So sorry about the update release date. Oh, wait, I'm not. Although I ddi write this on Christmas eve then forget to update for a long time, which is why this is so late. Whoops.

Like I said, this chapter is dedicated to Marigold Elizabeth Everdeen. Can I call you Marigold? Your username is kinda long. Anyway, this chapter has my big twist, and some mushiness. So yeah.

Audience-NOOOOOOOO!

It's cute, don't worry!

Audience-*mutters* Yeah, and I'm sure a zombie is cute too.

WHAT DID YOU SAY!?

Audience-Your writing stinks! Badly!

It also controls what you do. So I'd be careful, if I were you!

Ok, reviews! We got four reviews, I think it's enough!

Marigold- so, uh, yeah. I really appreciated your support, so I dedicated this chapter to you! Best. Reader. Ever!

Guest-That was touching. Thank you!

Ashlyn Rose-Yes, I will! I hate the fanfics that just end because the writer gave up!

A very obsessed fangirl: I read all of your reviews! By the way, it was your fanfic-and my LGBTQ+ friends- that inspired me to write this one. I have actually been questioning, but I don't really know. I know that I'm definitely cisgender, though. Fitz is LGBTQ+. He just doesn't know it yet. Thanks for your comments and support!

Sophie POV

At first, Sophie had only felt relief that Biana and her friends weren't homophobic, or transphobic. Then she realized what she had said. She was pansexual. Sophie had a chance! Sophie tried very, very hard not to smile widely, which would have looked a bit weird. They had just encountered a homophobic, after all.

Sophie looked up. No one was speaking but staring at her and Biana. Awkward. Sophie slid underneath her duvet. This time, no one stopped her. Biana, however made no attempts to hide. Just another thing that Sophie liked about her. She stared around the room defiantly, until Keefe spoke, fanning the air with his arms. "Well, that's a lot of emotion from one room! Just saying, but I may throw up if someone doesn't leave soon"

Everyone looked at him. Then, one by one, they glittered away, until only Grady, Edaline and Keefe were left.

Sophie peeked over her covers. They were looking at her expectantly. She tried to yank them over her head again, but Edaline, being Edaline, yanked them down again.

"Yes?"Sophie said

"Well...in your 'sleep' you may have been muttering things about...you know...Biana?" Keefe told her.

Sophie's heart stopped. They knew.

"Sweetie….do you like Biana?" Edaline asked

Sophie took a count of ten to answer. And when she did, she whispered, so quiet that a gust of wind was louder than her. "Yes"

Good thing, or maybe bad thing, that Keefe had such good hearing. "YOU AND BIANA!? I KNEW IT!" He screamed. Sophie flinched.

Edaline had her; That's so sweet, face on.

Grady just looked disgruntled that she liked anyone at all.

Keefe was ecstatic.

Sophie took all this in. "Don't tell her, please, please, please!"

"Come on, Foster, trust the empath! I can get you guys together before you can say Keefe, you're amazing!"

Sophie sat up and almost growled " Don't you dare!"

"Fine, geez. In fact, I need to tell you something. In private." Keefe looked at Grady and Edaline

Edaline got the hint, and she left, pulling a somewhat unwilling Grady along with her.

"When you came out, I saw the way you looked at Biana. The feeling that you thought you should have had for Fitz. Remember when you told me about how you never had any real feelings for him? Remember when you said you wanted to, but you couldn't?"

"Yeah" Sophie whispered

"I thought about what you said, and I realized that that was how I felt. Foster….I'm gay."

Sophie realized that she wasn't surprised. But then a new thought popped into her head. "Who do you like?" she asked

Keefe looked away, blushing.

"Wait! I know who it is!"

"Who?" Keefe asked

"It's Bangs boy! Tam!"

Keefe somehow managed to blush and sigh at the same time.

"IT IS!"

"How did you know?"

"I'm not as oblivious as everyone thinks, remember? Anyway...when's your first date?"

"Whenever yours is, Foster"

"Fine, fine...I know! How about we have an alliance to get the people we like? You set me up with Biana, and I'll set you up with Tam!"

"How would you….? Nevermind, sure"

"It's a deal!" Sophie cried quite excited for finally being able to like the people she was free to like. But one thought lead to another, and eventually she had to ask, in a whisper "Is it legal...to, you know…?"

Keefe was quiet for a while, leaving Sophie in a silent torture.

Then, ever so quietly, he mumbled "No"

Well, there wouldn't really be a plot if it was, would there? Anyway HAHAHAHAH, cliffhanger! Or not… because I have proven myself to be not as evil as I thought!

Audience-You trapped us in a cramped, smelly room, and are forcing us to read trash. How are you not evil?

Good point, aside, of course, the trash bit. First nice thing you guys have said for ages!

Audience- *confused* It wasn't a compliment…

Oh, really? Anyhow, here's the next bit, and the real plot twister!

Three days later…

Cassius had turned them in. Of course the slimy sneak had. And now, Sophie and Biana had a joint tribunal. The joint part was the only good thing about this whole mess. Sophie put on her nicest, and to her dismay, frillier and most fitted dress, a red gown with elaborate violet lace, many pockets, and gold trim. She also wore a purple cape and high heeled shoes that she spent an hour practicing walking in. She still couldn't walk in them properly.

The day of the tribunal, Sophie woke up, and found herself at the point of many goblin throwing stars. She rubbed her blurry eyes and stared around her. She was encircled by ten goblins. Grady, Edaline and Sandow were trying to shove their way through, but to no avail.

"Get dressed, princess" one of the goblins snarled.

Sophie hurriedly put on her planned outfit, minus the high heels. She just couldn't. She was rushed to the light leaper with no breakfast, and force leapt to Enternalia. She was shoved down the hallway, to the hall. Before she reached the hall, Sophie proclaimed "I need to use the bathroom"

"We'll get moving then!" The leader growled, and two other goblins shoved her through a door. She was in the ladies bathroom, only it resembled more of a human one than an eleven one. Only the worst for the criminals. There was another girl in there. Only she didn't look like an elve. Or any other species that Sophie knew of. She looked about fourteen, a bit younger than Sophie. She was slim, but her arm and leg muscles were well defined. Her skin was almost as white as snow, with a bluish tinge. Her long straight hair was white as well, white as Silveny's fur. When she turned to face Sophie, Sophie noted her sharp features, light blue eyes, and pale pink lips. She was hot, in a very cold way. The girl smiled when she saw Sophie. "I thought you'd never get here! Here, have this, in case it goes badly"

And she handed Sophie a melder. Sophie stYou ared at in astonishment. She hadn't had to use such weapons since the Neverseen.

"Wha-why?" Sophie managed to ask.

"Oh, they haven't told you. Don't worry. Just take the melder, and you will most likely survive"

"Most likely!"

'OI! HURRY UP IN THERE!" Shouted a voice that Sophie had come to recognize as the leader.

The mysterious girl vanished. Sophie put her hand where the girl was, but she was gone. Had she imagined it all?

No, she was gripping the cold metal of the melder. It was real, all right. Sophie tucked the weapon into her pocket ans stumbled out of the bathroom, where she promptly dragged to The Tribunal Hall. Biana, in her stunning perfection, was there, along with the Councilors, and what seemed to be the entire elvin population. Everyone wanted to see the heroes of the Neverseen be sentenced to Exilium.

"You do know why you are here?" Emry inquired

Sophie managed a nod. Biana spat "I know why I shouldn't be here, but I do not know why I am"

"You dare to talk that way to us? You know full well why you are here, but maybe we should tell you why again. You like both boys and GIRLS. That is a CRIME."

"It shouldn't be a crime to love. I am not going to live in fear or be discriminated against, because of who I love. You have no right to dictate me, or sentence me because me liking girls goes against your image of a perfect world. I like girls and boys, and that is not going to change, even if you sentence me to Exilium." Biana shot at them. It was all Sophie could do to not stare at her in admiration and adoration. She knew Biana would handle the melder way better than she would. She needed to give it to Biana. Biana shifted in place, her hands coming out of her , a flash of silver. A glint of metal. Biana had a melder in her pocket as well. She had been visited too. So this was real. And now Sophie needed to know when, how and why. Then she realized, for a third time, that everyone was staring at her, waiting for her to managed another weak nod in agreement.

"It is wrong to like girls when you are a girl. It is disgusting, and you need to be sent to Exilium to get corrected. Effective immediately." Emry declared

Sophie gasped. It was all over immediately. She could see Della and Edaline starting to cry, and Alden and Grady shooting the Council furious glares.

"Excuse me, can I speak?" Came a voice from the crowd. Keefe.

"I suppose you may" Emry said

Keefe walked onto the platform and took Sophie's microphone. "I came here today to give support to Sophie and Biana, because, like many other elves, I believe that girls can like girls like boys do. And I don't think that they should be oppressed for that. But, if you do decide to send them to Exilium, let me warn you, they will always fight back. Because these people are the strongest people I have ever seen. You should know that. They defeated the Neverseen, and they and I and all the other LGBTQ+ elves will overcome this."

"I see. Then you can go to Exilium as well."

Sophie sagged. A team of goblins closed in. There was no rescue plan. She would have to use her melder. She reached into her deep pocket and her hands closed onto the melder. She saw Biana do the same. Then a drop of water fell onto her head. Water?

Sophie looked up. A shower of raindrops was pouring from the ceiling. The ceiling itself burst, and a ginormous wave came crashing down. Sophie closed her eyes and waited to be hit. It never came. The water was hovering above everyone's heads. Riding on top of the wave was Linh, Marella and many other people that reassembled the girl Sophie had met.

"Hey everyone!" shouted Marella

"We came to crash this tribunal because we knew the outcome. And we don't think it's right, as two LGBTQ+ elves fighting for their own love!" Said Linh

"It's ridiculous!" Shouted an elf from the council that Sophie didn't recognize. "Girls cannot like girls, cannot kiss girls, cannot flirt with them"

"Oh really?!" Shouted Marella. Then she turned to Linh and kissed her. Linh kissed back.

"I guess you're wrong on that account! I wonder what else you're wrong about!

One of the strange looking people stepped forward and pressed their palm to the water they were standing on. A ripple of silver exploded throughout the water and turned it shinier than usual.

"Anyone that is LGBTQ+ or an ally and doesn't like the Council's new decision" Said the strange but beautiful lady "Should press their palms to the water like I did, and they will be taken away from these homophobic hall!"

Then she pressed her own palm to the water and disappeared, like the girl Sophie had met.

A murmur grew in the specating crowd of elves. Everyone looked at each other, until one elf stepped forward. "I'm gay, and proud of it!" he declared. Then, he pressed his palm to the water and disappeared.

Another elf stepped forward. "Nonbinary and proud of it!" Then they disappeared as well.

"Aromantic and proud of it!" Another elf disappeared

"Bisexual and proud of it!"

"An ally and proud of it!"

"Genderfluid and proud of it!"

"Asexual and proud of it!"

"Trans and proud of it!"

Alden, Della, Edaline, Grady and Fitz each declare themselves as allies and disappear.

Sophie looks at Biana. Biana looks back.

Biana holds out her hand to Sophie, and Sophie may stare at it in shock and joy and delight for a few seconds before taking it, sparks bursting in her palm. Sparks for Biana, the only person she has every truly loved.

They take their free hands and press them to the water.

"Lesbian and proud of it!"

"Pan and proud of it!"

They disappear away from all the homophobes and doubters, and to a future where Sophie, may, just might have a chance with Biana.

Wow, I took a long time to publish that. It wasn't that I was a slow writer. I just didn't write. I'm lazy that way. But all that lounging came some time to think, and out came this chapter!

Was my writing cheesy? Absolutely! But I kinda like what I wrote this time.

Audience-We don't!

You're so biased!

Audience-Yeah, being forced to read it twenty times over whilst trapped in a small stuffy room does something to you. You're psycho!

Yeah, that's what that doctor at the second asylum said. That one was my favourite because it was so easy to escape.

Audience-Just why?

I don't know! I was born this way!

Back to my speech

Audience-You speak too much…

*politely ignores* I hope you like this Marigold, because it's the longest yet! Just saying, but I haven't really planned out the next chapter, only a few obstacles for Sophiana. So review your ideas!

Also, we're almost at three hundred views! I'm hoping this chapter will get us there!

Thanks and goodbye!
