Only a week after their crash landing back to Earth, well the Past form of Earth, did they managed to find at least a semblance of peace and normalcy at their predicament.

"You've been scanning your Webcam for a total of 5 hours Alex. Either I force you to recharge and haul that ass in bed or you haul that yourself and Get. Some. Sleep"

Elina emphasized the sleep part and Alex scoffed before his eyes trailed off to his Webcam "None of this is making any sense" He mumbled "If the unrelenting fact that we are stuck in the past with no way out or any means of communication to the rest of the squad, I'd be happy to help knock that information inside your head" Elina said with arms crossed.

"Not that. I mean that while I was surfing through the net I can't seem to see any historical monuments that should be present in today's timeline. By the way today's internet is sure filled with bugs for hackers to hack easily"

Alex added. Valerie gazed up at him to the show she was watching with Calista "What are you saying Alex?" Even Calista was looking at him with worried eyes. Alex shrugged "Nothing, I'm just saying that it's weird that these monuments that are present in our timeline, despite it being in ruins, isn't even present in this time period"

"We'll file that information later. For now, we need to act like we are on this time period. That means no future gadgets, no future talk, no showing of our unique abilities and a new wardrobe"

Electra said as everyone nodded in agreement. Only Alex was moving slightly away with his gadgets stuck close to his chest "That doesn't mean we will destroy your stuff Alex. We just can't use when we're outside" Electra added. She saw Alex visibly relax before straightening up.

"I knew that"

"Sure you do..." Elina teased. Alex looked away with a huff "Val and I will head out and scour for our wardrobe choices" Calista said as Valerie stood up and looked at her sister with eagerness. Electra nodded "Elina and I will deal with finding organic food. Though its not as ideal as our own energy bars, it will have to do for now" Alex looked at Electra.

"What about me?"

"I know you have your own little research to deal with" Electra gestured to their garage which housed the remains of the robots they managed to salvage.

Alex grinned "And this is why you're made the Leader. You know our strengths in the field" Electra scoffed "I just know you would rather stay here with your tools than go out without them in hand" Alex gave her a thumbs up.

Calista and Valerie scoured through the clothes. Valerie had a knack for finding clothes that would make them look like they didn't just enter a black hole and got transported back to the past with little less information about this time period's fashion sense.

"I got everything. You good?" Val called out. An answering reply from another isle made Valerie walk to the counter.

"I got the shoes. They're more or less comfy enough to fight"

The person in charge of the counter looked at the girls in confusion and Valerie stammered out an excuse "Uh...yeah Cal, your baby siblings need to take it down a notch. Who knows how many mischief they would cause again. Starting a fire was not one of my to do list"

Apparently, people in this time period believe anything that comes out of their mouth because hey, if someone says their kids started a fire then the kids started the fire, mind your own business!

Calista gave Valerie an apologetic look. Val shook her head and sighed "Try to keep a lower profile" Calista giggled nervously and nodded.

Electra and Elina, taking the car they bought in a nearby Auto Repair Shop (The car was the cheapest of the bunch and would have been considered to be thrown directly into the dumpster after buying it if it can't be slightly modified, they'd have to thank Alex for this) went to the nearest food deposit there is in Jasper and it just so happened to be a KO burger fast food restaurant.

"It's getting late and we should be picking up the girls right about now"

"Don't worry, its a fast food restaurant so it shouldn't take long for food to arrive" Electra said before moving towards the Drive Thru. She stopped right beside the window to take their order "Welcome to KO Drive where every patty is a knockout, may I take your order?" The person in the window said nonchalantly without looking at whose ordering "Hello Jackson, we would like our usual" At that, Jackson Darby looked up in shock to see Electra and Elina smiling at him.

"I didn't think you'd guys come by with a new ride" Jack said, eyeing the car the girls were riding. The girls had been the only frequent customers in the restaurant and ever since then, Jack had grown used to them giving him extra tips they insisted on giving him, no matter how much he protested in getting a large sum.

"We just bought it recently. Our cousin made a few modifications to it" Elina said "When I get my own ride someday, maybe I should ask his help for modifications" Jack said and the girls shrugged as Jack handed them their order "By the way, do you girls eat anything else aside from this?" Jack asked, gesturing to the burgers the girls bought.

Jack wasn't one for looking into people's business but he soon began to notice the girls would buy these burgers almost regularly from morning till evening "Of course we Jack, its just the components in these burgers are greatly needed in our...dietary" Elina said, glancing at Electra who slightly tensed. Jack didn't pry any further to which the girls relaxed before they drove off and not before giving him another large tip in the windowsill.

Jack may not like working here, he still doesn't, but meeting those girls without the constant bullying or judgement he'd seen on others made his days somewhat easier.

Alex scratched the side of his head. He could not, for the life of him, feel like this setting is all too familiar but he just couldn't pinpoint exactly what he was missing. He felt like everything around him is suddenly closing in "I must be tired than I usually am. Maybe Elina was right...for once" Alex shook his head and decided a quick recharge would be enough for his energy to rise up again or else he'll wind up face planting on the ground.

Alex looked at the scrap pile that he got from the robot and sighed before moving away, lest he'd be tempted to make another research that may take 6 hours or more. "I need coffee...the one thing that still exists in this period" Alex moved to the table only to trip and almost knock his head at the table.

Scrap this!

Alex turned to glare at the scrap metal behind him as if it would disintegrate right in front of him but he froze and he felt his depleting energy bounce back right away when he stared at the symbol that was hidden between two metal plates.

"Holy Metal gods and Space Warp Theories!"

Elina and Electra drove through the slightly busy road which would be considered normal on a weekday basis if it wasn't for the fact they heard the familiar sound of Jack screaming while riding a motorcycle speed pass them followed by two cars.

"Was that Jack?"

"When did he learn to ride a motorcycle?"

Elina asked in shock as she watched him disappear under the sea of honking cars. Electra narrowed her eyes "He didn't..." She said before she stepped on the gas and accelerated the car. Elina let out a surprised squeak and grasped on the seat as Electra swerved down the busy highway.

"Adira Careful!" Elina cried out as Electra sped pass honking cars. A black and yellow Camaro sped pass by them. "There's Jack!" Elina shouted before she squinted her eyes "Adira there's a blockage straight ahead, he's not gonna have enough room to move!" Electra narrowed her eyes and increased her speed.

"Val, we're gonna be a little late for awhile, get Cal straight home and wait for us there" Elina said through their psychic link.

Valerie's eyes widen before they narrowed and grabbed Calista by the arm. The girl looked at Valerie with concern written on her face "Did something happen to El and Adira?" Valerie didn't know what answer to give her.

"Let's just get back to Alex then we'll wait for them to return"

Calista nodded, all happiness from shopping gone from her face as she held Valerie and within a burst of speed, disappeared from the exit of the market with the people only seeing a blur within blinking seconds and a gust of wind that followed after.

Alex paced nervously by the door, not sure of what to do with this information when the door burst open accompanied by a gust of wind that hit his face and made him stumble back in surprise.

"You guys are back early. Where are Electra and Elina?" Alex asked. Calista and Valerie looked at each other worriedly, not knowing what to do as one of them opened their mouth to talk but was held back by a hand raise from Alex.

"Nevermind that, you guys need to see this"

Valerie and Calista followed Alex as he showed them the symbol he found. Their eyes widen "I don't believe this..."

"I can't believe this..."

Electra had parked the car on the side of the road when Jack had literally served the motorcycle to the side and under the bridge.

If that didn't surprise the girls, it was the two cars that took chase transform into the robots that looked exactly like the ones they fought a week ago.

"Did you know they could do that?" Electra asked and Elina shook her head "I didn't even know they could did that. They were in that form when we saw them" Elina said, pointing to the bots that were having a face down with the motorcycle robot that Jack rode.

"Where's Jack?" Electra asked, looking around. Elina pointed to the side to see Jack with a little human boy. "More problems..." Elina muttered. It may be okay for Jack to be let in on the secret since he knew them but this little boy...

There was a honk and Elina noticed light right behind them. Electra pulled her down just in time to see the yellow and black Camaro that sped pass them immediately run down to the fray and transformed.

"How many of these things are there? Were Government conspiracies always this high?" Elina asked. Electra shrugged in answer before they narrowed as she watched the fight "We only interfere when necessary" Electra said. Elina nodded and watched the fight.

"Now that I think about this situation, does this scene look familiar to you?"

Elina asked Electra who shook her head "Robots that turn into vehicles that fight each other is not something I'm familiar with. That more in line with Alex" Elina nodded in agreement after a short period of silence.

"LEAVE HIM ALONE!"

Elina and Electra jerked out of their musings to look at the little boy who shouted. The two bits that held the advantage turn to the boy who flinched under their gaze.

"Please?"

The boy whispered lightly. It was so small Elina and Electra had to turn their audio receptors (implanted within their ears) on.

It was then the bots moved to Jack and the little boy with their Canons aimed at them.

"Now?" Elina asked but Electra was already balancing on the edge of the bridge.

"Now!"
