At the Krusty Krab, it is closed for the day as businesses are down to limited days and hours of operation. Mr. Krabs, Spongebob and Squidward are taking half of the day to sanitize the restaurant for the next day they are open.

Taking a break, Mr. Krabs sits in his office to have a video chat with Mrs. Puff, knowing she would be on her computer doing work.

Sending the request out to video chat, Mrs. Puff answers it, and is excited to see Mr. Krabs.

"Oh, Eugene, how I've missed you." Mrs. Puff says lovingly.

"I've missed you too, Puffykins." Mr. Krabs says.

"Hopefully we can see each other and not just stand outside each other's houses to take pictures." Mrs. Puff says.

"Argh, I agree. That was too weird for me. Maybe on Monday I'll have Spongebob make you a special patty and have Squidward deliver it." Mr. Krabs says.

"Well if I know anything about Spongebob, he's as good a fry cook as he is a bad driver." Mrs. Puff laughs.

"Oh I'm aware of his driving "skills", but hopefully the lad can break that barrier." Mr. Krabs says.

"The funny thing is, he is great with the written assignments." Mrs. Puff says.

"Some people are weird like that I guess." Mr. Krabs.

"Actually, if he's there, could you bring him here? I wanna talk to him about his work." Mrs. Puff.

"Absolutely." Mr. Krabs then goes out to the kitchen to find Spongebob sanitizing the grill.

"Lad, I need to talk to you in me office." He says.

"What's wrong, Mr. Krabs? You're not firing me are you?" Spongebob nervously asks.

"No, no, no, no, no. It's not that it's just that there's someone who wants to talk to you on me computer." Mr. Krabs explains.

"Oh okay." Spongebob says as he walks to Mr. Krabs' office.

"So who wants to…. MRS. PUFF!" Spongebob is excited to see his driving teacher for the first time in weeks.

"Hello, Spongebob. I never thought I'd say this but I missed you too." Mrs. Puff admits.

"So what did you wanna talk to me about?" Spongebob asks.

"Well I must say that you are the best student when it comes to submitting stuff on the computer." Mrs. Puff says.

"Really? The best?" Spongebob asks, excited to hear Mrs. Puff praise him for the first time in a long time.

"Yes. You turn in every assignment on time, and the answers are all correct. For that I'm setting up a good noodle board and giving you a gold star." Mr. Puff says. Spongebob feels like he's floating on a cloud.

"Maybe I could get my license this way." Spongebob says to himself.

"No." Mrs. Puff bluntly says. Suddenly Spongebob has more of a sinking feeling in his stomach.

"What?" The dejected sponge asks.

"Unfortunately, the law says that you need to drive a boat to get your license. If I could think of a way for you to practice on the road, I would. But unfortunately, we will have to put off your driving test until Neptune allows us to open up." Mrs. Puff explains.

Spongebob looks as if he is about to cry, before Mr. Krabs steps in to cheer him up.

"Hey, buck up, boy-o. Yer hopefully not gonna have to wait too long. And maybe before ye get on the road, use a shell-kart for practice. Ye don't need a license for that." Mr. Krabs says.

"Thanks, Mr. Krabs. That makes me feel better." Spongebob says, cheering up.

"That's good. Now finish up with the grill and you can go home." Mr. Krabs says.

"Aye-aye, sir!" Spongebob gets back to cleaning in the kitchen.

Mr. Krabs then turns his attention back to Mrs. Puff.

"Thanks, Eugene. You saved me there, and hopefully that can actually help him learn to drive before he comes back to me." Mrs. Puff says.

"Well I also hate to see the boy sad. I'm still paying water damages from him and Pearl." Mr. Krabs says.

"Well, hopefully she's adjusting to this." Mrs. Puff comments.

"Arrgh, she spends all day doing stuff on her phone and computer. Maybe when the park is open, we take a father-daughter walk." Mr. Krabs suggests.

"That sounds like a lovely idea, Eugene. Hopefully when things start to loosen up, you and I could go for a walk as well." Mrs. Puff says.

"Ah, that sounds like a wonderful idea. I'll have to take you up on that." Mr. Krabs replies.

"Well, I have to get back to work now. I'll call you later, Eugene." Mrs. Puff.

"Arrgh, I suppose I should as well. Goodbye my sweet." Mr. Krabs says, ending the call.

He then goes out to see the restaurant is completely clean. He then sees Spongebob leaving for the day.

"Goodbye Mr. Krabs, I'll see you on Monday." Spongebob waves goodbye.

"See ya later, me boy." Mr. Krabs waves back.

He then closes up the restaurant and heads back to his anchor home.

"Guess it's a good thing that Squidward took the day to do an online clarinet lesson. I only have to pay half as much for an employee to work twice as hard. Agagagagagag." The cheap crab laughs as he keeps on walking.
