Why hello my little shadowhunters, did you want to hit me after last chapter? Probably...but still, this chapter will reveal some things…..for real this time. Enjoy the ride, and please keep all hands, feet, and heads inside the ride at all times.

"What do you mean, he's got a week?!" Clary screamed.
"I mean that the viral infection has reached his lungs, and soon his heart and brain, therefore killing him instantly." Alec said tiredly.
"Hold on one second.."
Clary runs down the hall to her and Jace's shared room, where she burst through the door.
"JACE! How could you not tell me…" she stopped in the middle of the sentence.
She saw Jace lying on the bed, looking like he was the gray blending pencil in her sketchbook.
"Jace? What's wrong?" she asked.
Jace opened his mouth to speak, but only blood came out. He started coughing, splattering his sheets with black blood.
Black? Clary thought to herself. Our blood isn't black!
Then Jace collapsed on the bed, pale as a ghost.
"ALEC!" Clary screamed.
"GET DOWN HERE!"
Alec ran into the room looking flustered.
"What?..Oh." his eyes widened.
"Help me carry him to the infirmary! He's got to get medical attention!" Alec said, now panicked.
They rushed Jace to the infirmary, just as Magnus came walking through the door.
"Alec?...what're you doing?" he said sleepily.
Jace started trembling, murmuring to himself.
"Damn it." Alec said, as the author puts the story back into another cliffhanger.
HAHHAHAHAHA! You should have seen the looks on your faces! *Wheeze* HEHEHEHEHEEHEHE
