Review Response:
Calderoneric758: I say both, but if I was to pick one, I would say the calm person is scarier due to the fact you can't read them as easily. Izuku would probably go further insane if he lost Bruno, or anyone on the team to be honest.
Draegoon: Yeah, the Mirio parts do add to the story, because it is a MAJOR change. Toga killing her dad was fun, but I think it pales in comparison to what I have planned this chapter. Yeah, the Zeppeli family are shafted a lot, but it could be much worse.
OKAY, LETS READ THIS SHIT! I DON'T OWN MY HERO ACADEMIA/BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA, OR ANY OTHER ANIME I MAY REFERENCE IN THIS STORY!

Chapter 7: Responsibility
Junior High School…
"Morning Toga." Izuku said as he watched Toga open her home door.
"Izu-baby, come here." Toga said with the biggest and darkest grin on her face.
Izuku entered in confusion.
The smell of blood hit him like a punch to the face.
"Oh, you didn't?" Izuku stated as he looked down and saw Kane's body in the hallway.
"Yep, the bastard said he was going to forbid us from seeing each other." Toga stated before she became dark. "So, I killed him."
Izuku, unable to help himself, pulled her into a hug and kissed her passionately.
"God you make me so horny." He said as he pulled back.
"Same, Izu." Toga purred as she leaned into his hug.
They stood there for a few minutes before they left for school, throwing a rock through the window, setting off the house alarm system.
The police arrived fifteen minutes later, no evidence of the teens there to tie Toga to the murder.
Two weeks later…
Bakugo walked through the school halls, scowling as he did.
'I can't believe that fuck-tard of a principle made me apologize to those peons.' He thought aggressively.
He had spent the last hour in the Principles office, apologizing to all of the students he had harmed or threatened and to their parents.
The school day was over, so he went to his locker.
"Hey, Bakugo."
Said boy turned his head, seeing his little gang.
"What?" He asked, holding back his anger.
He didn't want to lose his chance to become a hero.
"You want to go to the Karaoke bar?" one of them asked. "We invited…"
"No, I don't want to go." Bakugo interrupted as he slammed his locker shut.
"Okay, maybe next time." His friend said as Bakugo left the school.
Bakugo stormed down, sizzling as he waited at the cross walk.
The light shifted to show he had the right of way.
As he started to cross, someone ran past him.
'Hey…' Bakugo thought as he recognized Toga. 'She was with Deku, and she fucked with my eyes.'
Gritting his teeth, Bakugo followed Toga, keeping himself quiet as he did.
'Where in is she going?' He thought as he realized that there were less and less people with every block. 'The only thing down this way is the abandoned warehouse.'
He stopped outside the gate as Toga entered.
"Hey, Izu-baby!" Toga shouted in joy, making Bakugo stiffen.
"Sup, Toga." He heard Izuku reply.
Taking a quick glance, Bakugo saw Toga and Izuku kissing, rather intensely.
"Oh, I have something I want to tell you." Toga giggled as she got close and whispered into his ear.
"No, you didn't?" Izuku asked in disbelief as they started to walk into the building. "You got past Hades in God of War three?"
"Yep, I killed the bastard after several hours of gaming." Toga said in happiness.
"Lucky, I am still stuck on that boss." Izuku said as he deflated.
"You got to get good bro." Toga laughed.
Bakugo pushed off the fence.
"HEY!"
Toga and Izuku turned and saw him.
"Bakugo?" Izuku thought, his gut tightening.
Not in nervousness, but in anticipation for what might happen.
Toga internally smirked as she grabbed a hidden knife.
"YOU!" He shouted as he pointed at them. "I… I won't fall for your stupid tricks again blondie!"
He turned and walked away.
"Okay… that was weird." Izuku mentioned, sort of sad that he didn't get to fight Bakugo. "And what did you do to him?"
"I don't know, but he called me a bitch once." Toga said as she leaned into Izuku.
"He's dead." Izuku stated as he grabbed his uniform sleeve.
"WASSUP my students!" Beta shouted appearing before them. "Hurry up, we have stuff to do!"
She grabbed Izuku and Toga to pull them into the building.
"Welcome back." Trish said as she entered the room with Bruno, who arrived a bit earlier.
Both of them were carrying boxes and there was one new person.
"Nice to meet you, name is Giran." Giran introduced.
He was a man in his thirties. He had natural gray hair, circular glasses and an altered business suit.
"Same, what are you doing here?" Izuku asked.
"Delivery from the Boss." Bruno said as he and Trish put them down.
"I am the guy who deals in weapons and costumes for villains." Giran said as he showed Izuku the paperwork he and the others had sent in for their costumes. "We worked hard, but I believe you will all be happy."
Izuku got giddy as he saw his name on one of the boxes.
He walked over and opened it.
His smirk grew huge.
Meanwhile…
"Katsuki, why are you late!" Mitsuki shouted as her son arrived home much later than he should have been.
"I saw Deku." Bakugo snapped.
Mitsuki stopped in her tracks.
"Is he doing well?" She asked, showing a slightly softer tone.
"I don't know, I didn't talk to him." Bakugo said as he flung his shoes into the cabinet. "He was sucking face with his woman."
"He has a girlfriend?" Mitsuki said in surprise.
Bakugo went upstairs, ignoring his mom, making her angry.
He went up to his room and sat at his desk after taking off his uniform.
Bakugo ran his hand through his hair before pulling out a piece of paper.
'I got to start thinking of my hero costume.' He thought as roughly sketched out a design, scribbling 'to intimidate' and 'spiked knee pads for knee strikes' and things similar to this.
He leaned onto his hand, tapping his temple.
'What else?' He thought as he remembered Izuku, when they were kids, talking about hero costumes.
His eyes narrowed.
Bakugo sighed and drew something on his costume.
'Little bastard.' He thought while drawing.
Meanwhile…
Mirio walked towards Sir Nighteye's office.
He took a deep breath before he knocked on the door.
"Come in."
Mirio opened the door.
"Oh, Mirio, what a pleasant surprise." Nighteye said as he continued to do his paperwork, which was a lot.
"Sir, I have to tell you something." Mirio said as he stepped towards Sir's desk.
"You could have just called me." Nighteye replied.
Mirio smiled before he activated his quirk on his body from the knees up, so he didn't fall through the floor.
His clothes hit the ground, but Sir was shocked.
Not at the sight of Mirio's naked body, but the noticeable blue lightning cracking around his body and the familiar feeling.
"You… He passed on his power to you, Mirio." Nighteye asked with his heart clenching.
"Yes, he did." Mirio stated as he pulled up his underwear as he turned off his quirk. "I haven't really experimented yet, but I can feel myself become stronger while it is in use."
Nighteye stood up and hugged Mirio.
"That's good, we will start your training as soon as the school year starts." He said as he tried to keep his happiness in check.
Mirio hugged his mentor.
"Thank you, Sir." He replied. "But can I put my pants and shirt back on?"

Beta and Trish were at the bar with Kurogiri.
"Where is Hands?" Beta asked, noticing that the gloomy hand wearing Shigaraki was absent.
"I do not know, but he left earlier this morning." Trish answered as she stocked the bar with alcohol.
Beta pouted.
"He asked to go to the Master's place." Kurogiri answered. "Something to do with his arrangements."
As this was going on, Shigaraki sat across from All for One, who had his back turned to Shigaraki.
"Master, I still don't understand." Shigaraki argued.
All for One sighed.
"Tomura," He said. "You are my Right-hand man, my Second-in-Command. Never forget that. But Izuku Midoriya is my Left-hand, the executioner. While you plan to destroy All Might and the world he stands for, Izuku is the one who carries out those orders and publicly shows our power."
"I heard you, but those three are not needed!" Shigaraki shouted, standing up as he did. "You have me and my quirk! Midoriya has Plunder, SO WHAT! It isn't like that power is useful to me and my goals. I read up on the file you gave Wolf-Bitch. Plunder can't take life with its ability, so it is useless!"
All for One made Shigaraki shrink into the pathetic and lonely child he is by exuding his power over his apprentice.
"Do. Not. Insult. My friend." He said in malevolent calmness. "Plunder may not be able to 'steal' life, but it is far from useless."
He took a deep breath and calmed down, his power fading to let Shigaraki breath.
"You do not know the power of the tools you have, Tomura." He continued. "Tell the Execution Squad that their first mission will be soon. So, have them get use to their costumes before hand so there are no complications."
"I-I understand, Master." Shigaraki murmured as he left his Master's office.
All for One leaned into his chair.
'Yoshikage, I wonder how the world would have been if we both took charge?' All for One pondered. 'Would I have gone down this path? Or would you, the more sensible one with the stronger moral compass, have kept me from going down this path and destroying my brother?'
All for One shook his head.
'No, we would have killed each other for what we believed.' He thought, knowing Yoshikage to well. 'We would have split apart.'

Izuku sat at the kitchen table of the Bucciarati house, alone.
Bruno was out doing errands while his parents were at work.
'Man, I am bored.' Izuku thought as he finished his homework, standing up to stretch. "I think I'll make something to eat."
*KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK*
Izuku turned to the door.
'It can't be Bruno, because he has a key.' Izuku thought as he walked to the door. 'Same with his parent's, so who could this be?'
Izuku arrived at the door and carefully opened the door.
"Hello?" He asked as he looked through the crack.
"Izuku…"
Izuku's heart dropped and his eyes widened.
"Dad?" Izuku asked in disbelief.
Hisashi Midoriya, Widower of Inko Midoriya, and father of Izuku, stood before his son.
His hair was similar to Izuku's, though it wasn't green, more black than green. His face was more angled, but could be seen in Izuku's.
He had a layer of stubble on his face
He wore a business suit, evident to a small pin on the lapel, it was his work suit.
"Izuku…" Hisashi said shakily as he reached out towards his son, his eyes clouded with tears.
Izuku let Hisashi hug him.
'Why is he here?' Izuku thought as he hugged his dad.
He whipped out his phone and shot a quick text to Bruno, deciding it wasn't a good idea to stay at their house while Hisashi was there.
Hisashi calmed down and they two went to a small American themed diner.
"Sorry for making you pay, Izuku." Hisashi apologized after they finished ordering. "I was in such a hurry that I didn't trade in my American cash for Yen."
"It's okay, dad." Izuku replied as he nervously twiddled his thumbs. 'Man, this is awkward. I barely know him, and now we are eating dinner.'
This made Izuku flinch internally.
'Because dad works abroad, I rarely see him, I don't think I have any memory of him.' Izuku thought, gripping his hands.
"Izuku, now that I am back, we need to find a place to live." Hisashi stated. "I have a coworker who said they would loan us an apartment for cheap."
"What?" Izuku responded, being pulled from his thoughts.
"Well, now that… Inko is gone, I have to take care of you." Hisashi explained. "I know it will be strange, but I am your dad, so I will do my parental duty."
Izuku visibly became withdrawn.
"You don't have to…" Izuku replied. "I am living with the Bucciarati's, so you don't have to worry about me, dad."
Hisashi blinked as they went silent.
"Here are your orders." The waitress said with a cheery smile as she placed their food before them.
"Thank you." Izuku and Hisashi replied as they started eating.
"Izuku, I know I wasn't there, but I love you. I want to make up for my absence." Hisashi stated sadly, showing he was really bothered with his work taking his time.
"But you do important work, so taking time away from it to look after me is unnecessary." Izuku said, trying to not have this escalate.
Hisashi stopped.
"Izuku… why are objecting this?" Hisashi asked with concern. "Is it because I chose work over you?"
"It has nothing to do with that." Izuku snipped with slight hostility.
"Is it… because I wasn't there with Inko to help you when you were younger?" Hisashi asked bluntly, his weathered eyes showing sincere sadness and regret.
Izuku stiffened and looked down.
"No, it has nothing to do with that." Izuku replied, gripping his drink.
"Then why…"
"Because I am comfortable with the current arrangements." Izuku interrupted. "Sorry, but I don't know you. You may be my dad, but you had to work all the time. So, I can't just accept you into my life so easily."
Hisashi sighed sadly, nodding.
"No, you are right." Hisashi admitted. "I did work more than I should have, then taking the opportunity to work abroad, I wasn't a good father."
Izuku felt guilt as did Hisashi.
"So, will you think about it, at least try to?" Hisashi asked as he looked at his son, his eyes begging him to accept.
"I-I will." Izuku replied as he took a bite of his food.
Hisashi smiled, his heart lightening.
"Could we meet up and do this again?" Hisashi asked nervously. "I mean, I want to get to know you, and you get to know me, so we can meet each other once a week and just talk?"
Izuku thought about it.
"Maybe." Izuku said as he pulled out his phone. "Can I have your number, so I can tell you my answer when I get one?"
Hisashi smiled.
"Sure."
Short time while…
Trish walked through the entertainment district, the arcade being her target location.
"Hey, Trish."
Trish saw Bruno, backpack on his back as he walked towards her.
"Hey, Bruno." Trish said to him. "Why you here?"
"I was doing some errands and decided to hang out at the arcade for a bit." Bruno stated.
"Same, I got my paycheck today, so I have some cash." Trish stated as she patted her pants pocket. "Since you are here, you want to hang?"
"Sure." Bruno said as he was getting pumped.
"YEAH, FUCK ALL YOU LOSERS!"
Bruno blinked.
"Was that…" He questioned before he saw Izuku in the arcade, hood on his head and his jacket pockets full of arcade tickets.
"Izuku!" Trish called out, getting said teen's attention.
"Hm?" Izuku hummed as he turned and saw Trish and Bruno approaching him. "Hey, you guys going to the arcade?"
"Yeah, why are you here?" Bruno asked in confusion. "I thought you were back at home?"
"Oh, my dad came by, and we talked before I came here." Izuku stated nonchalantly.
"Your dad?" Bruno asked as they went into the arcade with Izuku to go to the prize booth. "But I thought he was in America?"
"He was, but now he wants to work in Japan so he can look after me since mom passed away." Izuku replied in slight irritation. "He is trying to be a part of my life, so now I'll have him breathing down my neck."
"Hm, sounds better than my dad." Trish admitted as she put her hands behind her head, elbows up in the air. "My dad was a mafia boss who fucked my mom, left us with nothing, and then tried to kill me when he found out about my existence."
Trish looked at the boys, showing slight sadness as her eyes watered a bit.
"He killed my mom, and I killed him, awakening my quirk in the process." Trish finished. "I spent some time in prison until the Boss paid my bale and gave me a home in Kamino, so that is how I got involved in… our group."
"That is fucked up." Bruno said in sadness as he put a hand on Trish's shoulder. "You didn't deserve any of that."
"I say it built your character." Izuku stated with his hand in the air, index finger extended. "I mean, if you didn't go through that, Toga would not have had you for a teacher to help her get stronger."
Trish scoffed and started laughing.
"Yeah, you're right." Trish admitted with a bright smile. "Thanks, you guys, I needed that, but I am not going to go soft on you guys during training."
"That's rich coming from you, Spice Girl." Izuku snorted as they arrived at the prize booth.
Meanwhile…
Hisashi walked alone with a bottle of gin in hand, still sealed.
He sighed as he arrived as his motel, moving towards his small living space as he pulled out the key.
'I hope Izuku will accept me into his life.' Hisashi thought as he entered, opening the bottle of gin and taking a chug as he closed the door with his foot. 'Inko, please, help me in our dire time.'
Skip…
Izuku walked with Bruno, Trish having taken the train home alone.
"Midoriya?"
Izuku turned and saw Yasamari, the cop who he had talked to, off duty.
"Oh, you." Izuku stated with deadpan, a growl in his throat as he felt his blood start to heat up.
"So, you out late with your friend?" Yasamari asked as he walked up to the boys. "Up to no good I think."
"Sir, we aren't…" Bruno started to say before Izuku extended his hand, stopping Bruno.
"This guy is a corrupt cop, Bruno." Izuku stated aloud, not giving a fuck as he took joy at the angered look on Yasamari's face. "He hates Quirk users so he bullies other Quirkless like him."
Yasamari growled as he grabbed Izuku, who was grinning at this reaction.
"Shut it you quirkless shit, or else you are going to pay!" Yasamari shouted, his fist clenched.
Bruno watched as a Plunder Bubble formed in Izuku's open hand.
"Go ahead," Izuku stated as he leaned forward. "And try it, Yasamari."
Enraged, Yasamari threw his punch.
Izuku's hand shot up, stopping the fist when the bubbles popped, taking away the momentum.
"What?" Yasamari questioned before Izuku started to laugh.
"What's going on, Yasamari? Losing your… Touch?" Izuku asked as a second Plunder Bubble popped, taking Yasamari's sense of touch.
Now numb, Yasamari's grip loosened, letting Izuku break free of the cop's hand.
"You know, I was trying to lay out a plan of how I was going to kill you," Izuku admitted as he stopped laughing as he clapped his hands together, his sweaty palms bubbling before bubbles formed, being held together by his Quirk as the sweat covered his hands in a bubble. "But I think I'll test something."
Yasamari, still unable to feel his numb body, tried running, but tripped, making Izuku giggle with sadistic glee.
He grabbed Yasamari's head, the bubble enveloping over it as the smaller ones entered his nose and mouth.
"Now, suffocate in my Zero Air Bubble Prison." Izuku stated as the bubbles within Yasamari sucked away the oxygen in his lungs as the one around his head held no oxygen.
Bruno and Izuku watched for five minutes as the man silently scream as he choked to death, his eyes bulging as foam formed in his mouth as brain hypoxia settled, causing brain damage that lead to Yasamari's death.
"That was brutal Izuku." Bruno said in slight disturbance, still adjusting to the world he, Toga, and Izuku entered as Izuku stared at Yasamari's corpse as the bubble removed itself from the corpse and popped elsewhere, leaving no evidence as the bubbles inside Yasamari popped in his blood stream, mixing to the point there was no evidence. "Izuku, you okay?"
Izuku nodded.
"Just thought I would be more distraught at taking a life." Izuku said as he looked a Bruno. "Bruno, if I stray from my path, I want you to oppose me."
Bruno kept a calm face as he closed his eyes.
He opened them with his resolve set in stone.
"Understood, Izuku." Bruno stated, shaking Izuku's hand. 'I shall take this responsibility, Izuku, because you are my friend.'
Chapter 7, DONE!
Well, Izuku takes a life for the first time, and he is surprisingly calm about it.
And he met his dad, who is trying to repair the damaged relationship they have now that Inko is gone. I wonder if it will bear fruit, and I fear what All for One might do.
Speaking of whom, I can't wait to write the first mission of the Execution Squad.
