It started innocently enough.
"D'ya know," Candela said, "Blanche blushed just from me saying her hair looked nice today."
Spark did a quick test. He complimented them on their new recipe he and Candela were guinea pigs for—boom, Haban berry face. It was delicious, but he was also cuddly while complimenting. That was probably cheating.
Soon after Candela created a chart called the Blush-o-meter. Columns labeled C and S—C had more checkmarks.
"I didn't know we were keeping track."
Why did he want to kiss the smirk off her— "Consider the gauntlet thrown."
He never refused a challenge.
