We had been planning with Alberta for hours when we finally could leve. We had decided that it would not be good for us to leave for now. Even if Meredith didn't tell anyone we couldn't trust that no one else had one would figure it out. So Dimitri was going to call his family and have them come here, the school was going to stand for the finances for it. This way Dimitri and I could spend time with his family and stay here at school. We had to promise to not be alone together outside of training. I was so happy that it had turned out like this. My mum accepting us and it had not spread, Dimnitri and I were going to be together but we had to wait which always had to be the plan.

Dimitri whent to his room to call his family about the changed plans. I walked towards my room alone. My mum had stayed with Alberta to talk some more.

When I got to my room my door was opened. Voices could be heard from inside. I recognised Lissa's and Christians and I think Eddie. I walked inside and Lissa attacked me.

"I was so scared. When Meredith came to me about what she had done I got so scared. But I asked the guardian at the gate if you had left and they said no so I was hoping you were still here. "

"I am still here and won't go anywhere " I told them.

"What ? way? No one found out" Lissa asked me. Lissa was feeling like this was her fault.

"No don't Lissa, it's not your fault." I told her. I sat down on my bed and told them what was going to happen, that Dimitris family was hopefully going to come here instead. Lissa calmed down a little while later before I told them that I needed some time alone. It had been a long day/night already and I needed some sleep.

I closed the door after them and practically fell down on bed sleeping before I hit the pillow.

After dreamless sleep I woke up rested, but with a killer headache.

There was a knock on my door and I understood that that was what had woken me up.

I stumbled out of bed and opened the door. Dimitri was standing there.

"Comrade," I smiled at him.

"I wish I could stay but I come to tell you that my family will come in three days time and are looking forward to meeting you" he said with a smile.

"Grate" I said. The look we shared was all I was going to get but it was heartwarming and so full of love.

"Training in two hours Rose " he said. He gave me one more smile before leaving. I watched him, this man was holding my heart in his hand.

A shower later I felt like I was alive again before taking my workout cloth and left for the gym.

Dimitri was not alone when I got there, Meredith was there with him. I felt my body get a little defensive. Before I could say anything Meredith practically yelled sorry at me.

"I am so sorry Rose. Don't hate me. Lissa told me everything. I should have talked to you first. I just got so worried and scared for you" she said.

"It's okay now, as long as you didn't tell anyone" I told her.

"I promise I didn't tell anyone except guardian Petrov. '' she assured me. I gave her a smile which she returned. She left the gym with a small smile on her lips.

"That was interesting," I said.

"Yeh, she was here when I got here. She wanted to talk" Dimitri told me.

Training that morning was hard. Dimitri trained me hard. I felt bruises forming on my arms and legs.

"Sorry Rose," Dimitri said.

"It's okay, comrade. I would not have liked it if you held back" I told him. Looking around so that no one was in the gym before I kissed his cheek before I left for some well deserved breakfast.

Lissa, Christian and Adrian were already there when I got there. I hurried to the line making sure to get three donuts before I sat down with a full plate of outer delicious cuisine.

"How you can eat all that is always beyond me" Christian said.

"It takes a lot of energy to keep you safe pyro. Without it I could not promised you would survive." I told him.

"How sweet Rose." Christian said, both of us knowing that I meant that I was the danger without my food.

Eddie sat down at that moment "No one should question Rose and her food, let alone get in between them" he said, obviously overhearing us.

"My little dhampir and her food" Adrian said.

I practically inhaled my food after my two intase days.

"Don't eat too quickly," Lissa said with a smile.

It would be the last day of the field experience and the next week we were going back to classes before the trials.

"So what's the plan for today?" I asked them.

"Christian and I were planning on a move marathon if you guys like to join"

"That sounds like fun. Will there be popcorn?"

"You have just eaten and already you are thinking of more to eat" Christian said. Before I could come with my normal snarky comments Lissa stept in.

"Always" She said.

"Then it's decided, popcorn and movies." I said whooping.

We finished breakfast and went to find an empty room that we could use. With ren movies shousen and a lot of Popcorn we spent our day hidden away from the world. Lissa had convinced us to see Pitch perfect 1, 2 and 3. I had groned but agreed. I have to admit they were better than I expected.

It was not until dinner that we showed our faces again. It had been so much fun. Sense I missed lunch because I had a huge dinner. I was hungry even if I had eaten all those popcorn.

"There you are" it was my mum. "Could I talk to you Rose?"

I looked down at my uneaten food and up at her. "Could you wate fithteen minutes?" I asked her.

"Finish eating then come to my room" she said and left. I hurriedly eat my food before going to meet her.

I knocked on her door and got a response to enter. Mum was sitting by her table by the window with a cup of tea.

I sat down opposite her waiting for her to speak.

"Rose, I understand that this is both new and not new between you and guardian Belakov. I got scared that he was using you, I got worried for you but I understand now that I have nothing to worry about. Is he treating you right?"

"Yes mum he is. He is great and makes me happy" I told her with a smile on my lips.

"Good, that makes me happy. He is a great guardian and man" my mum said. That made me smile even more. She was accepting this, really accepting this.

"That he is mum." I said.

"You promise that you will tell me if he for some reason doesn't, if he doesn't treat you right?" she asked me and looked up at me.

"I will mum." I told her. This calmed her down.

"Good."

It was quiet for some time before she said. "I love you Rose, you are my only child and I don't want you to get hurt."

" I know mum. I will be carefull" I assured her. We talked lightly after that about school and life in general, it was nice, I had never talked like this before and it was nice to talk to her like real people, like mother and dother.
