Ike X Goodwitch: Evil More Grim
Ike: Professor, if you have a moment.
Goodwitch: Ah, yes Mr. Artorias. How may I help you?
Ike: I would like to ask about a certain kind of Semblance?
Goodwitch: Really? Well as I always reiterate on the basics, there are many different kinds, so which has caught your attention?
Ike: I've taken a particular interest on Semblances that yield…rather flagrant results.
Goodwitch: *smiles good-naturedly* Mr. Artorias, perhaps you meant Semblances like yours. Those that are deceptively subtle for their explosive capabilities.
Ike: Yes Professor: I was wondering if these Semblances could possibly…attain…cataclysmic heights?
Goodwitch: *eyes widen for a second* I see. Well, to answer that, it's a rare occurrence for Semblances to achieve such an echelon of power, and even then, it would require…external influences. An aura amplification, in theory.
Ike: *musing* Hmmm. I see. (I've never given it much attention, but my Aura levels are the highest in my team, and among the highest at Beacon, and when I explored the niceties of my Semblance, I found power that men would kill to control and call their own.)
Goodwitch: *flicks her riding crop to the edge of her desk* Be warned Mr Artorias. You've done exceptionally in this term, both as an individual and as member of Team KEIM, so much that I'm almost tempted to skip you up a year, but a Semblance like yours carries forces not many your age can wield with the restraint you've shown. You are still far from mastering your potential as a Huntsman. And while you may believe yourself experienced, you naivete very much betrays that perception, which makes you vulnerable to the temptations that fester in this world. Evils that turn men into monsters far more sinister that the Creatures of Grimm. (Evils that your father and Marth's mother waged a crusade against)
Ike: Professor Goodwitch, is everything alright. (Did I say something to offend her, she suddenly seems agitated. Maybe this is a question better suited for Eir's forum.)
Goodwitch; *blinks* Oh yes, I'm fine. Now off you go Mr Artorias. I must prepare for the next class.
Goodwitch...has...an interesting way of showing concern for students, but who would have thought that she has a soft spot for the son of a mercenary. At least we can confirm that she is a as good a judge of character as she is a compelling speaker. But what was she talking about with Ike? Evil? Temptations? Is there something more menacing than Grimm lurking in Remnant's borders, because, to be honest, Torchwick is just a man with a gun. Nothing from him really screams supernatural freak of darkness or something. Anyways, read on to find out the dynamic between Eir and another familiar face of Beacon's teaching staff.
