"Please sit" Tinkerbell smiled back pointing to the two seats made of branches and leaves.
"Thank you" Alex acknowledged sitting down.
"So what brings you here?" Tinkerbell questioned.
"Can't I see an old friend" Alex giggled.
"It's you not been to see me in a few weeks" Tinkerbell pointed out getting up from her seat. "Would you like a drink?".
"Sure" Alex agreed.
Whilst Tinkerbell was fetching a drinks Alex glanced over the balcony taking in the breath taking views of Neverland no matter how many times she looked at the island she could always find something new to marvel at. Slowly, Tinkerbell handed a small cup over to Alex before sitting back down and taking a sip from her cup. "It's is so good to take a break" Alex informed.
"I hear that there is trespassers on the island?" Tinkerbell questioned.
"Yes a group of adults looking to course trouble" Alex confirmed. "Don't worry me and Pan are taking care of them".
"I see and how have you been?" Tinkerbell asked.
"Not too good" Alex replied bluntly. "You?"
"I'm getting by "Tinkerbell replied. "Are you sure you don't want to talk about it?".
"Well my parents are on the island" Alex explained. "Along with my sister the pirate and Regina".
"Did you say Regina" Tinkerbell mumbled.
"Yes" Alex nodded.
"Sorry I've got to go" Tinkerbell interrupted grabbing supplies. "Don't wait up".
Alex watched as Tinkerbell raced from the tree house and took off into the jungle she knew that Tinkerbell and Regina had a long history and a small smirk emerged from Alex face. Slowly, Alex sipped the rest of her drink and walked out of the the tree house she took off in a slow walk through the jungle even though she needed someone to talk to it was better sometimes to be alone in thought.
A few hours later Alex arrived back at camp the group of lost boys was standing around a tree Alex quickly, approached much to her surprise Peter stood crossbow in hand he was smirking at Henry. "What's that?" Henry questioned looking puzzled as Pan dipped the bow into a pot of something.
"Oh it's dreamshade. A nasty poison" Peter explained dipping the arrow.
"But I.. I don't want to shoot" Henry protested.
"Oh go on it will be fun" Alex interrupted walking to Peter's side. "You've gotta learn sometime" she smiled.
"Felix get over here!" Peter shouted.
"Is..Felix aim good?" Henry asked his voice cracking.
"It does not matter as you will be the one doing the shooting." Peter chuckled handing Henry the crossbow.
"Shoot. Shoot. Shoot!" The lost boys chanted.
"Yes go on Henry shoot!" Alex encouraged.
"You won't hurt him. Trust yourself go on its exhilarating" Peter reassured.
Slowly, Henry lifted the heavy crossbow and aimed it at the Apple which stood on Felix head he stood for a few minutes in thought before turning to face Peter his finger over the trigger he fired the arrow sending it towards Peter's chest quickly Peter grabbed the arrow and smirked at Henry. "Told you it was exhilarating. Come on, I've got something to show you" Peter instructed walking to the corner of the camp.
Alex watched as Peter and Henry walked away she admired her nephew recklessness and the fact he did not seem scared of Peter she decided to check up on Thomas. Slowly, Alex opened the tent door to see Thomas sat on his back staring at the roof of the tent. "Hey" Alex greeted.
Hey Alex" Thomas replied looking towards her.
How's the sprain?" Alex asked.
"It's fine I should be able to walk later on today" he smiled.
"Good you can join our festivities later" Alex smiled back. "I came to ask if you needed anything".
"Oh no Zac has gone to get me some apples so I should be fine" He replied.
"OK see you later" Alex grinned exiting tent.
Whilst the lost boys where busy helping around the campsite Alex thought that it would be a good opportunity to take a stroll to the shores of the sea it was a great place to listen to the slow crashing of the waves onto the rocks if she was lucky she would be able to have a swim.
Slowly, she approached the sandy shores checking for any loose parties of people that she may have to fight off, casually she walked over to the waters edge untieing her shoes she leapt into cool crystal blue water.
