbyyyy and giiiirrrlllll!" Gnorga repeated, before scampering away, taking Rosie and Lily with her.

Lily desperately tried to call out to Stanley for help. But was unable to with Gnorga's hand still covering her mouth.

"But- oh! What- who-" Stanley stammered in shock at what was going on. The animals tried to make him get up, gesturing him towards Gnorga.

Gus crawled back into the entrance to the cave. "Stanley!" He called inside. "Stanley!" He cried out as he tumbled back down the slide, with his sailboat in hand. He landed onto the grassy ground, landing right on top of a raccoon.

"Stanley!" Gnorga's voice echoed.

An earthquake began to strike throughout the cave; causing a giant crack on the ground, including a flower pillar and the ceiling.

"Gnorga!" cried Stanley. He hurried over to the group of flowers, hiding in between them. "Gnorga! Oh!"

Gus struggled not to fall in the giant crack on the ground. "She's here! She's got Rosie and Lily!" Gus came over, and yanked Stanley out of the pile of flowers by the tail. "You've got to help me get them back!"

But Stanley frantically shook his head. "No, no, no, I can't!"

"But you're the only one who can help!" said Gus. "You've got the green thumb!"

Looking at his green thumb, Stanley hid it behind his back, grinning sheepishly.

"Stanley!" Gnorga's voice echoed in the cave, again. "I've got the baby!"

Another earthquake spread through the cave, causing some of the plants to blow up into ashes.

"Uh! Easy! Ooh!" complained Stanley.

"Aw, come on!" Gus cried, now getting irritated. "Stop being such a scaredy-cat!"

But Stanley leapt out of Gus' grip on him. The little troll landed right aside Gus' sailboat, and hid behind it. "Yeah, but what can I do?" He shrugged.

Gus glared at Stanley. "What about all your powers, Mr. YouGottaBelieveGreenThumb?" He snatched his sailboat away from the terrified troll.

"Oh, no, no, no!" Stanley shook his head. "My prestidigitation is no match for Gnorga's magic..."

"Oh, sure!" Gus interrupted angrily. "You're just saying that, 'cause you're scared to fight her!"

All of the flowers gasped in shock at what Gus just said.

"I- I c-" Stanley stammered. "I can't. Gnorga? Oh, you don't know Gnorga. She'll destroy me. She'll marbleize me!"

"Well I'm not scared!" stated Gus. He turned to leave, heading back up the slide entryway.

"I'd help you if I could, but I can't!" Stanley sheepishly stated. "She's turn me into stone, and I don't wanna be rockenized."

The flowers frowned at Stanley, all disappointed in him. Finally, the made up their minds and all left to help Gus, leaving Stanley behind.

"Gus!" Stanley cried up to Gus. "Don't you understand? In the troll world, darkness always triumphs over light?"

As he reached the entryway to the cave, Gus glared down at the little troll. "Know what, Stanley? You'll never have a dream come true, and you know why?" He paused for a second. "Because you're too scared to fight for what you believe in! You're a COWARD!"

Gus angrily threw his sailboat back down at Stanley, before finally leaving the cave.

The flowers followed him out.

The sailboat landed aside Stanley, into the water.
