The Tardis' doors opened up instantly, welcoming the doctor to step inside.
"I'm glad you still recognise me…' The doctor said, again directing her words to the ship. 'a new face yet again to get used to, hey, my girl!"
Augn thought it was weird for the lady to be talking to this blue box, not yet knowing nor understanding their great connection they both share.
"Let's just get me inside, then… then I can think… as I seem to think better in my own space!"
And Augn did as he was asked and took the doctor inside.
With the doctor here trying to walk on her own again; this time brushing Augn's hand away. "No… it's going to be fine…' she looked down at her legs and then forward into the Tardis. 'I've just gotta get used to these again!"
"Use to what?" Augn had to asked, as there was still so much to take in.
"My new legs, of course… a little taller and thinner than before…' answered the doctor, as if there was nothing wrong with her answer. 'Got to get used to using them again!" now taking another step forward.
And this time after a few steps forward the doctor walked okay on her own. "Ah, see it just takes a little time!" Feeling truly happy with herself.
Augn looked confused at the lady. 'New legs… calling herself a doctor… homes from homes… names from names…' "You're not making any sense… no sense at all, but truly sound as if you believe all this, as if this is all true!"
"That's because it's all true… all of it!" commented the doctor.
.
As they step over the threshold of the Tardis, the doctor paused a second and placed a hand onto the door frame. 'Good to be back... My journey here as cost me... but I'm not done yet.'
.
Now stood inside, Augn saw the one calling herself the doctor with a wide smile across her face.
"Still as I left you, hey... the great Tardis, both inside and out."
Augn eyes opened wide, he truly couldn't believe what was there before him, even rubbing his eyes, and it is here that Augn shows his shocked by how bigger the space is on the inside, than that of the outside of the four sided rectangular blue box. "A box… it was just a box…' he said out loud, more to himself than to the doctor. 'I… I saw it with my own eyes…"
'Ah, seem as if every small thing stays the same!' thought the doctor with a smile, "But you have… Augn… but you have!"
"But it's impossible, doctor… not even our great minds could have created such things!"
"Ah, and here you are… know that the great minds of Gallifrey can… this ship… this dear vessel can travel far and wide… anywhere through time and space." 'But I guess I'm not Gallifreyan anymore.'
"Time and Space?"
The doctor now stood before the console of the Tardis. "Yes, wherever one would ever want to go and want to see… and the best thing about it is; I can get you right back…' she paused, looked at the console and then back at Augn, and finished. 'backish within a second of leaving… that is the joys of a Tardis… this small blue box!" 'Ah, even I was once told about it being taken from under my nose and never realising… Oh the joys and rivers of time.' the doctor to herself recalling the tales of a former wife and love, River Song.
.
Augn was trying to place all this together in his head, he had seen the inside of the Tardis, but not time travel, it was all too far fetched. "Wait… wait, this is just impossible… truly ridiculous!"
"I try never to lie, Augn.' she states with a hand on her chest, as she now turned around to acknowledge the Reunet, brushing quickly aside her old thoughts and memories. 'You've heard the truth… it's up to you now to believe it or not!"
.
The doctor thought about future journeys and adventures that could await this wide eye Reunet, who had helped her, but she quickly brushed it aside, still not able to see a future with an ally, a companion. 'Yes, I would only lead this poor man in danger… danger that will seal his end.'
Here the doctor remembering all that she had called a companion and the fate that had ended them; the first Susan and leaving her with David, the heartfelt goodbye to Jamie and the fact that he would never recall his adventures with the doctor, the last meeting of Sarah-Jane and the emotions felt as the Tardis travelled on, having Romana wanting to stay in E-space as she planned to save the Tharil, the anger and sorrow the doctor had to see in Tegan's eyes as her time with the doctor had not been one of fun, with Ace stepping away from her time with the doctor as she saw on hate and manipulation with the figure before her, How Jack had come into the Tardis and how it greatly shaped the man's life, Rose and the love and sorrow the both held and how that was taken away, even though the two had the best of times, to leave Donna to forget him, the Ponds, Amy and Rory, trapped in a time that the doctor could never step into, the doctor having, the place in the mind of the doctor where Cara's smile is held and how greatly great and dear the time spent with her was, on how Bill Potts due to her time with the doctor lead to her death and change into a cyberman, and the cold recent loss and departure of 'the fam;' Graham, Yaz and Ryan.
.
The doctor suddenly comes to hear music, she turned around to see that Augn had picked up a white box, "Ah, the old classic… The John Smith and the Common Men, ah I believe they once went to number two in the 1960's.' She saw the look on Augn's face. 'But not in your time though!"
.
The doctor for the first time sees her new face and body reflected on a reflected surface in the Tardis, liking who she had changed into, she even comes to the decision that she is even keeping the same clothes and shoes, which not many doctor incarnations did, speaking out loud. "Ah… as I once heard it, fits like a glove."
.
The doctor knew she couldn't leave Pii'wan now just yet, and turned to face the one who had come to help her, she still needed to find answers to those in her head and hoped Augn could answer them.
With each question Augn did his best to answer them, filling the doctor in on what had happened on Pii'wan, who his race was, who had broken the peace on Pii'wan, and what had become of his race.
The doctor did not welcome these answers, she had never come to Pii'wan as peace had reigned on the planet and now thanks to one mind one ruler things were changing, 'maybe even the planet itself called for help.' she thought.
"So then what can we do to save me race, doctor and put a stop Mosrak!?" Augn asked in return of the doctor.
"We… oh no… no... no, I'm sorry Augn, but this time there's no we nor us… just me!' she pointed to herself. 'This time I stand alone!"
"What?" question the Reunet in doubt.
"Yes, I shall put an end to Mosrak… on my own… none forever more will fall due to them following me."
"I don't wish to follow you, doctor, but know I do wish to save me people… I was after all one of the Reunet's who planted those bombs and saw you free from chains."
"Ah, well way to go…' The doctor here giving just on mere clap. 'It may have saved a handful of Reunet's, but sadly it will no doubt fuel Mosrak fire, and in turn hurt millions more."
"That was never our plan." stated Augn straight away, his head now lowered in sorrow and gilt.
"Never mind that now…"
"And why are you helping our race… what can one single lady do to stop Mosrak, where we have failed?"
The doctor didn't answer at first as there and then she didn't quite yet know the answer, all she did know was she had to try.
.
The doctor started to pace around the central console in deep thought and contemplation, from time to time the doctor would either make a gasp, look to Augn, to the console, tap her coat just by the place of her inside pocket and to the door of the Tardis, she knew there was so much resting on the plan she would formulate. Ideas and notions were flowing in and out of her head at rapid speed. "A plan… a plan… something that will suit all.' the doctor said out loud, tapping the side of her head. 'It's got to be good… got to be sound… no holes, no faults, no flaws…"
"I want to help, doctor… after all this is my home we're talking about."
The doctor took one split second to cast him a look, before walking on. "Got to get the Kay'lah to either stop their plans of domination, or I've got to get rid of all Mosrak's followers."
"How are you going to wipe them all out, doctor?"
The doctor stopped abruptly, staring now right at the male Reunet. "I never use weapons… that will never be the doctor's style… I choose words as my power, Augn, the likes of Mosrak will see that."
Augn stepped back. "Then what is your next move, doctor."
"Mmmmm… I will stand before Mosrak again… ask him to live in peace as before… so both the Reunet and Kay'lah can see the growth of Pii'wan!"
Augn knew that the doctor meant this, but knew that Mosrak the thirst tyrant wouldn't simply lay down and roll over. "I'm sorry to ask this, but doctor what if… what if Mosrak say no and chooses to battle on… choosing to draw weapons yet again against my people!?"
The doctor's face narrowed somewhat, stating now to Augn that, "The Kay'lah must either agree to peace on Pii'wan, must see the worthiness of laying down their weapons, their drive for war."
"And, doctor, do you believe that he will agree to this?"
At first it seemed as if the doctor hadn't heard the question the male Reunet had asked of her, as the doctor worked on, worked on forming a plan that would help.
