All eyes became glued to the screen as the different camera angles began switching through the different options as All Might searched for Midoriya and Uraraka. There weren't any cameras on the outside of the building so there was no telling where they would make their entrance.

"There they are, they're sneaking in through that window," Hagakure said, pointing to a screen in the upper right-hand corner as one of the many cameras finally located the pair.

Everyone turned their attention towards the screen, watching as Uraraka climbed through the window while Midoriya kept a lookout. Again, the observing class could see that the two were talking to one another but there was no way to know what was being said. They moved cautiously through the many hallways of the building.

"Whoa, a sneak attack," commented the creepy boy as Bakugo launched himself from an adjoining hallway.

"That was low, Bakugo!" Kirishima called angrily as he watched the ash-blonde unleash a powerful explosion at his opponents. "Sneak attacks are so unmanly!"

"This is practical battle training, those types of attacks are valid strategy," All Might explained.

"Did you see that last-minute dodge by Midoriya?" Ashido asked. "He pulled Uraraka out of the way just in time!"

"Half of his mask got destroyed though," Ayame mused, her blue eyes never leaving the screen. "It must have been very close."

Smoke from the explosion had filled the hallway, but not enough to obscure the cameras. Instead, it added a slight haze to the picture making everything look like a scene from an action movie. A wicked smile appeared on Bakugo's face as he pulled back his right arm to punch Midoriya only to have the green-haired boy counter by grabbing Bakugo's arm and flipping the boy onto his back.

"Whoa, those reflexes are amazing," Ayame commented, watching as Bakugo got back to his feet. Though she had no idea what Bakugo was saying, she could practically see the rage radiating from him as he yelled something.

"I wish we could hear what they're saying. Why don't these cameras have sound?" Kirishima asked.

"Don't want to make things too easy for you watching in here so those participating in the battle are communicating with micro transceivers. I also gave them blueprints of the building as well as capture tape." All Might explained, pulling a small roll of the stuff out of his pocket to show the class. "Tying this around your opponent is sufficient proof of capture."

"Wait a second," Ashido started as a thought came to her. "So the heroes only have fifteen minutes but they have no idea where the weapon is? That really leaves them at a disadvantage, huh."

"Isn't that how it usually goes, though?" Ayame commented, turning away from the screens to look at her friend. "Heroes are often called in to face all sorts of villains with very little information. They need to be able to adapt to different situations quickly in order to ensure a positive outcome."

"Nicely said, young Miyake," All Might praised, giving her a thumbs up. "You've all gotta be— say it with me!"

"Plus Ultra!" The class said in unison, some punching their fists in the air.

A smile appeared on Ayame's face, excited over the fact that All Might had praised her for her comment.

"Ah, monsieur Bakugo is attacking again," said the boy in the purple cape, pointing to one of the screens.

Everyone quickly turned their heads to watch as Bakugo launched himself at Midoriya. Bakugo landed a few blows while Midoriya blocked. Uraraka stood nearby, watching the two boys for a moment before turning and running off down the hallway.

"He almost caught him," Ayame said, watching as Midoriya tried to loop the capture tape around one of Bakugo's legs after a kick only for the blonde boy to aim an explosive punch at Midoriya's head.

"He's amazing," a large boy in a yellow costume said, talking about Midoriya. "I can't believe he's going toe-to-toe without using his quirk."

"Against the top-scorer in the entrance exam no less," agreed a boy in a helmet.

"Hey, where is he going?" Hagakure asked.

And she was right, Midoriya had taken off down a hallway and was trying to place as much distance between himself and Bakugo as possible. That only seemed to make Bakugo even angrier as he let off a couple of explosions while seeming to yell after the green-haired boy.

"Man, he's really angry," Kaminari commented. "It's kind of scary."

"Does anyone see where Uraraka is?" Ayame asked aloud, scanning the different screens for a sign of the brunette girl.

"Hey, she made it to the room with Iida and the bomb! She's hiding behind that pillar!" Ashido said after a few seconds.

"I wonder what her plan is," mused the boy with the helmet.

"Do you think she'll try and sneak up behind Iida with the capture tape?" Asked Kaminari. "If she floated herself, he wouldn't be able to hear her coming."

Silence fell over the class as they looked on, waiting to see what would happen as Uraraka cautiously peaked out from behind her pillar. Iida seemed completely unaware, as he stood next to the weapon he was guarding. Suddenly, he snapped his head in Uraraka's direction.

"Did she seriously just give herself away by laughing?" Ayame asked, her shoulders sinking slightly as she felt second-hand embarrassment for Uraraka.

"Oh I can't look," Kirishima said, obviously feeling a similar embarrassment as he covered his face with his palm.

Ashido quickly shook his arm. "You have to look, Bakugo found Midoriya!"

"Hey, what is he doing?" The large boy in the yellow costume wondered out loud.

Midoriya and Bakugo seemed to share a few words before Bakugo held out his right arm, aiming it at Midoriya.

"Don't tell me he's gonna…" someone started before being interrupted by All Might speaking into the microphone in front of him.

"Young Bakugo. Stop it now! Are you trying to kill him?"

All Might's warning seemed to fall on deaf ears as Bakugo pulled the pin at the top of his grenade shaped gauntlet and let forth the largest explosion yet. It was so large that it shook the entire building causing many in the class to look up at the ceiling to make sure that it wasn't about to fall down on top of them.

"Holy shit, those things aren't just for show!"

Ayame couldn't stop herself from swearing, the suddenness of the explosion having caught her off guard. Luckily for her, All Might was calling out for Midoriya to make sure he was okay while others in the class had also cried out in their surprise as well, effectively covering up her outburst.

"I thought this was just a class!" Kirishima shouted, his eyes wide with disbelief.

"How is he allowed to do that?" Cried the boy in the helmet.

"He seriously wants to be a hero?" Kaminari wondered.

"Uraraka is going for the weapon!" Hagakure announced.

Ayame didn't know what screen to look at. Should she wait for the smoke to clear in order to see if Midoriya was alright? Or should she look away and see if Uraraka could successfully secure the weapon. No, she had to make sure her classmate was alright. She kept her eyes glued to the screen filled with smoke, waiting for it to dissipate enough to see what had happened.

Kirishima pushed his way between Ayame and Ashido and went to stand behind All Might. "Sensei, shouldn't you be stopping him? Bakugo's crazy! He's going to kill him!"

All Might didn't turn around and address Kirishima but instead grabbed the microphone in front of him and brought it to his mouth. "Young Bakugo. Use that move again and I will forcibly end the match. You will lose. Using massive attacks like that indoors is just asking to have your own stronghold destroyed! Whether hero or villain, it's a bad move! And a good way to lose points!"

The smoke had begun to clear allowing the observing students to finally see the results of Bakugo's massive explosion. A huge hole had been opened up in the side of the building and there was debris everywhere. Midoriya could be seen standing in front of its opening. Though his costume was damaged and his body appeared to be bruised and dirty he otherwise seemed okay.

Bakugo launched himself into the air, propelling himself forward with a pair of explosions before letting off another one in front of Midoriya who tried to block. He would have succeeded had it not been a faint, Bakugo instead using the momentum to carry himself over Midoriya, catching him with an explosion in the back.

"He doesn't seem like he's thinking, but that strategy was fairly intricate," Yaoyorozu commented, speaking for the first time since the start of the battle.

The boy with the split hair also spoke for the first time, explaining how Bakugo had pulled off the move. Though it was subtle, the tone of his voice suggested that he was impressed.

"Why isn't Midoriya using his quirk? This is getting hard to watch," Ayame said, wincing every time Bakugo landed a blow.

"Yeah, this is just torture now. Bakugo could have ended it a long time ago with the capture tape," Tsu agreed.

"I thought Midoriya was pretty amazing, too, but in terms of combat power, Bakugo's definitely a force of natural instincts," Kaminari commented. "It's scary, but also intriguing to watch."

Ashido nodded her head as well before saying, "He's running!"

Kirishima, who had slowly made his way back over to their group, gave his head a quick shake. "Running away isn't very manly of him but I don't think he has a lot of other options."

Midoriya didn't make it very far with all the rubble that was on the ground. Finding himself with his back against a wall, he and Bakugo exchanged a few words before matching looks of determination crossed their faces and they began running at one another.

"He's going to use his quirk!" Ayame cried out, feeling herself move to her tiptoes and clench her fists in anticipation.

"Sensei, this looks bad!" Kirishima yelled at the same time. "You should stop them!"

With Midoriya's power-up quirk and Bakugo's explosions, their collision could mean nothing but disaster.

"Sensei!" Others cried out as well, realizing that nothing good was about to happen.

"Both of you! Stop th-" All Might started into the microphone before stoping in the middle of his sentence.

The two boys collided with one another. Once again an explosion large enough to shake the building occurred as well as produced enough smoke to block the cameras for a couple of seconds. Everyone in the observation room waited with bated breath for it to clear, all wondering what they would see when it did.

"The hero team wins!" All Might cried suddenly.

"Wait, what?"

Ayame quickly scanned the other screens until she found the one the showed the room with Iida, Uraraka, and the weapon. The brunette girl was currently clinging to the top of the bomb while Iida stood there with his head hung in shame. Slowly, Uraraka slid down the smooth surface of the bomb before falling to her knees and throwing up. Ayame had been too busy watching Bakugo and Midoriya that she had completely forgotten about their teammates and the main objective for the battle.

"Man, he doesn't look so good." Kaminari's voice drew Ayame's attention back to the two boys. The dust had cleared enough to see and Ayame looked just in time to see Midoriya standing there before falling to the ground.

"The losing team is nearly unscathed while the winners are down for the count," commented a boy with the black head of a bird. "They lost the battle, but they won the war so to speak."

All Might left the observation room without a word, leaving the remaining students to wonder where he was going. They got their answer quickly as they soon found him on the cameras making his way towards the four who had just finished their battle training. He stopped in the room with Midoriya and Bakugo first. After checking on the green-haired boy who was laying on the ground, they watched as the pro said a few things to Bakugo who appeared in shock. After that, he made his way up a level to check on Uraraka and Iida.

"Hey look, those robots are taking Midoriya." Hagakure pointed out. "I hope he's okay. His arm didn't look so good."

A few minutes passed before All Might returned to the observation room with Iida, Uraraka, and Bakugo following closing behind him.

"All right, let's get into the grading portion, shall we. I'd say that the M.V.P. of this battle was young Iida!" All Might announced, much to the surprise of Iida himself.

"Not Ochaco or Midoriya even though they won?" Tsu wondered aloud, slightly confused at the pro hero's decision.

"Nope!" All Might answered. "Anyone happen to know why?"

Yaoyorozu raised her hand. "I believe I do, All Might sensei."

She then launched into a very well worded analysis of each participant's performance in the battle. Bakugo and Midoriya had both been blinded by their grudge with one another to truly focus on the task they were supposed to be performing. Uraraka had gotten distracted when she laughed at Iida and preformed a move that was just a unpractical as Bakugo firing off an explosion from his gauntlet. Iida had been the only one to implement a strategy from the beginning.

Silence followed the end of her explanation as even All Might seemed at a loss for words.

"Um, I'd also add that young Iida was a bit too stiff during the exercise but, uh, yes, you're correct," All Might said after a few seconds, giving Yaoyorozu a thumbs up.

"We've got to start at the bottom and work our way up!" Yaoyorozu added, "If we don't earnestly cheer each other on then we'll never become top heroes."

Everyone in the class continued to look at Yaoyorozu for a moment before All Might called for their attention once more.

"All right everyone, let's change locations and start the second match, shall we?" Reaching into the villain and hero boxes once more, All Might announced the second matchup. "The heroes will be team B while the villains will be team I. Think about what we just talked about and implement it into this next exercise."

"Yes, sir!" The class chorused before they began filtering their way out of the room and making their way over to the next building over.

After giving the two teams time to strategize with one another, All Might called for the match to begin. It ended up being a quick one as the boy with the split hair—whom Ayame learned was named Todoroki—used his ice quirk to freeze the villain team made up of Hagakure and Ojiro where they stood in a matter of seconds.

"Without harming his ally or the weapon, he immobilized the enemy! Very clever indeed young Todoroki!" All Might mused before announcing, "The hero team wins!"

"Man, that guy is strong," Kirishima commented through chattering teeth, his arms wrapped around his bare chest. "But did he have to freeze the rest of us, too?"

The class continued to watch the camera's as Todoroki placed a hand on the weapon before releasing a blast of heat to melt the ice that had encased the building.

"Whoa, he has both an ice and a heat quirk?" Ayame couldn't help but be impressed.

"As to be expected from someone who got in through recommendations," Tsu rationalized.

Once again, All Might left to go and collect the mock battle participants for review. Seeing as he had single-handedly incapacitated his opponents and captured the weapon, Todoroki was named the M.V.P. of the match.

The next couple of matches went relatively quickly and weren't nearly as interesting to watch as the first one. Finally, it came time for Ayame's team to participate in the battle training.

"Our next matchup will be between the hero team G and the villain team C. Let's see if you can successfully use your number advantage." All Might said.

Remembering that Kaminari was part of team G, Ayame turned to the blonde boy standing behind her. "You're going down, Kaminari."

Kaminari gave a slight chuckle as he clenched his fists in anticipation before the two gathered around All Might with the others to receive their rolls of capture tape and earpieces.

"Bring it on, Miyake."

After heading up the stairs and outside, Ayame flashed the boy a slight smirk before entering the building with her teammates.

"We only have five minutes until the hero team is allowed to enter the building. We should take this time to strategize," Yaoyorozu rationalized, taking the lead as the three of them started up the stairs towards the weapon room which had been marked on their maps of the building. "We should start by sharing what our quirks are so we can all be on the same page. Miyake, we know that you possess teleportation. My quirk allows me to create non-living things so long as I know their molecular makeup. What can you do, Mineta?"

The two girls turned to the boy with the purple balls on his head who was just staring at the two of them. After giving his head a quick shake, he explained he could remove the balls from his head and stick them to things. As a demonstration, he pulled one off and threw it up at the ceiling where it stuck on impact. Silence fell over the group as they continued to make their way up the different flights of stairs until finally, they reached the room with the weapon.

"I believe I have a plan," Yaoyorozu said, "We should barricade ourselves in this room and force the hero team to try and make their way in here. I'll begin crafting steel bars that we can place in front of the door. Miyake, what is the extent of your teleport? Could you use it to capture them?"

Ayame watched as the dark-haired girl turned away and began producing steel bars from the chest cut out of her costume. Mineta's eyes lit up excitedly as he watched the girl before moving slightly in an effort to get a better view of her exposed chest.

"Don't be a creep!" Ayame said, hitting the boy on the top of the head before answering Yaoyorozu's question. "My teleport works best if I use it in areas within my line of sight. If I stay out in the hallway then I'm sure I could capture at least one of them."

"Good. So you'll be outside in the hallway while Mineta and I guard the weapon." Yaoyorozu decided with a nod, producing a few more steel bars before turning back around. "You should go out there then. I'm sure our time is almost up."

Ayame went to walk out the door but stopped before she reached the doorway. "Wait, I should let you guys know. I don't know about Jiro's quirk, but Kaminari's allows him to produce electricity. I think he'll be their biggest asset so we should be ready for that."

"Electric quick, huh," Yaoyorozu muttered thoughtfully before turning back around. Once again she used her quirk to create but instead of steel beams, she produced three squares. "Then these should come in handy. They're rubber mates that should protect us from any electric current he sends our way."

Ayame took one of the mats offered to her and gave a quick nod of her head before turning and exiting the room so that Yaoyorozu and Mineta could put the steel bars in place. Once in the hallway, she continued in the direction opposite the stairs, turning the corner and placing the mat on the ground before standing on top of it. Pulling the capture tape from the bag at her waist, she quickly unwound a section of it before crouching down and waiting.

She didn't know how long she waited, at least a couple of minutes, but soon Ayame heard the familiar voice of Yaoyorozu speaking to her through her earpiece. "Miyake, any sign of them yet?"

"Not yet, I've just been waiting for them outside but I think I might have to go and look for them," Ayame answered, placing her finger to her ear.

"Let us know if you find them."

"Will do." Removing her finger from her ear, she pushed herself up and began making her way down the hall once again. Not wanting to be hindered by carrying around the rubber mat with her, she decided to leave it where it was.

She had been hoping for a surprise attack while the pair tried to get through the door, but Ayame realized now that wasn't going to work. Instead, she would have to go off on her own and hope that she could take on both of them.

Ayame walked the hallways, moving slowly so as not to make too much noise and alert the pair of heroes to her presence. She had made it down to the third level when she finally heard voices.

"Aw man, I can't wait to show off my quirk," Kaminari was saying, his words mixed with the slight crackle of his electricity. "These guys aren't going to know what hit them!"

"Kaminari, will you shut up. Do you want them to know where we are?" Came Jiro's reply, her tone dripping with annoyance.

Ayame paused where she was, pressing her body against the wall before slowly edging her way towards the voices.

"Relax, Jiro, you said the three of them were all in the same room. We're fine."

"Yeah, that was when we first entered the building. There are three of them, do you honestly think one of them isn't walking around trying to capture us?"

There was a pause as Kaminari seemed to think about what Jiro had said. Ayame could hear a faint shuffling but it didn't seem like the two were still walking. Either way, Ayame got her capture tape ready.

"If you think someone is patrolling then why don't you find out?" Kaminari suggested after a few seconds.

"Fine," came Jiro's reply followed by more silence until. "Two of them are still together a few floors up and the third is…. just down that hallway."
