In this story, John Watson (Jude Law) is married to an African American woman named Gwendolyn aka Gwen. Unfortunately, Gwen dies giving birth to their daughter named Destiny who has Down Syndrome. The biggest mystery is whether or not if Gwen's death was an accident caused by the family doctor, Doctor Iscariot. Sherlock helps John to take care of Destiny & investigate Gwen's death.

John's p.o.v

Desperately, I rushed my unconscious baby to a nearby medical center. A doctor confirmed my worst fear. Destiny had died in her sleep last night. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome caused her untimely passing. Looking back in hindsight, I was tired and didn't lay her properly in the crib.
