7. Notice 2020 about Darling

Hello, everyone. Long time no see.

I wanted to apologize for not regularly updating y'all on this Fanfiction due to my own happening outside of both AO3 and . As of now, I am currently enrolled in university and am an advocate, my time has been relegated to my Biology (pre-medical professional) degree and research. Due to small amounts of burnout and timing, I will likely discontinue, Darling, until further notice. I don't feel confident in the storyline, my own writing and wish to improve this story with the critiques given (they helped a lot and allow me to build a thicker skin).

I understand if some of you may detract as Darling was my baby and allowed me to have the following I have now, I cannot express my sincerest apologies to you, my loyal readers. Darling was made out of my own feverish fantasies and to be honest, I disappointed myself in the execution of the plotline, it sucks and I cannot bear to look at this knowing how it is not up to par.

I feel saddened by this announcement, as I wanted to use Darling as a breakout and build a something from it :') but all things kinda come to an end.

"EGLA, what about now? Are you just going to leave us here?"

As of now, December 2020, I am currently expanding my fanfiction writing into underrated Sakura ships as KakaSaku has tremendous fanfictions for your pleasure - far developed stories and smaller writers need your support!

My main focus now is trying to move out of the KakaSaku scene, as there are writers who need their voices heard and writings seen/read by all of you. As I type this, a weight is lifted - BUT! This does not mean I won't revamp this one day ... Right now, this fanfiction needs to be shelved because as I look at this, I'm just heavily disappointed in myself.

If you'd like to still read my fanfictions/stories/writings/ramblings, I have another project, The Pursuit of Happiness (IruSaku) that could use engagement and fantastic + loyal readers like you.

Thank you so much Darling readers and followers for your support, tears, comments, critiques, and love over these two years. I am so deeply sorry for disappointing you and leaving this here.
