A barbeque wasn't exactly what everyone was expecting. Haru was a bit disappointed but hey he was still having a barbeque with real life aliens! One of which was his future son in law! He was giddy with excitement. "So this is how you aliens celebrate?" he asked.

"Of course! Yes sir! Our culture isn't that different then Pekopons" Keroro explained cheerfully.

"What's a Pekopon?" he asked confused.

"It's what the rest of the universe calls Earth" Fuyuki explained. "They are Keronians from Keron"

"This Keron is it far from here?" Haru asked in curiosity.

"it's located in the Gamma Planetary System, the 58th Planet about 3.7 billion astronomical units away" Kururu stated from behind him causing him to jump.

"Ahhh there's another one?" he asked in shock, this one was a different colour being a yellow one as apposed to the the green and red one.

"I could say the same about you other Hinata, kukuku" he turned to his platoon "I came out to feast on the labours of others. I've manged to get the prime ministers signature by the way, he approves but wishes for us to remain hidden and not cause a panic for a bit longer till the next world leaders council meeting in a few years. You know boring bureaucracy stuff." he said tiredly.

"thank you for your hard work Sargent major! Yes sir!" Keroro cheered with a hearty thumbs up.

"if your really thankful you'd give me a raise kukuku" he walked over to the food, taking a large helping.

"The prime minister was okay with this alien stuff?!" Natsumi asked shock.

"You seriously think your world leaders don't know we exist? I'm pretty sure half of them are reptilian aliens kukuku" he said with a laugh no one dared ask if he was serious or not.

"At least it's over with, though I would of thought he'd of wanted to meet us in person?" Giroro asked sceptically.

"He did, well he met two copy bots kukuku" he chuckled slyly.

"I can't believe you'd pull such a stunt." he replied angrily.

"I'm surprised you can't believe it, I thought you knew me better then that Hun, kukuku" Kururu gave him a wink, that flustered the Corporal.

Giroro grabbed him by the chest "Don't ever impersonate me again!" he threatened. Though the yellow devil just laughed.

"Do they always fight like this?" Haru whispered to his son.

"No, sometimes they shoot at each other" Fuyuki replied.

"how did you mange to convince your mother to let them stay, she can't even stand pets." Haru asked as he watched the fight between the two die down and the red one sulked by his daughter.

"I said they could stay, Keroro has been a big help with keeping an eye with the kids while i'm at work and he even does chores. Oh and I am stealing his likeness and making him into a successful manga character." Aki said cheerfully.

"I see" he said with a laugh of course that was the reason, it was nice that she had some help over these years though it made him realise he still had some gaps in his knowledge. "So why are they here? Did they crash her or something?"

"Gero? Oh we are invaders! But after six years of failing Keron has decided to do a peace treaty" the green one explained.

"I-invaders?!" He was shocked how had his family grown so close to people who were supposed to take over the world? He really missed a lot on his travels.

"Yeah but they are pretty bad at it" Natsumi stated.

"Hey!" Giroro shouted in annoyance, how dare she make a comment though it wasn't exactly inaccurate "though I will admit our leader is incompetent" he had to admit that much at least.

"Hey no fair you can't blame it all on me! Pekopon is just that tough!" Keroro tried to defend himself.

"Hey that reminds me, where are we having the wedding?" Giroro asked suddenly, he just remembered that he didn't even know where his own wedding was planned to happen.

"On Keron, it was seen as the easier option so you might want to get your guests lists sorted." Kururu explained "the general assumed that there would be fewer pekoponians then Keroians so would make travel easier."

"Wow so we get to go to Keron! Amazing!" Fuyuki shouted excitedly "You've got to show me all the sights Sarge"

"Of course!" Keroro Responded cheerfully.

"I don't know, you sure it'll be safe?" Natsumi asked, she was still sceptical of the whole thing.

"no need to worry, this is all legit, I have been all through Keron's mainframe multiple times there is no seedy behind the scenes dealings" Kururu stated before downing his food.

"You could say, 100% honest" Mois said with a cheer while holding a grocery bag. "huh who's this?" she asked about the pink haired man.

"That's our dad Mois" Fuyuki replied with a smile.

"Ah you must be one of my kids friends, i'm Haru" he greeted shaking her hand.

"Actually Mois is also an alien" Natsumi stated awkwardly. That came as a shock she looked like a normal school girl.

"You could say, looks can be deceiving" Mois said cutely.

"Amazing, are all of your friends aliens?" he asked cause it was getting ridiculous.

"No, thank god, but a good chuck of them are" Natsumi said tiredly.

"Man why did I go out for adventure when it all seemed to have come here" Haru asked out loud with a laugh.

"Oh by the way Uncle I brought the things!" Mois beamed giving him the bag which he quickly looked through.

"Thank you Lady Mois! now it's a proper party!" he took out a nice chocolate cake "observe" he stated as he excitedly put sparklers into the cake and lit them "look how festive" he beamed watching the sparklers spark down the stem.

"I fail to see the point, they just seem like worst versions of candles and we aren't celebrating a birthday" Giroro deadpanned.

"I think it's cute uncle!" mois beamed.

"So there isn't any weird way aliens celebrate?" Haru asked a bit weird-ed out by the normality of this whole thing.

"Not really, besides Pekoponians have funner traditions, I mean did you see the sparkler cake? Magnificent" Keroro replied still trying to sell the glory of his stupid party thing.

"If you want Keronian traditions, it's mostly just military training activities in the guise of games to trick the youth. Keron is very militaristic." Kururu explained.

"Oh good idea Kururu! We should play battlefield!" Keroro verbalised excitedly

"I wasn't suggesting anything though" Kururu stated annoyed at having words put in his mouth.

"What is Battlefield?" Fuyuki asked confused.

"it's a game we used to play in our youth where you pretend to be on a battlefield, you split into two teams and have to shoot each other while trying to capture each others flags. The best versions also have massive obstetrical courses." the sargent explained.

"We were once in a battlefield game for 5 days, it's a game about tactics and procession, once your out you can't return to the game." Giroro reminisced.

"F-five days?!" Natsumi exclaimed.

"Man I remember that, remember when Dororo was the first one to get striked out?" Keroro laughed.

"That's because you used him as a meat shield" Giroro deadpanned.

"I was team leader Sacrifices had to be made" Keroro tried to defend himself.

"This sounds like fun, can we all play together?" Fuyuki pleaded.

"I would love to but I don't think we have a course" Keroro said a bit bummed about it

"We do" Kururu stated blatantly.

"We do?" Keroro asked in surprise. "Where?"

"In the base, in one of the dozens of rooms you forget we have" Kururu boredly explained.

"You could say wasted space" mois chimed in

"Oh wow I completely forgotten" Keroro blushed at his forgetfulness. "We should invite the whole platoon tomorrow and have a big game, everyone could use a break"

"That sounds like a lot of fun! It's been awhile since we all did something together" Fuyuki expressed with joy.

"I'm excited to!" Haru enthused, he felt a bit embarrassed about being a full grown man that wanted to play a game with aliens but this would probably be a great bonding experience with his kids.

The next morning they had all gathered in the underground base a large group of Pekoponians and Keronians stood in anticipation of the game. Haru looked at them all and couldn't help but wonder how many of them were aliens in disguise, at least the little frog ones were easy to tell. There was five of them now which surprised him one even had a tail! He had been secretly recording all he knew in his journal, this much paranormal sightings made him feel like he was in heaven!

"The rules of battlefield are simple, you get hit by the gun laser your out of the game. There are two teams home and invaders, the flags on each side of the field is territory when you own the territory the traps can't hurt you so must balance between advancement and protection. You have limited ammo so you need to go back to home base to refuel. The tactics and plans are purely up to you" Giroro explained, he knew he'd be better at explaining it then Keroro as training things were his Forte.

"Naturally considering who we are, we will be team invaders, while you Pekoponians will be team home" Keroro explained. "Any questions?"

"Is this safe?" Haru asked looking out into the room fall of pitfalls and various obstetrical.

"moicourse!, though I will need everyone to sign a contract agreeing to not hold me liable for any injuries you may sustain" He handled out the paper work "And anyone with a preexisting heart condition your playing at your own risk, kukuku" he gave a playful wink to Giroro who gave him a death look.
